In the first place, the voltage model of an induction machine was constructed by using the modeling method discussed in this paper and then the current model using a flux feedback was adopted in this flux observer. Secondly, the two models were com- bined via a filter and then the rotor flux observer was established. In the M-T synchronous coordinate, the observer was analyzed theoretically and several important functions were derived. A comparison between the observer and the traditional models was made using Matlab software. The simulation results show that the observer model had a better performance than the traditional model.展开更多

It can be used as single season or late season new indica hybrid rice combination. Having passed provincial level yield trials in the following years, it was released in 1990 with the permission of Zhejiang Provincial Government, later on recommended as one of the top commercial hybrid rice combination by China State Science and Technology Commission. By the end of 1992, Xieyou 46 has been planted as a late season or single season hybrid ricc combination along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the planting area has reached 3.35 million ha. It has become one of the most important late season hybrid rice combinations in Zhejiang Province. Building prototyping has regularly been used in building performance analyses with statistically feasible models.The novelty of this research involves a new hybrid approach combining stratified sampling and k-means cl...Building prototyping has regularly been used in building performance analyses with statistically feasible models.The novelty of this research involves a new hybrid approach combining stratified sampling and k-means clustering to establish building geometry prototypes.The research focuses on residential buildings in Ningbo,China.Seventeen small residential districts(SRDs)containing 367 residential buildings were systemically selected for survey and data collection.The stratified sampling used building construction year as the main parameter to generate stratification.Floor numbers,shape coefficients,floor areas,and window-to-wall ratios were used as the four observations for k-means clustering.Based on this new approach,nine building geometry prototypes were identified and modelled.These statistically representative prototypes provide building geometrical information and characteristic-based evaluations for subsequent building performance analysis.展开更多

Compared to the three-li...Both new plant type (NPT) and intersubspecific hybrid rice (IHR) had large sink size (total number of spikelets per m2), however, poor grain filling limited their potential in the grain yield. Compared to the three-line indica hybrid of Shanyou 63 (CK), NPT and IHR showed higher photosynthetic potential, higher dry matter accumulation and higher ratio of dry weight to spikelets (total dry wt./total number of spikelets) from heading to harvest. But both exhibited a low export percentage and transfer ratio of assimilates, low partitioning of 14C to grains from labeled flag leaves, low harvest indices and low physiological activities (IAA content and activities of ATPase and starch synthase) of grains at early grain-filling stage. The physiological activities of grains at early filling stage were significantly correlated with the export percentage and transfer ratio of assimilates, ripened-grain percentage and grain plumpness (r = 0.85 - 0.95). The source-sink ratio (dry matter wt./spikelet and nonstructural carbohydrate/spikelet) at heading was positively correlated with physiological activities of grains (r = 0. 84 - 0. 97 ). It is suggested that low physiological activities of grains at early filling stage is attributed to low source-sink ratio at heading, and the low sink activity weakens the ability to remobilize assimilates into grains, and leads to poor grain filling in NPT and IHR.展开更多

These hybrids were developed from 7 female parent sterile lines, UP-1s, UP-3s, 100s, 101s, 105s, 111s, and 113A, and 5 male parent restorer lines, PB2, PB5, PB12, PB13, and PB18. The inbred variety Francis, which is a popular variety in the rice production, was used as the check (CK). Results showed that the yields of 10 hybrids were 20.3% - 31.7% higher than that of CKFrancis. The yields of other 18 hybrids were 10.1% - 19.4% higher than CK, and the yields of rest of the hybrids were 2.5% - 9.2% higher than CK. Hybrid UP-3s/PB5 had the highest yield, 12,983.8 kg/hectare and over check by 31.7%. The yield of hybrid UP-3s/PB18 and 115A/PB18 were 12,333.7 kg/hectare and over check 25%. The yields of hybrid UP-1s/PB12 was 12,324.6 kg//hectare and over check 24.9%. The sterile lines UP-3s, 113A, 105s, and 101s have good combinability and the average grain yields of their hybrids were over CKby 21.5%, 20.34%, 17.2% and 16.2%, respectively. The restorer lines PB18, PB5, and PB12 have good combinability and the average grain yields of their hybrids were over CKby 19.9%, 18.4% and 16.2%, respectively. These results indicated that these top hybrids and their parents of the sterile lines and restorer lines might be used in the hybrid rice breeding and production in the future.展开更多

By dispersing 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.8% and 1% volume of MWCNTs and SiO2 nanopartide into the engine oil SAE 20W50, the temperature and solid volume fraction consequences were studied. At 40 to 100 ℃ temperature, the viscosities were assessed. The results indicated Newtonian behavior for the hybrid nano-lubricant. Moreover, solid volume fraction augmentation and temperature enhanced the viscosity enhancement of hybrid nano-lubricant. At highest solid volume fraction and temperature, nano-lubricant viscosity was 171% greater compared to pure 20W50. Existed models lack the ability to predict the hybrid nano-lubricant viscosity. Thus, a new correlation regarding solid volume fraction and temperature was suggested with R-squared of 0.9943.展开更多

The study adopted tidal flat planting screening,phenotypic screening,molecular marker assisted selection,to find biological evidences of new germplasm,and also applied crossbreeding,conventional breeding,and molecular breeding,to select new saline-tolerant Spartina and rice varieties. With 12 years of efforts,the team developed 1498 crossbreeding combinations and established pedigree file and seed bank,tested 307 crossbreeding materials(57 hybrid seeds showed parental genetic components of Spartina and Rice); obtained Spartina/ Rice distant hybridization and seed setting,transplanting,hybridization material economic traits,and molecular biological experimental evidences; Rice♀× Spartina ♂ hybridization success rate of 1. 04- 1. 39%; obtained authorization of patent for invention of Distant Hybridization Methods for Spartina and Rice; formulated procedures for high yield cultivation of Spartina-Rice,planted 33. 33 hm2Spartina-Rice in coastal saline and alkaline land,cultivated 10 new saline-tolerant Spartina-Rice varieties,and the rice yield up to 5. 925- 8. 28 t / hm2. More explicitly, some new generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted aggregation operators are proposed, such as the new generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted averaging (NGHFHWA) operator and the new generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted geometric (NGHFHWG) operator. Some desirable properties and the relationships between them are discussed. Then, a new algorithm for hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (HF-MADM) problems with unknown weight information is introduced. Further, a practical example is used to illustrate the detailed implementation process of the proposed approach. A sensitivity analysis of the decision results is analyzed with different parameters. Finally, comparative studies are given to verify the advantages of our method.展开更多

In general, the influence of the HVDC system and the new energy source is not considered in the calculation of the sh...With the development of power system, the level of short circuit current will increase accordingly. In general, the influence of the HVDC system and the new energy source is not considered in the calculation of the short circuit current. For the power grid that short circuit current level closes to the interrupting capacity of circuit breaker, it’s necessary to fully consider all kinds of influence factors, careful checking, so as to obtain more accurate calculation results of short circuit current. In 2018, two ±800 kV high-power Ultra High Voltage Direct Current (UHVDC) transmission projects will be connected with Shaanxi power grid, accompanied by a lot of concomitant fossil-fuel generating plants as power resource, and also a large number of new energy source, includes wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation. Around one of the UHVDC converter stations, short circuit current may exceed the withstand limit of some certain circuit breakers. In order to get more accurate short circuit current calculation results, three measures are used: 1) contrastive calculation and analysis by algorithm based on schemes and algorithm based on power flow;2) analysis the influence of UHVDC by electromagnetic transient and electromechanical transient hybrid simulation;3) considered a detailed model of Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) with low voltage ride through characteristics. The calculation results shows that: in the typical operation mode of Shaanxi power grid of 2018, the original calculation results by conventional calculation method are coincident with the results by considering the influence of algorithms, UHVDC and DFIG in large, in which: the results of the algorithm based on power flow are smaller than that of the algorithm based on schemes about 2 - 8 kA;the steady values of the short circuit current provided by UHVDC converterstation (includes rectifiers and smoothing capacitors) are about 0 - 3 kA;the steady values of the short circuit current provided by DFIG are about 0 - 5 kA. The calculation results can provide reference for the selection of the circuit breaker, and it can be verified by fault recording data in the future.展开更多

Viewed from the practical standpoint of China' s new normal and through analyzing the basic national conditions, this article proposes a roadmap for implementing the proposed reforms and points out that only by doing well in the hybrid operation of "addition, subtraction, multiplication and division", based on the framework of the "five policy pillars", an innovative path of the supply-side structural reforms with Chinese characteristics can be paved.展开更多

More explicitly, some new generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted aggregation operators are proposed, such as the new generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted averaging (NGHFHWA) operator and the new generalized hesitant fuzzy hybrid weighted geometric (NGHFHWG) operator. Some desirable properties and the relationships between them are discussed. Then, a new algorithm for hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (HF-MADM) problems with unknown weight information is introduced. Further, a practical example is used to illustrate the detailed implementation process of the proposed approach. A sensitivity analysis of the decision results is analyzed with different parameters. Finally, comparative studies are given to verify the advantages of our method.
文摘With the development of power system, the level of short circuit current will increase accordingly. In general, the influence of the HVDC system and the new energy source is not considered in the calculation of the short circuit current. For the power grid that short circuit current level closes to the interrupting capacity of circuit breaker, it’s necessary to fully consider all kinds of influence factors, careful checking, so as to obtain more accurate calculation results of short circuit current. In 2018, two ±800 kV high-power Ultra High Voltage Direct Current (UHVDC) transmission projects will be connected with Shaanxi power grid, accompanied by a lot of concomitant fossil-fuel generating plants as power resource, and also a large number of new energy source, includes wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation. Around one of the UHVDC converter stations, short circuit current may exceed the withstand limit of some certain circuit breakers. In order to get more accurate short circuit current calculation results, three measures are used: 1) contrastive calculation and analysis by algorithm based on schemes and algorithm based on power flow;2) analysis the influence of UHVDC by electromagnetic transient and electromechanical transient hybrid simulation;3) considered a detailed model of Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) with low voltage ride through characteristics. The calculation results shows that: in the typical operation mode of Shaanxi power grid of 2018, the original calculation results by conventional calculation method are coincident with the results by considering the influence of algorithms, UHVDC and DFIG in large, in which: the results of the algorithm based on power flow are smaller than that of the algorithm based on schemes about 2 - 8 kA;the steady values of the short circuit current provided by UHVDC converterstation (includes rectifiers and smoothing capacitors) are about 0 - 3 kA;the steady values of the short circuit current provided by DFIG are about 0 - 5 kA. The calculation results can provide reference for the selection of the circuit breaker, and it can be verified by fault recording data in the future.
文摘The Central Economic Working Conference proposed supplyside structural reforms which can be regarded as major innovations and necessary measures that adapt to and lead the new normal of economic development. The 13^(th) Five Year Plan is a critical period for the transformation of economic development patterns and economic restructuring, so clarifying the theoretical values and practical significances of the supply-side structural reforms, making a clear explanation of the scientific connotations and policy implications of these reforms from a scientific standpoint, and discussing concrete measures to promote the reforms against the background of the economic new normal not only has academic values but also has important practical implications. Viewed from the practical standpoint of China' s new normal and through analyzing the basic national conditions, this article proposes a roadmap for implementing the proposed reforms and points out that only by doing well in the hybrid operation of "addition, subtraction, multiplication and division", based on the framework of the "five policy pillars", an innovative path of the supply-side structural reforms with Chinese characteristics can be paved.
