A Scheme of Dynamic Voltage Restorer to Improve Power Quality in Large Scale Industrial Enterprises

Loads in large scale industrial enterprises are always various and complex, causing insecure power quality. Meanwhile, some sensitive loads or precise instruments demand for high power quality. When voltage flicker or harmonics occurs, dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) can be used to stabilize the load-side voltage, which is a good manner of improving power quality. The paper explains the load demand in large scale industrial enterprises, analyzes several common voltage compensation scheme of DVR, and comes up with another voltage compensation scheme of DVR applied for double power supply with double load. A Simulink model according to the new scheme is also built in MATLAB/Simulink to test its performance. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can guarantee the load-side voltage stability, which is an effective scheme for managing power quality.

The factory was founded in May 1949,and has now developed into one of the nationallarge and top 100 enterprises. After 1990, itwas among the national top 500 enterprisesfor four consecutive years in pretax profits.

The Dynamics Mechanism of Vulnerability for Resource-based Enterprise Communities in China

This paper has analyzed the dynamics mechanism of resource enterprises community vulnerability,selected the key factor of resources to establish a nonlinear dynamical model.The model reveals the constrained relationship between the number of vulnerable enterprises and resource shortage rate,and the same relationship between t vulnerable enterprise numbers and the owning rate of resource market by the biggest enterprise in resource-type enterprises community of China.The results showed that,the shortage rate of resources take up more percentage than the occupancy of resource rate of the strongest enterprises in Enterprise community when D>q.the characteristics and patterns of the Chinese enterprise evolution are as follows,(1)The strongest enterprises n1 will decline or transform in the enterprise community.(2)The enterprises which survived after the shortage of resources will go through three stages:①resistance stage;②recovery stage;③stable stage.We believe that there are three movements that can make sure the resource-based enterprises community keep growing continuously in the competitive market for resources,(1)understand the enterprise resources shortage rate and the strongest enterprises share in resource rate in enterprise community,(2)follow the even-odd symmetry or odd-even symmetry laws based on the familiarity of a resource economy,(3)put the enterprises in the suitable position.

中国创新型大企业的城市间创新网络研究

Studies investigating innovation networks shaped by large innovative enterprises(LI-ENTs),which play a very important role in intercity diffusion of technology and knowledge,are rather thin on the ground.Using location information of LI-ENTs in China,we performed a headquarter-branch analysis to generate intercity innovation linkages and analyzed the patterns and dynamics of the generated network of knowledge diffusion.Although the network covers 353 cities across China,its spatial distribution is extremely uneven,with a few cities and city-dyads dominating the structure of the network.Furthermore,intercity linkages of innovation within and of urban agglomerations,as well as their central cities,stand out.With regard to network dynamics,the economic development level,innovation ability,and administrative level of cities,as well as the geographical,institutional,and technological proximity between cities are all found to have a positive impact on intercity linkages of innovations,whilst the impact of FDI on the national distribution of Chinese innovative enterprises is negative.Most importantly,the status of cities within the urban agglomeration exerts a significant positive effect in relation to the innovative enterprises’expansions,which reflects that the top-down forces of government and the bottom-up forces of market function together.

Government Policies and Private Enterprise Development in China:2003-2006

The relationship between government policy and economic development has been a long- standing topic of academic research andpolicy debate. The government of a transitional economy plays an important role in the process of economic development. Over the past three decades, the Chinese economy has been growing very rapidly, in particular because of the rapid development of the private sector. However, the performance of private enterprises is still affected by government policies. In the present paper, we examine the changes in large Chinese private enterprises performance during 2003-2006 and test the determinants of such changes. We conclude that the Chinese Government＇s discriminating policies against private enterprises are the main cause of the private sector＇s downturn.
