Development Progress of China’s First Mars Exploration Mission:Its Scientific Objectives and Payloads

China’s first Mars exploration mission is scheduled to be launched in 2020.It aims not only to conduct global and comprehensive exploration of Mars by use of an orbiter but also to carry out in situ observation of key sites on Mars with a rover.This mission focuses on the following studies:topography,geomorphology,geological structure,soil characteristics,water-ice distribution,material composition,atmosphere and ionosphere,surface climate,environmental characteristics,Mars internal structure,and Martian magnetic field.It is comprised of an orbiter,a lander,and a rover equipped with 13 scientific payloads.This article will give an introduction to the mission including mission plan,scientific objectives,scientific payloads,and its recent development progress.

The Rise of Women’s Education and the Modernity of East Asia:Focusing on the Education of“Virtuous Wives and Worthy Mothers”in China and Japan

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan.Looking back on the past and forward to the future,we realize modernity has become a critical issue that not only China and Japan,but the whole East Asian region should pay attention to.China and Japan are both within the“Circle of Confucius Culture”and are both modern latecomer countries.As they were coerced by western countries to enter the modern age,they shared multiple common features.An exploration of the two countries’respective rising of modern women’s education is an important path to discuss the reconstruction of gender and an important method of the course of the embodiment of east-Asian women into modernization drives.With regards to conclusion,entering the modern age,Chinese and Japanese intellectuals reshaped the female gender in terms of interpersonal relationship,value system,and knowledge structure by advocating the idea of“virtuous wives and worthy mothers”education.In the concept of virtuous wives and worthy mothers in East Asia,the Confucian ethics of“docility and virtue”is the soul,and modern scientific knowledge serves this core value.On the other hand,in the course of localization in China and Japan,this imported concept from the West has encountered a completely different historical fate.

JAPAN＇S READJUSTMENT OF CHINA POLICY AND DEVELOPMENT TREND OF CHINA-JAPAN RELATIONSHIP

China-Japan Relationship is a very special bilateral tie in international relations since it＇s a matter of regional peace and stability. The Abe administration has long pursued a ＂bet-hedging＂ strategy towards China. Although it claims that it attaches great importance to the ties between Japan and China, it pursues ＂Strategic Diplomacy＂ and ＂Value-oriented Diplomacy＂ to hype up the so-called ＂China Threat＂ in international community. It not only makes China-Japan relations to continuously fall into a vicious circle of＂repeated deterioration＂, but also become an uncertainty for peace and stability in East Asia and the regional security. In addition, it reflects the ＂diplomacy dilemma＂ of the Abe administration＇s China policy.

中华内地会与徽州的渊源——基于教会刊物China’s Millions的解读

中华内地会是最早在徽州传教的基督教差会之一,但关于徽州内地会传教士的中文记载并不多。文章通过对比内地会刊物《亿万华民》(China’s Millions)和地方史料,勘正地方史料中有关内地会在徽州传播活动的记载,介绍传教士唐进贤及其在徽州的传教经历,力图展现内地会传教士对徽州的积极作用。传教士的社会工作,不仅引进了西方先进的科学技术文化,还有利于徽州文化的对外传播,客观上促进了近代徽州的发展。

我国将来更高精度CSGM卫星重力测量计划研究

基于卫星跟踪模式的优化选取、关键载荷的优化组合、轨道参数的优化设计、仿真模拟的先期启动和反演方法的优化改进，开展了我国将来CSGM（China’SSatellite Gravity Mission）卫星重力测量计划实施的研究论证。由于卫星跟踪卫星高低／低低（SST-HL／LL）模式对地球中长波重力场的探测精度较高、技术要求相对较低，而且可借鉴当前GRACE卫星的成功经验，因此建议将来CSGM卫星重力测量计划采用SST-HL／LL模式；建议开展激光干涉星问测距仪、复合GPS接收机、非保守力补偿系统、卫星体和加速度计质心调节装置等关键载荷的先期研制；建议将来CSGM卫星的轨道高度（300～400km）和星间距离（100±50km）选择在已有重力卫星的测量盲区；建议将仿真技术应用于CSGM卫星的方案论证、系统设计、部件研制、产品检验、空中使用、故障分析等研发和运行的全过程；对比分析了卫星轨道摄动法、动力学法、能量守恒法和加速度法的优缺点，建议寻求新型、高精度、高效率和全频段的卫星重力反演方法；提出将来CSGM卫星重力测量计划的预期科学目标：在300阶处，累计大地水准面精度和累计重力异常精度分别为1～5cm和1～5mGal。

针刺配合中西药物治疗Graves突眼的临床观察

目的 :观察针刺治疗Graves突眼的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 7例Graves突眼患者随机分为针刺治疗组 (35例 )和中西医药物治疗对照组 (32例 ) ,观察治疗后两组临床疗效、眼球突出度、甲状腺功能及抗甲状腺抗体变化的差异。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 80 % ,对照组总有效率为 5 3.13% ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组在降低眼球突出度及改善突眼局部症状方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

在负荷多巴酚丁胺心电图中一过性ST-T改变对血管重建术后心肌收缩储备的预测价值

目的 :评估多巴酚丁胺负荷心电图在梗死相关区域对可逆性收缩功能障碍心肌节段的检测价值。方法 :近期Q波心肌梗死患者 4 1例 ,于血管重建术前行低剂量多巴酚丁胺 (5 μg～ 10 μg/kg/min)超声心动图和负荷心电图检查 ,术后 2个月重复静息超声心动图检查。在病理性Q波导联上分析一过性ST T改变与局部收缩储备的关系。结果 :行低剂量多巴酚丁胺试验时 ,在梗死相关区域有 2 0例患者室壁运动改善 ,发生ST段抬高及T波假正常化患者较无ST段抬高及T波假正常化患者更易出现收缩储备 (P <0 .0 1)。血管重建术后有 2 2例患者室壁运动改善 ,ST段抬高及T波假正常化预测术后室壁运动改善的敏感性和特异性分别为 5 0 %和 95 %及6 0 %和 84 %。结论 :负荷试验中一过性ST段抬高和T波假正常化是检测梗死相关区域有无收缩储备有价值的方法。

Overview of China’s 2020 Mars mission design and navigation

Scheduled for an Earth-to-Mars launch opportunity in 2020,the China’s Mars probe will arrive on Mars in 2021 with the primary objective of injecting an orbiter and placing a lander and a rover on the surface of the Red Planet.For China’s 2020 Mars exploration mission to achieve success,many key technologies must be realized.In this paper,China’s 2020 Mars mission and the spacecraft architecture are first introduced.Then,the preliminary launch opportunity,Earth–Mars transfer,Mars capture,and mission orbits are described.Finally,the main navigation schemes are summarized.

日本泡沫经济与中国当前经济对比分析

胆囊疾病患者血清和胆汁中IL-6测定的临床意义

目的 :探讨血清及胆汁中IL 6水平与胆囊炎和胆囊癌的关系。方法 :应用ELISA方法测定 15例急性胆囊炎、15例慢性胆囊炎和 10例胆囊癌患者及 3例正常对照者的血清及胆汁中的IL 6水平。结果 :急性胆囊炎患者血清和胆汁IL 6水平显著高于胆囊癌、慢性胆囊炎患者和正常对照者 (均P <0 .0 1) ;胆囊癌患者胆汁IL 6水平显著高于慢性胆囊炎患者和正常对照者 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :急性胆囊炎患者血清IL 6水平升高反映了胆囊炎的全身炎症反应程度 ,胆汁IL 6水平升高反映了胆囊局部炎症反应程度。胆汁IL 6可能作为胆囊癌的肿瘤标记物应用于临床诊断。

日本对华直接投资的产业转移分析

从日本开始对华直接投资以来,两国在这一领域的合作就不断加强。进入新世纪后,中国经济实力的增强以及入世后明朗的发展前景,对日本新一轮对华直接投资产生了很大的吸引力。通过分析20世纪日本对华直接投资的产业分布特征以及新世纪日本对华直接投资的产业转移趋势后,提出了优化日本对华投资产业结构的对策,旨在吸引更多的日资,使其在中国经济增长和产业结构升级中发挥更大作用。

气管、支气管肿瘤的冷冻外科治疗

目的 :探索和推广一种新的治疗中晚期气管、支气管肿瘤的微创手术方法。方法 :在全麻和硬质支气管镜辅助下 ,对 2 8例中晚期气管、支气管肿瘤的非手术患者进行了气管内冷冻外科治疗。其中中心型肺癌 2 6例、支气管类癌 1例、支气管内肉芽组织增生 1例。对照观察术前、术后自觉症状及肺功能情况。结果 :自觉症状明显改善 ,改善率 :咳嗽为 6 4 .3%、呼吸困难 71.4 %、咯血 93.7%、胸痛 6 2 .5 %。肺功能也明显改善 :平均 1秒钟用力呼气量从 1.2 3L提高到 1.5 6L(P <0 .0 1) ,平均用力肺活量从 1.89L提高到 2 .12L(P <0 .0 5 )。无严重并发症和手术死亡。结论 :气管、支气管冷冻外科治疗可以迅速控制和缓解不能手术患者的自觉症状、改善肺功能 ,是一种简便、有效的微创手术方法。

腔内射频消融静脉闭合联合透光直视旋切术微创治疗下肢静脉曲张

目的 :介绍并评价一种新型血管内射频消融方法联合透光直视旋切术微创治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法 :2 2例患者、2 5条下肢静脉曲张采用此种新方法治疗 ;男性 14例 ,女性 8例 ,年龄 2 2 72岁 ,平均 5 4 .6岁。结果 :大隐静脉主干经血管腔内射频消融治疗后均闭合 ,联合透光直视旋切术后 ,下肢静脉曲张均临床治愈 ,未发生深静脉血栓形成、皮肤烧伤坏死或肺栓塞等严重并发症。随访 4～ 7个月 ,均无复发 ,疗效满意。结论 :腔内射频消融静脉闭合联合透光直视旋切术是一种新的治疗下肢静脉曲张方法 ,具有术式简单 ,手术时间短、创伤小 。

金融危机对中国水产品出口日本市场的影响

日本多年来一直是中国水产品贸易的最大出口市场。席卷全球的金融危机对该出口市场的影响会直接波及数十家中国水产品出口企业的利益。运用贸易互补性指数的分析指出,虽然理论上两国水产品贸易具有巨大的发展潜力,但受金融危机的影响,作为权宜之计,对中国水产品设限仍会成为日本贸易政策的优先选择;通过贸易效率指数的分析指出,日本对中国水产品的设限会与以往不同,将会使中国水产品出口面临双重困难。提出了我国政府应该采取更加有效的措施以改善水产品的出口环境。

13例舌血管瘤的电化学治疗

目的 :探讨电化学疗法对舌血管瘤的疗效。方法 :采用电化学治疗舌血管瘤 13例。治疗电压 5～ 8V ,电流 5 0～ 80mA ,参考治疗电量 5 0～ 80C/cm3 瘤体。治疗中观察瘤体变化 ,瘤体固缩变硬时治疗结束。结果 :13例患者术后均随访 0 .5a以上。 13例中完全治愈 6例、部分治愈 6例 ,有效率 92 .3%。结论 :电化学治疗舌血管瘤是目前一项新的治疗方法 ,其安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、操作方便 ,易于为患者接受 ,是治疗舌血管瘤行之有效的方法。
