论中国传统德育视角下高校师德师风长效机制的建设--基于对儒家道德的分析

儒家的“道德”概念具有特殊内涵。道是德的客观依据和根源,德则是对道的认识、体悟并内化于人的思想认识和精神倾向。道本原于天,实质是指天地的创生本性和法则,此道统体万物,但有不同层级的体现。儒家的道德教育实质即是关于道的教育... 儒家的“道德”概念具有特殊内涵。道是德的客观依据和根源,德则是对道的认识、体悟并内化于人的思想认识和精神倾向。道本原于天,实质是指天地的创生本性和法则,此道统体万物,但有不同层级的体现。儒家的道德教育实质即是关于道的教育,是以传道为目的,其实践宗旨在于追求万物的生生。这种教育在现实性上主要体现为三个层次:宇宙生态层次上的生命教育;社会层次上的“亲民”教育;个体层次上的“爱人”教育。这种教育立足于“道心”的培育,在方法上侧重心性修养与礼法规则相结合。通过把传道教育事业内在化为切己的生命实践活动,儒家亦建立起师德师风的长效机制,这对当今高校师德师风建设具有重要启发。 展开更多

The development of aqueous battery with dual mechanisms is now arousing more and more interest.The dual mechanisms of Zn^(2+)(de)intercalation and I^(-)/I_(2)redox bring unexpected effects.Herein,differing from previous studies using Zn I_(2)additive,this work designs an aqueous Bi I_(3)-Zn battery with selfsupplied I^(-).Ex situ tests reveal the conversion of Bi I_(3)into Bi(discharge)and Bi OI(charge)at the 1st cycle and the dissolved I^(-)in electrolyte.The active I^(-)species enhances the specific capacity and discharge medium voltage of electrode as well as improves the generation of Zn dendrite and by-product.Furthermore,the porous hard carbon is introduced to enhance the electronic/ionic conductivity and adsorb iodine species,proven by experimental and theoretical studies.Accordingly,the well-designed Bi I_(3)-Zn battery delivers a high reversible capacity of 182 m A h g^(-1)at 0.2 A g^(-1),an excellent rate capability with 88 m A h g^(-1)at 10 A g^(-1),and an impressive cyclability with 63%capacity retention over 20 K cycles at 10 A g^(-1).An excellent electrochemical performance is obtained even at a high mass loading of 6 mg cm^(-2).Moreover,a flexible quasi-solid-state Bi I_(3)-Zn battery exhibits satisfactory battery performances.This work provides a new idea for designing high-performance aqueous battery with dual mechanisms. 展开更多

教师的生活满意度对其职业心理和行为及学生发展有广泛影响。目的:旨在考察云南乡镇小学教育的生活满意度,并重点分析敬畏感对生活满意度的预测作用和民族差异。方法:以云南省24所乡镇小学658名汉族和少数民族教师为对象,采用敬畏感量表... 教师的生活满意度对其职业心理和行为及学生发展有广泛影响。目的:旨在考察云南乡镇小学教育的生活满意度,并重点分析敬畏感对生活满意度的预测作用和民族差异。方法:以云南省24所乡镇小学658名汉族和少数民族教师为对象,采用敬畏感量表(DPES)和生活满意度量表(SWLS)对其进行了量表调查。结果:(1)小学教师生活满意度在多个人口学变量上存在差异:少数民族教师的生活满意度高于汉族教师,生活满意度从农村、乡镇到县城依次提高,然而,学历和职称越高的教师生活满意度却越低;(2)小学教师敬畏感可以正向预测其生活满意度,而且在这种预测作用强度方面,少数民族教师明显高于汉族教师,贡献率分别为11.2%和2.4%。结论:敬畏感与小学教师生活满意度的关系存在少/汉差异,对于少数民族教师来说,以敬畏为主题的民族传统文化在其中具有底层建构意义。 展开更多

A two-parameter model to predict fatigue life of high-strength steels in a very high cycle fatigue regime 被引量:7

In this paper, ultrasonic (20 kHz) fatigue tests were performed on specimens of a high-strength steel in very high cycle fatigue (VHCF) regime. Experimental results showed that for most tested specimens failed in a VHCF regime, a fatigue crack originated from the interior of specimen with a fish-eye pattern, which contained a fine granular area (FGA) centered by an inclusion as the crack origin. Then, a two-parameter model is proposed to predict the fatigue life of high-strength steels with fish-eye mode failure in a VHCF regime, which takes into account the inclusion size and the FGA size. The model was verified by the data of present experiments and those in the literature. Furthermore, an analytic formula was obtained for estimating the equivalent crack growth rate within the FGA. The results also indicated that the stress intensity factor range at the front of the FGA varies within a small range, which is irrespective of stress amplitude and fatigue life. 展开更多

Based on the theory of continuum damage mechanics,a bi-variable damage mechanics model is developed,which,according to thermodynamics,is accessible to derivation of damage driving force,damage evolution equation and damage evolution criteria. Furthermore,damage evolution equations of time rate are established by the generalized Drucker's postulate. The damage evolution equation of cycle rate is obtained by integrating the time damage evolution equations,and the fatigue life prediction method for smooth specimens under repeated loading with constant strain amplitude is constructed. Likewise,for notched specimens under the repeated loading with constant strain amplitude,the fatigue life prediction method is obtained on the ground of the theory of conservative integral in damage mechanics. Thus,the material parameters in the damage evolution equation can be obtained by reference to the fatigue test results of standard specimens with stress concentration factor equal to 1,2 and 3. 展开更多

乡村教师队伍建设是我国教育发展的重难题。特岗计划和乡村教师支持计划等一系列政策引领着一大批青年走进了乡村学校,但政策只能“带来”教师,很难“留下”教师。作为乡村教育的未来,能否留住青年教师直接影响到当地教育的未来发展。... 乡村教师队伍建设是我国教育发展的重难题。特岗计划和乡村教师支持计划等一系列政策引领着一大批青年走进了乡村学校,但政策只能“带来”教师,很难“留下”教师。作为乡村教育的未来,能否留住青年教师直接影响到当地教育的未来发展。本文借鉴社会建构理论,从客观现实和主观现实两个维度深入分析乡村新手教师林老师的日常生活,发现林老师主客观现实中错位的教育理念、错位的教师角色、错位的发展期待等影响了她的职业选择。而在主客观现实错位的背后是社会结构性困境的体现,是城市话语霸权下乡土文化的价值失落,是乡村学校面对“既要”“又要”的迷茫和无助,是乡村教师日复一日的“无意义感”和社会所倡导的“崇高价值感”带来的矛盾。 展开更多

This is an experimental study conducted on two groups of control and experimental using pretestposttest design, applying psychological intervention on the study sample. The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of collective education life skills on mental health and resilience of teachers in Zahedan. The population of the study included all teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students in Zahedan, among which 60 teachers at normal schools and 20 teachers at exceptional schools were selected and placed in two groups of experimental and control, respectively. Initially, members of the experimental group were taught 10 basic life skills in 10 2-hour sessions. Mental health and resilience questionnaires were distributed and gathered before and after the training sessions. Results indicated the positive effect of life skills training on mental health of teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, which meant that the more the life skills training to teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, the lower their mental health scores would be. Results also indicated the positive effect of life skills training on resilience of teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, which meant that the more the life skills training to teachers at schools with normal students and teachers at schools with exceptional students, the higher their resilience scores would be. 展开更多

Novel small sulfur heterocyclic quinones(6a,16adihydrobenzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,7,9,14,16,18-hexaone(4S6Q)and benzo[b]naphtho[2′,3′:5,6][1,4]dithiino[2,3-i]thianthrene-5,9,14,18-tetraone(4S4Q))are developed by molecule structural design method and as cathode for aqueous zincorganic batteries.The conjugated thioether(–S–)bonds as connected units not only improve the conductivity of compounds but also inhibit their dissolution by both extendedπ-conjugated plane and constructed flexible molecular skeleton.Hence,the Zn//4S6Q and Zn//4S4Q batteries exhibit satisfactory electrochemical performance based on 3.5 mol L-1(M)Zn(ClO4)2electrolyte.For instance,the Zn//4S6Q battery obtains 240 and 208.6 mAh g^(-1)of discharge capacity at 150 mA g^(-1)and 30 A g^(-1),respectively.The excellent rate capability is ascribed to the fast reaction kinetics.This system displays a superlong life of 20,000 cycles with no capacity fading at 3 A g^(-1).Additionally,the H+-storage mechanism of the 4S6Q compound is demonstrated by ex situ analyses and density functional theory calculations.Impressively,the battery can normally work at-60℃benefiting from the anti-freezing electrolyte and maintain a high discharge capacity of 201.7 mAh g^(-1),which is 86.2%of discharge capacity at 25℃.The cutting-edge electrochemical performances of these novel compounds make them alternative electrode materials for Zn-organic batteries. 展开更多

Objective: To observe and compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with chemotherapy (CT) on immune function and quality of life (QOL)of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ. Methods: One hundred cases with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group (n=50) received CT combined with TCM, and the control group received CT alone. The percentage of T lymphocyte subset in peripheral blood and the change of natural killer (NK) cell count were observed after treatment. The QOL and tolerance of CT were also compared between the two groups after treatment. Results: In the treated group, CD3 cell count, CD4 cell count, CD4/ CDg ratio and NK cell activity were higher than those in control group, while CD8 cell count in the treated group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and QOL and tolerance of CT in the treated group were also better (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM combined with CT could raise the patients' ability in tolerating CT in stage Ⅲ-ⅣNSCLC. 展开更多

Objectives To study wheth- er change of BNP levels reflect the change of cardiac function and to investigate the short - term prognostic potential of BNP and QOL in patients with CHF. Methods 96 consecutive patients admittedwith CHF between September 2002 and January 2003 were stud- ied , upon entry the study, BNP levels were measured, Patients administered the disease - specificquality of life questionnaire Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire (LiHFe) within 1 day. BNP levels and administering LiHFe were repeated three months later. Results BNP levels were increased proportional to the severity of cardiac function. Physical domain and total score of LiHFe were significantly correlated to the severity of CHF ( p < 0. 05 ). BNP levels were de- creased in improving group(p =0. 032) . In deteriora- ting group BNP levels increased (P = 0. 043 ) . Kaplan - meier analysis according to BNP level cutoff point 150 ng/1, the life curve of higher BNP level group was significantly lower than the lower group ( p = 0. 001 ) . In univariate logistic regression, NYHA class, BNP, LVEF, LVEDD, heart size, total score of LiHFe, phys- ical domain of LiHFe and the emotional domain of LiH- Fe were all significant prognostic factors of CHF ( p < 0. 05 for all). While in multiple regression, only BNP level( p = 0. 036) and the emotional domain of LiHFe ( p = 0. 025 ) were independent prognostic factors. 运用生活史研究的方法,通过田野观察和深度访谈,采集教师们的课程开发故事,并将他们的故事放入到他们所处学校的、社区的及国家的社会大背景中加以历史地考察。同时,通过并置、对照和比较他们的个人课程开发故事,构建一幅有关“校本课... 运用生活史研究的方法,通过田野观察和深度访谈,采集教师们的课程开发故事,并将他们的故事放入到他们所处学校的、社区的及国家的社会大背景中加以历史地考察。同时,通过并置、对照和比较他们的个人课程开发故事,构建一幅有关“校本课程开发”乃至更广的课程改革“马赛克”式生活史图景。与单纯的文献史不同,这是一种微观至中观层面上的课程史建构的努力和尝试,是一种“叙事性”的历史“真实”。回顾“三级”课程管理政策推动的“校本课程开发”二十年(2001—2021),追问:校本课程开发的实践主体——学校教师——是如何卷入到二十年前的那个改革的大潮中去的?经历了怎样的课程开发过程?产生了什么样的认识和体验?对这场主要由改革专家“理论”、政府推动的自上而下的课程改革的认同度有多高?这些追问不仅涉及到“过去了”的二十年,更关系到未来的二十年、三十年,关系到他们面对未来政府和专家推动新新课程改革的参与度、支持度、行动力和认知力。 展开更多
