New Form of Legendre Polynomials Obtained by Virtue of Excited Squeezed State and IWOP Technique in Quantum Optics

Using the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators and the intermediate coordinatemomentum representation in quantum optics, as well as the excited squeezed state we derive a new form of Legendre polynomials.

New soliton solutions of Dual mode Sawada Kotera equation using a new form of modified Kudryashov method and the finite difference method

In this article,we suggest a new form of modified Kudryashov’s method(NMK)to study the Dual-mode Sawada Kotera model.We know very well that the more the solutions depend on many constants,the easier it is to study the model better by observing the change in the constants and what their impact is on the solutions.From this point of view,we developed the modified Kudryashov method and put it in a general form that contains more than one controllable constant.We have studied the model in this way and presented figures showing the correctness of what we hoped to reach from the proposed method.In addition to the results we reached,they were not sufficient,so we presented an extensive numerical study of this model using the finite differences method.We also came up with the local truncation error for the difference scheme is h^(6) k^(2)(1+k^(2)).In addition,the analytical solutions we reached were compared with the numerical solutions,and we presented many forms that show that the results we reached are a clear contribution to this field.

Digital Entrepreneurship Ecosystem as a New Form of Organizing： The Case of Zhongguancun

Digital innovation is becoming increasingly important in today＇s economy. Many digital innovations are developed not within organizations, but in innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems, where various entrepreneurship related stakeholders collaborate and cooperate. Despite its significance, studies on digital entrepreneurship ecosystems （DEEs） are limited and the concept is largely undertheorized. This study intends to fill that gap by studying how a DEE organizes. This organizing issue is challenging, because stakeholders of a DEE are self-organizing and are not governed by any formal authority. To answer that question, we adopt forms of organizing as a theoretical lens, which provides structure to examine organizing issues. Through an in-depth case study of Zhongguancun, the Silicon Valley of China, we unveil eight processes around the themes of division of labor and integration of efforts. We further show that the forms of organizing feature a balance of centralized design and de-centralized emergence. This balanced view extends the forms of organizing literature, which takes an either/or perspective. Ecosystem architects and policy makers who intend to build entrepreneurship ecosystems to promote local economies can derive practical implications from our findings.

Three-Dimensional Rigid-Plastic FEM Simulation of Bulk Forming Processes with New Contact and Remeshing Techniques

Some techniques such as die surface description, contact judgement algorithm and remeshing are proposed to improve the robustness of the numerical solution. Based on these techniques, a three-dimensional rigid-plastic FEM code has been developed. Isothermal forging process of a cylindrical housing has been simulated. The simulation results show that the given techniques and the FEM code are reasonable and feasible for three-dimensional bulk forming processes.

Rights Basis and System Building of Occupational Injury Protection for Employers in New Business Forms

Employees in new business forms face higher occupational injury risks and the plight of“falling in the gap in the protection network”of work-related injury insurance.The existing three types of occupational injury protection models are based on the reflection and reform of traditional occupational injury insurance.The readjustment path of occupational injury insurance is the most desirable among them.Occupational injury protection for employees in new forms of business is based on the concept of human rights protection,with the right to equality,social insurance and occupational safety and health as the direct basis.The top-level design of the system should be based on the appropriate“decoupling”of work-related injury insurance and labor relations,and rely on the technological empowerment of the digital age to explore the establishment of a work-related injury insurance system that is both mandatory and flexible.For the specific system building,in the dimension of mandate,the commercialization of benefits payment should be realized while expanding the statutory coverage of work-related injury insurance;while in the dimension of flexibility,it should be based on the characteristics of employees.Corresponding rules and regulations should be adjusted in terms of management model,work-related injury identification,and treatment calculation and payment.

基于Deform-3D的重型汽车新型同步环精密成形过程有限元分析

重型汽车新型同步环是一种基本对称结构的、带有3个Y型凸台的环形薄壁型零件,主要用于汽车行驶中平稳快速换档。由于新型同步环形状复杂,成形困难,锻造时极易产生填充不满、折叠等情况,因此合理设计锻造工艺与模具结构是一个关键。利用非线形有限元分析软件Deform-3D对重型汽车新型同步环精密成形过程进行仿真,获得成形过程中的应变、应力、材料流动情况,同时对成形过程中的缺陷如折叠、裂纹,进行预测。通过对同步齿环成形过程分析与缺陷预测,可以有效缩短产品开发周期。

Analysis of Mineralization System and Prediction of New-Type Ore Deposits

The discovery of new-type ore deposits, an important approach to guarantee the mineral resources supply in the 21st century, often brings about a gigantic increase in the mineral resources reserves. The analysis of mineralization system is of great importance to the discovery of new type ore deposits. ① The understanding of the relationship among various ore deposit types within a mineralization system in a region can help us to locate the unknown ore deposit types from the known ore deposit types, evidence that has been proved in the mineral prospecting history of ore belts in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, China. ② The understanding of the spatial structure of a mineralization system, especially of the vertical zonation, is helpful for the discovery of the concealed ore deposit types. ③ Clarifying the temporal structure of a mineralization system, including the iteration relationship between the mineral deposit types in the mineralization, leads to the location of the missing mineralization chains from the known mineralization chains (mineral deposit type), a method often proved to be effective in the magmatic hydrothermal mineralization system.④ Clarifying the factors restraining the diversity of mineral deposit types in mineralization system leads to the discovery of the potential of new type mineral deposits in relevant region. ⑤ Studying new mineralization setting and new ore forming processes leads to discovery of new type mineral deposit. More probabilities of discovery of new type mineral deposits are present in biogenic mineralization system, deep sea mineralization system, low temperature mineralization system, tectonic mineralization system and superimposed mineralization system.

Transcending Labor Relations:A Study on the Mechanisms for Protecting Social Insurance Rights and Interests of Workers in New Business Forms——An Empirical Analysis Based on Judicial Cases

Abstract:With the rise of new business forms,the traditional industrial-era model of binding social insurance to labor relations is facing unprecedented challenges.In the context of these new busi-ness forms,whether the protection of workers’social insurance rights and interests can be“decoupled from labor relations”has become a hotly debated topic in academia,with“the ability to establish labor relations”emerging as a key variable influencing government depart-ments’policy choices on classified social insurance coverage.Based on this,the paper constructs a theoretical model of the correlation be-tween social insurance and labor relations to analyze cases concern-ing the protection of social insurance rights and interests of workers in new business forms.It examines the advantages and disadvantages of binding social insurance to labor relations and suggests promoting so-cial insurance policy innovation by transcending labor relations.The paper advocates abandoning the path dependency that starts with la-bor relations and clarifying the theoretical basis that workers’access to social insurance rights should be based on labor rather than em-ployment.To adapt to the profit model of new business forms,it pro-poses establishing a rule of“proportional responsibility for commis-sions,”where the social insurance contribution base is determined by the proportion and amount of corporate commissions.By reasonably setting rates,it will protect the healthy development of new business forms in a balanced manner.In this way,enterprises can share social insurance responsibilities according to unified rules without worrying about being classified as having a labor relationship,which helps fully protect workers’social insurance rights and interests and promotes fair competition and healthy development among enterprises.

针对职业教育新形态教材研究与开发中存在的不足,提出了职业教育新形态教材内容的设计与组织逻辑的内在要求,通过对理论知识与操作技能概念、情境性学习理论、图式理论、技能学习相关理论、职业道德及职业精神培育相关理论的分析探讨,形成了指导新形态教材内容的设计与组织的创新性依据。据此,设计了新形态教材内容的设计与组织模型,并从纸质教材的理论知识设计与组织、技能知识设计与组织、思政育人设计与组织、教材开发系统和数字资源系统等方面进行了可行性论证。

Diversity of New Three-Wave Solutions and New Periodic Waves for the (3 + 1)-Dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-Boussinesq-Like Equation

Based on the generalized bilinear method, diversity of exact solutions of the (3 + 1)-dimensional Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-Boussinesq-like equation is successfully derived by using symbolic computation with Maple. These new solutions, named three-wave solutions and periodic wave have greatly enriched the existing literature. Via the three-dimensional images, density images and contour plots, the physical characteristics of these waves are well described. The new three-wave solutions and periodic solitary wave solutions obtained in this paper, will have a wide range of applications in the fields of physics and mechanics.

Recent progress in the development and application of the new Gen.AHSS at Baosteel

In recent years,despite the global economic recession and steel oversupply,the demand for high strength steel( HSS) and advanced high strength steel( AHSS) sheets has robustly increased. To supply the materials needed for automotive manufacturing,various AHSS products and application technologies have been developed by Baosteel,including the 1st,2nd,and 3rd Gen. AHSS,which makes Baosteel the world’s first steel maker to commercially provide all three generations of AHSS. Recently,the new Gen.( the 2nd and 3rd Gen. combined)AHSS products,which feature ultra-high strength and enhanced ductility,have drawn great attention from both steel makers and the automotive industry as these products can be used to produce auto parts with complicated shapes by cold forming and have great potential for manufacturing car bodies that are lighter in weight and have higher crash resistance. In this article,the concepts,properties,and applications of Baosteel’s new Gen. AHSS products,including quenching and partitioning( QP) steels,twinning-induced-plasticity( TWIP) steels,and Medium-Mn( Mn-TRIP)steels,are described and reviewed. Moreover,the progress of the Baosteel light-weight steel car body( BCB) was reported.
