In the previous practices of mineral resources prediction, a usually adopted methodology has been sta tistical analysis of cells delimitated based on thoughts of random sampling. Tha t might lead to insufficient utilization of local spatial information, for a cel l is treated as a point without internal structure. We now take “cell clusters ”, i. e. , spatial associations of cells, as basic units of statistics, thus th e spatial configuration information of geological variables is easier to be dete cted and utilized, and the accuracy and reliability of prediction are improved. We build a linear multi discriminating model for the clusters via genetic algor ithm. Both the right judgment rates and the in class vs. between class distan ce ratios are considered to form the evolutional adaptive values of the populati on. An application of the method in gold mineral resources prediction in east Xi njiang, China is presented.展开更多
Through a comprehensive review of PetroChina overseas oil and gas exploration of more than 20 years,we systematically summarize the development history,development status and application results of the overseas oil an...Through a comprehensive review of PetroChina overseas oil and gas exploration of more than 20 years,we systematically summarize the development history,development status and application results of the overseas oil and gas exploration theory and technology.Overseas oil and gas exploration has experienced four stages,exploratory exploration,progressive exploration,risk exploration and efficient exploration.The overseas exploration theory and technology have also gone through the initially direct borrow of domestic mature technology to the integrated application,and then to the research innovation based on overseas features.A series of overseas oil and gas exploration theories and technologies represented by theories and technologies for passive rift basins,salt basins and foreland basin slopes,and global oil and gas geology and resource evaluation have been established.On the basis of deep analysis of the future overseas exploration development demand for the technology,and combined with the domestic and overseas future development trend of theory and technology,this paper systematically discusses the overseas exploration difficulties,technical requirements and the main development directions and aims of exploration theory and technology in the future:(1)Develop conventional onshore oil and gas exploration techniques continuously for the overseas exploration and keep them at an internationally advanced level.(2)Develop the global oil and gas resources and assets integrated optimization evaluation technology and its information system construction project innovatively to reach the international leading level.(3)Develop the deep water exploration technology integratively and narrow the gap with the world’s advanced level.展开更多
With China's accession to the WTO and the demise of MFA,the global industrial network of textiles and garments has undergone accelerated reconstruction.In order to meet the challenges of various forms of trade fri...With China's accession to the WTO and the demise of MFA,the global industrial network of textiles and garments has undergone accelerated reconstruction.In order to meet the challenges of various forms of trade friction of developed countries and other low-cost challenges of developing countries and less developed countries,overseas investment by China's textile industry has become an important strategic choice.Using statistical data,field research and expert interviews,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the overseas investment of Chinese textile enterprises,analyzes the difficulties and challenges faced by textile and garment enterprises,and puts forward the overseas investment guidance strategy for Chinese textile enterprises.In order to progress smoothly,China's textile and garment enterprises should develop according to international business operation needs.In the "going out" process,enterprises must fully assess the risk and adopt good preventive measures,so as to optimally allocate international and domestic resources.展开更多

In order to evaluate placement of artificial reefs in Huidong County and observe biological aggregating effect of fishery resources,background investigation and follow-up investigation were carried out for trawl fishi...In order to evaluate placement of artificial reefs in Huidong County and observe biological aggregating effect of fishery resources,background investigation and follow-up investigation were carried out for trawl fishing and gill-net fishing in Daxingshan artificial reef area.The biological resource density index(D),Margalef species richness index(R),Shannon-Winener diversity index(H'),and Pileou evenness index(J')were used to study diversity of water biological population and resource density.Trawl fishing investigation indicated that after placement of reefs,there was significant increase in quantity of species of nekton,total resource density,species richness index,and diversity index in reef area,which were 1.321,2.07,1.012 and 1.084 times the value before placement of reefs respectively.Gill-net fishing investigation indicated that after placement of reefs,the quantity of species of nekton,total resource density,species richness index,and diversity index in reef area were 2.571,7.976,2.399 and 2.667 times the value before placement of reefs respectively.After reef placement,fishes and crabs become dominant population.It showed that after reef placement,attraction effect of fishes is significant,community structure is obviously optimized,and water environment in reef area is significantly improved.Thus,it proved that the multiplication system through artificial reefs has been basically established in Daxingshan reef area of Huidong County.展开更多
