Hierarchy of Needs,one of the most influential motivation theories,was developed by Abraham Maslow in 1940-50's USA.Hi erarchy of Needs theory has great significance in understanding human motivation,management training and personal development.The purpose of this paper is to investigate briefly the application of the theory to educational settings so as to guide a more effective education.

高师院校学生会建设存在的问题与对策——基于Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs的探索

由于高师院校学生会干部存在男女生比例失调及家庭经济困难生比例大等现象,分析了学生会建设中存在干部体制建设有待加强及培养欠缺可持续发展的观念等问题。以F师范学院为对象进行调查研究,依据马斯洛需求理论,提出以设计淘汰机制,实现成就与价值为主的解决方案。

Effect of nursing intervention based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs in patients with coronary heart disease interventional surgery

BACKGROUND It is very important to provide effective nursing programs to regulate the physical and mental state of patients and to improve treatment compliance after interventional surgery for coronary heart disease(CHD).AIM To explore the effect of a nursing intervention based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory on patients with CHD undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention.METHODS Ninety-four patients with CHD undergoing interventional surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into a research group(n=47)and a control group(n=47).The control group received routine nursing,and the research group received a nursing intervention based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.The scores of self-efficacy,negative emotion[depression(SDS),anxiety(SAS)],intervention compliance(standardized medication,moderate exercise,healthy diet,and regular review),and nursing satisfaction were calculated before and after intervention for the two groups.RESULTS Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of disease general management self-efficacy,disease management self-efficacy,and total self-efficacy between the two groups(P=0.795,0.479,and 0.659,respectively).After intervention,these three scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups(P=0.149 and 0.347,respectively).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The standardized drug use rate(97.87%),moderate exercise rate(97.87%),healthy diet rate(95.74%),and regular reexamination rate(97.87%)in the research group were higher than those in the control group(85.11%,82.98%,80.85%,and 87.23%,respectively)(P=0.027,0.014,0.025,and 0.049,respectively).Nursing job satisfaction in the research group(93.62%)was higher than that in the control group(78.72%)(P=0.036).CONCLUSION A nursing program based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory can effectively alleviate negative emotion,enhance self-efficacy and intervention compliance,and ensure that the patients are highly satisfied with the nursing work.

Zora Neale Hurston is an African-American novelist, anthropologist. Her famous novel Their Eyes Were Watching God to some extent reflects the pursuit of self-actualization of the female protagonist Janie. The psychological term Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is implemented in this study to help to analyze the process of Janie's self-actualization, which illustrates how Janie realized self-fulfillment and appreciated the intrinsic worth of her surroundings and to experience the world deeply through marriages to three different men.

Some Refletion on Susan's Death from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

It started with a "happy" marriage between Susan and Rawling,but ended with Susan's suicide in Room Nineteen where she thought she could find real freedom. This paper tries to analyze Susan's psychological state and needs,her unusual behaviors,as well as her death from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory.

A Study of Farmers' Rationality Based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

In this paper,on the basis of analyzing farmers' dominant position in society and explanation of farmers' rationality,we make use of Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs to divide farmers' needs into three levels in accordance with the different stages: survival needs,interpersonal harmony and social responsibility,which are the needs hierarchies for farmers to satisfy themselves. We combine Maslow's hierarchy theory of needs and farmers' rationality and confirm that farmers do have rationality and it is in a dynamic condition.

An evaluation model for smart grids in support of smart cities based on the Hierarchy of Needs Theory

Smart cities depend highly on an intelligent electrical networks to provide a reliable,safe,and clean power supplies.A smart grid achieves such aforementioned power supply by ensuring resilient energy delivery,which presents opportunities to improve the cost-effectiveness of power supply and minimize environmental impacts.A systematic evaluation of the comprehensive benefits brought by smart grid to smart cities can provide necessary theoretical fundamentals for urban planning and construction towards a sustainable energy future.However,most of the present methods of assessing smart cities do not fully take into account the benefits expected from the smart grid.To comprehensively evaluate the development levels of smart cities while revealing the supporting roles of smart grids,this article proposes a model of smart city development needs from the perspective of residents’needs based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory,which serves the primary purpose of building a smart city.By classifying and reintegrating the needs,an evaluation index system of smart grids supporting smart cities was further constructed.A case analysis concluded that smart grids,as an essential foundation and objective requirement for smart cities,are important in promoting scientific urban management,intelligent infrastructure,refined public services,efficient energy utilization,and industrial development and modernization.Further optimization suggestions were given to the city analyzed in the case include strengthening urban management and infrastructure constructions,such as electric vehicle charging facilities and wireless coverage.

中心城区城市公园的儿童友好性分析及其规划应对——以武汉市沙湖公园为例

以儿童友好为导向规划建设出能够充分保障儿童权益和诉求的儿童友好型城市公园,对于促进儿童健康成长、推动儿童友好型城市建设具有重要意义。依据“儿童友好”导向理论体系,采用非参与式观察方法对武汉市沙湖公园开展实地调研,结果表明,沙湖公园在自然友好度、人文友好度方面有待提升。然后基于马斯洛需求层次理论,提出儿童友好导向下沙湖公园规划与建设的具体策略。

马斯洛需求层次理论视角下成人心脏移植术后康复体验的质性研究

目的:探讨成人心脏移植术后的康复体验,为促进病人术后康复提供参考。方法:采用描述性现象学研究方法,基于马斯洛需求层次理论,对17例成人心脏移植术后病人进行半结构式深度访谈,使用Nvivo软件整理资料,并应用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果:提炼出5个主题,即生理上的不同康复体验;安全感缺乏的体验;来自家庭和社会的爱与归属感的体验;尊重被剥夺的体验;自我实现,重返社会的体验。结论:医护人员在临床工作中需要帮助病人解决康复过程中身体和安全的康复需求,在此基础上需要社会和家庭,病人自身多方协作,保证病人爱与归属感的需求,维护提升病人尊重体验,协助其顺利返岗,实现自我价值。

城乡绿色空间价值评估内涵、路径及特征梳理研究

城乡绿色空间是反映人居环境品质的重要空间载体。进入存量阶段,价值评估是保障城乡绿色空间“精准优化”的首要工作。既有研究多以技术应用为主,重实操,呈碎片状,缺乏系统整理。以城乡绿色空间和人的需求之间的价值匹配为切入点,对以多学科交叉研究为基础的城乡绿色空间价值评估研究进行“理论层—实践层—决策层”的内涵整理;系统梳理了城乡绿色空间评估—反馈路径,对“生活需求—生产需求—福祉需求”三个阶段的城乡绿色空间评估研究体系进行了“价值需求—评估指标”的特征归纳以及涵盖“尺度—维度—标尺”的研究坐标系建构。为相关研究者、实践者与决策者在具体绿色空间评估工作中提供指标选取和参照依据。

基于介助老人需求的无障碍洗浴产品设计研究

目的为介助老人设计出更加符合他们的真实需求的洗浴产品,增强介助老人洗浴时的体验感和满意度,提高介助老人生活质量。方法首先通过问卷调查法和访谈法等方式获取用户的原始需求;其次绘制用户旅程图对轮椅老人的洗浴行为路径进行深度分析,挖掘其中的隐藏需求,再利用KJ法对需求进行归类,得到用户需求的层次化结构;再次使用层次分析法(AHP)对需求点进行权重计算;最后将设计要素按照主次进行划分并转化为对应功能,生成设计方案。结果根据用户旅程图和AHP精准定位介助老人洗浴产品中的关键需求,并设计出了符合用户需求的洗浴产品,提高了用户的满意度。结论通过用户旅程图和AHP的结合,以介助老人洗浴产品为对象进行研究,验证了该设计方法的有效性,为老年人洗浴产品的设计和研究提供了参考。

基于马斯洛需求层次理论的住院医师规范化培训管理模式探讨

目的 探讨基于马斯洛需求层次理论的住院医师规范化培训管理模式。方法 通过问卷调查,基于马斯洛需求层次理论,结合当前住院医师在不同时期的需求,对调查结果进行分析。结果 通过分析发现,住院医师所处的不同需求阶段中存在共性问题,影响因素集中在年龄、家庭收入、生育情况和每月夜班数,以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 根据调查结果动态调整该院住培管理方法,有针对性制定激励措施,能够有效调动住院医师的积极性和主动性。

需求层次理论视角下企业薪酬管理对员工薪酬满意感提升的路径

薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理工作重要构成内容之一,社会对薪酬管理的重视度、关注度均呈明显的上升趋势。科学、高效化的薪酬管理机制能最大限度地激发员工的主观能动性。因此,在需求层次理论视角下,构建高效合理的薪酬管理制度、提高员工薪酬满意度,是企业人力资源管理工作人员的中心工作。
