A numerical analysis of the most important propagation characteristics of surface acoustic waves( SAW) on LGT and quartz is presented in this paper. The results show that the phase velocity on LGT is slower than that on quartz.Similar to quartz,there are zero temperature cuts and pure module orientations on LGT. The electro-mechanical coupling constant( k2)of LGT is larger than that of quartz. The characteristics of SAW on LGT with different material constants are calculated and compared.The results show that there are somewhat deviations with different material constants. Especially, the temperature coefficient of frequency( TCF) shows a relatively high difference.展开更多
目的:分析恶性肿瘤患者危重病人预警蛋白(Lost Goodwill Target,LGT)指纹由阳性向阴性转变后是否出现有意义的差异指纹。方法:应用CM10弱阳离子芯片结合表面增强飞行时间质谱(surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of fli...目的:分析恶性肿瘤患者危重病人预警蛋白(Lost Goodwill Target,LGT)指纹由阳性向阴性转变后是否出现有意义的差异指纹。方法:应用CM10弱阳离子芯片结合表面增强飞行时间质谱(surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry,SELDI-TOF-MS)技术检测10例恶性肿瘤患者(分析组)LGT指纹由阳性向阴性变异前后血清样本的蛋白质指纹谱,以质/核比(M/Z):11100+H^11900+H,出现丰度>10%峰簇(cluster),视为LGT阳性,反之为阴性。另选择12例肿瘤患者,各取1份血清样本,间隔1wk检测1次,再选择5例肿瘤患者连续两天血清标本各1份,以此作为影响因素对照组。去除与对照组相同差异指纹后,寻找LGT转阴后差异蛋白质组指纹。结果:分析组中恶性肿瘤患者LGT指纹由阳性向阴性变异时,有17个蛋白质指纹差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组中有差异指纹44个,其中M/Z为1007、1057的指纹与分析组相同,将之剔除后,剩余了15个有统计学意义的差异蛋白质指纹,其中上调指纹的m/z(质/核比)值分别为12262、6933、7964、8069、1171、915和1232。下调指纹的m/z值分别为2740、2818、4089、8828、2932、3191、3261和801。结论:SELDI-TOF-MS技术检测恶性肿瘤患者血清捕获的m/z:12262、6933、7964、8069、1171、915和1232蛋白质指纹呈上调趋势,m/z:2740、2818、4089、8828、2932、3191、3261和801蛋白质指纹呈下调趋势,可视为恶性肿瘤患者LGT指纹由阳性向阴性转变后伴随的相关蛋白质组指纹图谱。展开更多

The presence of both N- and C-terminal extensions in PpMinE protein suggested its cyanobacterial origin. The transient expression of PpMinE using green fluorescent protein fusion in tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) indicated that the PpMinE was a chloroplast-targeted protein. Overexpression of PpMinE in Escherichia coli caused division site misplacement and minicell formation, suggesting evolutionary functional conservation of MinE during plant phylogenesis. According to the phylogenetic tree, PpMinE protein has a close relationship with the highland plants, which suggests that the transfer events of MinE gene from plastid to nucleus might have occurred before the origin of the land plants.展开更多
以琼脂糖为原料,环氧乙烷为改性剂,制备低凝固温度琼脂糖。通过单因素实验,确定最佳反应体系:环氧乙烷用量为3.0 m L(8 g琼脂糖),氢氧化钠质量分数为5.0%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为30 min。根据此条件制备的羟乙基琼脂糖,凝固温度为(28...以琼脂糖为原料,环氧乙烷为改性剂,制备低凝固温度琼脂糖。通过单因素实验,确定最佳反应体系:环氧乙烷用量为3.0 m L(8 g琼脂糖),氢氧化钠质量分数为5.0%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为30 min。根据此条件制备的羟乙基琼脂糖,凝固温度为(28.0±0.3)℃,融化温度为(64.0±0.4)℃,凝胶强度为(308.7±6.1)g/cm2,与Amresco同类产品性能基本一致。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和DNA电泳对琼脂糖以及改性后的琼脂糖进行表征,结果表明:羟乙基基团成功引入琼脂糖骨架,与未改性琼脂糖相比,经化学改性后的琼脂糖分离核酸能力增强,凝胶形态无明显变化,结晶度和热稳定性有所下降。该制备工艺简单、成本低,制备的羟乙基琼脂糖符合低凝固温度琼脂糖要求(凝固温度为26~30℃,融化温度≤65℃,凝胶强度≥250 g/cm2)。展开更多
