The work of flood dr... Liuzhou City is located in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China. It has a warm and rainy climate and belongs to the middle subtropical monsoon climate. It is a rainstorm and flood-prone area. The work of flood drainage and waterlogging prevention is very important. The “minute to minute” rainfall process data of Liuzhou National Meteorological Observation Station from 1975 to 2014 and the Pilgrim & Cordery method were used to estimate the short-time design rainstorm profile of Liuzhou City, and the profiles of the rainfall lasting for 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 min were obtained. The research shows that the same rain duration and different recurrence period conditions are consistent with the rainstorm profile. The rainfall duration of 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 min generally shows single-peak rainstorm profile, and the rainfall duration of 150 min shows double-peak rainstorm profile. Most peaks of each short-time design rainstorm profile are at or ahead of the 1/3 part of the entire rainfall process. During the same recurrence period, the rainfall in peak period fluctuated with the increase of the duration, and the intensity of rainfall increased with the prolonging of the recurrence period. 展开更多

Rainstorm intensity formula,main basis of solving urban waterlogging,is the basis of scientifically and rationally making urban drainage professional planning and drainage engineering design. In this paper,compilation of rainstorm intensity formula in Luzhai County was taken as the case,revision and compilation techniques and research methods of rainstorm intensity formulas in municipal district and administrated county of Liuzhou were introduced. According to the Design Specification for Outdoor Drainage( GB 50014-2006,2016) and the Technical Guidelines for Establishment of Intensity-Duration-Frequency Curve Design Rainstorm Profile,historical rainfall data at Luzhai National Weather Station were sampled by using annual maximum method,and sampling time was from1980 to 2016. The period with the maximum rainfall was divided into 11 time intervals: 5,10,15,20,30,45,60,90,120,150 and 180 min. Fitting adjust of rainstorm sample data was conducted by using Pearson-III distribution curve,rainstorm intensity formula was fitted by the least square method,and calculation accuracy test corresponded with the requirement of Design Specification for Outdoor Drainage( GB 50014-2006,2016). Conclusions and suggestions were as below: firstly,rainstorm intensity formula was compiled and calculated according to the recommended methods of the Design Specification for Outdoor Drainage( GB 50014-2006,2016) and the Technical Guidelines for Establishment of Intensity-Duration-Frequency Curve Design Rainstorm Profile,calculation process was normative,and calculation result error met the requirement of the specification. Secondly,sampling by annual maximum method was more suitable for the expression of periodic hydrometeorological law by taking year as reappearance period,and could cause better randomness and independence of statistical sample,and the method was scientific and reliable. Thirdly,rainstorm intensity formula compiled by taking rainfall data in national weather stations of Liuzhou and its administrated counties as the sample could be used in the scope of the local jurisdiction. 展开更多

The design rainstorm profile is the basis of scientifically and rationally planning and designing urban drainage system, which can provide scientific theoretical basis and accurate design parameters for municipal construction, water and planning departments. In this paper, the minute-minute rainfall process data at Liuzhou National Meteorological Observation Station from 1975 to 2014 were used. Chicago method was used to analyze and study design rainstorm profile in urban district of Liuzhou, and the profiles of the rainfalls lasting for 30 , 60 , 90, 120, 150, and 180 min were obtained. The results showed that the design rainstorm profile with the same duration in each reappearance period was consistent in Liuzhou, and short-time rainfall profile roughly showed single-peak shape. The peak of each short-time design rainstorm profile was almost in 1/3 part of the whole rainfall process, and the intensity of rainfall increased with the prolonging of the recurrence period. The rainfall intensity at the peak in the same reproducing period showed 11 decrease - increase -decrease" as the duration increased, and the peak value of rainfall lasting for 120 min was the maximum. 展开更多

Based on the survey of peasants from 40 households who are chosen at random and have lost their land in the Hedong Village of Liuzhou, the status quo of land expropriation and social security of land-losing peasants are expounded. The social security problems of peasants in urban demolition and peasantsh desperate demands are analyzed as follows. For example, the Main problems after the peasants losing their lands cover the substandard of resettlement, which can not maintain the former living standard; the source of income has changed and the relevant security mechanism has not been established; the peasants who have lost their land are in desperate need of more stable jobs and stable income. In view of the current situation, the countermeasures and suggestions for establishing social security mechanism for peasants who have lost their land are put forward. The measures cover establishing the subsistence allowances for land-losing peasants; establishing the guarantee system for aged people; building medical care system; providing employment and training opportunity, trying to increase the channels of employment for farmers and fostering the employment security system for peasants who have lost their land. 展开更多

本文采用指示剂滴定法、火焰原子吸收光谱法和盐酸萘乙二胺法检测预包装螺蛳粉中过氧化值、铅和亚硝酸盐的含量。通过走访不同品牌的螺蛳粉预包装企业,现随机采集预包装螺蛳粉共15份,在本实验室及第三方检测公司对样品进行检测。结果显... 本文采用指示剂滴定法、火焰原子吸收光谱法和盐酸萘乙二胺法检测预包装螺蛳粉中过氧化值、铅和亚硝酸盐的含量。通过走访不同品牌的螺蛳粉预包装企业,现随机采集预包装螺蛳粉共15份,在本实验室及第三方检测公司对样品进行检测。结果显示过氧化值最低值为0.011 g/100 g,最高值为0.097 g/100 g,平均值为0.048 g/100 g。铅含量最低值为0.014 mg·kg^(-1),最高值为0.123 mg·kg^(-1),平均值为0.047 mg·kg^(-1)。亚硝酸钠含量最低值为0.254 mg·kg^(-1),最高值为3.113 mg·kg^(-1),平均值为1.452 mg·kg^(-1)。说明预包装螺蛳粉的理化分析结果符合螺蛳粉地方产品标准。本文通过对预包装螺蛳粉理化指标进行分析,探讨预包装螺蛳粉质量控制,为建立健全预包装螺蛳粉质量安全体系及规范企业安全生产提供可参考的依据。 展开更多

为深入了解柳州市北部生态新区湿地公园植物种类资源与区系特征,采用实地踏查与文献查阅相结合的方法,对公园内现有园林植物资源及其区系特征进行调查、统计与分析。结果表明:(1)公园内共有维管植物64科119属151种,优势科为桑科(Morace... 为深入了解柳州市北部生态新区湿地公园植物种类资源与区系特征,采用实地踏查与文献查阅相结合的方法,对公园内现有园林植物资源及其区系特征进行调查、统计与分析。结果表明:(1)公园内共有维管植物64科119属151种,优势科为桑科(Moraceae)、禾本科(Poaceae)、夹竹桃科(Apocynaceae)、桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)、五加科(Araliaceae)和棕榈科(Arecaceae)。(2)植物区系成分复杂,但以热带区系特征为主,其中科的地理分布类型为8类型和5变型,属的地理分布类型有14个,热带分布科、属分别占非世界分布科、属的57.81%和64.71%。(3)公园内植物生活型丰富,以常绿乔木、常绿灌木为主,其中观叶和观花植物种类较多,分别占植物总数量的59.60%和56.95%;湿地植物及中国乡土植物各有39、79种,分别占园内植物总种数的25.83%、52.32%。 展开更多

目的:了解广西柳州地区儿童地中海贫血(简称地贫)基因类型的特点。方法:收集2019年1月到2022年4月在本院就诊的1天到14岁的822例地贫疑似儿童,采用Gap-PCR、PCR结合反向点杂交技术进行α、β-地贫基因检测。结果:822例疑似地贫患儿中检... 目的:了解广西柳州地区儿童地中海贫血(简称地贫)基因类型的特点。方法:收集2019年1月到2022年4月在本院就诊的1天到14岁的822例地贫疑似儿童,采用Gap-PCR、PCR结合反向点杂交技术进行α、β-地贫基因检测。结果:822例疑似地贫患儿中检出地贫携带者561例,检出率68.25%,其中检出α-地贫303例,最多的基因型为--^(SEA)/αα(163例),其次为-α^(3.7)/αα(37例)和α^(CS)/αα(26例),HbH病44例;检出β-地贫240例,检出率29.20%,最多的基因型为β^(CD41-42)/β^(N)(112例),其次为β^(CD17)/β^(N)(75例)和β^(IVS-Ⅱ-654)/β^(N)(15例),中重型β-地贫11例;检出α复合β地贫18例,检出率2.19%,以--^(SEA)/αα复合β^(CD41-42)/β^(N)基因型最多(4例)。在壮族和汉族人群中,α-地贫中的-α^(3.7)α/αα检出比例相同(均为12.50%),其他主要类型如--^(SEA)/αα、α^(CS)α/αα和-α^(4.2)α/αα则有一定差异,而在β-地贫中汉族和壮族中主要检出的是CD41-42、CD17。结论:广西柳州地区儿童以α-地贫为主,检出率为68.25%,轻型地贫以--^(SEA)/αα检出率最高,其次为β^(CD41-42)/β^(N),中重型α和β-地贫检出率较高,各民族间地贫分布具有一定差异。 展开更多

探究城市鸟类的生态位和种间关系有助于正确认识城市鸟类的共存机制。2021年4—8月,利用样线法对广西柳州12个城市公园进行鸟类调查,采用Levins生态位宽度指数、Pianka生态位重叠度指数、Spearman秩相关性系数等分析14种繁殖鸟类的生态... 探究城市鸟类的生态位和种间关系有助于正确认识城市鸟类的共存机制。2021年4—8月,利用样线法对广西柳州12个城市公园进行鸟类调查,采用Levins生态位宽度指数、Pianka生态位重叠度指数、Spearman秩相关性系数等分析14种繁殖鸟类的生态位特征与种间关系。结果表明:柳州城市公园暗绿绣眼鸟的生态位宽度值最高,白头鹎和鹊鸲的生态位重叠度最大,鸟类的生态位宽度与其分布的公园数量呈线性相关;鸟类群落呈显著正联结,且鸟类群落正相关物种对的比率远远高于负相关物种对的比率,支持群落的正联结结论;鸟类的生态位重叠度受物种功能距离的影响,功能距离越近的物种,生态位重叠度越大,共同出现的概率越高。研究结果为城市鸟类物种的共存提供了实证数据和新的见解,建议在城市生境中,优先保护特化物种的栖息地;增加城市公园的生境复杂性,满足不同鸟类物种的生态需求,促进城市鸟类物种的共存和生态系统服务功能的发挥。 展开更多

为客观监测与评价地市尺度植被生态质量和探讨其与主要驱动气候因子的关系,采用2000—2022年MODIS NDVI数据,基于植被净初级生产力(NPP)和植被覆盖度(FVC)构建植被生态质量指数(EQI),采用转移矩阵和线性回归趋势方法,分析柳州市不同县... 为客观监测与评价地市尺度植被生态质量和探讨其与主要驱动气候因子的关系,采用2000—2022年MODIS NDVI数据,基于植被净初级生产力(NPP)和植被覆盖度(FVC)构建植被生态质量指数(EQI),采用转移矩阵和线性回归趋势方法,分析柳州市不同县区及不同土地利用类型和植被类型EQI的时空分布和变化特征;采用相关性分析法,分析EQI与气候的相关性。结果表明,2000—2022年柳州市平均EQI总体偏好,其中融水苗族自治县EQI均值最高,城中区最低;土地利用类型中,林地EQI均值最高,城乡、工矿和居民用地最低;植被类型中,阔叶林EQI均值最高,栽培植被最低。2000—2022年柳州市显著变绿,EQI显著上升面积占比为84.72%,上升速率为0.15~1.79/a,柳江区东部和南部、鱼峰区南部及鹿寨县南部上升速率较快。EQI与年均气温、年总降水量呈显著和极显著正相关面积占比分别为63.81%和28.16%,与年均气温呈极显著正相关的区域主要分布在鹿寨县东北部、融水苗族自治县东北部、融安县北部和三江侗族自治县,与年总降水量呈显著和极显著正相关的区域主要分布在融水苗族自治县、融安县、柳城县及柳南区和柳北区北部。气温对EQI的影响范围比降水更广。 展开更多
