In the process of ion-adsorption rare earth ore leaching,the migration characteristics of the wetting front in multi-hole injection holes and the influence of wetting front intersection effect on the migration distanc...In the process of ion-adsorption rare earth ore leaching,the migration characteristics of the wetting front in multi-hole injection holes and the influence of wetting front intersection effect on the migration distance of wetting fronts are still unclear.Besides,wetting front migration distance and leaching time are usually required to optimize the leaching process.In this study,wetting front migration tests of ionadsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole fluid injection(the spacing between injection holes was 10 cm,12 cm and 14 cm)and single-hole fluid injection were completed under the constant water head height.At the pre-intersection stage,the wetting front migration laws of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole fluid injection and single-hole fluid injection were identical.At the postintersection stage,the intersection accelerated the wetting front migration.By using the Darcy’s law,the intersection effect of wetting fronts during the multi-hole liquid injection was transformed into the water head height directly above the intersection.Finally,based on the Green-Ampt model,a wetting front migration model of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole unsaturated liquid injection was established.Error analysis results showed that the proposed model can accurately simulate the infiltration process under experimental conditions.The research results enrich the infiltration law and theory of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole liquid injection,and this study provides a scientific basis for optimizing the liquid injection well pattern parameters of ion-adsorption rare earth in situ leaching in the future.展开更多

The profiles of hydrodynamic and thermodynamic patterns in a three-dimensional combustor model are obtained by solving the governing differential transport equations. The well-established numerical prediction algorithm SIMPLE, the modified k-ε turbulence model and k-ε-g turbulent diffusion flame model have been adopted in computations. The β function has been selected as probability density function. The effect of combustion process on flow patterns has been investigated. The calculated results have been verified by experiments. In current research,many researchers propose analytical expressions for calculating the packing structure of spherical particles such as DN Model,Compact Model and NLS criterion et al.However,there is still a question...In current research,many researchers propose analytical expressions for calculating the packing structure of spherical particles such as DN Model,Compact Model and NLS criterion et al.However,there is still a question that has not been well explained yet.That is:What is the core factors affecting the thermal conductivity of particles?In this paper,based on the coupled discrete element-finite difference(DE-FD)method and spherical aluminum powder,the relationship between the parameters and the thermal conductivity of the powder(ETC_(p))is studied.It is found that the key factor that can described the change trend of ETC_(p) more accurately is not the materials of the powder but the average contact area between particles(a_(ave))which also have a close nonlinear relationship with the average particle size d_(50).Based on this results,the expression for calculating the ETC_(p) of the sphere metal powder is successfully reduced to only one main parameter d_(50)and an efficient calculation model is proposed which can applicate both in room and high temperature and the corresponding error is less than 20.9%in room temperature.Therefore,in this study,based on the core factors analyzation,a fast calculation model of ETC_(p) is proposed,which has a certain guiding significance in the field of thermal field simulation.展开更多

The hybrid models were composed of the extraction equilibrium calculation model and the Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) error compensation model; the parameters of compensation model were optimized by the hierarchical genetic algorithms (HGA). In addition, application experiment research of this proposed method was carried out in the rare earth separation production process of a corporation. By analysing the irrationality of the calculating models used by some research organizations at home and abroad in structural analyses for truss jack-up rig legs, this paper introduces a new calculation model which is more reasonable. This model can simulate better the load situation of a rig reflecting more precisely the effects of the leg loads caused by the spring support of gearboxes of the jacking system and the secondary bending moment raised by hull displacement under extreme conditions. The rig conversion was completed in 1989. In July 1991 the rig safely stood the frontal hitting of Typhoon with the wind speed of 52 m / s, which shows that the checking on the structure is correct.展开更多

Most of the coesites in the eclogite from ...The process and path of retrometamorphism of coesite have great significance to our understanding of the P-T tracks of the exhumation of ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks. Most of the coesites in the eclogite from Shima, Anhui Province, the Dabie Mountains, China, are found degraded to quartz partly or wholly, with ruptures occurring in the shells, outside which include the coesite and quartz. According to the microscopic observation, the sample of coesite inclusion is composed of garnet, quartz and coesite, based on which we have built a three-shelled composite sphere model to compute the transition of coesite. Based on the crystal growth formulas and pressure conditions of the ruptures in the garnet, we have calculated the radius of the quartz sphere, which depends on temperature, and eventually drawn the different retrometamorphic paths for different retrometamorphism rates.展开更多

The results suggest that methodology of synthesis is very important for determining species distribution in the preparation of PAC solutions. In the PAC solution prepared by micro injection of base method(MIBM), there are at least five kinds of species including a kind of monomeric species Al 3+ , three kinds of polymeric species Al 2(OH) 4+ 2, Al 7(OH) 4+ 17 , Al 13 O 4(OH) (7- n )+ 24+ n ( n =0,2)and an aggregate of Al 13 or a solid phase Al(OH) 3 (aq.). On the basis of main effecting factors analysis on the gear and shaft assembling interference amount, calculating formula including all factors effective on the interference amount necessary for reliable system running was built up. The methods of reverse calculating theoretical model was used to build up the equivalent simulation model of the theoretical one, together with simulation verification and case study for calculating formula. The results show that the cold assembling method is applicable for miniaturized gear and shaft, but in the assembling process, the interference amount compensating the shape error of contacting surfaces takes a large proportion, which is the main cause of stress variance on contacting surfaces.展开更多

The configuration of a fully collapsed ring is considered as a real dumbbell shape with a line touch between two 'bells', instead of the dumbbell shape with a point touch of two diametrically opposite points. Calculations are performed assuming that the dominant effect on the plastic energy dissipation has the circumferential bending mode. For the linear strain-hardening materials it is found that theoretical predictions based on the above model for both propagation pressure and initiation nressure are in good agreement with experimental results of Kyriakides et al.展开更多
The unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing has an important influence on its physical and mechanical properties.This study presented a model for calculating the unfrozen water content of rock durin...The unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing has an important influence on its physical and mechanical properties.This study presented a model for calculating the unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing process,considering the influence of unfrozen water film and rock pore structure,which can reflect the hysteresis and super-cooling effects.The pore size distribution cu rves of red sandsto ne and its unfrozen water conte nt under different temperatures during the freezing and thawing process were measured using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) to validate the proposed model.Comparison between the experimental and calculated results indicated that the theoretical model accu rately reflected the water content change law of red sandstone during the freezing and thawing process.Furthermore,the influences of Hamaker constant and surface relaxation parameter on the model results were examined.The results showed that the appropriate magnitude order of Hamaker constant for the red sandstone was 10J to 10J;and when the relaxation parameter of the rock surface was within 25-30 μm/ms,the calculated unfrozen water content using the proposed model was consistent with the experimental value.展开更多

In this article, a study on the calculation model of silicon sheet electromagnetic characteristics considers the effects of electromagnetic, stress, and temperature factors. The study is divided into two parts, one is to propose the calculation model of silicon steel sheet’s permeability;the other is to improve the calculation model of silicon steel sheet’s loss. Then, the magnetic field, stress field, and temperature field of a surface mount high speed permanent magnet motor(SMHSPMSM) are analyzed by finite element method(FEM), and the results under the consideration of magnetic, stress, and temperature factors are brought into the calculation model for calculation. Finally, the accuracy of the calculation model for electromagnetic characteristics of silicon steel sheet is verified by comparing the calculated results with the finite element results.展开更多
In response to the lack of global quantitative research on the potential and scale prediction of CO_(2) capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)in China under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,thi...In response to the lack of global quantitative research on the potential and scale prediction of CO_(2) capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)in China under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,this study predicts the future economic costs of different links of ccUS technologies and the carbon capture needs of different industries in the scenario of fossil energy continuation.Based on the CO_(2) utilization and storage potential and spatial distribution in China,a cost-scale calculation model for different regions in China in 206o is constructed to predict the whole-process economic cost and its corresponding scale potential of CCUs.The results show that a local+remote storage mode is preferred,together with a local utilization mode,to meet China's 27×10^(8)t/a CO_(2) emission reduction demand under the scenario of fossil energy continuation.Specifically,about 5×10^(8) t CO_(2) emission is reduced by capture utilization,and the whole-process cost is about-1400-200 RMB/t;about 22×10^(8) t CO_(2) emission is reduced by capture storage,and the whole-process cost is about 200-450 RMB/t.According to the model results,it is recommended to develop the chemical utilization industry based on P2X(Power to X,where X is raw material)technology,construct the CcUs industrial cluster,and explore a multi-party win-win cooperation mode.A scheme of national trunk pipeline network connecting areas connecting intensive emission reduction demand areas and target storage areas is suggested.The emission reduction cost of thermal power based on CCUS is calculated to be 0.16 RMB/(kW.h).展开更多
The use of open-type check dams in mountainous areas has become common practice in order to mitigate the effects of debris flow and extend the service life of engineering structures.The beam dam,a common debris flow c...The use of open-type check dams in mountainous areas has become common practice in order to mitigate the effects of debris flow and extend the service life of engineering structures.The beam dam,a common debris flow control system,has received less attention in research on the impact process of debris flow and check dams compared to solid check dams.Additionally,the estimation of impact pressure in debris flow primarily considers debris flow characteristics,without taking into account the influence of geometric characteristics of the transmission structure.To better understand the impact process of debris flow on beam dams,a series of small-scale debris flow impact tests were conducted in a model flume.Key parameters,including velocity,depth,and impact pressure,were measured.The results show that the maximum impact pressure of debris flow is affected by both the characteristics of the debris flow and the relative opening size of the beam dam.Due to flow and edge occlusion in the middle of the beam dam,the discharge of debris flow is enhanced,resulting in a longer impact process and higher maximum impact pressure.Based on these findings,a calculation model of the maximum impact pressure of debris flow at the midpoint of the middle beam is proposed,which can be used to estimate the impact of debris flow on the discharge part of the beam dam.展开更多
Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of ironmaking.Owing to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydr...Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of ironmaking.Owing to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of production.Accordingly,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical reactions.The model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production data.Subsequently,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were investigated.Results indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace temperature.Furthermore,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature distribution.The combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.展开更多

Whereas in the PAC solution prepared by instantaneous injection of base method (IIBM), there are a kind of monomeric species Al 3+ , two kinds of polymeric species Al 2(OH) 4+ 2, Al 13 O 4(OH) (7- n )+ 24+ n ( n =0,2) and a solid phase Al(OH) 3(am). The change of species distribution in the PAC solution depends on preparing method, B(OH/Al) value and concentration.

文摘Based on miniaturized components' characteristics, the method of assembling miniaturized gear and shaft together with corresponding calculating model of the interference amount are proposed. On the basis of main effecting factors analysis on the gear and shaft assembling interference amount, calculating formula including all factors effective on the interference amount necessary for reliable system running was built up. The methods of reverse calculating theoretical model was used to build up the equivalent simulation model of the theoretical one, together with simulation verification and case study for calculating formula. The results show that the cold assembling method is applicable for miniaturized gear and shaft, but in the assembling process, the interference amount compensating the shape error of contacting surfaces takes a large proportion, which is the main cause of stress variance on contacting surfaces.

文摘An analytical model of a ring with six yield hinges and two deformable arc segments is presented for. the prediction of the buckle propagation pressure and initiation pressure in offshore pipelines. The configuration of a fully collapsed ring is considered as a real dumbbell shape with a line touch between two 'bells', instead of the dumbbell shape with a point touch of two diametrically opposite points. Calculations are performed assuming that the dominant effect on the plastic energy dissipation has the circumferential bending mode. For the linear strain-hardening materials it is found that theoretical predictions based on the above model for both propagation pressure and initiation nressure are in good agreement with experimental results of Kyriakides et al.

文摘The unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing has an important influence on its physical and mechanical properties.This study presented a model for calculating the unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing process,considering the influence of unfrozen water film and rock pore structure,which can reflect the hysteresis and super-cooling effects.The pore size distribution cu rves of red sandsto ne and its unfrozen water conte nt under different temperatures during the freezing and thawing process were measured using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) to validate the proposed model.Comparison between the experimental and calculated results indicated that the theoretical model accu rately reflected the water content change law of red sandstone during the freezing and thawing process.Furthermore,the influences of Hamaker constant and surface relaxation parameter on the model results were examined.The results showed that the appropriate magnitude order of Hamaker constant for the red sandstone was 10J to 10J;and when the relaxation parameter of the rock surface was within 25-30 μm/ms,the calculated unfrozen water content using the proposed model was consistent with the experimental value.

文摘By using the hypothesis of the deformation of the straight bar and beam in mechanics of materials,a new engineering calculating model for a linear inclusion in plane is presented.Through the Kelvin's solution of a concentrated force,the inclusion problem is reduced to solving a set of uncoupled singular integral equations which can be solved by the numerical method of singular integral equation.Based on these results,several applicable examples including an inclusion-crack problem are calculated and the results are quite satisfactory.

文摘High-speed motor has the characteristics of high frequency, high temperature, and more stress, resulting in the field distribution inside the motor being complicated. To better study the electromagnetic characteristics of silicon steel sheet for high-speed motor. In this article, a study on the calculation model of silicon sheet electromagnetic characteristics considers the effects of electromagnetic, stress, and temperature factors. The study is divided into two parts, one is to propose the calculation model of silicon steel sheet’s permeability;the other is to improve the calculation model of silicon steel sheet’s loss. Then, the magnetic field, stress field, and temperature field of a surface mount high speed permanent magnet motor(SMHSPMSM) are analyzed by finite element method(FEM), and the results under the consideration of magnetic, stress, and temperature factors are brought into the calculation model for calculation. Finally, the accuracy of the calculation model for electromagnetic characteristics of silicon steel sheet is verified by comparing the calculated results with the finite element results.

文摘In response to the lack of global quantitative research on the potential and scale prediction of CO_(2) capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)in China under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,this study predicts the future economic costs of different links of ccUS technologies and the carbon capture needs of different industries in the scenario of fossil energy continuation.Based on the CO_(2) utilization and storage potential and spatial distribution in China,a cost-scale calculation model for different regions in China in 206o is constructed to predict the whole-process economic cost and its corresponding scale potential of CCUs.The results show that a local+remote storage mode is preferred,together with a local utilization mode,to meet China's 27×10^(8)t/a CO_(2) emission reduction demand under the scenario of fossil energy continuation.Specifically,about 5×10^(8) t CO_(2) emission is reduced by capture utilization,and the whole-process cost is about-1400-200 RMB/t;about 22×10^(8) t CO_(2) emission is reduced by capture storage,and the whole-process cost is about 200-450 RMB/t.According to the model results,it is recommended to develop the chemical utilization industry based on P2X(Power to X,where X is raw material)technology,construct the CcUs industrial cluster,and explore a multi-party win-win cooperation mode.A scheme of national trunk pipeline network connecting areas connecting intensive emission reduction demand areas and target storage areas is suggested.The emission reduction cost of thermal power based on CCUS is calculated to be 0.16 RMB/(kW.h).

文摘The use of open-type check dams in mountainous areas has become common practice in order to mitigate the effects of debris flow and extend the service life of engineering structures.The beam dam,a common debris flow control system,has received less attention in research on the impact process of debris flow and check dams compared to solid check dams.Additionally,the estimation of impact pressure in debris flow primarily considers debris flow characteristics,without taking into account the influence of geometric characteristics of the transmission structure.To better understand the impact process of debris flow on beam dams,a series of small-scale debris flow impact tests were conducted in a model flume.Key parameters,including velocity,depth,and impact pressure,were measured.The results show that the maximum impact pressure of debris flow is affected by both the characteristics of the debris flow and the relative opening size of the beam dam.Due to flow and edge occlusion in the middle of the beam dam,the discharge of debris flow is enhanced,resulting in a longer impact process and higher maximum impact pressure.Based on these findings,a calculation model of the maximum impact pressure of debris flow at the midpoint of the middle beam is proposed,which can be used to estimate the impact of debris flow on the discharge part of the beam dam.

文摘Low carbon development of blast furnaces is one of the key technological directions in the current development of ironmaking.Owing to the differences in the physical and chemical properties of hydrogen and carbon,hydrogen-rich media entering a blast furnace will change the heat distribution,thus affecting the stability of production.Accordingly,a heat distribution model was proposed to study the temperature distribution in a blast furnace,simultaneously considering gas-solid heat exchange,slag and iron melting,and chemical reactions.The model was used to analyze the temperature distribution of a 2300 m^(3) blast furnace and was verified via comparison with actual production data.Subsequently,the effects of the injection rate of hydrogen-rich media,H2 concentration,and oxygen enrichment rate of the blast on the temperature distribution were investigated.Results indicated that the increase in the injection rate of the hydrogen-rich media decreased the amount of direct reduction and led to an increase in the furnace temperature.Furthermore,an increase in the oxygen enrichment rate led to a decrease in the furnace temperature,but could reduce the solid fuel ratio,while the change in H2 concentration had less effect on the temperature distribution.The combination of hydrogen-rich media injection and the increase in the oxygen enrichment rate would help to adjust the temperature distribution to the same level as the conventional blast furnace conditions.
