文摘Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture therapy for 120 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: These patients were classified into liver-qi-stagnation type (n=53), phlegm-coagulation type (n=30) and Thoroughfare-Conception vessel maladjustment type (n=37). Acupoints used were Qimen (期门 LR 14), Wuyi (屋翳 ST 15), Weishu (胃俞 BL 21), etc.. Acupuncture treatment was conducted once daily and 30 treatments constituted one therapeutic course. Results: After 3 courses of treatment, of the 53, 30 and 37 cases of the liver-qi-stagnation, phlegm-coagulation and Thoroughfare-Conception vessel maladjustment types, 43 (81.1%), 24 (80.0%) and 29 (78.4%) were cured, 7 (13.2%), 5 (16.7%)and 5 (13.5%) markedly improved, 3 (5.7%), 1 (3.3%) and 2 (5.4%) improved respectively, and 1 (2.7%) of Thoroughfare-Conception vessel maladjustment type failed. A two-years’ follow-up showed that 3 of the cured 92 cases had a relapse, and after 2 more courses of treatment, they were cured again. Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy is effective for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.

文摘According to Zhongjing Zhang's academic thought, gynecological diseases mostly result from deficiency, accumulated cold, and qi stagnation,so the treatment of gynecological miscellaneous diseases should take qi and blood as the general principle, and focus on the liver. The pathogenesis of mammary glands hyperplasia(MGH)is liver and kidney deficiency, disharmony of the thoroughfare vessel and the conception vessel, the causes of which are emotional imbalance, liver qi depression, and failure of transportation due to spleen deficiency. The superficial causes include qi stagnation, phlegm coagulation, and blood stasis, which are mainly related to the liver, spleen, kidney, the thoroughfare vessel, and the conception vessel. In clinical treatment of MGH,Xiaochaihu Decoction or Sini Powder can be used for qi stagnation syndrome,Xiao Xianxiong Decoction for phlegm coagulation syndrome,Guizhi Fuling Pill or Dahuang Zhechong Pill for spleen deficiency syndrome, and Wenjing Decoction for the deficiency-cold syndrome.

文摘Objective: To explore the efficacy and mechanism of Lirukang Granule (利乳康颗粒, LRKG) in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland (HMG). Methods: One hundred patients with HMG were randomly assigned to two groups, 50 in each group. The patients in the treated group were orally administered with LRKG thrice a day, one package each time, and those in the control group were given orally Rukuaixiao Tablet (乳块消, RKX) thrice a day, 4 tablets each time. The therapeutic course for both groups was 4 months. The clinical efficacy, pain alleviating rate, as well as changes of local sign and symptom scores were observed before and after treatment. The changes of serum estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin (PRL) in some randomly selected patients (24 patients in the treated group and 24 in the control group) before and after treatment were measured with radioimmunoassay. Results: The total clinical efficacy in the treated group was superior to that in the control group, significant difference was shown between the two groups (P〈 0.01). The cure-effective rate and total effective rate in the treated group were 70.0%and 88.0% respectively, significantly higher than those in the control group (38.0% and 64.0%) respectively (P〈 0.01), and the pain alleviating rate in the treated group was also significantly higher in the former than that in the latter (88.0% vs 64.0%, P 〈 0.05). Moreover, the treated group showed obvious superiority in improving the patients' symptom and sign scores (P 〈 0.01), and abnormalities of gonadal hormone as compared with the respective items in the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: LRKG has good efficacy in the treatment of HMG, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation on endocrine and immune function.

文摘Objective: To explore and analyze the points-selection rules in acupuncture treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia (MGH) by data mining and statistical method. Methods: Clinical literatures about the treatment of MGH with acupuncture published in the recent 16 years were retrieved from Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) and established into a database by Excel. The SPSS 20 version software and Clementine 12.0 version software were adopted to analyze the frequency and association rules of points-selection in the treatment of MGH with acupuncture. Results: The top 3 points used most frequently in acupuncture treatment of MGH were Danzhon8 (CV 17), Taichong (LR 3) and Zusanli (ST 36); points from the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming and Liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin were most commonly used; the commonly selected points were predominantly distributed in thoracic and abdominal regions and lower limbs; emphasis on the combination use of local and distal points; of the specific points, the five Shu-Transmitting points were mostly used; association analysis showed that the associations among Taichong (LR 3), Danzhong (CV 27) and Zusanli (ST 36) were the most significant. Conclusion: The data mining results substantially accord with the general rules of acupuncture-moxibustion theories in traditional Chinese medicine, able to reflect the points-selection principles and features in acupuncture treatment of MGH and provide evidence for the points selection in the treatment of MGH in acupuncture clinic.
文摘Objective: To observe the effect of combined therapy of acupoint Injection and Chinese herbal medicine ion-introduction in treating mammary gland hyperplasia (MGH). Methods: Eighty-six patients of MGH were treated with the combined therapy and compared with a control group treated with other Chinese or western drugs. Results: Therapeutic effect evaluated after 3 courses of treatment showed that the effect of combined therapy was superior to that of the control groups treated by Xiaoyao Pill, Rupixiao tablet, Asparagine tablet and combined therapy of vitamin E + oryzanol + vitamin B6. Conclusion: Combined treatment of acupoint injection and ion-introduction of Chinese herbal medicine is an effective treatment for mammary gland hypertrophy.
