Research on the Enterprise Management and Employee Incentive Mechanism under the Environment of Enterprise Social Networks

In this paper, we conduct research on the enterprise management and the related employee incentive mechanism under the environment of enterprise social networks. As the sharp change in the environment, the enterprise how to win the competitive advantage for a long time which caused many strategic management thinking, to promote the new development of the theory of the strategic management. Our designed mechanism will enhance the management activities and promote the general value of the employees which has significant meanings.

Cooperative Game Analysis of Tourism Enterprise Coupling from the Perspective of Industrial Eco-Network

Based on the introduction of the connotations and characteristics of tourism industrial eco-network,it has expatiated on the connotations of and approaches to enterprise coupling in tourism industrial eco-network.As there are different understandings and definitions of these connotations,the following four aspects must be achieved in order to realize coupling in the real sense for the enterprises in the network.① Establish the idea of "the whole is larger than the sum of all the parts",and construct interests community of tourism industrial eco-network.② Construct cooperation mechanism of joint struggle to transfer the advantages of the single to the advantages of the whole.③ Create and maintain strong service culture.④ Avoid as many service blunders as possible and construct damage warning mechanism in industrial eco-network.With the construction of the game model of tourism enterprise coupling and corresponding analysis,the results indicate that the mode of loose cooperation between enterprises in the tourism industry could hardly reach any forceful binding agreements.Consequently it is hard to realize the coordinated effects brought about by the cooperative game of tourism enterprise coupling and these enterprises would often come to a "prisoner dilemma" because of present tiny benefits.In the end,it suggests that during the process of competition tourism enterprises should also strengthen mutual cooperation as relying upon the platform of industrial eco-network.

Neural Network-Based Performance Index Model for Enterprise Goals Simulation and Forecasting

Enterprise Information System management has become an increasingly vital factor for many firms. Several organizations have encountered problems when attempting to evaluate organizational performance. Measurement of performance metrics is a key challenge for a huge number of firms. In order to preserve relevance and adaptability in competitive markets, it has become essential to respond proactively to complex events through informed decision-making that is supported by technology. Therefore, the objective of this study was to apply neural networks to the modeling, simulation, and forecasting of the effects of the performance indicators of Enterprise Information Systems on the achievement of corporate objectives and value creation. A set of quantifiable and sizeable conditionally independent associations were derived using a simplified joint probability distribution technique. Bayesian Neural Networks were utilized to describe the link between random variables (features) and to concisely and easily specify the joint probability distribution. The research demonstrated that Bayesian networks could effectively explore complex logical linkages by employing probability to represent uncertainty and probabilistic rules;and by applying impact models from Bayesian taxonomies to achieve learning and reasoning processes.

Examination and Interpretation of the Quantitative Validity in China’s Corporate-based Urban Network Analysis

As a matter of expediency, most existing corporate-based urban networks can only be quantitatively measured by either counting the number of linkages or calculating the product of estimated service values. However, the impreciseness arising due to the limits of quantitative analysis may prove fatal to studies about non-market economies like China. Employing the capital investment dataset as an example, we build a capital-weighted intervention network as well as an unweighted control network to carry out an examination of the quantitative validity in China’s corporate-based urban network analysis. Both the overall spatial pattern and top city-dyads within the capital-weighted network witness Beijing, as the most dominant city, overshadow the performance of the others, and the unweighted network shows multilateral interactions between China’s top cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou. To further interpret the noticeable differences, we divide the overall network into two subnetworks, inferred by focusing on state-owned enterprises(SOEs) and private enterprises. The results show that the public and private sectors have separately created vastly different subnetworks in China and that SOEs play a much more significant role in terms of capital. Besides fresh insights into China’s urban network, this study provides a cautionary tale reminding researchers of the essentiality and complexity when making a quantitative distinction between different linkages.

Identification of the Credit Guarantee Network of Steel Trade Enterprises in China

The risk points in the credit guarantee network of steel trade enterprises were identified by using the network analysis method in this paper. Firstly, the formation and operation mechanism of steel trade credit guarantee network was analyzed.Secondly,a guarantee network was established to analyze the related network structure indexes based on the mutual guarantee data of 83 enterprises in a steel trade market. These indexes included centrality,honest broker,and structural hole. The results suggest that network analysis method can be used to find out the risk points of the guarantee network. Additionally,some recommendations are brought forth to reduce or prevent future crises.

Study on the comprehensive advantage evaluation method of high-tech enterprises based on RBF artificial neural network

This paper designs an intelligent evaluation approach using a Radial Basis Function （RBF） Artificial Neural Network. We based our approach on establishing a comprehensive advantage evaluating index system that offers scientific substance for creating a development plan and the strategic management of high-tech industry and regional clusters of high-tech enterprises. Furnhermore, this paper selects some typical high-tech enterprises＇ data to make comprehensive training on the network system. Meanwhile, the paper chooses some enterprises as testing samples to test the method, the result of which proves that this method is truly effective. The research of this paper provides a comprehensive advantage evaluating and managing method for high-tech enterprise.

Assessment for Production and Operation Ability of Medium and Small-sized Enterprises Based on Neural Network

In order to improve production and operation ability of medium and small-sized enterprises, an assessment-index system of production and operation ability was proposed, and a corresponding assessment model was established based on BP neural network. The conjunction weights of the neural network were continuously modified from output layer to input layer in the process of neural network training to reduce the errors between the anticipated and actual outputs. The results from an example show that this method is reliable and feasible. The production and operation abilitv of an enterorise with assessed result of 0.833 is fairly oowerful, and that with assessed result of 0.644 is average.

Bottom-Up or Top-Down： Which Is the Best Approach to Improve CSR and Sustainability in Local Contexts？ Reflections From Italian Experiences

This paper reflects on the theme of sustainability and territorial social responsibility, which, in this context, is defined as a pathway promoted by a plurality of public and private actors, for- and non-profit, who find that social cohesion and the relationships that are cultivated in the place from which these diverse ＂protagonists＂ come, are the drivers in the construction of shared territorial governance. The efficacy of such processes in the local context （communal, provincial, and regional） is predicated on the culture and on the values that the diverse, networked stakeholders-actors accumulate in their territory （meso level）. In developing this theme, the paper is divided into several parts. The first part describes the theoretical context, which is illustrated by an enumeration of experiences realized at the local level in Italy. We then focus our analysis on the experience of territorial govemance promoted in the Marches Region. This project was selected as a case study, because it is emblematic of the Italian context; the territory is characterized by the diffuse presence of small businesses in the soeio-economic fabric and by the proactive role of the local government. The case allows us to evaluate this paper＇s fundamental proposition, that the policies of the European Commission [EC] and the Government of Italy for promoting Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability are not concretely effective when they are not fostered by regional authorities together with local private actors. Furthermore, public initiatives, to be effective, should take into consideration the influence of local culture, the social milieu, and economic factors shaping the environment in which public-private networks arise.

Manufacturing enterprise collaboration network:An empirical research and evolutionary model

With the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises have to continuously improve their competitiveness through their collaboration and labor division with each other,i.e.forming manufacturing enterprise collaborative network(MECN)through their collaboration and labor division is an effective guarantee for obtaining competitive advantages.To explore the topology and evolutionary process of MECN,in this paper we investigate an empirical MECN from the viewpoint of complex network theory,and construct an evolutionary model to reproduce the topological properties found in the empirical network.Firstly,large-size empirical data related to the automotive industry are collected to construct an MECN.Topological analysis indicates that the MECN is not a scale-free network,but a small-world network with disassortativity.Small-world property indicates that the enterprises can respond quickly to the market,but disassortativity shows the risk spreading is fast and the coordinated operation is difficult.Then,an evolutionary model based on fitness preferential attachment and entropy-TOPSIS is proposed to capture the features of MECN.Besides,the evolutionary model is compared with a degree-based model in which only node degree is taken into consideration.The simulation results show the proposed evolutionary model can reproduce a number of critical topological properties of empirical MECN,while the degree-based model does not,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed evolutionary model.

On the Decision Structures and Knowledge Discovery for ANP Modeling

This paper proposes an integrative framework for network-structured analytic network process (ANP) modeling. The underlying rationales include: 1) creating the measuring items for the complex decision problems;2) applying factor analysis to reduce the complex measuring items into fewer constructs;3) employing Bayesian network classifier technique to discover the causal directions among constructs;4) using partial least squares path modeling to test the causal relationships among the items-constructs. The proposed framework is implemented for knowledge discovery to a case of high-tech companies’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) benefits and satisfaction in Hsinchu Science Park,Taiwan. The results show that the proposed framework for ANP modeling can reach a satisfactory level of convergent reliability and validity. Based on the findings, pragmatic implications to the ERP venders are discussed. This study has shed new light on the long neglected, yet critical, issue on decision structures and knowledge discovery for ANP modeling.

Analyses on Four Models and Cases of Enterprise Informatization

The basic conditions of the enterprise informatization in Heilongjiang province are analyzed and 4 models are designed to drive the industrial and commercial information enterprise. The 4 models are the Resource Integration Informatization Model, the Flow Management Informatization Model, the Intranet E-commerce Informatization Model and the Network Enterprise Informatization Model. The conditions for using and problems needing attentions of these 4 models are also analyzed.

PRECESION： progressive recovery and restoration planning of interdependent services in enterprise data centers

The primary focus of this paper is to design a progressive restoration plan for an enterprise data center environment following a partial or full disruption. Repairing and restoring disrupted components in an enterprise data center requires a significant amount of time and human effort. Following a major disruption, the recovery process involves multiple stages, and during each stage, the partially recovered infrastructures can provide limited services to users at some degraded service level. However, how fast and efficiently an enterprise infrastructure can be recovered de- pends on how the recovery mechanism restores the disrupted components, considering the inter-dependencies between services, along with the limitations of expert human operators. The entire problem turns out to be NP- hard and rather complex, and we devise an efficient meta-heuristic to solve the problem. By considering some real-world examples, we show that the proposed meta-heuristic provides very accurate results, and still runs 600-2800 times faster than the optimal solution obtained from a general purpose mathematical solver [1].
