为了实现海洋平台紧固件和标准件的长效防腐,解决恶劣环境带来的腐蚀问题,提出了KK1#复合涂层防腐工艺。该工艺采用"电镀锌+Xylan狮隆涂料"复合涂层,利用了Xylan1424水性涂料的干膜自润滑性能和摩擦因数在0.05~0.10之间的特... 为了实现海洋平台紧固件和标准件的长效防腐,解决恶劣环境带来的腐蚀问题,提出了KK1#复合涂层防腐工艺。该工艺采用"电镀锌+Xylan狮隆涂料"复合涂层,利用了Xylan1424水性涂料的干膜自润滑性能和摩擦因数在0.05~0.10之间的特性,具有优越的防盐雾腐蚀性能,极强的抗酸雨性能以及防化学腐蚀性能。相比镀锌涂层,KK1#复合涂层能大幅提高防腐蚀能力,相对于发黑紧固件,减小扭矩高达70%,具有防咬死、防变形功能。防腐涂层测试结果表明,涂有KK1#复合涂层的构件耐盐雾试验2 500 h后,白锈面积33%,红锈面积小于1%,远超出红锈面积不大于15%的要求。 展开更多

Amh is a single copy gene which is expressed in different ways during mammalian development. Several potential promoter elements have been identified using physiological experimentation and on the basis of interspecific sequence comparison. The role of putative promoter elements in controlling gene expression has been investigated by many workers over the last two decades and here by individually mutating each element. Expression was measured in vitro in cells of Sertoli descent by flowcytometry using EGFP as a reporter gene. Three lines of murine cells were used;pre- and post-pubertal Sertoli and granulosa cells. Differences between the three lines of cells, support the view that differentiation in this in vitro model system is likely to be at the level of available transcription factors at given points in development. 展开更多

赖氨大黄酸对糖尿病小鼠肾脏的保护作用

(1)目的观察赖氨大黄酸(rhein lysinate,RHL)对糖尿病小鼠肾脏的保护作用并探讨其保护机制。(2)方法应用糖尿病饮食建立KK/H1J小鼠的糖尿病肾病模型,将患有糖尿病肾病的小鼠随机分为糖尿病肾病模型组、不同剂量RHL组(25和50mg/kg),同时采用同龄C57BL/J作为正常对照组,连续喂养12周后,对比观察小鼠的一般状态、体质量、肾质量以及肾质量/体质量比值的变化;留取血液测定血糖、血肌酐和尿素;留取部分肾脏组织进行匀浆后测上清液中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧物(GSH-Px)活性。(3)结果糖尿病肾病组小鼠明显不喜活动,毛色黯淡,RHL组小鼠一般状况明显改善;糖尿病组小鼠肾脏重量和肾质量/体质量的比值明显增高,RHL组小鼠肾质量和肾质量/体质量较模型组降低。糖尿病肾病模型组血糖、肌酐、尿素和肾组织MDA水平均明显升高,肾组织SOD和GSH-Px活性降低,RHL各剂量组血糖、肌酐、尿素和MDA水平显著降低,SOD和GSH-Px活性升高。(4)结论赖氨大黄酸对糖尿病小鼠肾脏有保护作用,其机制可能与减轻肾脏氧化应激反应有关。 展开更多

(Graph The... Let σ(k, n) be the smallest even integer such that each n-term positive graphic sequence with term sum at least σ(k, n) can be realized by a graph containing a clique of k + 1 vertices. Erdos et al. (Graph Theory, 1991, 439-449) conjectured that σ(k, n) = (k - 1)(2n- k) + 2. Li et al. (Science in China, 1998, 510-520) proved that the conjecture is true for k 〉 5 and n ≥ (k2) + 3, and raised the problem of determining the smallest integer N(k) such that the conjecture holds for n ≥ N(k). They also determined the values of N(k) for 2 ≤ k ≤ 7, and proved that [5k-1/2] ≤ N(k) ≤ (k2) + 3 for k ≥ 8. In this paper, we determine the exact values of σ(k, n) for n ≥ 2k+3 and k ≥ 6. Therefore, the problem of determining σ(k, n) is completely solved. In addition, we prove as a corollary that N(k) -= [5k-1/2] for k ≥6. 展开更多
