目的:实现对甲基对硫磷的快速检测。方法:基于金纳米颗粒和还原氧化石墨烯制备了用于对甲基对硫磷进行定量检测的乙酰胆碱酯酶传感器。采用层层组装方法,将还原氧化石墨烯、金纳米颗粒、乙酰胆碱酯酶依次修饰在丝网印刷电极表面。对传... 目的:实现对甲基对硫磷的快速检测。方法:基于金纳米颗粒和还原氧化石墨烯制备了用于对甲基对硫磷进行定量检测的乙酰胆碱酯酶传感器。采用层层组装方法,将还原氧化石墨烯、金纳米颗粒、乙酰胆碱酯酶依次修饰在丝网印刷电极表面。对传感器的催化活性、阻抗特性、传感器的抑制率与甲基对硫磷浓度的关系、实际样品检测进行了评估。结果:制备的乙酰胆碱酯酶生物传感器对乙酰硫代胆碱氯化物表现出优异的亲和力,米氏常数为2.76 mmol/L。在最佳条件下,可以有效检测甲基对硫磷,线性范围为5~500 ng/mL,检出限为0.692 ng/mL。结论:该方法操作简单、成本低、稳定性好,适用于有机磷类农药的快速检测。 展开更多

先通过滴涂法制备纳米氧化铈-石墨烯(CeO_(2)-Gr)复合物修饰玻碳电极(GCE),再在含氯金酸(HAuCl_(4))的缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法将Au(Ⅲ)还原到CeO_(2)-Gr表面,从而制得AuNPs/CeO_(2)/Gr/GCE。采用电化学阻抗谱法(EIS)对修饰电极进行... 先通过滴涂法制备纳米氧化铈-石墨烯(CeO_(2)-Gr)复合物修饰玻碳电极(GCE),再在含氯金酸(HAuCl_(4))的缓冲溶液中,采用循环伏安法将Au(Ⅲ)还原到CeO_(2)-Gr表面,从而制得AuNPs/CeO_(2)/Gr/GCE。采用电化学阻抗谱法(EIS)对修饰电极进行电化学特性表征。研究了AuNPs/CeO_(2)/Gr/GCE快速、准确测定水环境中As(Ⅲ),采用差分脉冲溶出伏安法,探讨了氧化铈与石墨烯质量比、金纳米粒子沉积圈数、沉积时间和沉积电位及干扰离子等对测定结果的影响,并确定检测As(Ⅲ)的优化实验条件。在最优条件下,该电化学传感器对As(Ⅲ)具有良好的电流响应,其溶出伏安峰电流与As(Ⅲ)浓度的线性范围为13.35~387.15μmol/L,检出限为4.74μmol/L。在不同干扰离子存在的情况下,传感器对As(Ⅲ)的选择性较好。为了评估传感器的实际应用能力,以实验室自来水为样本进行As(Ⅲ)加标检测,加标回收率为90.5%~99.2%,表明该电化学传感器具有监测As(Ⅲ)的应用潜力。 展开更多

The cyclic voltammetric behavior of Co (phen)(3)(3+) adsorbed on the immobilized DNA was studied. Increase in the peak current of Co (phen)(3)(3+) redox reaction was obtained on nano-gold modified glassy carbon electrode. The result suggests that more DNA molecules were immobilized on this electrode and nano-gold modification can enhance the heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant of the Co (phen)(3)(3+). 展开更多

A series of nano-size gold catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method using silica material promoted with different amounts of MgO as the carrier. The influences of MgO addition on the structure and property of the nano-size gold catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), O2 temperature-programmed desorption (O2-TPD), and inductively coupled with plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) techniques. The total oxidation of CO was chosen as the probe reaction. The results suggest that for the gold catalysts supported on the silica material after MgO modification, the size of the gold particles is pronouncedly reduced, the oxygen mobility is enhanced, and the catalytic activity for low-temperature CO oxidation is greatly improved. The gold catalyst modified by 6 wt% MgO (Mg/SiO2 weight ratio) shows higher CO oxidation activity, over which the temperature of CO total oxidation is lower about 150 K than that over the silica directly supported gold catalyst. 展开更多

This modified electrode can separate the peak potentials of dopamine and ascorbic acid (AA). The nano-gold layer formed on the platinum rotating disk electrode (nano-Au/Pt-RD) inherited the catalytic property for Cr(VI) reduction from platinum surface and owned the good features of nano-gold such as insensitivity with hydrogen ion, high surface area, augmenting diffusion of Cr(VI) and ability for self-assembling with 4-pyridine-ethanethiol (PET) through Au←S linkages, to form PET/nano-Au/Pt-RD electrode capable of accumulating Cr(VI) from sample. The obtained PET/ nano-Au/Pt-RD electrode showed an extreme sensitivity to Cr(VI). By using this electrode, 1.09 ng·L﹣1 was the detection limit of differential pulse adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry for Cr(VI) with the accumulation time of only 2 min. Moreover, this electrode was reproducible with 3.5% RSD for 30 times of Cr(VI) accumulating and stripping. In addition, this electrode was also selective for Cr(VI) determination, which was not almost interfered by other inorganic ions. 展开更多

The assembling of a coating of time-resolved fluorescent chelator BSPDA ( abbreviated for 4, 7-bis ( sulfhydrylphenyl)-1, 10-phenanthroline-2, 9-dicarboxylic acid) onto a nano-gold layer was demonstrated. First, BSPDA was synthesized by simple procedures, and then an approach was developed to immobilize BSPDA onto the nano-gold layer deposited on a silane modified glass substrate, whereby europium ion (Ⅲ, Eu^3+ ) was captured and released owing to the interactive process of complexation and dissociation between BSPDA functionalized coating and Eu^3+ solution. The fluorescence spectra and related lifetimes were determined. Also, the BSPDA functionalized coating's specific complexation with Eu^3+ on the BSPDA assembly layer and the nonspecific adsorption of Eu^3+ on the nano-gold layer were compared. These results allowed a selective complexation of Eu^3+ by assembling a BSPDA chelating layer on the nano-gold layer; thus, a tunable time-resolved fluorescent layer was covalently attached, The results of the nanoparticle assembling and probing (or labeling) processes to specific bio-systems were very interesting and had significant implications to time-resolved-fluorescence-based detection on biosensor surfaces such as DNA chip and to arrayed light display devices. 展开更多

硫同位素示踪是矿床研究的重要手段之一,它在示踪成矿物质来源方面具有极其重要的作用。由于阳山金矿床的载金黄铁矿普遍发育环带结构,显示多期热液活动的特点,而前人研究往往得到整颗粒黄铁矿硫同位素的混和值,因而无法将不同阶段的硫... 硫同位素示踪是矿床研究的重要手段之一,它在示踪成矿物质来源方面具有极其重要的作用。由于阳山金矿床的载金黄铁矿普遍发育环带结构,显示多期热液活动的特点,而前人研究往往得到整颗粒黄铁矿硫同位素的混和值,因而无法将不同阶段的硫同位素来源区分清楚。本次研究采用纳米二次离子质谱分析技术(NanoSIMS)对不同阶段的黄铁矿的不同部位进行了原位硫同位素分析。结果表明,斜长花岗斑岩脉中载金黄铁矿的硫同位素分布基本表现为核部高、环带低的特点,其中,黄铁矿核部的δ34S值为0~1.3‰,显示硫来自于深源岩浆,而环带的δ34S值为-4.5‰^-1.3‰,表明成矿过程中的硫主要来源于岩浆硫,同时可能还有部分沉积硫的混入;千枚岩中草莓状黄铁矿和自形黄铁矿核部的δ34S值均较低(平均值分别为-22.2‰和-26.5‰),显示细菌还原海水硫酸盐过程所产生的硫同位素特征,而自形黄铁矿环带的δ34S值为-5.1‰~1.3‰,同样显示硫来源于岩浆硫与一定程度沉积硫的混合。笔者综合研究区内岩浆活动与成矿的关系后认为,岩浆活动与成矿关系密切,岩浆活动的频发不仅为流体运移提供了足够的热源,同时还带来了丰富的成矿物质。 展开更多

利用Sin-QuEChERS Nano净化柱结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析,建立了石斛基质中84种不同极性农药残留的快速筛查方法。比较了采用不同的提取溶剂(1%乙酸乙腈、丙酮)和不同的提取方式(加水浸泡和不加水浸泡)下目标物的提取效率。... 利用Sin-QuEChERS Nano净化柱结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析,建立了石斛基质中84种不同极性农药残留的快速筛查方法。比较了采用不同的提取溶剂(1%乙酸乙腈、丙酮)和不同的提取方式(加水浸泡和不加水浸泡)下目标物的提取效率。利用金钗石斛样品系统比较了Sin-QuEChERS Nano法与经典的基质固相分散法(dSPE)、固相萃取法(SPE)、QuEChERS法的净化效果及提取回收率,以及净化效果较好的Sin-QuEChERS Nano法与dSPE法基质效应的差异。目标物经DB-1701MS石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)程序升温分离,GC-MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,基质匹配溶液外标法定量。通过GC-MS/MS检测方法对金钗石斛和铁皮石斛中的84种代表性农药进行了方法学验证。结果表明:各目标物在不同范围内呈良好的线性相关,相关系数(r^(2))均>0.990,方法的检出限(LOD,S/N=3)为1.5~5.8μg/kg,方法的定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)为5.0~15.0μg/kg。在两个水平下,目标农药的加标回收率为68.7%~116.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)均低于15%。与其他经典的前处理方法相比,Sin-QuEChERS Nano法在净化效果方面表现更好,该法不仅可以有效去除色素、有机酸、碱性干扰物等物质,还可以节省样品制备时间,避免溶剂转移造成的损失,无需进一步涡旋或离心,是一种简单而有效的提取物纯化程序。该方法灵敏、快速、简便、可靠,有效地提高了石斛中农药快速筛查时的检测效率,具有较强的实际应用价值。此外,所开发的方法可以进一步扩展目标农药的类型,并可以用于检测其他更多食品及中药材中的农药残留。 展开更多

建立了Simple-QuEChERS Nano结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)同时检测血液中97种农药的方法,并对基质条件、提取溶剂以及净化材料进行了优化。0.5 mL血液样品经3倍水稀释混匀,使用2.0 mL乙酸乙酯提取后振荡、离心,过Simple-QuEChERS N... 建立了Simple-QuEChERS Nano结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)同时检测血液中97种农药的方法,并对基质条件、提取溶剂以及净化材料进行了优化。0.5 mL血液样品经3倍水稀释混匀,使用2.0 mL乙酸乙酯提取后振荡、离心,过Simple-QuEChERS Nano净化柱及0.22μm有机微孔滤膜后,采用多反应监测模式(MRM)进行分析。结果显示,97种农药在一定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2≥0.9873),除丙烯菊酯(检出限和定量下限分别为11.03、36.76 ng/mL)外,其余农药的检出限为0.06~4.27 ng/mL,定量下限为0.18~14.24 ng/mL。采用空白全血进行加标回收实验,97种农药在100、200、400 ng/mL 3个加标水平下的回收率为32.2%~120%,日内精密度为1.9%~11%,日间精密度为3.6%~13%。该方法由传统QuEChERS方法改进,绿色环保、操作简单、快速高效,可用于血液中多种农药的同时检测,用于实际案件血液样品中农药的筛查与定性定量检验,获得了良好的结果。 展开更多

以负载纳米金颗粒的还原石墨烯(APR)为二维模板,采用溶剂编织法在石墨烯表面成功构建具有多孔结构的超交联聚合物(hyper-crosslinked polymer,HCP)并命名为APfR-HCP,探讨复合材料比表面积的变化及还原4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)的性能。结果表明... 以负载纳米金颗粒的还原石墨烯(APR)为二维模板,采用溶剂编织法在石墨烯表面成功构建具有多孔结构的超交联聚合物(hyper-crosslinked polymer,HCP)并命名为APfR-HCP,探讨复合材料比表面积的变化及还原4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)的性能。结果表明:该新型复合材料具有较大的比表面积(568m^(2)/g)和丰富的孔道结构;多孔层结构的存在可以快速吸附水体中的小分子有机污染物并富集到金纳米颗粒表面,大大提升复合材料对常见有机污染物4-NP的催化性能;同时还可以有效阻止金纳米颗粒的团聚。APfR-HCP复合多孔材料可以在4min内迅速将4-NP还原为4-氨基苯酚(4-AP),反应速率常数K可达1.10min。APfR-HCP复合多孔材料的催化效率远大于模板APR(K=0.068min-1),并且具有良好的循环利用性,循环使用5次后仍具有良好的催化性能。 展开更多

目的 通过检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期和稳定期前后血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)和白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)的水平变化,探讨IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A在COPD急性加重期中的作用。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年6月上海... 目的 通过检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期和稳定期前后血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)和白细胞介素17A(IL-17A)的水平变化,探讨IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A在COPD急性加重期中的作用。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年6月上海市静安区市北医院呼吸内科收治的COPD急性加重期病人42例设为COPD急性加重期组(AECOPD),经过抗感染及对症治疗后病情稳定的COPD病人42例设为COPD稳定期组。收集各组血清并采用双抗体加心法(ELISA)检测IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A,同时采集和检测各组血C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、血沉、白细胞数、中性粒细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞数,采用肺功能评估COPD稳定期的COPD全球创议(GOLD)分级。结果 COPD稳定期和急性期之间的相关炎症指标CRP、血沉(ESR)、PCT、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(Neu)、IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A有差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。COPD急性期CRP、ESR、PCT、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A均显著高于稳定期(P<0.05)。COPD病人血清IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A水平治疗前后均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。急性期病人随着GOLD分级的级别增高,血清IL-13和IL-17A是增高的,GOLD分级与血清IL13呈正相关(r=0.58,P<0.01),与IL-17A水平呈正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01),与IL-6水平不相关(r=0.25,P=0.114)。稳定期病人血清IL-17A与GOLD分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与GOLD分级呈正相关(r=0.57,P<0.01)。结论COPD急性加重期IL-6、CRP、PCT、血沉、白细胞数、中性粒细胞数等均升高,但缺少特异性和相关性。COPD病人血清IL-13逐渐增高与GOLD分级呈正相关,而血清IL-17A水平与COPD气道炎症反应与重塑相关,更好地控制Th17细胞因子的产生可能是治疗COPD的有效手段之一,联合检测IL-6、IL-13和IL-17A相关细胞因子能更好地指导COPD病人的管理和治疗。 展开更多

The different investigation has been carried out on the biological activities of titanium dioxide nanoparticle but the effect of this nano product on the antibacterial activity of different antibiotics has not been yet demonstrated. In this study the nano size TiO2 is synthesized using citric acid and alpha dextrose and the enhancement effect of TiO2 nanoparticle on the antibacterial activity of different antibiotics was evaluated against Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). During the present study, different concentrations of nano-scale TiO2 were tested to find out the best concentration that can have the most effective antibacterial property against the MRSA culture. Disk diffusion method was used to determine the antibacterial activity of these antibiotics in the absence and presence of sub inhibitory concentration of TiO2 nano particle. A clinical isolate of MRSA, isolated from Intensive Care Unit (ICU) was used as test strain. In the presence of sub-inhibitory concentration of TiO2 nanoparticle (20 μg/disc) the antibacterial activities of all antibiotics have been increased against test strain with minimum 2 mm to maximum 10mm. The highest increase in inhibitory zone for MRSA was observed against pencillin G and amikacin (each 10 mm). Conversely, in case of nalidixic acid, TiO2 nanoparticle showed a Synergic effect on the antibacterial activity of this antibiotic against test strain. These results signify that the TiO2 nanoparticle potentate the antimicrobial action of beta lactums, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, glycopeptides, macrolids and lincosamides, tetracycline a possible utilization of nano compound in combination effect against MRSA. 展开更多

The biodiesel prepared from Xanthoceras Sorbiflia Bunge Oil catalyzed by Ce doped nano PO_4^(3-)/ZrO_2 was investigated. A maximum biodiesel yield of 91.83% was achieved at the concentration of Ce^(3+) up to 0.1 mol/L, calcination temperature 500 °C, calcination time 3.0 h, and the concentration of phosphoric acid of 3.5 mol/L. Ce-nano PO_4^(3-)/ZrO_2 catalyst activities were correlated with the observed physico-chemical characteristics derived from scanning electron microscopy(SEM), FT-infrared(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetric(TG) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) analysis. The delayed crystallization of ZrO_2 made surface oxides have more defects which were beneficial to the adsorption of PO_4^(3-) by the concentration increment of Ce^(3+). The chemical composition of synthesized biodiesel was confirmed by gas chromatography(GC). The characteristics of Xanthoceras Sorbiflia Bunge oil were found within the optimal range in accordance with Chinese No. 0 diesel standard as a substitute diesel fuel. 展开更多
