Based on economic convergence model and its derivatives, this paper examines the relationship between popultion mobility and economic growth in Chongqing and its five functional areas by using 2000~2013 panel data. The results show that there exists interactive relationship between population mobility and economic growth, and this interaction is rendered as mutual inhibition. The restrain from economic growth to population mobility shows smaller effect than the reverse. In the sparsely populated areas, economic growth is promoted by population mobility, and in the densely populated areas, economic growth is driven by investment. Therefore, government has to regulate population mobility to achieve sustainable economic growth. 展开更多

Based on the coupled acoustic scattering of two neighboring fluid-filled thin elastic shells suspending in an unbounded viscous liquid,an analytical method is developed to calculate the acoustic radiation force(ARF)of the shells. Two physical effects are taken into account:elastic radiation scattering and the multiple interactions of shells.Numerical results reveal that the magnitude of ARF can be enhanced by the sound radiation from the elastic shell undergoing forced vibrations and two resonant peaks can be observed on the ARF function curves. The feature of the lower peak is determined by the interactions and acoustic response of the back shell. The attractive forces can be obtained in the low kR1 band for the case of radius ratio R2/R1>1,while the magnitude of ARF at the lower peak may be influenced to some extent by acoustic shielding phenomenon for the case of radius ratio R2/R1<1.Accordingly,the interactions of particles cannot be ignored. The results may provide a theoretical basis for precisive manipulation of multiple particle systems. 展开更多

Hydrogen bonding interaction in hydrogen fluoride dimer has been investigated by quan- tum-chemical calculation with 6-311G^(**) basis set at various mutual orientations.Atomic charges and charge transfer have been calculated by means of potential-derived method, and decomposition of hydro- gen bonding interaction has been executed. The calculation results show that there is a variation range for the energy-stable orientations, the charge transfer in the range presents maximum value, and the charge transfer interaction plays a decisive role in the hydrogen bonding. 展开更多

This study applies theoretical properties of inter-nation influence to trace China's attempt to affect the behavior of African states. There are some important dimensions of power that place China's authority into the context of the African environment, which include scope, domain, weight, and means. In addition, an analytical framework is employed to shed hght on the attempt to influence African states by looking at the concepts of interdependence, the ability to influence the behavior of African states and China's preferences regarding this influencing behavior. It is argued that persuasion as an influencing technique expresses China's ability to induce African states to act how they might not otherwise do, or even consider. This is in contrast to coercive diplomacy that aims to halt courses African states are already pursuing or to commence with a course they are not pursuing. Influencing the thoughts, behet~ and ideas of African leaders in a multidimensional manner rather than acting as a single entity determines this set of interactions. Attempts to influence the behavior of African states to obtain outcomes are therefore an indispensable part of its African engagement. 展开更多
