文摘目的:前期的磁感应相位移(Magnetic Induction Phase Shift,MIPS)研究已经显示,颅内压(Intracranial pressure,ICP)作为一项参照指标,它与MIPS之间具有一定的基础相关性。本研究通过动物实验进一步分析急性脑出血下,MIPS与ICP变化之间的关系。方法:通过给兔子脑部注入3 m L^6 m L自体血诱发其急性脑出血。然后对兔子的脑出血模型进行由脑出血引起的MIPS和ICP变化的对比实验,分为实验组(7只)和对照组(4只)。实验中,研究者利用自制MIPS检测系统和ICP监护仪分别采集兔子脑出血过程中的MIPS和ICP信号,随后对采集得到的信号进行处理分析。最后,对MIPS与ICP的变化进行相关性分析。结果:实验组中MIPS随着血液注射量的增加而明显下降,ICP则随着血液注射量的增加呈现出先缓慢上升而后迅速上升的变化趋势。同时兔子的ICP和MIPS之间呈现出较大的负相关性。另外,所有实验样本中MIPS的斜率变化都表现出先迅速随后转向缓慢的趋势,恰与ICP的变化趋势相反。结论:MIPS在监测脑出血过程中具有良好的早期敏感性,且其变化与ICP的变化呈明显的负相关性,可见MIPS技术在监测脑出血和获取ICP信息方面具有较大的价值和潜力。
