Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the MSCPOR used in China.Methods:45 subjects with OCD,35 subjects with phobias and 35 subjects with anxiety were selected as patient group,and 44 healthy persons w...Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the MSCPOR used in China.Methods:45 subjects with OCD,35 subjects with phobias and 35 subjects with anxiety were selected as patient group,and 44 healthy persons were selected as control group.All subjects were rated according to the Chinese version of the MSCPOR,the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Two or three weeks after the first rating,16 health persons were re=rated by MSCPOR;12 patients were re-rated with MSCPOR,Y-BOCS and HAMA.15 subjects were rated with MSCPOR and scored by two independent raters at the same time.Results:Test-retest reliability was 0.72~0.99;the homogeneity reliability(Chronbach’s α )in the OCD group were 0.82~0.88 and in phobias group 0.78~0.82;Spearman correlation coefficients were 0.35~0.94 in OCD group and 0.30~0.84 in phobias group;the inter-rater reliability(kappa index) were 0.53~1.For validity,correlation coefficients( γ )among different dimension of MSCPOR in OCD group was 0.36~0.92 and 0.10~0.80 in phobias group.Spearman correlation coefficients between MSCPOR vs Y-BOCS scores and MSCPOR vs HAMA were 0.62 and 0.41~0.44.The results of discriminate analysis showed that diagnosis error for MSCPOR was 40.1%.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of MSCPOR used in China were satisfactory;MSCPOR isn’t a suitable instrument for diagnosis but good for symptom assessment.展开更多

As to the crossdiffraction grating, there is no absolute zero-reference. In regards to the optical fiber method,the output signal is affected greatly by the quality of the reflecting surface and it is hard to gethigh resolution. Considering the concentric-circle gratings, the displacement can only be gainedwith complicated calculating of the experiment data. Compared with the advantages and limitations ofthe methods above, a novel 2-D zero-reference mark is especially proposed and demonstrated. Thiskind of mark has an absolute zero-reference when used in pair, and the experimental result is simpleto dispose. By superimposing a pair of specially coded 2-D marks, the correct alignment position ofthe two marks can be detected by the maximum output of the sharp intensity peak. And each slope ofthe peak is of good linearity which can be used to achieve high resolution in positioning andalignment in two dimensions. Design and fabrication of such 2-D zero-reference marks are introducedin detail. The experiment results are agreed with the theoretical ones.展开更多

Consequently, a large number of rill marks have developed. They are diverse in morphology. According to the hydrodynamic types of their formation, they can be grouped into 6 categories, i. e. the wave eroded, backwash, seepage, rain eroded, water drainage and runoff rill marks. Morphologically, they can be divided into more than ten types: the linear, tooth shaped, comb shaped, fence like, ear like, braided, branched, leaf like, flower like, root like, dendritic, net like, radial etc. Their cross sections include the broad u type (the width/depth ratio is over 2, and may reach 10—20), U type (width/depth ratio from 1 to 2), V type, Ω type and ( type. Their occurrences may be attributed to the variations in composition, grain size, color, fabric and morphology. They have 5 scales: the micro scale (length and width within 1 cm), small scale (length and width within 10 cm), medium scale (length and width ranging from 10—100cm), large scale (length and width 1—5 m) and giant-scale (length or width over 5 m).展开更多

Based on the vehicle collision dynamics model, this study provided an optimized algorithm with vehicle final location and other related information for the tire marks. When the tire marks simulation results fit the real one well, the state of vehicle can be understood as the real state in the accident. Based on above, the vehicle velocity and direction are decided. According to the velocity and direction of the vehicle, the complete accident process can be simulated. With the help of the Pc-Crash software, the method has been applied in typical collision accident cases analysis. The reconstruction results will provide the scientific and numerical references for vehicle collision accidents analyzing and appraising.展开更多

Furthermore, the influence of time of day on hippocampal acetylation marks has been demonstrated in young adult and aged rats; however, there are no studies reporting epigenetic changes in the adolescent period. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effects of gender on hippocampal DNA methyltransferase 1 content and histone deacetylase(HDAC) activity of adolescent rats at different time points, specifically early morning and afternoon. Both epigenetic markers increased significantly in the hippocampi of female rats compared to the male group, an indicator of reduced transcriptional activity. In addition, HDAC activity during the early morning was higher compared to afternoon groups in both male and female rats, while DNA methyltransferase 1 content was not altered by the time of day. Our findings demonstrate that hippocampal DNA methylation and histone acetylation status can be influenced by gender during the adolescent period, while the time of the day impacts HDAC activity.展开更多

The identification marks of shallow-water deltas are critical for better understanding sedimentary characteristics of these deltas. In continental basins, especially China's Mesozoic and Cenozoic continental basins, shallow-water deltas are widely developed. There are many cosmet...Background/Purpose: Although stretch marks (or striae) do not represent a medical problem, they are considered as the cause of psychological distress for women of any age that need to be treated. There are many cosmetic products or procedures claiming to improve the appearance of striae, but most of them are able to affect only striae appearance rather than physical characteristics or, even worse, they are provided with untoward effects. Our aim was to find a more efficacious and safe alternative to the existing tools. Methods: A randomized, blind observer study was conducted on 33 women to test the efficacy and safety of P-3059, a new product containing carboxymethylcysteine, Vitamin E and sweet almond oil. P-3059 was applied twice daily for 8 weeks and it was tested intra-subject in a split-body design versus an untreated area (negative control), comparing two symmetric areas with striae selected on the body/legs of each subject. The main study endpoint was the visual evaluation of striae, by means of the validated POSAS scale (consisting of two parts, OSAS and PSAS), at the end of treatment in comparison with baseline. Results: The comparison of the individual parameters of OSAS, showed significantly improved mean values for striae thickness, relief and pliability at the end of treatment (p < 0.05). The PSAS evaluation showed a statistically significant benefit in the improvement in thickness of the striae towards that of normal skin (p < 0.044). Conclusion: The new product based on carboxymethylcysteine leads to an improvement in the appearance and in the physical characteristics of striae, reducing their thickness and improving relief and pliability, as well as subjects satisfaction.展开更多
