The crystalli... s: Ultrafine A2La2Ti3O10 (A=K, Na) powders with laminar structure were successfully synthesized by citric acid sol-gel method using ANO3(A=K, Na)?La(NO3)3?Ti(OBu)4 and citric acid as starting precursors. The crystalline phase of A2La2Ti3O10 can be obtained by thermal decomposition of citrate complex precursors at a relatively low temperature of 800 ℃ (600 ℃ for A=Na), about 300 ℃(500 ℃ for A=Na) lower than that of conventional solid state reaction process. The properties of the citrate precursors and the calcined powders were characterized by Infrared spectroscopy (IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermal-gravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) techniques. Results show that the average size of A2La2Ti3O10 powders obtained by citric acid sol-gel route was reduced to 200 nm×250 nm and the specific surface area was up to 19 m2·g-1. At the same time, the product was with more regular morphological characteristics. The synthesis process and the formation of A2La2Ti3O10 were also discussed. The obtained A2La2Ti3O10 was found to be transformed from A2La2Ti3O9.5 during the formation process. 展开更多

The interaction between La-Enoxacin complex and bovine serum albumins (BSA) were studied by fluorescence and UV-Vis absorption spectra. The research results indicate that the combination reaction of them is a single static quenching process, La-Enoxacin complex strongly bound BSA, the equilibrium constant K_0=1.45×107 L·mol -1 (at 25 ℃). The shortest binding distance(r) and energy transfer efficiencies(E) between donor (BSA) and acceptor (La-Enoxacin) obtained by Frster′s nonradiative energy transfer mechanism are as follows, r=4.07 nm, E=0.118. The hydrophobic force plays major role in the reaction. 展开更多

以2,5-双(四唑)对苯二甲酸(H_(4)dtztp)和La(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O为原料,采用溶剂热法制备得到三维结构的新型配合物{[La_(2)(dtztp)_(1.5)(H_(2)O)_(5)]·DMA·2H_(2)O}_(n)。通过元素分析、红外分析、粉末X射线衍射(PXRD... 以2,5-双(四唑)对苯二甲酸(H_(4)dtztp)和La(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O为原料,采用溶剂热法制备得到三维结构的新型配合物{[La_(2)(dtztp)_(1.5)(H_(2)O)_(5)]·DMA·2H_(2)O}_(n)。通过元素分析、红外分析、粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、X射线单晶衍射对其结构进行表征,采用差式扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析(TG)对其热分解过程进行研究。结果表明,该配合物属于斜方晶系,空间群为Pmmn,具有新颖的三维结构,主要的晶体学参数ɑ=1.3153(11)nm,b=1.9816(16)nm,c=0.8434(7)nm,α=β=γ=90°,V=2.1973(3)nm^(3),Z=2。DSC-TG分析表明该配合物具有较好的热稳定性。 展开更多

The complex of Rubisco and Rubisco activase from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach in vivo is induced. The complex of Rubisco and Rubisco activase from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach in vivo is induced. SDS-PAGE result shows that the purified proteins from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach have not only large and small subunits (55 kD, 14.4 kD) of Rubisco, but also two large subunits of 45 kD and 41 kD near the large subunits of Rubisco. Native-PAGE shows that the purified proteins from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach have not only a band of Rubisco (560 kD), but also a band of about 1100 kD, about twice distant from Rubisco, which might be a complex of Rubisco and Rubisco activase. The purified enzyme activities from LaCl3-, CeCl3-treated spinach are 1.8 and 2.8 times that of the control,the intensities of absorption and fluorescence are sig- nificantly higher than that of the purified Rubisco from the control, and the total sulfhydryl groups and available sulfhydryl groups are 36—39 –SH per mol enzyme, 14—25 –SH per mol enzyme more than those of the purified Rubisco from the control, respectively. The CD spectra show that the secondary structure of the purified enzyme from LaCl3-, CeCl3 -treated spinach is very dif- ferent from the control. The enzyme activities from LaCl3-, CeCl3- treated spinach in vivo are 1.5 and 1.9 times those of the control. 展开更多

A simple co-precipitation approach taking place between Ln3+, Sr2+ cations and F anions, led to the formation of nanocrystalline Eu3+ doped Sr2LnF7 (Ln-La and Gd) complex fluorides. The reaction was carried out in the presence of polyeth- ylene glycol, PEG 6000 as a surfactant/surface modifier, providing small size and homogeneity of the products. The synthesized compounds were composed of small nanoparticles with an average size of 15 nm. All obtained Eu3+ doped compounds exhibited an intensive red luminescence. In the case of gadolinium based compounds, the energy transfer phenomena could be observed from Gd3+ ions to Eu3+ ions. In order to study the structure and morphology of the synthesized fluorides, powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements were performed. Also FT-IR spectra of the products were re- corded, revealing the presence of PEG molecules on the nanoparticles suN'ace. A spectrofluorometry technique was applied to examine optical properties of the synthesized nanoparticles. Excitation and emission spectra as well as luminescence decay curves were measured and analysed. The performed analysis revealed a red luminescence, typical for the Eu3+ ion situated in the inorganic, highly symmetric matrix. Concentration quenching phenomena and lifetimes shortening, together with an increasing of the Eu3+ doping level, were observed and discussed. Judd-Ofelt analysis was also performed for all doped samples, in order to support the registered spectroscopic data and examine in details structural and optoelectronic properties of the synthesized nanomaterials. 展开更多

Mossbauer spectrum measured for the iron components of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ ) particles of spinach is a superposition of 4 doublets. Quadrupole splitting and chemical shifting of doublets I -IV are characteris-tics of proteins with oxidized cytochrome b-559, reduced cytochrome b-559, Fe3 + -Q complex and Fe2+ -Q complex re-spectively . After the PS II particles are treated with La3+ , two doublets of Fe2+ disappear and Fe2+ is converted into Fe3+ , indicating that the reduced cytochrome b-559 has been converted into the oxidized cytochrome b-559, and Fe2+-Q complex into Fe3+-Q complex. The Mossbauer spectrum of PS II particles treated with La3+ and Ca2+ shows that Ca2+ can weaken the inhibitory effect of La3+ in part, and a portion of the reduced cytochrome b-559 and Fe-Q complex still exist. 展开更多
