The content-basedfiltering technique has been used effectively in a variety of Recommender Systems(RS).The user explicitly or implicitly provides data in the Content-Based Recommender System.The system collects this data and creates a profile for all the users,and the recommendation is generated by the user profile.The recommendation generated via content-basedfiltering is provided by observing just a single user’s profile.The primary objective of this RS is to recommend a list of movies based on the user’s preferences.A con-tent-based movie recommendation model is proposed in this research,which recommends movies based on the user’s profile from the Facebook platform.The recommendation system is built with a hybrid model that combines the Mon-arch Butterfly Optimization(MBO)with the Deep Belief Network(DBN).For feature selection,the MBO is utilized,while DBN is used for classification.The datasets used in the experiment are collected from Facebook and MovieLens.The dataset features are evaluated for performance evaluation to validate if data with various attributes can solve the matching recommendations.Eachfile is com-pared with features that prove the features will support movie recommendations.The proposed model’s mean absolute error(MAE)and root-mean-square error(RMSE)values are 0.716 and 0.915,and its precision and recall are 97.35 and 96.60 percent,respectively.Extensive tests have demonstrated the advantages of the proposed method in terms of MAE,RMSE,Precision,and Recall compared to state-of-the-art algorithms such as Fuzzy C-means with Bat algorithm(FCM-BAT),Collaborativefiltering with k-NN and the normalized discounted cumulative gain method(CF-kNN+NDCG),User profile correlation-based similarity(UPCSim),and Deep Autoencoder. 展开更多

The Black-winged Monarch(Monarcha frater)inhabits low-mid elevation forests across New Guinea and far northeastern Australia.Of its four recognized subspecies,M.f.canescens is migratory,breeding in tropical north-eastern Australia from approximately November–March.The non-breeding range of M.f.canescens,apart from some individuals overwintering in Australia,has been unknown for>100 years.Data from 194 New Guinean and Australian specimens and a literature review have not solved this mystery;the narrow latitudinal range of the intratropical migration may inhibit use of GPS loggers in resolving the migration route.Field work in central and western parts of southern New Guinea is needed.Specimen data,however,revealed an essentially overlooked population in north-western New Guinea east of the Bird's Head Peninsula phenotypically indistinguishable from nominate M.f.frater of that Peninsula.Future genomic analysis of the complex will be largely done from toepad skin because frozen tissue samples for DNA analysis exist only of four individuals of what we suggest should be elevated to species rank as M.periophthalmicus.We discuss how genomic analysis might distinguish among alternative taxonomic hypotheses of one,two or three species.We suggest English names for what we consider to be three diagnosable taxa worth recognizing at species rank in this group:Arfak Monarch corresponding to M.frater(Bird's Head Peninsula and the“new”population of north-western New Guinea);Pearly Monarch for M.canescens(Australia and still unknown non-breeding range),and Masked Monarch for M.periophthalmicus(including kunupi,elsewhere in New Guinea). 展开更多

Scholars have previously attributed the theoretical origin of“the heart is the monarch/ruler”to the monarchical view of politics.However,according to the latest unearthed documents and relevant documents handed down from ancient times,it can be found that the theory of“the heart is the monarch”might derive from the importance of attachment to the“Zhong”ideology in traditional culture,which promoted the concept that the heart as the center of body,should be the ruler and was later evolved as the“monarch”.Similar cognitive views were all mentioned in Confucianism,Taoism,eclectics scholars and other pre-Qin literature,but only in the system of traditional Chinese medicine,they played a significant role in building the heart-centered theory of Zang-Fu.Traditional Chinese medicine is a discipline developed mainly by clinical practice with the fundamental purpose of curing diseases and saving people.Although the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)roots in the pre-Qin Dynasty,the development is unique to the other philosophies.With rich cultural connotations and philosophical thoughts,TCM is certainly the key to the treasures of Chinese civilization and deserves more attention and exploration. 展开更多

Analysis of the change in forest cover is important to determine stand dynamics and the processes involved in disturbance and recovery.Forests of the core zone of the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve were studied using photo interpretation techniques,considering biennial changes between 1999 and 2013 and changes over the whole period of study 1999–2013.Error matrices were elaborated to determine the processes of change involved in both recovery and disturbance.The biennial changes for the whole period amounted to 2274 ha;343 ha accounted as degraded in more than one biennial period.The total changes in forest cover between 1999 and 2013 involved 4902 ha,out of which,2912 ha were affected by disturbance,and 1990 ha were recovered.For density and 2013 vegetation cover maps,the overall accuracy was 95.6%and 90.2%,respectively.By combining both maps,gradual processes were revealed that were not evident in separate analyses.This methodology is useful for the management and conservation of natural protected areas. 展开更多

Enterprises have extensively taken on cloud computing environment since it provides on-demand virtualized cloud application resources.The scheduling of the cloud tasks is a well-recognized NP-hard problem.The Task scheduling problem is convoluted while convincing different objectives,which are dispute in nature.In this paper,Multi-Objective Improved Monarch Butterfly Optimization(MOIMBO)algorithm is applied to solve multi-objective task scheduling problems in the cloud in preparation for Pareto optimal solutions.Three different dispute objectives,such as makespan,reliability,and resource utilization,are deliberated for task scheduling problems.The Epsilonfuzzy dominance sort method is utilized in the multi-objective domain to elect the foremost solutions from the Pareto optimal solution set.MOIMBO,together with the Self Adaptive and Greedy Strategies,have been incorporated to enrich the performance of the proposed algorithm.The capability and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are measured with NSGA-II and MOPSO algorithms.The simulation results prompt that the proposed MOIMBO algorithm extensively diminishes the makespan,maximize the reliability,and guarantees the appropriate resource utilization when associating it with identified existing algorithms. 展开更多

Purpose–Document retrieval has become a hot research topic over the past few years,and has been paid more attention in browsing and synthesizing information from different documents.The purpose of this paper is to develop an effective document retrieval method,which focuses on reducing the time needed for the navigator to evoke the whole document based on contents,themes and concepts of documents.Design/methodology/approach–This paper introduces an incremental learning approach for text categorization using Monarch Butterfly optimization–FireFly optimization based Neural Network(MB–FF based NN).Initially,the feature extraction is carried out on the pre-processed data using Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency(TF–IDF)and holoentropy to find the keywords of the document.Then,cluster-based indexing is performed using MB–FF algorithm,and finally,by matching process with the modified Bhattacharya distance measure,the document retrieval is done.In MB–FF based NN,the weights in the NN are chosen using MB–FF algorithm.Findings–The effectiveness of the proposed MB–FF based NN is proven with an improved precision value of 0.8769,recall value of 0.7957,F-measure of 0.8143 and accuracy of 0.7815,respectively.Originality/value–The experimental results show that the proposed MB–FF based NN is useful to companies,which have a large workforce across the country. 展开更多
