高校智库服务决策本质上是一种知识生产活动。知识生产模式转型背景下,高校智库服务决策的内涵更加丰富,目标情境、参与主体、研究范式、评价方式等不断变化,展现出诸多新特征。本研究通过对高校智库服务决策特征变化的分析,构建了高校智库服务决策的三种模式:学科中心学术情境下“学—政”互动的专家模式、跨学科应用情境下“智—政”互动的平台模式和超学科适应情境下多边互动的开放模式。在这三种模式演进和共生发展情境下,提出高校智库服务决策实现高质量发展的四条进路:树立符合国家需求与公共利益的服务决策理念,创新多边互动的服务决策组织形式,构建多层次的服务决策研究范式,建立开放多元的服务决策评价体系。

章太炎对法家与法治思想的现代阐释

当代中国的美育观念并非原生于中国学界,它发轫于中国近现代学校教育体系建设的早期发展阶段,在中国传统文教观念与乐教思想的现代转语中,在适应新的教育体系和接续民族艺术精神的化合中,逐渐被赋义充盈起来。在西学之风较盛的清末民初,学校的学科教育为美育落地提供了土壤。民国初期,具有西学视野的知识分子继续深化调和中西两种教育资源,艺术教育成为中西教育理念相遇时接续民族艺术精神的阵地,中国传统艺术的精髓成为现当代美育的思想基石。在现代学校教育的框架内,艺术教育最终作为有效培育核心素养的路径被确定在学制中。

传统史剧观遵循“历史真实”和“古为今用”两大原则,在历史剧创作中影响深远。“历史真实”原则束缚了创作主体的发挥,造成创作手法的单一。“古为今用”原则导致历史剧创作的主题内涵比较狭隘,限制历史剧艺术的发展。20世纪80年代以来,传统史剧观的“古为今用”原则在表现知识分子复杂内心世界中被成功突围,作家的主体意识在系列新编历史文人史剧中彰显出来,历史剧创作主题向文化、人性、审美多维度展开。郭启宏的“传神史剧论”与大量表现复杂人性的历史剧突破了传统史剧观下人物塑造的“二元对立”模式,使人物形象走向复杂人性的刻画与深层心理的挖掘。罗怀臻的新史剧观认为,历史的虚构和假设也可以作为历史剧创作的素材和依托,由此开辟寓言史剧创作的新路径。

创建现代管理科学的中国学派,是我国管理科学工作者的一项历史使命,是一项系统工程。创建的基本途径是洋为中用、古为今用、近为今用、综合集成。

自我服务偏向研究现状与展望

人们常将满意的结果归因于自己的能力或努力,将不满意的结果归因为他人或环境,这种接受成功的荣誉而否认失败责任的倾向称为自我服务偏向。目前,对该偏向的理论解释并未达成统一的结论,争论主要集中在其产生是由认知驱动或动机驱动,抑或两者兼有。大量研究表明,自我服务偏向普遍存在于日常生活中,并受年龄、性别、文化、精神机能障碍等因素的影响,但对其脑机制的研究相对较少。未来研究中,应拓宽对非抑郁症精神机能障碍患者的自我服务偏向研究以及不同群体自我服务偏向特点的研究;自我服务偏向的脑机制研究、跨文化研究以及国外已有研究成果在我国的适用性也将成为未来研究的关注点。
