The allocation of facilities and customers is a key problem in the design of supply chains of companies. In this paper, this issue is approached by partitioning the territory in areas where the distribution points are...The allocation of facilities and customers is a key problem in the design of supply chains of companies. In this paper, this issue is approached by partitioning the territory in areas where the distribution points are allocated. The demand is modelled through a set of continuous functions based on the population density of the geographic units of the territory. Because the partitioning problem is NP hard, it is necessary to use heuristic methods to obtain reliable solutions in terms of quality and response time. The Neighborhood Variable Search and Simulated Annealing heuristics have been selected for the study because of their proven efficiency in difficult combinatorial optimization problems. The execution time is the variable chosen for a factorial experimental design to determine the best-performing heuristics in the problem. In order to compare the quality of the solutions in the territorial partition, we have chosen the execution time as the common parameter to compare the two heuristics. At this point, we have developed a factorial statistical experimental design to select the best heuristic approaches to this problem. Thus, we generate a territorial partition with the best performing heuristics for this problem and proceed to the application of the location-allocation model, where the demand is modelled by a set of continuous functions based on the population density of the geographical units of the territory.展开更多
In order to improve the scientific layout of urban emergency material reserve, first, considering that the road condition has an important impact on the effect of emergency rescue, the concept of road damage risk fact...In order to improve the scientific layout of urban emergency material reserve, first, considering that the road condition has an important impact on the effect of emergency rescue, the concept of road damage risk factor is introduced in this article to build satisfaction attenuation function based on the thought of demand satisfaction decreasing within the coverage radius;second, based on the maximum coverage model, a multi-objective and multi-repeated cover model was established to solve the limited supply capacity of emergency supplies reserve;finally, the model is verified by using Yanqing district in Beijing. The study’s results showed that the improved maximum coverage model can scientifically determine the coverage and quantity of emergency supplies of each emergency material reserve, and improve the efficiency and scientificity of emergency supplies distribution. In order to avoid the disorderly distribution of emergency supplies, it is suggested that the coverage radius and scope of the emergency material reserve should be determined based on the balance between supply and demand.展开更多

Improper location results in defects, such as cold shut, air cavity, shrinkage, etc. Therefore, it’s sure that the molten metal full fills the mould cavity before it solidifies. And, it’s to be wished that no vortex occur during the filling process, because the vortex is a main source that induces gas entrapment. To get the high quality and performance product, the inlet and outlet locations must be set properly. This paper, an optimal design problem of nozzle and vent locations, which is constrained by nonlinear partial differential equations and boundary and initial conditions, is introduced to describe the location selection on die casting filling process. By numerical simulation, one can compare the filling time, flow pattern and temperature field at different inlet and outlet locations, then choose the most proper locations.展开更多
针对线路级铁路桥梁三维设计交底现有实现方法存在时间人力成本高、模型兼容性差、设计信息缺失等问题,本文提出一种三维设计交底快速实现方法。首先创建与桥梁设计系统相关联的固定数据结构设计表单,通过解析表单快速获取桥梁设计数据...针对线路级铁路桥梁三维设计交底现有实现方法存在时间人力成本高、模型兼容性差、设计信息缺失等问题,本文提出一种三维设计交底快速实现方法。首先创建与桥梁设计系统相关联的固定数据结构设计表单,通过解析表单快速获取桥梁设计数据;然后基于AnyCAD定义参数化构件单元,搭建参数化构件库,通过建立构件与设计参数之间的映射匹配关系,实现自动批量参数化建模;提出构件定位参数计算方法,实现模型沿线位自动定位装配;模型成果与GIS(Geographic Information System)平台兼容性较好且自动修正坐标系转换误差,实现自动批量导入。结果表明,在实际工程中,采用该方法后模型构建效率可达每人150 km/d,且桥梁数字模型与设计参数一一绑定,能为线路级铁路桥梁三维设计交底提供了高效解决方案。展开更多
