Intermittent fasting can benefit breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or immunotherapy.However,it is still uncertain how to select immunotherapy drugs to combine with intermittent fasting.Herein we observed that two cycles of fasting treatment significantly inhibited breast tumor growth and lung tissue metastasis,as well as prolonged overall survival in mice bearing 4T1 and 4T07 breast cancer.During this process,both the immunosuppressive monocytic-(M-)and granulocytic-(G-)myeloid-derived suppressor cell(MDSC)decreased,accompanied by an increase in interleukin(IL)7R^(+)and granzyme B^(+)T cells in the tumor microenvironment.Interestingly,we observed that Ly6G^(low)G-MDSC sharply decreased after fasting treatment,and the cell surface markers and protein mass spectrometry data showed potential therapeutic targets.Mechanistic investigation revealed that glucose metabolism restriction suppressed the splenic granulocytemonocyte progenitor and the generation of colony-stimulating factors and IL-6,which both contributed to the accumulation of G-MDSC.On the other hand,glucose metabolism restriction can directly induce the apoptosis of Ly6G^(low)G-MDSC,but not Ly6G^(high)subsets.In summary,these results suggest that glucose metabolism restriction induced by fasting treatment attenuates the immune-suppressive milieu and enhances the activation of CD3^(+)T cells,providing potential solutions for enhancing immune-based cancer interventions. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory cytokine interleukin-6(IL-6)contributes to the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders.However,there was no study concerning the relationship between IL-6 concentrations and clinical features in the chronic phase of early-onset schizophrenia(EOS).AIM To investigate the relationship between serum IL-6 concentration and the clinical features of EOS.METHODS We measured serum IL-6 Levels from 74 patients with chronic schizophrenia,including 33 with age at onset<21 years(EOS group)and 41 with onset≥21 years in[adult-onset schizophrenia(AOS)group],and from 41 healthy controls.Symptom severities were evaluated using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS).RESULTS Serum IL-6 concentrations were higher in both EOS and AOS groups than healthy controls(F=22.32,P<0.01),but did not differ significantly between EOS and AOS groups(P>0.05)after controlling for age,body mass index,and other covariates.Negative symptom scores were higher in the EOS group than the AOS group(F=6.199,P=0.015).Serum IL-6 concentrations in the EOS group were negatively correlated with both total PANSS-negative symptom score(r=-0.389,P=0.032)and avolition/asociality subscore(r=-0.387,P=0.026).CONCLUSION Patients with EOS may have more severe negative symptoms than those with adult-onset schizophrenia during the chronic phase of the illness.IL-6 signaling may regulate negative symptoms and its avolition/asociality subsymptoms among the early-onset chronic schizophrenic patients. 展开更多

Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic, erosive and deforming inflammatory rheumatic disease. In the era of biotherapies and the arrival of biosimilars in sub-Saharan Africa, the objective of this study was to describe plasma IL-6 variations in RA patients at Cité Verte District Hospital (Cameroon). Material and Methods: Descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study from December 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022. We included patients over 18 years old suffering from RA (ACR/EULAR 2010). Patients with an infection were not included. The data collected were age, sex, smoking status, family history, disease duration, disease activity by DAS28, CRP, rheumatoid factor, and plasma level of IL-6. Bone erosion was sought on radiography and ultrasound. Result: We included 31 patients, 25 of whom were women (80.6%). The mean age was 47.27 ± 17.97 years. Disease activity was predominantly moderate (32.3%) and severe (32.3%). Mean IL-6 level was 15.29 ± 2.36 pg/ml (extremes: 11.26 pg/ml and 20.15 pg/ml). IL-6 levels were higher in patients with a history of smoking. Similarly, IL-6 levels were higher in patients with mildly active RA in remission than in moderately and severely active RA. Mean IL-6 levels were significantly higher in patients with erosive RA (16.3 pg/ml VS 14.6 pg/ml). Conclusion: IL-6 levels were significantly elevated in men, weaned smokers and patients with bone erosions. 展开更多

Postprandial metabolism plays major roles in many pathological conditions.The n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)ratio is closely related to various physiological disorders.This study aimed to investigate the effects of high fat meals with different n-6/n-3 PUFA ratios on postprandial metabolism in normal control(NC)and hypertriglyceridemia(HTG)rats.The postprandial response of triglyceride(TG)in HTG groups was higher than that in NC groups after different n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio meals.The HTG groups showed higher postprandial total cholesterol(TC)responses than NC groups after 1:1 and 20:1 ratio meals.The 5:1 n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio elicited lower postprandial responses of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)than 1:1 and 10:1 ratios in HTG groups.The postprandial malondialdehyde(MDA)response was lower after a 5:1 n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio meal than 1:1 and 20:1 ratio meals in HTG groups.The 1:1 ratio resulted in a lower postprandial reactive oxygen species(ROS)level than 5:1 and 10:1 n-6/n-3 PUFA ratios in NC groups.The results showed that a low n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio improved postprandial dysmetabolism induced by a high fat meal in NC and HTG rats.A high n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio increased the difference in postprandial metabolism between NC and HTG rats. 展开更多

Objective: To determine the effect of flurbiprofen combined with prednisolone on interleukin-6 in elderly surgery patients. Methods: In this double-blind randomized controlled study, patients aged 65 to 80 who were undergoing spinal fusion surgery for disc herniation were administered flurbiprofen 100 mg (P group, flurbiprofen group), prednisolone 0.6 mg/kg (D group, prednisolone group), prednisolone 0.6 mg/kg plus flurbiprofen 100 mg (P + D group, flurbiprofen + prednisolone group) or normal saline (S group, saline group) 15 minutes before the induction of anesthesia. Plasma samples were collected before surgery (T0) and on day 1 (T1), day 2 (T2) and day 3 (T3) following surgery. At the same time, systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) was assessed by SIRS criteria. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) for collected samples were measured. Results: Other groups had significantly lower levels of IL-6, CRP and occurrence of SIRS than S group (p < 0.05). Compared to groups P and D, the levels of IL-6 and CRP in P + D group were significantly lower on T1 (p < 0.05). Peak levels of IL-6 in all groups were presented on T1 (p 0.05). The levels of CRP within three days were significantly different but did not show peak levels (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Compared to prednisolone or flurbiprofen, combining flurbiprofen with prednisolone in elderly surgery patients led to an increased suppression of IL-6. 展开更多

Background:Methionine or lysine has been reported to influence DNA methylation and fat metabolism,but their combined effects in N6-methyl-adenosine(m^(6)A)RNA methylation remain unclarified.The combined effects of rumen-protected methionine and lysine(RML)in a low-protein(LP)diet on lipid metabolism,m^(6)A RNA methylation,and fatty acid(FA)profiles in the liver and muscle of lambs were investigated.Sixty-three male lambs were divided into three treatment groups,three pens per group and seven lambs per pen.The lambs were fed a 14.5%crude protein(CP)diet(adequate protein[NP]),12.5%CP diet(LP),and a LP diet plus RML(LP+RML)for 60 d.Results:The results showed that the addition of RML in a LP diet tended to lower the concentrations of plasma leptin(P=0.07),triglyceride(P=0.05),and non-esterified FA(P=0.08).Feeding a LP diet increased the enzyme activity or m RNA expression of lipogenic enzymes and decreased lipolytic enzymes compared with the NP diet.This effect was reversed by supplementation of RML with a LP diet.The inclusion of RML in a LP diet affected the polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),n-3 PUFA,and n-6 PUFA in the liver but not in the muscle,which might be linked with altered expression of FA desaturase-1(FADS1)and acetyl-Co A carboxylase(ACC).A LP diet supplemented with RML increased(P<0.05)total m^(6)A levels in the liver and muscle and were accompanied by decreased expression of fat mass and obesity-associated protein(FTO)and alk B homologue 5(ALKBH5).The m RNA expressions of methyltransferase-like 3(METTL3)and methyltransferase-like 14(METTL14)in the LP+RML diet group were lower than those in the other two groups.Supplementation of RML with a LP diet affected only liver YTH domain family(YTHDF2)proteins(P<0.05)and muscle YTHDF3(P=0.09),which can be explained by limited m^(6)Abinding proteins that were mediated in m RNA fate.Conclusions:Our findings showed that the inclusion of RML in a LP diet could alter fat deposition through modulations of lipogenesis and lipolysis in the liver and muscle.These changes in fat metabolism may be associated with the modification of m^(6)A RNA methylation. 展开更多

Metabolic syndrome (MetS) and its components have been linked to elevated serum levels of inflammatory biomarkers such as C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor alpha. The aim of our study was to address the association between MetS components with serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels among Congolese adults. A total of 357 participants (aged 30 - 87 years) were included in this cross-sectional study. Anthropometrics were collected and fasting blood sampled for assessment of fasting blood glycaemia (FBG), lipids and inflammatory parameters using commercially available assays. NCEP-ATPIII criteria were used to define MetS. The Median (IQR) hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were higher in participants with MetS than in those without ([7 (4, 14) versus 6 (4, 8)] mg/L;p = 0.092 and [23.8 (20.9, 27.6) versus 22.3 (19.5, 25.0)] pg/mL;p = 0.002). hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were significantly higher in females with MetS than in those without, but not in males. Among participants, only TG was correlated with hs-CRP (r = 0.149, p = 0.007), and a significant correlation was observed between TG (r = 0.116, p = 0.037), FBG (r = 0.208, p = 0.000), HDL-C (r = −0.119, p = 0.034) and SBP (r = 0.143, p = 0.010) and IL-6. In males, hs-CRP levels were positively correlated with TG (0.316;p = 0.000), negatively with HDL-C (r = −0.290, p = 0.0022), without such correlations in females. In Ames, IL-6 levels were positively correlated with FBG (r = 0.202;p = 0.035), and negatively with HDL-C (r = −0.249, p = 0.009). Significant correlations between IL-6 levels and FBG (r = 0.214;p = 0.000) or SBP (r = 0.227, p = 0.000) were observed in females. Logistic regression analysis was carried out to identify the relationship between MetS components and hs-CRP or IL-6. Values of area under receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curves suggest potential use of serum hs-CRP (AUC = 0.675) and IL-6 (AUC = 0.656) as diagnostic biomarkers of MetS. Combination of hs-CRP and IL-6 improved diagnosis accuracy, yielding a 0.698 ROC curve area. MetS components are associated with hs-CRP and IL-6 levels among adults Congolese. Combining the two biomarkers hs-CRP and IL-6 improves Mets diagnostic accuracy compared to hs-CRP or IL-6 alone. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the effects of Bushen Zhuanggu Formul on intedeukin 6 (IL-6) level and bone metabolism of the ovariectomized rats, and to explore the possible mechanism of preventing and treating postmenopausal osteo porosis by traditional Chinese Formul. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (N), ovariectomized control group (OVX), estrogen-treated group (OVX+E) traditional and Chinese medicine-treated group (OVX+ CM). After treaanent, IL-6 levels in rat bone tissue media and serum were examined by ELISA. The proximal tibias(PTM) of rats were undecalcified for quantitative bone histomorphometry. Results: Compared with OVX group, both Bushen Zhuanggu medicine and estrogen decreased IL-6 level in rat bone tissue media. However, the effects of Bushen Zhuanggu Formul were weaker than those of estrogen. Furthermore, Bushen Zhuanggu Formul and estrogen produced a reduction in bone turnover by inhibiting bone formation and bone resorption at the same time. Conclusion: Bushen Zhuanggu Formul prevents ovariectomic bone loss by inhibiting IL-6 production in rat bone tissues. 展开更多

目的探究白细胞介素6(IL-6)、核因子κB(NF-κB)对胰腺癌的诊断价值及其与胰腺癌临床病理分期的关系。方法收集2019年6月至2022年6月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的68例胰腺癌患者作为病例组,60例同期于本院门诊健康体检者作为对照组... 目的探究白细胞介素6(IL-6)、核因子κB(NF-κB)对胰腺癌的诊断价值及其与胰腺癌临床病理分期的关系。方法收集2019年6月至2022年6月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的68例胰腺癌患者作为病例组,60例同期于本院门诊健康体检者作为对照组。检测2组受试者血清中IL-6、NF-κB的表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析IL-6、NF-κB表达对胰腺癌诊断的价值;比较不同临床病理分期患者血清IL-6、NF-κB水平的表达差异。结果病例组患者血清IL-6和NF-κB水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[IL-6:16.33(8.41,67.41)ng/L比6.15(5.55,7.33)ng/L,Z=6.109,P<0.001;NF-κB:449.52(230.37,568.28)ng/L比150.35(126.48,167.30)ng/L,Z=5.463,P<0.001]。IL-6、NF-κB诊断胰腺癌ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.813±0.041、0.920±0.024,联合检测的AUC为0.923±0.024。T_(3)、T_(4)期胰腺癌患者血清IL-6、NF-κB水平与T_(1)、T_(2)期患者比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血清IL-6、NF-κB水平随着淋巴结转移程度(N_(0)~N_(2))的增高而增高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且N_(1)、N_(2)期胰腺癌患者血清IL-6、NF-κB水平与N_(0)期患者相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。远处转移胰腺癌患者(M_(1))的血清IL-6、NF-κB水平高于未远处转移的患者(M_(0)),差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论血清IL-6、NF-κB可以作为胰腺癌早期诊断、临床病理分期的血清学标志物,其可能与胰腺癌的发生、发展密切相关。 展开更多

目的调查慢加急性乙型肝炎肝衰竭(HBV-ACLF)患者细菌感染病原菌分布特征,分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平预测细菌感染的效能。方法2019年12月~2023年1月我院收治的HBV-ACLF患者86例,常规分离和鉴定... 目的调查慢加急性乙型肝炎肝衰竭(HBV-ACLF)患者细菌感染病原菌分布特征,分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平预测细菌感染的效能。方法2019年12月~2023年1月我院收治的HBV-ACLF患者86例,常规分离和鉴定菌种,采用电化学发光免疫法检测血清PCT水平,采用ELISA法检测血清IFN-γ和IL-6水平,应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估血清指标联合预测HBV-ACLF患者发生细菌感染的效能。结果本组发生细菌感染者37例,未发生明确感染者49例;在37例HBV-ACLF并发细菌感染患者中,共检出68株感染病原菌,其中革兰氏阴性菌41株(60.3%),革兰氏阳性菌27株(39.7%);感染组血清PCT、IFN-γ和IL-6水平分别为(10.9±3.1)μg/L、(46.5±1.9)pg/mL和(16.9±1.6)pg/mL,均显著高于未感染组【分别为(0.9±0.1)μg/L、(20.1±2.4)pg/mL和(4.8±0.9)pg/mL,P<0.05】,28 d和90 d病死率分别为67.6%和75.7%,均显著高于未感染组(分别为8.2%和12.2%,P<0.05);经ROC分析显示,分别以PCT>3.3μg/L、IFN-γ>45.5 pg/mL和IL-6>15.4pg/mL为截断点,其联合预测HBV-ACLF患者并发细菌感染的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.874,诊断的灵敏度为93.6%,特异度为84.1%。结论HBV-ACLF患者细菌感染的病原菌分布具有一定的特征性,以革兰氏阴性菌感染为主,除检测血清PCT水平外,监测血清IFN-γ和IL-6水平可能有助于早期发现细菌感染而给予预防性处理,或能提供生存率。 展开更多

目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)在早期急性胰腺炎(AP)合并感染中的诊断价值。方法选择2022年1月至2024年1月滕州市中心人民医院消化内科收治的112例AP患者,依据患者入院时的严重程度将其划分为3组分别为轻... 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)在早期急性胰腺炎(AP)合并感染中的诊断价值。方法选择2022年1月至2024年1月滕州市中心人民医院消化内科收治的112例AP患者,依据患者入院时的严重程度将其划分为3组分别为轻症组、中重症组、重症组。记录入院首日、3 d、7 d,IL-6、CRP、PCT水平;同时以Spearman相关性分析病情严重程度与IL-6、CRP、PCT相关性。结果入院首日,3组患者IL-6、CRP、PCT水平均高于各指标正常参考范围。IL-6水平入院首日、入院3 d、入院7 d,重症组>中重症组>轻症组(P<0.05),且入院7 d>入院3 d>入院首日(P<0.05)。CRP水平,重症组、中重症组入院首日无差异(P>0.05),重症组、中重症组>轻症组(P<0.05);入院3 d、入院7 d,重症组>中重症组>轻症组(P<0.05),且入院7 d>入院3 d>入院首日(P<0.05)。入院不同时间三组PCT水平,均重症组>中重症组>轻症组(P<0.05);轻症组、中重症组入院不同时间段PCT水平,均入院3 d>入院7 d>入院首日(P<0.05);重症组入院3 d、入院7 d比较无差异(P>0.05),入院3 d、入院7 d>入院首日(P<0.05)。IL-6、CRP、PCT、IL-6+CRP+PCT对AP的AUC分别为0.82、0.85、0.90、0.94。IL-6、CRP、PCT预测AP的截断值分别为50.77 ng/L、124.56 mg/L、3.25μg/L。经ROC曲线分析显示,PCT为最佳AP预测因子,IL-6、CRP、PCT联合诊断准确性更高。结论PCT、CRP、IL-6单一或联合用于AP合并感染的诊断评估均具有一定价值,且三者联合应用诊断价值更高,可早期评价患者病情严重程度,指导疾病治疗,建议将其作为AP早期病情评估、预后预测参考指标。 展开更多

目的研究第三腰椎骨骼肌指数(L3-SMI)联合白细胞介素6(IL-6)、激活素A(Activin A)检测对胰腺癌恶病质的早期预测价值。方法将2020年7月—2023年7月经河北医科大学第四医院确诊的74例胰腺癌患者纳入研究。根据患者入院后是否发生恶病质,... 目的研究第三腰椎骨骼肌指数(L3-SMI)联合白细胞介素6(IL-6)、激活素A(Activin A)检测对胰腺癌恶病质的早期预测价值。方法将2020年7月—2023年7月经河北医科大学第四医院确诊的74例胰腺癌患者纳入研究。根据患者入院后是否发生恶病质,分为恶病质组(n=58)、非恶病质组(n=16)。观测患者入院后48 h内的L3-SMI、IL-6、Activin A水平。正态分布的计量资料两组间比较采用成组t检验;计数资料组间比较采用χ2检验。采用多因素Logistic回归分析筛选胰腺癌恶病质的影响因素,并通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析L3-SMI以及血清IL-6、Activin A单独或联合检测对胰腺癌恶病质的预测价值。ROC曲线下面积(AUC)比较采用Z检验。结果恶病质组L3-SMI水平明显低于非恶病质组,血清IL-6、Activin A水平明显高于非恶病质组(t值分别为8.649、3.049、8.100,P值均<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,L3-SMI(OR=0.266,95%CI:0.103~0.683)以及血清IL-6(OR=4.158,95%CI:1.368~12.333)、Activin A(OR=5.124,95%CI:1.550~16.939)是胰腺癌恶病质发生的影响因素(P值均<0.05)。L3-SMI、IL-6、Activin A预测胰腺癌恶病质的AUC分别为0.851、0.752、0.791,均明显低于三者联合检测的0.946(Z值分别为−2.841、−2.552、−2.647,P值均<0.001),其敏感度、特异度、约登指数最高,分别为90.9%、87.8%、0.788。结论L3-SMI联合血清IL-6、Activin A检测对胰腺癌恶病质具有较好的早期预测价值。 展开更多

目的观察微小RNA-155(miR-155)mRNA和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在子痫前期极早产新生儿中表达水平的差异及临床意义。方法选择2021年1月至12月聊城市人民医院产科收治的28例子痫前期孕母分娩极早产新生儿〔胎龄<32周和(或)体质量<1500 ... 目的观察微小RNA-155(miR-155)mRNA和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在子痫前期极早产新生儿中表达水平的差异及临床意义。方法选择2021年1月至12月聊城市人民医院产科收治的28例子痫前期孕母分娩极早产新生儿〔胎龄<32周和(或)体质量<1500 g〕作为观察组,以同期本院住院治疗其他原因导致的极早产儿26例作为对照组。收集患儿相关电子病历临床资料,包括极早产儿和孕母一般情况(性别、胎龄、出生体质量、有无子痫前期等)、有创通气比例、支气管肺发育不良(BPD)比例、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和早发脓毒症发生率、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT),以及出生后脐动脉血清中miR-155 mRNA表达、IL-6水平,并比较两组上述指标的差异。采用Pearson相关性分析法分析miR-155、IL-6水平的相关性。结果观察组出生体质量明显低于对照组(kg:1.21±0.22比1.32±0.33,P<0.05),有创通气、BPD、ARDS比例和脓毒症发生率均明显高于对照组〔有创通气比例:75.0%(21/28)比57.7%(15/26),BPD比例:35.7%(10/28)比11.5%(3/26),ARDS发生率:100.0%(28/28)比84.6%(22/26),脓毒症发生率:71.4%(20/28)比53.8%(14/26),均P<0.05〕,miR-155 mRNA表达和IL-6水平均明显高于对照组〔miR-155 mRNA(2-ΔΔCt):0.93±0.18比0.17±0.03,IL-6(ng/L):73.84(33.44,429.00)比19.05(9.30,47.20),均P<0.05〕。Pearson相关性分析显示:miR-155和IL-6水平呈明显正相关(r=0.782,P<0.01)。两组随出生时间延长,WBC和NEUT均逐渐降低,观察组出生后各时间点WBC和NEUT比较差异均有统计学意义,出生后48 h和72 h均明显低于出生后24 h(均P<0.05)。观察组出生后24、48和72 h WBC均明显低于对照组(×109/L:出生后24 h为7.85±2.44比12.28±6.81,出生后48 h为7.31±3.53比10.98±7.91,出生后72 h为4.97±2.05比7.82±4.65,均P<0.05),NEUT仅出生后24 h和48 h两个时间点观察组明显低于对照组(×109/L:出生后24 h为4.13±1.93比7.45±5.67,出生后48 h为3.96±2.64比6.89±6.24,均P<0.05)。结论子痫前期极早产新生儿出生时机体内miR-155 mRNA表达、IL-6水平明显上调,机体炎症反应紊乱,对早期评估病情有一定价值。 展开更多

目的探讨可溶性白细胞分化抗原14亚型(sCD14-ST)联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对细菌性呼吸道感染患儿的诊断价值。方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月该院收治的55例细菌性呼吸道感染患儿作为观察组,另选取同期在该院健康体检的55例儿童作为对照... 目的探讨可溶性白细胞分化抗原14亚型(sCD14-ST)联合白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对细菌性呼吸道感染患儿的诊断价值。方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月该院收治的55例细菌性呼吸道感染患儿作为观察组,另选取同期在该院健康体检的55例儿童作为对照组。检测并比较两组sCD14-ST、IL-6水平,采用Pearson相关分析细菌性呼吸道感染患儿sCD14-ST水平与IL-6水平的相关性,采用多因素Logistic回归分析儿童发生细菌性呼吸道感染的危险因素,绘制受试者工作特征曲线分析血清sCD14-ST、IL-6对儿童发生细菌性呼吸道感染的诊断价值。结果观察组血清sCD14-ST、IL-6水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,细菌性呼吸道感染患儿血清sCD14-ST水平与IL-6水平呈正相关(r=0.422,P=0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,sCD14-ST>443.82 pg/mL、IL-6>13.75 pg/mL是儿童发生细菌性呼吸道感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。2项指标联合诊断儿童发生细菌性呼吸道感染的曲线下面积为0.887(95%CI:0.741~0.975),灵敏度为90.91%,特异度为80.00%。结论sCD14-ST>443.82 pg/mL、IL-6>13.75 pg/mL是儿童发生细菌性呼吸道感染的独立危险因素,2项指标联合检测能提高对儿童发生细菌性呼吸道感染的诊断价值。 展开更多

目的探讨贝林妥欧单抗联合化疗治疗难治复发急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者的疗效及其对血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2017年1月至2024年1月在该院接受治疗的78例难治复发ALL患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同... 目的探讨贝林妥欧单抗联合化疗治疗难治复发急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者的疗效及其对血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2017年1月至2024年1月在该院接受治疗的78例难治复发ALL患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同将难治复发ALL患者分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。研究组采用HyperCVAD方案+贝林妥欧单抗治疗,费城染色体阳性(PH+)患者加用达沙替尼治疗,对照组采用HyperCVAD方案治疗,PH+患者加用达沙替尼治疗,两组均治疗1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后评估患者临床疗效;比较两组治疗前、治疗1个疗程后血常规指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)和血红蛋白(Hb)]及血清IL-6、IL-17水平;采用Kendall′s tau相关分析血清IL-6、IL-7水平与难治复发ALL患者疗效的相关性;比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后WBC及血清IL-6、IL-17水平均低于对照组,PLT、Hb水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。完全缓解患者血清IL-6、IL-17水平最低,其次为完全缓解伴血液学不完全恢复和难治性疾病患者,疾病进展患者最高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kendall′s tau相关分析结果显示,血清IL-6、IL-17水平与难治复发ALL患者疗效均呈负相关(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贝林妥欧单抗联合达沙替尼能够有效改善难治复发ALL患者血常规指标水平,减轻机体炎症反应,提升患者临床疗效,并且血清IL-6、IL-17水平与患者疗效密切相关。 展开更多

旨在研究苏禽6号蛋鸡产蛋期血脂代谢情况,为该配套系的产蛋期饲养管理和营养调控提供理论依据。以苏禽6号蛋鸡19周龄商品代鸡为试验组,海兰褐蛋鸡为对照组,饲养至60周龄,产蛋前期(19~28周)每周采血,产蛋高峰期(29~40周)间隔2周采血,产... 旨在研究苏禽6号蛋鸡产蛋期血脂代谢情况,为该配套系的产蛋期饲养管理和营养调控提供理论依据。以苏禽6号蛋鸡19周龄商品代鸡为试验组,海兰褐蛋鸡为对照组,饲养至60周龄,产蛋前期(19~28周)每周采血,产蛋高峰期(29~40周)间隔2周采血,产蛋后期(41~60周)间隔4周采血,测量血清中脂质代谢相关生化指标,并进行差异分析和相关性分析。结果:随着周龄增长,苏禽6号蛋鸡血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量维持至产蛋高峰期28周龄后明显下降(P<0.05),高峰期后TG和LDL含量无明显变化(P>0.05);高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量整体呈下降趋势,其中30、38周龄极显著降低(P<0.01)。与海兰褐蛋鸡相比,苏禽6号蛋鸡血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量28周龄前明显较低(P<0.05),之后无显著差异(P>0.05),TC和LDL含量则30周龄前无明显差异(P>0.05),之后明显降低(P<0.05)。产蛋前期、高峰期与后期比较显示,苏禽6号蛋鸡在产蛋高峰期其脂代谢指标中TG、FFA和LDL含量显著高于前期和后期(P<0.05),HDL和卵黄蛋白原(VTG)均是前期显著高于高峰期和后期(P<0.05)。苏禽6号蛋鸡血清各脂代谢指标间存在较多显著正相关(P<0.05),如TG、TC与FFA三者间(P<0.01),TC、HDL与VTG三者间(P<0.01),LDL、VTG与腹脂率三者间(P<0.05),仅FFA与极低密度脂蛋白y(VLDLy)呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。综合分析表明,苏禽6号蛋鸡产蛋期血脂代谢稳定,与高产蛋鸡海兰褐蛋鸡相比产蛋前期一致,产蛋后期下降较快。 展开更多

目的 探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在胰腺癌裸鼠模型癌组织增殖与上皮间质化中的作用,并分析其分子机制。方法 将18只成功构建胰腺癌细胞荷瘤的BALB/c裸鼠模型随机分为模型对照组、IL-6过表达组和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)抗体组,每组6只。模型对照... 目的 探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在胰腺癌裸鼠模型癌组织增殖与上皮间质化中的作用,并分析其分子机制。方法 将18只成功构建胰腺癌细胞荷瘤的BALB/c裸鼠模型随机分为模型对照组、IL-6过表达组和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)抗体组,每组6只。模型对照组于肿瘤部位注射生理盐水进行干预,IL-6过表达组于肿瘤部位注射IL-6过表达质粒进行干预,IgG抗体组予肿瘤部位注射IgG抗体进行干预。3组均于末次给药24 h后处死小鼠,并收集胰腺肿瘤组织。对各组肿瘤组织进行离体称重并计算抑瘤率。通过苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察胰腺组织的病理学改变。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组裸鼠肿瘤组织中IL-6、p-STAT3、NF-κB p65和VEGF蛋白的表达水平。采用蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)检测各组肿瘤组织中E-cadherin、Vimentin、MMP-9蛋白的表达水平。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测各组IL-6、p-STAT3、SOCS3基因的表达水平。结果 3组裸鼠胰腺肿瘤组织的平均瘤重及抑瘤率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HE染色结果显示,模型对照组肿瘤组织细胞体积增大,癌细胞排列呈巢状;IL-6过表达组可见肿瘤组织轻度纤维化,少量炎症浸润;IgG抗体组可见核分裂象,大量肿瘤细胞坏死,局灶组织纤维化。IL-6过表达组E-cadherin蛋白、SOCS3基因表达水平低于模型对照组和IgG抗体组,而Vimentin、MMP-9、IL-6、p-STAT3、NF-κB p65、VEGF蛋白的表达水平及IL-6、NF-κB p65基因的表达水平高于模型对照组和IgG抗体组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);IgG抗体组Vimentin、MMP-9、IL-6、p-STAT3、NF-κB p65、VEGF蛋白的表达水平及IL-6、NF-κB p65基因的表达水平低于模型对照组,而E-cadherin和SOCS3基因水平高于模型对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6可以通过p-STAT3和(或)NF-κB p65信号通路调节胰腺癌裸鼠模型肿瘤组织中的相关细胞因子,影响肿瘤组织的增殖及上皮间质化。 展开更多
