目的研究卡格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、Nod样受体蛋白-3(NLRP3)mRNA、microRNA-144(miR-144)水平的影响。方法研究方法为回顾性分析,选取2020年1月至2023年1月荆门市人民医院收治的85...目的研究卡格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、Nod样受体蛋白-3(NLRP3)mRNA、microRNA-144(miR-144)水平的影响。方法研究方法为回顾性分析,选取2020年1月至2023年1月荆门市人民医院收治的85例T2DM患者为研究对象,参考治疗方式不同分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=42)。研究组采用卡格列净联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组单用阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血糖[糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、空腹血糖(FPG)]、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-23、IL-17A、IL-1β]、血清MCP-1、NLRP3 mRNA、miR-144水平与治疗后总有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的HbAlc、2 h PBG、FPG、HOMA-IR、IL-23、IL-17A、IL-1β、MCP-1、NLRP3 mRNA、miR-144水平均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后HbAlc、2 h PBG、FPG、HOMA-IR、IL-23、IL-17A、IL-1β、MCP-1、NLRP3 mRNA、miR-144水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后恶心呕吐、食欲下降、头晕等总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与单用阿卡波糖治疗相比,阿卡波糖与卡格列净联合治疗T2DM可对患者血糖予以有效控制,改善其炎症反应、胰岛素抵抗及MCP-1、NLRP3、miR-144水平,明显提高临床疗效,且不增加不良反应。展开更多

Type 1A diabetes is characterized by the presence of the anti-glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (anti-GADab). Fulminant type 1 diabetes is classified as type 1B diabetes, and characterized by the absence of anti-GADab, flu-like symptoms, and elevated serum exocrine pancreatic enzymes. We report a type 1 diabetic patient who showed flu-like symptoms, elevated serum exocrine pancreatic enzymes, and an extremely high-titer of anti-GADab, manifesting the characteristics of both type 1A and fulminant type 1 diabetes.展开更多
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an important cytokine that plays a pivotal role in natural and adaptive immune systems. However, in lower vertebrates, especially in teleost the receptor of this cytokine is still largely unknown. This paper described the cloning and characterization of grass carp interleukin-10 receptor 1 (gcIL10R1) and the 3D structure of its extracellular domain was predicted. The gcIL10R1 cDNA included 180 bp5’ untranslated region (UTR), 870 bp3’ UTR and an open reading frame (ORF) of 1632 bp. The ORF was found to encode a 543 amino acid protein with a putative JAK1 binding site, one STAT3 binding site. The phylogenetic analysis clusters gcIL10R1 with other teleost IL10R1s but independently of the amphibian, avian and mammalian IL10R1s. The 3D structure of its extracellular domain was the first homology model of a fish IL10R1 that revealed a high similarity with its mammalian and avian counterparts.展开更多
