It is confirmed that the theory of burn in and screening is based on the second derivative minimum of burn-in curve, and the new testing method has been given, that is automatic current control (ACC) burn-in and automatic power control (APC) testing. This avoidably bring the errors of testing in only ACC or APC method, which need to monitor and control or test LDs power change by photo-detector (PD) at high temperature, and LDs or PDs must be into the same environment (PD will be burn-in at the same time). Through the experiment, the accelerating burn-in and screening condition of the devices has been confirmed: ACC, 200 mA, 100 ℃, 8 h. This raise work efficiency 12 times than Bellcore standard and save testing fee.展开更多
目的:探究积雪苷霜软膏联合点阵CO_(2)激光对面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕(Hypertrophic scar,HS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年7月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的80例面部烧伤后HS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和...目的:探究积雪苷霜软膏联合点阵CO_(2)激光对面部烧伤后增生性瘢痕(Hypertrophic scar,HS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年7月宿迁市第一人民医院收治的80例面部烧伤后HS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予点阵CO_(2)激光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗,连续治疗6个月,比较两组患者临床疗效,以及治疗前后改良温哥华瘢痕评估量表(Modified Vancouver scar scale,mVSS)、瘢痕血流灌注量、瘢痕厚度和烧伤健康量表(Burns specific health scale-brief,BSHS-B)评分,记录不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率(92.50%)较对照组(72.50%)高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者色泽、厚度、柔软度、血管分布、瘙痒、疼痛及mVSS总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上述评分均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者瘢痕血流灌注量、瘢痕厚度及BSHS-B各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者瘢痕血流灌注量、瘢痕厚度均降低,BSHS-B各维度评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:面部烧伤后HS患者应用积雪苷霜软膏联合点阵CO_(2)激光治疗,疗效显著,可明显改善mVSS评分、瘢痕血流灌注量及瘢痕厚度,提高生存质量,且安全性良好。展开更多

Laser provides a c...In this study, multi-information including spectrum, high-speed photograph and electrical signal was adopted to explore the coupling mechanism of alternate burning in laser-twin-arc welding process. Laser provides a conductive, stable plasma channel for arcs. Plasma radiation strengthened especially in the center of the arc after hybrid. High temperature plasma erupting from keyhole provides an upward reacting force which can prevent droplet from transfer. The charged particles consisted in high temperature plasma reduce the voltage that maintains arc ignition or burning. The results show that laser can influence the arc shape, prevent droplet transfer, reduce resistivity and stabilize arcs.展开更多

The procedure involved a...Burn injuries are common in Pakistan. However, most people are reluctant to have infrared treatment for their wounds. This study investigated the efficacy of infrared treatment on burn wounds. The procedure involved a burn victim who had sustained acid burns to the neck and face. Nectrotomy was done to remove dead tissue from the burn wound, and after treatment, Low-Level Light was used to reduce pain and enhance healing in the patient. Initial results showed mild hypertrophic scars, no stiffness. Post-operation therapy included physical training regimens and massage. The patient showed satisfactory results and felt less tightness in neck movements by the following treatment. The article concludes by showing that infrared light promoted repair and regrowth at a cellular level.展开更多
