The key factors include the buffer composition, concentration, pH, and the surface treatment of the capillaries used. It has been shown that, if the buffer is mainly composed of alcohol amines and the capillaries are coated with polyacrylamide, ovalbumin from chicken egg can be separated into more than 25 peaks and that of transferrin about 10 peaks.展开更多

The key factors include the buffer composition, concentration, pH, and the surface treatment of the capillaries used. It has been shown that, if the buffer is mainly composed of alcohol amines and the capillaries are coated with polyacrylamide, ovalbumin from chicken egg can be separated into more than 25 peaks and that of transferrin about 10 peaks.
