Developing high-performance non-precious metal electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is crucial for the commercialization of fuel cells and metal-air batteries.However,doped carbon-based materials only sh...Developing high-performance non-precious metal electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is crucial for the commercialization of fuel cells and metal-air batteries.However,doped carbon-based materials only show good ORR activity in alkaline medium,and become less effective in acidic environment.We believe that an appropriate combination of both ionic and electronic transport path,and well dopant distribution of doped carbon-based materials would help to realize high ORR performance un-der both acidic and alkaline cond让ions.Accordingly,a nitrogen and sulfur co-doped carbon framework with hierarchical through-hole structure is fabricated by morphology-controlled solid-state pyrolysis of poly(aniline-co-2-ami no thiophenol)foam.The uniform high concentrations of nitrogen and sulfur,high intrinsic conductivity,and integrated three dimensional ionic and electronic transfer passageways of the 3D porous structure lead to synergistic effects in catalyzing ORR.As a result,the limiting current density of the carbonized poly(aniline-co-2-aminothiophenol)foam is equivalent to commercial Pt/C in acidic environment,and twice the latter in alkaline medium.展开更多

Studying the formation mechanisms of complex interstellar molecules is difficult. Hence, a theoretical quantum chemical approach for analyzing the reaction mechanism describing the forma- tion of interstellar cyanomethamine through detected interstellar molecules and radicals (NCCN+H) is discussed in the present work. Calculations are performed by using quantum chemical techniques, such as Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Mφ11er-Plesset perturbation (MP2) theory with a 6-311G(d,p) basis set, both in the gas phase and in icy grains. γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA),plays a key role in all stages of life,also is considered the main inhibitory neurotransmitter.GABA activates two kind of membrane receptors known as GABAA and GABAB,the first one is respo...γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA),plays a key role in all stages of life,also is considered the main inhibitory neurotransmitter.GABA activates two kind of membrane receptors known as GABAA and GABAB,the first one is responsible to render tonic inhibition by pentameric receptors containing α4-6,β3,δ,or ρ1-3 subunits,they are located at perisynaptic and/or in extrasynaptic regions.The biophysical properties of GABAA tonic inhibition have been related with cellular protection against excitotoxic injury and cell death in presence of excessive excitation.On this basis,GABAA tonic inhibition has been proposed as a potential target for therapeutic intervention of Huntington's disease.Huntington's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by a genetic mutation of the huntingtin protein.For experimental studies of Huntington's disease mouse models have been developed,such as R6/1,R6/2,Hdh Q92,Hdh Q150,as well as YAC128.In all of them,some key experimental reports are focused on neostriatum.The neostriatum is considered as the most important connection between cerebral cortex and basal ganglia structures,its cytology display two pathways called direct and indirect constituted by medium sized spiny neurons expressing dopamine D1 and D2 receptors respectively,they display strong expression of many types of GABAA receptors,including tonic subunits.The studies about of GABAA tonic subunits and Huntington's disease into the neostriatum are rising in recent years,suggesting interesting changes in their expression and localization which can be used as a strategy to delay the cellular damage caused by the imbalance between excitation and inhibition,a hallmark of Huntington's disease.展开更多
Processing maps for a medium carbon V-N microalloyed steel(designated as VN steel) and a medium carbon V-N bared steel(designated as Non-VN steel) were developed to study the hot deformation behavior and the influence...Processing maps for a medium carbon V-N microalloyed steel(designated as VN steel) and a medium carbon V-N bared steel(designated as Non-VN steel) were developed to study the hot deformation behavior and the influence of vanadium and nitrogen, in the temperature range of 750-1 100 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.005-30 s-1. Experimental results show that the processing map for the VN steel exhibits two dynamic recrystallization and three instability domains, while that for the Non-VN steel has one dynamic recrystallization and three instability domains. The instability domains of VN steel are larger than those of the Non-VN steel, and the VN steel is easier to be unstable when being hot deformed at high temperature and high stain rate. The addition and precipitation of vanadium and nitrogen can hinder the dynamic recrystallization. Compared with the Non-VN steel, the VN steel has higher dynamic recrystallization critical strain and the corresponding stress.展开更多
