A method to improve the low-velocity impact performance of composite laminate is proposed, and a multi-island genetic algorithm is used for the optimization of composite laminate stacking sequence under low-velocity impact loads based on a 2D dynamic impact finite element analysis. Low-velocity impact tests and compression-after impact(CAI) tests have been conducted to verify the effectiveness of optimization method. Experimental results show that the impact damage areas of the optimized laminate have been reduced by 42.1% compared to the baseline specimen, and the residual compression strength has been increased by 10.79%, from baseline specimen 156.97 MPa to optimized 173.91 MPa. The tests result shows that optimization method can effectively enhance the impact performances of the laminate. 展开更多

Inspired by the fact that in most existing swarm models of multi-agent systems the velocity of an agent can be infinite, which is not in accordance with the real applications, we propose a novel swarm model of multi-agent systems where the velocity of an agent is finite. The Lyapunov function method and LaSalle's invariance principle are employed to show that by using the proposed model all of the agents eventually enter into a bounded region around the swarm center and finally tend to a stationary state. A sampled-data consensus tracking protocol(CTP) without velocity measurements is proposed to guarantee that double-integrator MASs track an AUABJT available to only partial agents.The eigenvalue analysis method together with the augmented matrix method is used to obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for ABCT. A multifractal model is developed to connect the Lagrangian multifractal dimensions with their Eulerian counterparts. We propose that the characteristic time scale of a Lagrangian quantity should be the Lagrangian time scale, and it should not be the Eulerian time scale which was widely used in previous studies on Lagrangian statistics. Using the present model, we can obtain the scaling exponents of Lagrangian velocity structure functions from the existing data or models of scaling exponents of Eulerian velocity structure functions. This model is validated by comparing its prediction with the results of experiments, direct numerical simulations, and the previous theoretical models. The comparison shows that the proposed model can better predict the scaling exponents of Lagrangian velocity structure functions, especially for orders larger than 6. 展开更多

For this algorithm, the Doppler frequency value is extracted from the satellite carrier tracking loop, and(α, β, γ) filter is adopted for smoothing, and least square is adopted to calculate the receiver speed and local clock drift. To get accurate determination value, a kind of fault detection and exclusion technology(FDE) is designed in this paper; the satellite Doppler frequency value with large error is detected and exclusion. Finally, the signal of GNSS signal simulator and actual navigational satellite signal are received for test, getting good velocity determination result. 展开更多

In the DF1-1 Gas Field in the Yinggehai Basin, South China Sea, the velocity-depth plot and velocity spectra show significant variations from a linear trend, exhibiting a distinct reversal phenomenon. Velocity parameters derived from velocity spectral analysis of the seismic data and sonic logs indicate that the interval velocity reverses below 2,100 m (2.2 s two-way time (TWT)) in the DF1-1 Gas Field. Some direct hydrocarbon indicators (DHIs) models developed for the shallow strata cannot be simply applied to the moderately to deeply buried strata for direct exploration target recognition because the velocity reversal has caused the middle-deep gas reservoirs to exhibit a moderate or weak seismic amplitude. The hydrocarbon indicator method of “Differential Interformational Velocity Analysis (DIVA)” with the aid of other hydrocarbon indicating techniques was employed to effectively identify DHIs in the middle-deep strata under velocity inversion. The result has shown that the DIVA technique can be effectively used as a DHI in both the shallow and the middle-deep strata in the study area with the shallow strata characterized by Type I DIVA anomaly and the middle-deep strata characterized by the Type II DIVA anomaly. 展开更多

Fundamental Properties and Optimal Gains of a Steady-State Velocity Measured <i>α</i>-<i>β</i>Tracking Filter

This paper clarifies the steady-state properties and performance of an α-β filter for moving target tracking using both position and velocity measurements. We call this filter velocity measured α-β (VM-α-β) filter. We first derive the stability condition and steady-state predicted errors as fundamental properties of the VM-α-β filter. The optimal gains for representative motion models are then derived from the Kalman filter equations. Theoretical and numerical analyses verify that VM-α-β filters with these optimal gains realize more accurate tracking than conventional α-β filters when the filter gains are relatively large. Our study reveals the conditions under which the predicted errors of the VM-α-β filters are less than those of conventional α-β filters. Moreover, numerical simulations clarify that the variance of the tracking error of the VM-α-β filters is approximately 3/4 of that of the conventional α-β filters in realistic situations, even when the accuracy of the position/velocity measurements is the same. 展开更多

近年来,无人机因体积小、灵活性好等优势被广泛应用在车辆跟踪领域。当无人机在高空飞行时,其捕捉的图像中车辆目标存在像素点少、拥挤以及被遮挡的情况。现有的多目标跟踪研究方法在车辆被遮挡过程中发生非线性运动时,使用卡尔曼滤波预... 近年来,无人机因体积小、灵活性好等优势被广泛应用在车辆跟踪领域。当无人机在高空飞行时,其捕捉的图像中车辆目标存在像素点少、拥挤以及被遮挡的情况。现有的多目标跟踪研究方法在车辆被遮挡过程中发生非线性运动时,使用卡尔曼滤波预测,会出现车辆位置预测不准确的问题。为了解决这些问题,采用先检测后跟踪(tracking by detection,TBD)范式,对YOLOv8检测算法进行改进,在网络结构中引入了BiFormer稀疏动态注意力模块,用于提取小目标特征信息。同时使用轻量级上采样算子CARAFE替换原最近邻插值上采样,减少上采样过程中小目标特征丢失的问题。提出一种轻量化跟踪模型FA-SORT,针对SORT算法提出三点改进:改进KF、添加速度方向一致性匹配和检测值匹配。在自制地组合了多个车辆数据集上验证改进的YOLOv8算法。实验结果表明,与YOLOv8相比,精确率(precision)提高了0.97%,召回率(recall)提高了0.898%。对所提出的FA-SORT算法使用UAVDT数据集进行验证,结果表明,与现有的多目标跟踪算法相比,HOTA指标首个达到70.05%,IDF1达到87.45%,跟踪速度达到29.93 FPS。验证了FA-SORT跟踪算法在多车辆跟踪任务中的优越性。 展开更多

Cylindrical Cam Mechanism which is one of the best eq uipments to accomplish an accurate motion transmission is widely used in the fie lds of industries, such as machine tool exchangers, textile machinery and automa tic transfer equipments. This paper proposes a new approach for the shape design and manufacturing of the cylindrical cam. The design approach uses the relative velocity concept and the manufacturing approach uses the inverse kinematics concept. For the shape desig n, the contact points between the cam and the follower roller are calculated bas ed on relative velocity of which the direction is on the common tangential line, and then the whole shape of cam is determined from transformation of the coordi nate system. For the manufacturing procedures, the location and the orientation of cutter path can be allocated corresponding to the designed shape data. The in tegral NC code for multi-axis CNC machining center is created using the inverse kinematics concept from the data of the location and the orientation of cutter path. As the advantages of the proposed approach, the machine tool is designed t o having an alternative size in fabricating the general cam, while the tool must be fitted to diameter size of the follower in the conventional approach. Finally, CAD/CAM program, "Cylindrical DAM", is developed on C++ lan guage. This program can perform shape design, manufacturing and kinematics simul ation, which can make integral NC code for multi-axis CNC machining center. 在感潮河道使用H-ADCP进行流量测验时,代表流速对测验精度具有较大影响。为进一步提高流量测验精度,以黄浦江三和水文站为例,采用区间均值法和权重系数法分别计算代表流速,并以涨、落潮代表流速关系最优为目标,分别构建多目标优化模型... 在感潮河道使用H-ADCP进行流量测验时,代表流速对测验精度具有较大影响。为进一步提高流量测验精度,以黄浦江三和水文站为例,采用区间均值法和权重系数法分别计算代表流速,并以涨、落潮代表流速关系最优为目标,分别构建多目标优化模型以选出最优的代表流速。采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法和TOPSIS法对模型进行求解,并对结果进行了关系线检验及精度分析。结果表明:基于两种方法建立的涨、落潮代表流速关系线的系统误差和随机不确定度均满足三类精度站的定线精度要求。但是,相较于区间均值法,基于权重系数法求解的目标函数值整体上更小,且系统误差和随机不确定度均更小。因此,在感潮河道使用H-ADCP时,建议选用权重系数法计算涨、落潮代表流速。 展开更多

The probability distributions of sand particles' lift-off and incident velocities in a wind-blown sand flux play very important roles in the simulation of the wind-blown sand movement. In this paper, the vertical and the horizontal speeds of sand particles located at 1.0 mm above a sand-bed in a wind-blown sand flux are observed with the aid of Phase Doppler Anemometry (PDA) in a wind tunnel. Based on the experimental data, the probability distributions of not only the vertical lift-off speed but also the lift-off velocity as well as its horizontal component and the incident velocity as well as its vertical and horizontal components can be obtained by the equal distance histogram method. It is found, according to the results of the X^2-test for these probability distributions, that the probability density functions (pdf's) of the sand particles' lift-off and incident velocities as well as their vertical com- ponents are described by the Gamma density function with different peak values and shapes and the downwind incident and lift-off horizontal speeds, respectively, can be described by the lognormal and the Gamma density functions, These pdf's depend on not only the sand particle diameter but also the wind speed. 展开更多

The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope (LAMOST, also called the Guo Shou Jing Telescope) is a special reflecting Schmidt telescope. LAMOST’s special design allows both a large aperture (effective aperture of 3.6 m–4.9 m) and a wide field of view (FOV) (5°). It has an innovative active reflecting Schmidt configuration which continuously changes the mirror’s surface that adjusts during the observation process and combines thin deformable mirror active optics with segmented active optics. Its primary mirror (6.67m×6.05 m) and active Schmidt mirror (5.74m×4.40 m) are both segmented, and composed of 37 and 24 hexagonal sub-mirrors respectively. By using a parallel controllable fiber positioning technique, the focal surface of 1.75 m in diameter can accommodate 4000 optical fibers. Also, LAMOST has 16 spectrographs with 32 CCD cameras. LAMOST will be the telescope with the highest rate of spectral acquisition. As a national large scientific project, the LAMOST project was formally proposed in 1996, and approved by the Chinese government in 1997. The construction started in 2001, was completed in 2008 and passed the official acceptance in June 2009. The LAMOST pilot survey was started in October 2011 and the spectroscopic survey will launch in September 2012. Up to now, LAMOST has released more than 480 000 spectra of objects. LAMOST will make an important contribution to the study of the large-scale structure of the Universe, structure and evolution of the Galaxy, and cross-identification of multiwaveband properties in celestial objects. 展开更多

We continuously monitor the long-term seismic velocity variation of one of the major ruptured faults of the devastating 2008 Mw7.9 Wenchuan earthquake in China from July 2009 to January 2012,jointly using accurately controlled routinely operated signal system active source and seismic noise-based monitoring technique.Our measurements show that the temporal velocity change is not homogeneous and highly localized in the damaged fault zone and the adjacent areas.Velocity variations from the active and passive methods are quite consistent,which both are characterized by ±0.2 % seasonal variation,with peak and trough at winter and summer,respectively.The periodic velocity variation within fault zone exhibits remarkably positive correlation with barometric pressure with stress sensitivity in the order of 10-6Pa-1,suggesting that the plausible mechanism might be the crack density variation of the shallow subsurface medium of the damaged fault zone in response to the cyclic barometric pressure loading. 展开更多

针对混合多基线系统构型下由动目标高程导致的目标径向速度估计偏差和定位偏差问题,提出一种基于路网信息辅助的动目标径向速度估计与重定位方法。首先,利用目标邻域杂波样本估计动目标的高程干涉相位导向,并结合路网先验信息补偿目标... 针对混合多基线系统构型下由动目标高程导致的目标径向速度估计偏差和定位偏差问题,提出一种基于路网信息辅助的动目标径向速度估计与重定位方法。首先,利用目标邻域杂波样本估计动目标的高程干涉相位导向,并结合路网先验信息补偿目标成像位置与其真实位置之间的高程差;然后,采用自适应匹配滤波算法估计目标的径向速度,并进一步将目标径向速度估计及重定位结果与路网信息进行匹配,以消除虚假估计;最后,将目标径向速度估计与重定位结果用于辅助目标高程补偿,并通过迭代处理获得最终结果。基于多星仿真数据的实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效消除目标高程影响,提升多星编队系统在地形起伏背景下的目标径向速度估计和重定位性能。 展开更多

Local coupling instability will occur when the numerical scheme of absorbing boundary condition and that of the field wave equation allow energies to spontaneously enter into the computational domain. That is, the two schemes support common wave solutions with group velocity pointed into the computation domain. The key to eliminate local coupling instability is to avoid such wave solutions. For lumped-mass finite element simulation of P-SV wave motion in a 2D waveguide, an approach for stable implementation of high order multi-transmitting formula is provided. With a uniform rectangular mesh, it is proven and validated that high-freqaency local coupling instability can be eliminated by setting the ratio of the element size equal to or greater than x/2 times the ratio of the P wave velocity to the S wave velocity. These results can be valuable for dealing instability problems induced by other absorbing boundary conditions. 展开更多
