Analysis on the Present Situation of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas under the Idea of "Party Building + County Sage or Worthy":A Case Study of Qianshan Village,Ganlu Town,Gongqingcheng City of Jiangxi Province

From the reform and opening-up policy until now,targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas has always been regarded as a major and arduous task in China,and it strives to achieve the goal of national poverty alleviation by 2020.To firmly win the strong war of overcoming poverty and realize new leap of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas,Qianshan Village,Ganlu Town,Gongqingcheng City of Jiangxi Province establishes party building projects with rural characteristics by surrounding action of"overcoming poverty and attacking strong poverty"and taking"party building+county sage or worthy"as link.It uses county sage or worthy to drive development of rural industry,and establishes a complete poverty alleviation mechanism,thereby making poor households get rid of poverty,become rich,and embark on the road of well-off society.In this paper,opportunities and challenges in targeted poverty alleviation work of Qianshan Village are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.

BACnet与Internet的互联

对比分析了目前2种BACnet (楼宇自动控制网络数据通信协议)与Internet的互联技术,即B/IPPAD (BACnet/Internet协议包封装/拆装设备)和BACnet/IP ,并指出了这2种技术所存在的问题.提出了一种基于BACnet网关的互联模型,此网关工作在BACnet网络层,需要配置一个独立的IP地址和一个BACnet网络号,同时也必须维护一个对等网关的IP地址与BACnet网络号的本地数据库.该模型通过BACnet网关来完成不同协议之间的语义转换、广播及管理等功能,为BACnet网络与Internet之间提供了统一的网络接口,增强了楼宇控制网络与Internet融合的能力,并大大简化了BACnet网络与Internet的互联过程.在研究此模型的体系结构和工作流程的基础上探讨了该模型的实现方法.

An Efficient Security Solution for Industrial Internet of Things Applications

The Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)has been growing for presentations in industry in recent years.Security for the IIoT has unavoidably become a problem in terms of creating safe applications.Due to continual needs for new functionality,such as foresight,the number of linked devices in the industrial environment increases.Certification of fewer signatories gives strong authentication solutions and prevents trustworthy third parties from being publicly certified among available encryption instruments.Hence this blockchain-based endpoint protection platform(BCEPP)has been proposed to validate the network policies and reduce overall latency in isolation or hold endpoints.A resolver supports the encoded model as an input;network functions can be optimized as an output in an infrastructure network.The configuration of the virtual network functions(VNFs)involved fulfills network characteristics.The output ensures that the final service is supplied at the least cost,including processing time and network latency.According to the findings of this comparison,our design is better suited to simplified trust management in IIoT devices.Thus,the experimental results show the adaptability and resilience of our suggested confidence model against behavioral changes in hostile settings in IIoT networks.The experimental results show that our proposed method,BCEPP,has the following,when compared to other methods:high computational cost of 95.3%,low latency ratio of 28.5%,increased data transmitting rate up to 94.1%,enhanced security rate of 98.6%,packet reception ratio of 96.1%,user satisfaction index of 94.5%,and probability ratio of 33.8%.
