TA2/TA15 graded structural material(GSM) was fabricated by the laser additive manufacturing(LAM) process. The chemical composition, microstructure and micro-hardness of the as-deposited GSM were investigated. The results show that the TA2 part of exhibiting near-equiaxed grains was Widmanst?tten α-laths microstructure. The TA15 part containing large columnar grains was fine basket-weave microstructure. The graded zone was divided into four deposited layers with 3000 μm in thickness. As the distance from the TA2 part increases, the alloy element contents and the β phase volume fraction increase, the α phase volume fraction decreases and the microstructure shows the evolution from Widmanst?tten α-laths to basket-weave α-laths gradually. The micro-hardness increases from the TA2 part to the TA15 part due to the solid solution strengthening and grain boundary strengthening. 展开更多

The Patagonian Shelf is a very productive region with dif ferent ecosystem structures. A long history of fishing in the Southwestern Atlantic Ocean combined with a complex hydrographic structure, with a permanent front over the shelf-break and dif ferent coastal frontal regions, and a wide non-frontal area in between have made the food web in this area more complex and have resulted in changes to the spatialtemporal scale. Stable isotopes of carbon and nitrogen were used to determine the trophic structure of the Patagonian shelf break which was previously poorly understood. The results indicated that the average δ^(15)N value of pelagic guild(I llex argentinus) was remarkable lower than those of the other guilds. The δ^(13)C values of almost all species ranged from-17‰ to-18‰, but S tromateus brasiliensis had a significant lower δ^(13)C value. Compared with the southern Patagonian shelf, short food chain length also occurred. The impact of complex oceanographic structures has resulted in food web structure change to the temporal-spatial scale on the Patagonian shelf. The Patagonian shelf break can be considered as a separated ecosystem structure with lower δ^(15)N values. 展开更多

There have been comprehensive and intensive studies on the applications, the fundamental lattice dynamic and electronic properties, etc., of A15 superconductors. Various reviews on the preparations, structures, and properties have already been written in the last few years. Nevertheless, on account of the large amount of existing facts and views, a coherent view on the relations between the structures and properties has not appeared to unify the facts. 心房颤动患者血清生长分化因子-15的表达差异和临床意义

目的:检测心房颤动(简称房颤)患者血清生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)水平,分析其表达水平与临床因素、生化指标和心房结构的相关性,进一步分析GDF-15与房颤类型和结构重构的关系。方法:纳入2017年10月至201... 目的:检测心房颤动(简称房颤)患者血清生长分化因子-15(growth differentiation factor-15,GDF-15)水平,分析其表达水平与临床因素、生化指标和心房结构的相关性,进一步分析GDF-15与房颤类型和结构重构的关系。方法:纳入2017年10月至2019年10月于北京大学第三医院心内科住院的房颤患者,选择同期住院无房颤病史的窦性心律者为对照组。收集患者的临床资料,采用酶联免疫吸附反应法检测血清GDF-15水平。采用SPSS 23.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:入组156例房颤患者,其中持续性房颤组64例,阵发性房颤组92例;对照组38例。房颤组血清GDF-15水平明显高于对照组[1 112 (723, 1 525) ng/L vs. 697 (499, 825) ng/L,P<0.001],持续性房颤组血清GDF-15水平明显高于阵发性房颤组[1 140 (858, 1 708) ng/L vs. 1 090 (662, 1 374) ng/L,P=0.047],差异具有统计学意义。血清GDF-15预测房颤的受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.736(95%CI:0.651~0.822,P<0.001),最佳临界值843.2 ng/L,其敏感性为68.2%,特异性为78.9%。血清GDF-15预测持续性房颤的受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.594(95%CI:0.504~0.684,P=0.047),最佳临界值771.5 ng/L,其敏感性为82.8%,特异性为35.9%。相关分析显示房颤患者血清GDF-15水平与年龄(r=0.480,P<0.001)、左心房压力(left atrial pressure, LAP,r=0.300,P<0.001)正相关,与左心耳血流速度(left atrial appendage flow velocity, LAAV,r=-0.252,P=0.002)负相关。多重线性回归显示年龄和LAP对血清GDF-15的影响差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明GDF-15(OR=1.002,95%CI:1.001~1.003,P=0.004)和左心房前后径(left atrial diameter, LAD,OR=1.400, 95%CI:1.214~1.616,P<0.001)是房颤发生的独立危险因素。结论:房颤患者血清GDF-15水平显著升高,且持续性房颤患者血清GDF-15水平高于阵发性房颤患者,血清GDF-15表达水平与房颤及心房结构重构具有一定相关性。 展开更多

采用固相反应法制备了Ca_(0.94)Ce_(0.06)Bi_(4)Ti_(4-x)Nb_(x)O_(15)(CCBTN)铋层状高温压电陶瓷,研究了B位Nb掺杂对陶瓷晶体结构、微观形貌、介电、压电性能的影响规律。结果表明:制备的CCBTN陶瓷均具有单一的铋层状结构相,少量Nb掺杂... 采用固相反应法制备了Ca_(0.94)Ce_(0.06)Bi_(4)Ti_(4-x)Nb_(x)O_(15)(CCBTN)铋层状高温压电陶瓷,研究了B位Nb掺杂对陶瓷晶体结构、微观形貌、介电、压电性能的影响规律。结果表明:制备的CCBTN陶瓷均具有单一的铋层状结构相,少量Nb掺杂有利于陶瓷压电常数及热稳定性能的提升。当Nb掺杂量x=0.06时,陶瓷具有最高的压电常数(d33=19.2pC·N^(-1)),是纯CBT陶瓷压电常数(d33=8 p C·N^(-1))的2.4倍,且退火至500℃时其压电常数仍保持室温值的90%以上,表现出较优异的热稳定性。同时,该陶瓷具有高的居里温度(Tc=769℃)、低的介电损耗(tanδ=0.65%)及高的电阻率(ρdc=2.0×10^(7)Ω·cm@500℃),是高温压电传感器制作的优异候选材料。 展开更多

目的研究白刺链霉菌(Streptomyces albospinus)15-4-2发酵液中的抗耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)活性成分。方法通过活性跟踪,采用柱层析等方法对白刺链霉菌15-4-2的次生代谢产物进行分离纯化。采用光谱分析对活性成分进行结构解析。结果分离... 目的研究白刺链霉菌(Streptomyces albospinus)15-4-2发酵液中的抗耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)活性成分。方法通过活性跟踪,采用柱层析等方法对白刺链霉菌15-4-2的次生代谢产物进行分离纯化。采用光谱分析对活性成分进行结构解析。结果分离鉴定了7个化合物,其结构分别为N-(2-羟基-1-(4-甲氧基苯基)乙基)乙酰胺(1)、2-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-(丙胺基)乙醇(2)、cytoxazone(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、(2S,3R)-3-羟基-2-甲基丁酸(5)、对甲基苯酚(6)和1,4-二甲氧基苯(7)。结论抗菌活性测试结果表明化合物1、3、4、5和6具有抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)活性。其中,1、3、4和5的抗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌活性为首次报道。 展开更多

采用水热直接合成法制备了介孔分子筛Al-SBA-15复合材料,详尽地考察了晶化温度对其结构的影响,并利用N,吸附、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT—IR)等手段进行了表征.研究发现,随着晶化温度的升高:Al-SB... 采用水热直接合成法制备了介孔分子筛Al-SBA-15复合材料,详尽地考察了晶化温度对其结构的影响,并利用N,吸附、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT—IR)等手段进行了表征.研究发现,随着晶化温度的升高:Al-SBA-15复合材料的结构有序性增强,晶胞参数和平均孔径逐渐增大;比表面先增大后减小,100℃晶化样品比表面最大(611m^2/g);孔容亦是先增后降,120℃晶化样品迭最大值(1.01cm^3/g);晶化温度较低时,其对壁厚的影响不甚明显,但温度过高时,则壁厚显著降低(40~100℃晶化壁厚约5nm,140℃晶化时则锐减至1.15nm),同时结构有序性变差. 展开更多
