This paper focuses on the in-depth study of construction and management of micro-service platform of libraries in universities and colleges under the circumstance of we-media,which mainly elaborates several optimization measures through the problems existing in the construction of micro-service platform of university libraries,for example,enriching the content of micro-service platform,continuously improving the interactivity in the construction of micro-service platform,increasing publicity and improving the level of technical management,etc.,thereby promoting the smooth construction of micro-service platform of libraries in universities and colleges,constantly improving the service level and ability of libraries in universities and colleges,and obtaining high satisfaction from readers.

Survey and Thought on Graduates' Repayment Awareness of Student Loan in Agricultural Universities and Colleges

To find out graduates' repayment awareness of student loan,we conducted a questionnaire survey for those graduates who applied for student loan in Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering.The survey has following results.First,the national student loan plays an important role in assisting poor students in finishing their study.Second,graduates value social function of personal credit.Third,trustworthiness education activities carried out by colleges and universities are effective.Fourth,economic income is a major factor of graduates repaying capital with interest.Fifth,bank's student loan management system is not perfect.Sixth,the national student loan system remains to be improved.In line with these results,we put forward five countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the trustworthiness education of students;standardize the credit investigation management of students' personal credit;establish student information management mechanism;standardize banks' payment reminder administration behavior;and perfect national student loan system.

Study and Countermeasure of Service and Developmental Problems of National Reading Movement of College and University Libraries

Implementation of national reading is an important approach in establishment of learning society.College and university libraries should give full play of their strength in various aspects through opening up to society,and to realize social role transformation of modern college and university libraries via different approaches to underscore the necessity and importance of college and university libraries in realization of national reading.

Survey and Educational Research on the National Music Identity of University Students——Taking Three Universities in the Western Part of Guangdong Province as an Example

The integration and penetration of disciplines is the driving force for innovation.This paper investigates the national music identity of students in three universities in the Western Part of GuangDong Province by questionnaires and interviews,and obtains a series of data related to contemporary university and college students’music literacy.Data and phenomena indicate:University and students have“high degree of identity”and“low participation consciousness”for national music.They are willing to be onlookers,and they are reluctant to join the inheritance and in-depth study,lacking opinions on music appreciation and performance learning;the contact with music only stays at the level of recreation.The artistic and functional nature of music has not played a role in the development of college students’own disciplines;from the choice of music,they can be seen that they have a negative and confused mentality in their academic and social activities,but they can still be released in music,so they adhere to the undisturbed appreciation environment.The campus music popularization education should be strengthened and guided,and appropriate music quality courses should be added to the above phenomena,and experts should be organized to integrate the national music representing the“hometown music”to lay the foundation for the future outstanding talent training.

Development and construction of China's higher education libraries

Libraries in China's higher education institutions have been developing in keeping pace with the flourishing development of China's higher education. This article aims to make an introduction to the construction of China's higher education libraries, especially the recent three decades' achievements since China's reform and opening-up in 1978. In this article, the authors draw a general picture of the development of libraries in China's higher education institutions, covering such eight aspects as management, types and positioning,organizational structure and personnel, expenditure and buildings, reader service, building and sharing of resources as well as automation system.

Research on the Value and Strategy of Integrating Music Education and National Music Culture

Reflection of the development of the national musicology in the college music education

The national musicology was introduced into China from the western countries, so the Chinese scholars need to continue to absorb and draw lessons from the advanced western national musicological theories, and should carry out the innovation base on the ＂used doctrine＂. According to China＇s national conditions and the characteristics of the cultures, improve the research methodology of the national musicology, so that the national musicology can have the Chinese characteristics. The national musicology is an independent basic discipline in the university education. In China, the music education and research work in colleges and universities has an important role in the inheritance and development of the national music. In this paper, combined with the present situations of the music education in colleges and universities, from the perspectives of the education and the research, the author expounds the ideas of the development trends of the national musicology in the music education in colleges and universities.

高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的教育路径探索

铸牢中华民族共同体意识,开展民族团结进步教育是我们党迈入新征程的重要议题,需要各高校师生自觉承担起责任与使命。然而研究发现,铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育在实施过程中面临着东西部发展不平衡不充分、民族团结相关教育体系需持续优化、师生责任意识有待增强等问题。本文围绕完善高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的基层组织协同发展架构、创新教育教学设计和积极培养师生铸牢中华民族共同体意识心态等三个方面阐明了全国高校应做到协同配合,积极探索高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的教育现实路径。

Integration of Ethnic Minority Cultural Moral Education in Ethnic Minority Areas-Taking the Mongolian Culture as an Example

The traditional culture of ethnic minorities embodies the spiritual pursuit of unique national value.It can be used as a valuable moral education resource and is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.At present,China has not paid enough attention to the development and utilization of moral education resources of the ethnic minority traditional culture,nor has it established and improved the relevant development and utilization mechanism.Taking the moral education spirit of the traditional Mongolian culture as an example,this paper analyzes its moral education value,points out the existing problems of moral education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas,as well as suggests strategies for the integration of moral education resources of ethnic minority traditional culture with the moral education in colleges and universities in ethnic areas.

民族院校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育评价框架构建

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代赋予民族院校的重要时代使命和育人职责,是贯彻落实“立德树人”根本任务的重要举措。民族院校担负着传承弘扬党的民族工作先进理论、开拓创新中华民族“和合”文化和培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的特殊使命。构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育评价指标体系,有利于全面、客观、科学地评价民族高校开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作的育人成效。本文在研究铸牢中华民族共同体意识相关概念内涵的基础上,拟构建以政治意识、理论认知、行为导向和情感归属四个部分为主体的指标体系,特色做法和经典案例为加分项,再采用德尔菲法对指标及赋值进行科学论证,最终形成由4个一级指标、13个二级指标、33个观测点以及1个特色指标组成的铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育评价指标体系,以期助力民族院校开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作内容深入化、形式多样化和成效精准化。

健康中国背景下医学高校图书馆教学支持服务研究

目的/意义提供高质量健康信息服务,促进医教协同发展,助力健康中国服务体系建设。方法/过程运用网络调研、文献调研、电话访谈等方法,调查30所医学高校图书馆教学支持服务现状,从教学资源服务、信息素养服务、学科服务、服务保障4方面分析存在的问题。结果/结论医学高校图书馆应建立并完善教学支持服务体系,提升学科教学支持服务力度、提供精准健康信息服务、加强区域或部门间协作、创新智慧化服务模式,成为健康中国行动的重要推动力量。

面向大学生就业的数字素养教育研究

数字素养的提升在提高大学生就业竞争力、解决大学生就业问题方面有着积极的促进作用。阐述了数字素养对大学生就业的重要意义,分析了当前大学生数字素养教育存在的问题,从发挥高校引导作用、加强数字素养课程建设、发挥图书馆数字服务主阵地作用3个方面提出了大学生数字素养教育的提升路径,以期促进大学生就业质量的提升。

基于Kano模型的高校图书馆服务能力提升研究

[目的/意义]旨在通过研究用户对高校图书馆服务内容的需求强度与优先次序,提出高校图书馆服务能力建设的优化策略。[方法/过程]结合高校图书馆服务能力现有相关文献调研与用户访谈等方式提炼出13项需求项目,运用Kano模型对需求指标进行定性分类和服务优化优先序分析。[结果/结论]根据Better-Worse系数分析的结果提出高校图书馆各类型需求下服务项目的服务策略及其相应能力建设路径,为高校图书馆服务能力建设优化提供方向。

Teaching ,Learning &Testing-Reconsideratios on the Pathway for Improving College English Teaching and Learning

The persistent and indefatigable efforts of all the College English teachers have brought about great changes in colle ge English teaching and learning in t he past few years.These changes,however,may be summa rized within the framework of a shift from one form of test -oriented teaching and learnin g to another.In reality,much has yet to be done to improve the language abilities of the studen ts.Under such circumstances,nationwi de English examinations or unified e xaminations at var-ious levels,are bound to make things even worse by misleading college and university teachers in their teaching practice.In this p aper,the author claims that College English teachers and their students should be freed from t he confinement of the unified examin ations so that they will be able to build a real learner -centr ed curriculum as far as possible according to their own needs.Finally,some tentative ideas are presented on the pathway for imp roving the quality of the College English teaching and learning.

高校国防教育融入民族精神培育的价值赋能和方法创新

红色资源是文化自信内容的重要组成部分,具有意识形态强、载体复杂、历史继承性等特征。红色资源阅读推广能增强大学生的文化认同、提升文化自信。在分析目前高校图书馆红色资源阅读推广的现状与不足的同时,指出建立可持续发展的保障机制、强化多部门联动的主体合作、创建强有力的推广队伍、围绕经典创建品牌、运用新技术策划红色资源阅读推广。

治理现代化视域下我国高校国家安全教育问题与对策研究——以河南省为例

治理现代化视域下高校国家安全教育研究是一个十分重要的前沿课题,自推进国家治理能力和体系现代化的时代命题提出以来,国家治理现代化逐渐成为国内外学者研究热点。安全是党和国家一切事务开展的基本前提,国家安全教育作为维护国家安全的固本之举和长久之策,对于增强全民国家安全意识和素养,推进国家安全体系和能力现代化,推进国家治理现代化具有重要意义。本文则是从治理现代化的视域出发,以高校国家安全教育存在问题为导向,通过文献计量法、问卷调研法和实地访谈法等方法,对河南省10所不同层次的高校展开问卷与访谈相结合的调研,并辅之以与我国高校国家安全教育相关的36份政策文本,深度挖掘数据资源,探究我国高校国家安全教育现状及存在问题,以期为高校国家安全教育提质增效提供借鉴。研究发现目前高校国家安全教育存在主管部门—职能部门—高校等缺乏协同合作、国家安全教育资源链接共享机制尚未形成、专职教师队伍建设亟须配备等问题。对此本文提出构建党委领导下的多元协同育人主体及育人模式、加快推进多部门资源交互共治机制、以立法形式压实国家安全教育责任、加快专业教材编撰和打造精湛的“师资库”等若干可行性建议。
