Objective:To study the correlation of serum total bilirubin (TBIL) content with bone metabolism and micro-inflammatory response in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods: The patients diagnosed with postmenopausal osteoporosis by DEXA in Wuhan Zhongyuan Hospital between February 2015 and December 2017 were chosen as the OP group, the postmenopausal women who were proven to have normal bone mineral density by DEXA during the same period were chosen as control group, and the TBIL, bone metabolism markers, bone metabolism biochemical indexes and inflammation indexes were determined. Results: Serum TBIL, PINP, OPG, SOD, T-AOC and IL-10 levels as well as peripheral blood FOXP3 expression of OP group were significantly lower than those of control group whereas serum NTX, CTX, RANKL, AOPP, IL-17 and TNF-α levels as well as peripheral blood NOX1, FoxO3a, ROR-γt and NF-κB expression were significantly higher than those of control group;serum TBIL content of OP group was positively correlated with serum PINP, OPG, SOD, T-AOC and IL-10 levels as well as peripheral blood FOXP3 expression, and negatively correlated with serum NTX, CTX, RANKL, AOPP, IL-17 and TNF-α levels as well as peripheral blood NOX1, FoxO3a, ROR-γt and NF-κB expression. Conclusion: The decrease of serum TBIL in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis can damage the bone metabolism and aggravate the micro-inflammatory response. 展开更多

Objective:To study the correlation of deceleration capacity of rate with the cardiac function and micro-inflammatory state in patients with both primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 60 patients with both primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital between May 2012 and February 2016 were collected as the observation group, and 50 patients with primary hypertension who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. According to the median of deceleration capacity of rate (DC), the observation group of patients were further divided into high DC group and low DC group (n=30). The 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram of the included patients were obtained to calculate the DC value;color Doppler diasonograph was used to measure the echocardiogram of the two groups, and obtain the left cardiac function indexes and strain rate indexes;enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the contents of serum pro-inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors. Results: The DC value of observation group was lower than that of control group;left cardiac function indexes IVSTd, LVIDd and LVIDs levels of low DC group and high DC group were higher than those of control group, strain rate indexes SRs, SRe and Sra levels were lower than those of control group, and serum pro-inflammatory factors CRP, IL-6, IL-18 and PCT contents were higher than those of control group while anti-inflammatory factors IL-10 and IL-13 contents were lower than those of control group;IVSTd, LVIDd and LVIDs levels of low DC group were higher than those of high DC group, SRs, SRe and Sra levels were lower than those of high DC group, and serum CRP, IL-6, IL-18 and PCT contents were higher than those of high DC group while IL-10 and IL-13 contents were lower than those of high DC group. Conclusion:DC value is lower in patients with both primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus, and can intuitively reflect the cardiac function and systemic micro-inflammatory state. 展开更多

Objective:To study the relationship of vitamin D deficiency with lipid metabolism, micro-inflammatory response and endothelial injury in obese children. Methods: a total of 68 cases of obese children who received examination in our hospital were chosen as obese group, 56 cases of overweight children who received examination in our hospital were chosen as overweight group, and 50 cases of normal children who received vaccination in our hospital were chosen as normal control group. The differences in peripheral blood 1,25-(OH)D3 content as well as serum contents of lipid metabolism, micro-inflammatory reaction and endothelial injury indexes were compared among three groups. Pearson test was used to evaluate the internal relationship between 1, 25-(OH)D3 and the degree of environmental disturbance in obese children.Results:1,25-(OH) D3 contents in obese group and overweight group were lower than that in normal control group, and 1,25-(OH) D3 content in obese group was lower than that in overweight group. Serum contents of lipid metabolism indexes TC, TG and LDL-C in obese group and overweight group were higher than those in normal control group while HDL-C content was lower than that in normal control group;contents of micro-inflammation indexes CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α were higher than those in normal control group;serum content of endothelial injury index ET-1 was higher than that in normal control group while NO, CGRP and PGI2 contents were lower than those in normal control group;the changes in serum contents of above indexes in obese group were larger than those in overweight group. Conclusion: There is vitamin D deficiency in obese children, and the degree of deficiency is directly related to the degree of abnormal lipid metabolism, micro-inflammation and endothelial injury. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effect of metformin combined with DPP-4 inhibitor on the micro-inflammatory status and insulin sensitivity of T2DM patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods: A total of 78 T2DM patients with metabolic syndrome who were treated in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group (n=41) who received metformin therapy and the combined group (n=37) who received metformin combined with DPP-4 inhibitor therapy, and both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The differences in micro-inflammatory state and insulin sensitivity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in serum inflammatory factor contents and peripheral blood insulin sensitivity-related index levels between the two groups before treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, serum inflammatory factors IL-1, hs-CRP and TNF-α contents of combined group were lower than those of control group;insulin sensitivity indexes FGP, FINS, ISI and HOMA-IR levels were lower than those of control group. Conclusion: metformin combined with DPP-4 inhibitor Sitagliptin can more effectively inhibit the micro-inflammatory state and improve the insulin sensitivity in T2DM patients with metabolic syndrome. 展开更多

The latest investigation shows that AS is a special inflammatory state. The constant inflammation, which has been defined as a micro inflammatory state is related to the decline of renal function and blood purification, but not the result of infections caused by external pathogenic microorganisms or internal opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms. We investigated the mechanism of interleukin-10 (IL-10) gene-1082 A/G protection effect to keep ESRD patients away from micro inflammation and AS. 展开更多
