Research and Practice on Curriculum Reform of the Packaging Design Based on the Development Strategy of"Made in China 2025"

In 2015,the Chinese government has put forward the development strategy of"made in China 2025"with Chinese characteristics,adhering to the basic policy of"innovation driven,quality first,green development,structural optimization and talent oriented",and the basic principle of"guided by the market and the government,based on the current and long-term,overall promotion and key breakthrough,independent development and open cooperation".Under the background,for the curriculum characteristics of the Packing Design,the"packaging task-based"teaching model is introduced,and the research and practice of curriculum reform are carried out from three aspects:curriculum content arrangement,curriculum design training and graduation design training,thereby cultivating students'practical ability and innovative spirit,letting students learn to study independently and practice actively,enhancing students'packaging practice ability and employment competitiveness,and training more and more excellent product packaging design talents for"made in China 2025".

Study on the Training Strategy of High Skilled Talents of Spray Coatings for Automobile in Secondary Vocational School——from the Perspective of Made in China 2025 Strategy

Made in China 2025 Strategy requires a large number of high skilled talents,which the high-skilled talents are the core backbone of skilled workers and a significant force to promote technological innovation and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In this study,combined with automotive spraying industry characteristics,four cultivation strategies are established by the construction of the system of high-skilled talent formation,training mode of on-campus+on-job highskilled talents,the common trail of national certification and enterprise certification and the star system spiraling excitation in order to create a new growth path for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in automobile spraying.

The Strategic Choice of Talent Training Mode With The Direction of Made in China 2025

With the integration of depth technology Made in China 2025 has established an production pattern of information and personalization,it needs complex and innovative workers,which has brought severe challenges to talent training mode.Changing the thought of talent cultivation,improving the professional setting and construction,optimizing course offered mode,innovating teaching organization form,speeding up the cooperative education mode,reconstructing teachers team,accelerating the establishment of personnel training laws and regulations,these are the positive strategic choices for China to face challenges.

The Global Value Chains and the Evolution of Chinese Economic Model

According to the Word Bank,in the first 38 years of China,economic reform took 700 million people out poverty line in China at the same time benefiting the Global South economy due to the integration of the transnational enterprises global value chains with China.Chinese government understood the economic rational of global value chains,Flying Geese Model,and foreign direct investment theories and introduced policies to attract foreign capital,technology,production,and foreign buyers,placing China as the final stage of the production networks in Asia and also transforming China in the biggest buying market of many resources and energy suppliers from less developed countries in Asia,Africa,and South America.But a new model of Chinese economic development even more interconnected and interdependent with the world is now on move.Even quite before the world acknowledge the protectionist mindset of the US in Trump era,Chinese President Xi Jinping launched in 2013 a very ambitious initiative under the name of“One Road,One Belt,the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road”to enhance a new stage of world globalization,which together with two complimentary initiatives:the“International Production Cooperation”and“Third-Country Market Cooperation”,and in complementarity with the“Made in China 2025”and“Internet Plus”plans will lead China to develop global value chains leaded by Chinese companies and integrating countries of Europe,Africa,Asia,and South America.

Digital twin for Industrial Internet

Industrial Internet upgrades the traditional industrial manufacturing to digitization,networking and intellectualization era,which calls for brand-new technology supports.As a promising solution,the emergence Digital Twin(DT)offers enhanced digital mapping capability with strong feasibility,security,economic and intelligence,which fits well with the concept of Industrial Internet.In this paper,we focus on establishing a new reference architecture of DT to support the development of Industrial Internet.It is composed of three interdependent layers(i.e.,physical layer,DT layer and DT networks layer)and four critical attributes(i.e.,privacy,security,awareness and real-time).We illustrate our perspectives for the functionality and relationship of the three layers,and features and feasible solutions of the four attributes.With those efforts,the proposed DT architecture can provide both smart manufacturing and networked services for Industrial Internet era.Moreover,we also illustrate the relevant and open challenges.Finally,the conclusion and future perspective are pointed out.
