The iron-bearing rock system is a paleo-weathered crustal sedimentary(or accumulating) stratum bet...Xianglushan-type iron deposits are one of the new types of iron deposits found in the Weining Area of Western Guizhou. The iron-bearing rock system is a paleo-weathered crustal sedimentary(or accumulating) stratum between the top of the Middle-Late Permian Emeishan basalt formation and the Late Permian Xuanwei formation. Iron ore is hosted in the Lower-Middle part of the rock system. In terms of the genesis of mineral deposit, this type of deposit should be a basalt paleo-weathering crustal redeposit type, very different from marine sedimentary iron deposits or continental weathering crust iron deposits. Based on field work and the analytical results of XRD Powder Diffraction, Electron Probe, Scanner Electron Microscope, etc., the geological setting of the ore-forming processes and the deposit features are illustrated in this paper. The ore-forming environment of the deposit and the Emeishan basalt weathering mineralization are also discussed in order to enhance the knowledge of the universality and diversity of mineralization of the Emeishan Large Igneous Province(ELIP), which may be a considerable reference to further research for ELIP metallogenic theories, and geological research for iron deposits in the paleo-weathering crust areas of the Emeishan basalt,Southwestern, China.展开更多
Iron-based perovskite-type compounds modified by Ru were prepared through sol-gel process to study its catalytic activity of NOx direct decomposition at low temperature and evaluate the conversion of NO under the expe...Iron-based perovskite-type compounds modified by Ru were prepared through sol-gel process to study its catalytic activity of NOx direct decomposition at low temperature and evaluate the conversion of NO under the experimental conditions. The catalytic activity of La 0.9Ce 0.1Fe 0.8-nCo 0.2RunO3 (n=0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07,0.09)series for the NO, NO-CO two components, CO-HC-NO three components were also analyzed. The catalytic investigation evidenced that the presence of Ru is necessary for making highly activity in decomposition of nitric oxide even at low temperature(400 ℃)and La 0.9Ce 0.9Fe 0.75Co 0.2Ru 0.05O3 (n=0.05) has better activity in all the samples, the conversion of it is 58.5%. With the reducing gas(CO,C3H6)added into the gas, the catalyst displayed very high activity in decomposition of NO and the conversion of it is 80% and 92.5% separately.展开更多

Male Wistar rats ...Summary: The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of iron levels and hepatic regulatory molecules expression involved in iron metabolism in non-diabetic obese/type 2 diabetic rat models. Male Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: control group, non-diabetic obese group and type 2 dia- betic group (n=20 each). The rats were evaluated physiologically and biochemically. The hepatic histo- pathological changes were observed using haematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining. The mRNA expres- sion patterns of hepcidin, interleukin-6 (IL-6), hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) and ferroportin (Fpn) in the rat liver in control group, non-diabetic obese group and type 2 diabetic group were analyzed by real-time RT-PCR. The protein expression patterns of hepcidin in liver of each group were further ana- lyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. As compared with control group, the ferritin in non-diabetic obese group and type 2 diabetic group was increased significantly (P〈0.001). However, there was no significant difference in soluble transferring receptor (sTfR):ferritin ratio among the three groups (P〉0.05). The real-time RT-PCR, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting results all re- vealed that the expression levels of hepcidin in non-diabetic obese group and type 2 diabetic group were elevated significantly as compared with those in control group (P〈0.001). The expression levels of hep- cidin mRNA between non-diabetic obese group and type 2 diabetic group showed no significant differ- ence (P〉0.05). However, the protein expression levels of hepcidin in type 2 diabetic group were sig- nificantly higher than those in non-diabetic obese group (P〈0.05). Compared to control group, the ex- pression levels of IL-6 mRNA in non-diabetic obese group and type 2 diabetic group were increased significantly and the expression levels ofFpn mRNA decreased (P〈0.05). However, the expression lev- els ofHIF mRNA had no significant difference among three groups. It is suggested that iron metabolism is substantially disturbed in non-diabetic obese and type 2 diabetic rats probably by the abnormal ex- pression of hepcidin in chronic inflammatory status. The increased hepcidin may restrain the iron re- lease from the cells by affecting the expression of Fpn, which probably associates with the development of diabetic complication.展开更多

文摘山东省鲁西隆起区是我国重要铁矿集区之一,其中矽卡岩型铁矿是其优势矿种,主要分布于济南、莱芜、淄博等地区(段壮,2019)。2013年以来,山东省地质调查院等地勘单位在德州市齐河—禹城地区郭店、李屯、大张等地进行了异常查证并取得重大找矿突破,发现多处大中型富铁矿床;因研究区属超深覆盖区(新生界厚度大于530 m).
