To thoroughly understand market opportunity of freeze-dried facial mask and deeply get insight of consumers’usage behavior and needs,evaluate sensory feelings of 10 screened commercial freeze-dried facial mask products,group test products according to the differences of sensory attributions via Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering(AHC),pick up the representative products.Freeze-dried facial mask users evaluate satisfaction degree of picked up products and participate survey of usage behavior/cognition.Analyze consumer data by AHC to get consumer segmentations and their profile.The test results show that,sensory data and consumer data,which is from consumers test of screened representative products by performing PCA and AHC on sensory data,can be verified mutually.It is helpful to understand the needs of consumer segmentations and reason to buy by combining sensory data and consumer test. 展开更多

The outbreak of coronavirus has led to an increase in the demand for facemasks globally. Unavailability of appropriate polypropylene non-woven fabrics face masks as a result of inadequate supply to satisfy the growing population has brought about the manufacturing of locally fabrics masks to augment or substitute standard medical class facemasks. The study aims at analyzing airflow of these locally manufactured fabrics to determine possible means of transmitting the virus as well as establish comfort of the user of these masks. Standard polypropylene non-woven, woven and knitted fabrics were considered for the study. Air permeability test was conducted on these fabrics using Frazier Air permeability tester. Depending on the property significant variation in the textile fabrics, polypropylene non-woven is widely accepted for facial masks. Nevertheless, this study illustrates that woven and knitted fabrics have more open structures, which allow a high rate of air penetration and so may require two or three layers to prevent antimicrobial or antiviral potential. 展开更多

深度神经网络的快速发展使其在计算机视觉和自然语言处理等领域取得较大成功,但是对抗攻击会导致神经网络的表现性能降低,对各类系统的安全保密性造成严重威胁。现有黑盒攻击方法在人脸识别中性能表现较差,攻击成功率较低且生成对抗样... 深度神经网络的快速发展使其在计算机视觉和自然语言处理等领域取得较大成功,但是对抗攻击会导致神经网络的表现性能降低,对各类系统的安全保密性造成严重威胁。现有黑盒攻击方法在人脸识别中性能表现较差,攻击成功率较低且生成对抗样本迁移性不高。为此,提出一种结合高斯滤波与掩码的对抗攻击方法G-MASK。利用Grad-CAM输出的热力图确定对抗样本的掩码区域,使其只在掩码区域施加扰动,提高黑盒攻击成功率,采用扰动集成方法提高黑盒迁移能力,增强黑盒攻击鲁棒性,对生成的扰动进行高斯平滑处理,降低集成模型之间干扰噪声的差异,提高图像质量且增强扰动掩蔽性。实验结果表明,针对不同的人脸识别模型,G-MASK方法在保证白盒攻击成功率较高的条件下能够显著提升黑盒攻击效果,并具有更优的掩蔽性,经过模型扰动集成的对抗样本白盒攻击成功率均提高至98.5%以上,黑盒攻击成功率最高达到75.9%,与快速梯度符号法(FGSM)、迭代快速梯度符号法(I-FGSM)和动量迭代梯度符号法(MI-FGSM)相比分别平均提升12.1、10.6和8.2个百分点,充分验证了该方法的有效性。 展开更多

The explosive demands for facial masks as vital personal protection equipment(PPE)in the wake of Covid-19 have challenged many industries and enterprises in technology and capacity,and the piezoelectric ceramic(PZT)transducers for the production of facial masks in the welding process are in heavy demand.In the earlier days of the epidemic,the supply of ceramic transducers cannot meet its increasing demands,and efforts in materials,development,and production are mobilized to provide the transducers to mask producers for quick production.The simplest solution is presented with the employment of Rayleigh-Ritz method for the vibration analysis,then different materials can be selected to achieve the required frequency and energy standards.The fully tailored method and results can be utilized by the engineers for quick development of the PZT transducers to perform precise function in welding. 展开更多

Sensory Evaluation of Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose (HEC) in Facial Mask

The equipment test resul... An equipment test and sensory evaluation were conducted to identify the compatibility and sensory characteristics of HEC in facial masks. These results were then compared to xanthan gum usage. The equipment test results showed that HEC promoted proper tensile capacity in masks which are made from strong structured fabrics such as medium thick, thick and cross woven & homogenous thin mask fabrics. HEC was found to be more compatible with mask fabrics than xanthan gum. HEC improved mask softness and dampness and had an improved water binding and water retention ability compared to xanthan gum. The split face sensory evaluation results demonstrated that sheet masks containing HEC had improved adhesion and lubricity, provided more moisture to the skin, better elasticity and gloss after use and took longer to dry out. Overall, the panel preferred facial masks which contain HEC. 展开更多

目的:探究应用中药面膜联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)及异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:将笔者医院皮肤科2019年4月-2023年4月收治的86例中重度痤疮患者纳为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组43... 目的:探究应用中药面膜联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)及异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:将笔者医院皮肤科2019年4月-2023年4月收治的86例中重度痤疮患者纳为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组43例患者,对照组应用ALA-PDT加异维A酸药物治疗,观察组在此基础上应用中药面膜联合治疗,比较两组患者整体疗效、治疗前及治疗第2、4、6周痤疮分级评分(Global?acne?grading?systen,GAGS)、治疗前后皮损积分、美观度评分(Kwok’s acne assessment scale,KAAS)、半年内复发率及不良反应。结果:观察组整体疗效(95.35%)与对照组(86.35%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2、4、6周,两组GAGS评分显著降低,组内不同时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗第2、4、6周的GAGS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项皮损评分(粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节)均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第2、4、6周,两组美观度评分显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗第2、4、6周的美观度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药物不良反应发生率(11.63%)与对照组(13.95%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药面膜联合ALA-PDT及异维A酸可有效治疗中重度痤疮,修复损伤皮肤,显著改善患者面部美观度,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

在马匹鉴定及马匹护照生成的过程中,需要对马匹面部的特征进行文字描述和描图标记。存在工作量大、效率低、准确性较低、人工成本较高等问题。为解决这些问题,提出了一种基于Mask R-CNN框架对马匹面部及马匹面部特征识别并进行实例分割... 在马匹鉴定及马匹护照生成的过程中,需要对马匹面部的特征进行文字描述和描图标记。存在工作量大、效率低、准确性较低、人工成本较高等问题。为解决这些问题,提出了一种基于Mask R-CNN框架对马匹面部及马匹面部特征识别并进行实例分割的方法。首先通过网络爬虫和马场实地拍摄获取马脸正视图像,利用Labelme制作数据集标签,通过ResNet-50-FPN的主干网络从特征金字塔的不同级别提取RoI特征,其中的RolAlign算法,使用双线性内插的方法,提高了RoI定位精度,最后通过RoI单独应用的边界框识别和掩码预测,生成相应的马匹面部及马匹面部特征掩码,实现图像中马匹面部及马匹面部特征与背景的分割。此外,构建了一个具有分割标注信息的马脸数据集,用于训练相应模型。实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的马脸检测效果,并能在准确检测的同时实现像素级的马匹面部及马匹面部特征信息分割,可为马匹鉴定和护照生成提供一定支持。 展开更多

A novel practical and universal method of mask-wearing detection has been proposed to prevent viral respiratory infections.The proposed method quickly and accurately detects mask and facial regions using welltrained You Only Look Once(YOLO)detector,then applies image coordinates of the detected bounding box(bbox).First,the data that is used to train our model is collected under various circumstances such as light disturbances,distances,time variations,and different climate conditions.It also contains various mask types to detect in general and universal application of the model.To detect mask-wearing status,it is important to detect facial and mask region accurately and we created our own dataset by taking picture of images.Furthermore,the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)model is trained with both our own dataset and open dataset to detect under heavy foot-traffic(Indoors).To make the model robust and reliable in various environment and situations,we collected various sample data in different distances.And through the experiment,we found out that there is a particular gradient according to the mask-wearing status.The proposed method searches the point where the distance between the gradient for each state and the coordinate information of the detected object is the minimum.Then it carry out the classification of mask-wearing status of detected object.Lastly,we defined and classified three different mask-wearing states according to the mask’s position(With mask,Wear a mask around chin and Without mask).The gradient according to the mask-wearing status,is analyzed through linear regression.The regression interpretation is based on coordinate information of mask-wearing status and the sample data collected in simulated environment that considering distances between objects and the camera in the World Coordinate System.Through the experiments,we found out that linear regression analysis is more suitable than logistic regression analysis for classification of people wearing masks in general-purpose environments.And the proposed method,through linear regression analysis,classifies in a very concise way than the others. 展开更多

为了解决自然场景下人脸表情识别任务中的无用信息干扰和遮挡对识别性能的影响问题,提出一种基于关键区域遮挡与重建的人脸表情识别模型。利用多尺度特征提取网络,提取人脸图像的全局特征。根据68个人脸关键点划分出68个关键区域,并通... 为了解决自然场景下人脸表情识别任务中的无用信息干扰和遮挡对识别性能的影响问题,提出一种基于关键区域遮挡与重建的人脸表情识别模型。利用多尺度特征提取网络,提取人脸图像的全局特征。根据68个人脸关键点划分出68个关键区域,并通过插值法提取68个关键区域的特征,同时采用注意力机制学习关键区域特征之间的先验关系。设计自监督的遮挡与重建模块,对关键区域特征进行随机遮挡,并利用已知区域信息来预测和重建被遮挡区域的特征,从而提高模型在自然场景下的表情识别性能。设计多个实验验证了该模型的泛化能力,并通过消融实验验证了模型中每个模块的有效性。实验结果表明,该模型在真实世界的情感面孔数据集(RAF-DB)和Occlusion-RAF-DB数据集上分别达到了88.44%和86.09%的识别准确率,相比于视觉Transformer(Vi T)等模型有效地提升了自然场景下人脸表情识别的性能。 展开更多

Facial cellulite are infections of the cellulo-adipose tissues of the human face. Head and neck cellulitis is today one of the most serious ENT emergencies, which is very life-threatening and requires immediate multidisciplinary care. Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common predisposing factors. They are serious conditions because of the rapidity with which they tend to spread. They perform an extensive necrotizing condition, developing from a banal, pharyngeal or dental infection, and spreading along the aponeurotic partitions of the face and neck. The etiologies are diverse and come mainly from dental infections. Nasosinus infections can be the cause especially on immunocompromised patients. The diagnosis is mainly clinical. The treatment is medico-surgical and must start as soon as the diagnosis is made to avoid complications. We report a case of an abscess of the nasal septum responsible for facial cellulitis in 45-year-old diabetic patient. Her diabetes was irregularly followed. The septal abscess spread over a few days to the tissues of the face. He was received in a picture of impaired general condition with significant facial oedema. He received rapid and appropriate medical and surgical car. He progressed well under treatment after 15 days. 展开更多

目的 探讨鼻罩通气在无痛胃镜检查麻醉期间预防呼吸抑制和低氧的效果。方法 选取2022年9月-2023年3月于该院择期行无痛胃镜检查的患者246例,按随机数表法分为鼻导管吸氧组(C组)和鼻罩吸氧组(M组)。C组采用传统鼻导管给氧,M组采用麻醉鼻... 目的 探讨鼻罩通气在无痛胃镜检查麻醉期间预防呼吸抑制和低氧的效果。方法 选取2022年9月-2023年3月于该院择期行无痛胃镜检查的患者246例,按随机数表法分为鼻导管吸氧组(C组)和鼻罩吸氧组(M组)。C组采用传统鼻导管给氧,M组采用麻醉鼻罩给氧。两组患者予以5 L/min预吸氧3 min,麻醉诱导后,待改良警觉/镇静(MOAA/S)评分≤1分时进胃镜。麻醉期间,C组根据经皮动脉血氧饱和度(SpO_2)实施气道干预措施,M组根据呼气末二氧化碳分压(PetCO_2)和SpO_2进行气道干预。记录麻醉过程中亚临床呼吸抑制、低氧和严重低氧的发生率。记录麻醉期间最低SpO_2值,以及抬下颌、面罩加压给氧和气管插管等干预措施实施情况。记录胃镜检查期间的退镜情况。记录入室时(T0)、麻醉诱导后即刻(T1)、胃镜操作结束时(T2)和苏醒5 min时(T3)的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)和呼吸频率(RR)。记录围手术期不良事件发生情况、麻醉医师满意度和消化内镜医师满意度。结果 与C组比较,M组亚临床呼吸抑制、低氧和严重低氧的发生率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。M组麻醉期间SpO_2最低值高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与C组比较,M组抬下颌和面罩加压给氧实施率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。M组因气道干预退镜率低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与T0时点相比,两组患者T1和T2时点MAP、HR和RR明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。M组消化内镜医师满意度高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 与鼻导管吸氧比较,麻醉鼻罩可及时发现胃镜检查时低通气和呼吸抑制情况,降低低氧发生率,提高气道安全性。 展开更多

隧道施工作业人员佩戴颗粒物防护口罩适合性及影响因素分析

目的分析隧道施工作业人员佩戴颗粒物防护口罩适合性与工人头面部尺寸之间的关系,探索相关影响因素。方法选择某隧道施工作业现场工人200人为研究对象,调查个人基本信息,测量身高、体重,使用TSI Pro+8038、8048进行折叠式和杯式口罩适... 目的分析隧道施工作业人员佩戴颗粒物防护口罩适合性与工人头面部尺寸之间的关系,探索相关影响因素。方法选择某隧道施工作业现场工人200人为研究对象,调查个人基本信息,测量身高、体重,使用TSI Pro+8038、8048进行折叠式和杯式口罩适合性检验,手持三维扫描仪进行头面部尺寸测量。结果适合性检验单因素分析,研究对象佩戴口罩形状和所属民族对通过率的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过组与未通过组头面部尺寸测量显示,折叠式口罩9501V+额最小宽,9502V+两耳屏间宽,杯式口罩8576两耳屏点间颌下弧长、两下颌角宽、鼻宽和BMI,8577头冠状弧、耳屏鼻根长、两耳屏点间颏下弧长、颈围、形态面长和BMI差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。适合性检验多因素分析,形态面长、鼻宽和BMI值与适合性检验通过的概率呈正相关,口宽值呈负相关。相较于折叠式口罩,杯式口罩通过的概率更大。头面部尺寸分栏总体覆盖率为85.0%,折叠式和杯式口罩的#5、#7、#8、#10通过人数较多。结论对于本次现场研究的施工作业人员,杯式口罩较折叠式口罩更为适用;形态面长、鼻宽和BMI的值越大,口宽的值越小,适合性检验的通过概率越高,结合我国头面部尺寸分栏标准,形态面长可作为快速选择口罩的主要判断依据,鼻宽、口宽以及BMI可作为适合性检验的主要参考依据;为提高呼吸防护效果,建议通过适合性检验为工作人员筛选合适的口罩类型。 展开更多

目的对比喉罩与高流量鼻导管(HFNC)两种不同通气装置在清醒开颅手术中的安全性和有效性。方法60例接受清醒开颅手术的患者被随机分配使用喉罩(L组)和HFNC(H组)进行麻醉气道管理。收集和分析不同时间点(T0:麻醉诱导前;T1:麻醉诱导后15 mi... 目的对比喉罩与高流量鼻导管(HFNC)两种不同通气装置在清醒开颅手术中的安全性和有效性。方法60例接受清醒开颅手术的患者被随机分配使用喉罩(L组)和HFNC(H组)进行麻醉气道管理。收集和分析不同时间点(T0:麻醉诱导前;T1:麻醉诱导后15 min;T2:唤醒阶段;T3:再次麻醉后15 min)术中血气分析数据、大脑松弛评分(BRS)、胃窦容量和不良事件。结果T2时H组血氧饱和度高于L组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于L组(P<0.05),其余时间点2组血氧饱和度和二氧化碳分压无统计学差异(P>0.05)。L组的氧合指数在T0、T1、T3均显著高于H组,但在T2却显著低于H组(P<0.05)。2组患者在硬脑膜悬吊和T2的BRS评分及术前、术后的胃窦容量均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在通气工具插入相关并发症方面,L组的咽痛率和术后咳嗽发生率显著高于H组(P<0.05),H组鼻塞发生率高于L组(P<0.05)。术中不良反应包括低氧血症、癫痫发作、体动、口干和寒战2组均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论HFNC应用于清醒开颅手术能达到喉罩的氧合效果,且在唤醒阶段更具优势,不会造成气压伤和颅内压增高的情况。 展开更多
