Challenge, opportunity and development： Influencing factors and tendencies of curriculum innovation on undergraduate nursing education in the mainland of China

Background： As the deep influence of traditional medical education, many undergraduate nursing colleges and universities in China still keep the traditional disease-focused curriculum system. However, it became outdated as the Chinese high nursing education developed. Meanwhile, the increasing demand of nursing human resources stimulates the enrollment expansion of colleges. All of these bring more difficulties and opportunities for nurse educators who are endeavoring to reform the undergraduate curriculum. Methods： The authors retrospectively reviewed the related literature, illustrated the existing challenges and opportunities during the curriculum renewal process in China. This paper also analyzed the ten- dencies of Chinese baccalaureate curriculum innovation. Results： Chinese current undergraduate nursing curriculum has larger proportion of basic medical courses, which brings great challenge for nursing educators. In the meantime, the expansion of enroll- ment brings conflicts with existing nursing education resources in China. Integration, humanization, internationalization and diversification are main tendencies leading the future nursing curriculum innovation in China. Conclusions： The more effective teaching innovations in the nursing education system are in great demand.

Analysis of Impact Factors on Agricultural SMEs′ Technological Innovation Capacity——Case Study of Wenzhou City

The paper investigates impact factors of agricultural SMEs′ technological innovation by questionnaire on the survey of more than 100 agricultural SMEs of Wenzhou City of Jiangsu Province. It selects 14 major factors that influence agricultural SMEs′ technological innovation, they are capital source, enterprise culture, support from leaders, government policy support, effect of key research personnel, communication inside organization, enterprise strategy, technological development level, organizing and coordination inside organization, related information acquisition capacity, external cooperation, association and communication with consumers, change of external market and incentive measures to research personnel. Putting these factors in introductionance ordering by scores, we find out comparatively big impact factors influence agricultural SMEs′ technological innovation among them, they are technological development level, incentive measures to research personnel, capital source, government policy support and enterprise strategy. The paper also puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions: further enhance innovation consciousness and improve technological innovation level of agricultural SMEs; increase incentive measures, strengthen construction of talents team of technological innovation; express scientific research strength of local scientific research institutes and agricultural institution of higher learning, realize integration of industries, universities and research; sound government guiding and pushing mechanism, improve new policy environment of agricultural SMEs′ technological innovation.

An Evaluation of the Coupling Coordination of Technological Innovation System in China’s Marine Biopharmaceutical Industry

The marine biopharmaceutical industry(MBI)has been considered as an important part of the blue economy.The high-quality development of this industry depends on the high-level coordinated development of technological innovation system(TIS).In the present study,the coupling mechanism of industrial innovation input subsystem and innovation output subsystem was analyzed for the first time.On this basis,the development level and coupling coordination level of TIS in China’s MBI during 2008-2018 were empirically evaluated with the capacity coupling coordination model.Then,the obstacle factors were diagnosed and recognized with the obstacle model.The results showed that the innovation input index fluctuated at a low level in China’s MBI.The innovation output index has basically maintained a growth trend,whereas the quality of development was not high.Although the coupling coordination level of TIS showed a positive change as mild disordered→primary coordinated→well-coordinated,the development type of innovation system has changed from the lagging output of innovation into the lagging input of innovation.Insufficient input of innovation factors remained the main obstacle to the improvement of coordination level.Based on the above analysis,suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of policy and fund guarantees to improve the coupling coordination level in China’s MBI.

Does innovative city pilot policy promote urban green growth in China?An analysis of green total factor productivity,2005-2020

The innovative city pilot policy(ICPP)is an essential manifestation of China’s construction of an innovative and green-driven development country.We incorporated urban green total factor productivity(GTFP)growth into the evaluation of ICPP.Based on the panel data of 223 cities in China from 2005 to 2020,we used the difference-in-differences model to empirically assess the influence and mechanism of the ICPP on urban GTFP growth.The main results show that(i)The ICPP has maintained an effectively fluctuating promotion on urban GTFP growth,mainly manifested in the urban green technological progress improvement.(ii)The ICPP has urban heterogeneity in promoting GTFP growth in pilot cities,mainly affecting key cities such as provincial capitals.(iii)The interaction between the agglomeration of producer services and the ICPP inhibits GTFP growth in pilot cities.

随着经济全球化和信息化高速发展,电子化创新成为企业创新的有效途径之一.以研究电子化创新项目绩效影响因素为主题,探索了如何通过控制关键影响因素来提高电子化创新项目的成功绩效.通过对国内四十余家实施电子化创新的企业进行调查和问卷收集的定量分析,得出影响电子化创新的战略、组织、资源和环境四个方面八个因素,进一步验证这些因素与电子化创新成功绩效之间的关系,进而找出其关键影响因素,构建影响因素与创新绩效的关系模型,为我国企业实施电子化创新提供理论依据和技术指导.

Technological innovation paths toward green industry in China

With the environmental carrying capacity reaching its limits and the decreasing margin benefits of traditional production factors, the green transformation and green development through technological innovations has been a major direction for the future development of Chinese industries. However, the characteristics and heterogeneities of various types of industries call for different approaches regarding technological innovations. How to choose the most effective mode of technological innovation according to the characteristics of a certain industry has been a key issue. This paper measures the green total factor productivity of 32 industrial trades using the Slacks Based Measure(SBM)-DDF method. The effects of three innovation modes in the green transformation of industrial industry, including the independent innovation(Ⅱ), the technology introduction(TI), and the government support(GS), are empirically analyzed based on industry heterogeneity. Results indicate that the green total factor productivities of different industries show significant differences if taking into account the energy input and the undesirable output of pollutant emissions. The green total factor productivities of traditional high input,high pollution, and high energy consumption industrial trades were significantly lower than those with obvious green features. The year of 2009 is a leap year for the industrial green transformation in China. For resource-intensive industries, the II and the GS are the important ways to achieve green transformation. For labor-intensive industries, the TI is the best path to achieve green transformation, while for technology-intensive industries, the II is the primary driving force for the promotion of green developments. In addition, the innovation-compensating effect of the current Chinese environmental regulations to the resource-intensive industries has been revealed. Improving the overall scale and the industrial concentration of the industries is also beneficial for the green transformation of the industries.

Towards Innovative Research Approaches to Investigating the Role of Emotional Variables in Promoting Language Teachers’ and Learners’ Mental Health

The adequacy of language education largely depends on the favorable and unfavorable emotions that teachers and students experience throughout the education process.Simply said,emotional factors play a key role in improving the quality of language teaching and learning.Furthermore,these emotional factors also promote the well-being of language teachers and learners and place them in a suitable mental condition.In view of the favorable impact of emotional factors on the mental health of language teachers and learners,many educational scholars around the world have studied these factors,their background,and their pedagogical consequences.Nonetheless,the majority of previous studies have employed traditional research methods in assessing these variables and their influences on language teachers’and learners’mental health.Because of the complex and dynamic quality of emotional factors,traditional research approaches often fail to evaluate these factors and their dynamic,non-linear connections with teachers’and learners’mental health and well-being.Accordingly,some novel research approaches are required to measure the dynamicity and complexity of emotional factors in language education settings.To address this call,the current state-of-the-art conceptual article seeks to provide new insights for investigating emotional factors and their potential impact on language teachers’and learners’mental states.This study also intends to offer a comprehensive list of emerging methods that take into account the complex and dynamic nature of emotional variables.Finally,the study outlines the potential implications of this review for educational researchers.

A study on the allocation of productive factors of Chinese agriculture

Chinese agriculture is undergoing a transformation process from traditional agriculture into modern agricultrue.This article discusses how land. labor, fertilizer, machinery etc. are used in agricultural production of different regions. reveals the influence of natural conditions and economic level on the utilization of modern agricultural factors. It proposes a system of allocation hoes of regional agricultural productive factors and points out the development stage and tendency of allocation of agricultural productive factors in different regions.

A Meta-analysis of the Effects of Firm’s Social Capital on Innovation Performance

Despite a surge of studies examining the impact of firm’s social capital on the innovation performance,empirical research shows controversial results.To resolve this problem,this paper conducted a meta-analysis to restudy the impact of the firm’s social capital and its three dimensions on innovation performance based on the previous empirical research results of independent samples.This paper also explored some moderators affecting this relationship from culture,industry,firm and methodology.The results indicated that the firm’s social capital and its three-dimension had positive impact on innovation performance.At the same time,the age of the firm and the cultural context can also affect the impact of social capital on innovation performance to a large extent.Based on these findings,this paper developed recommendations for future research.

Relationship Between Firm’s Social Capital and Innovation Performance:A Meta-Analysis

Despite a surge of studies examining the impact of firm’s social capital on the innovation performance,empirical research shows controversial results.To resolve this problem,this paper conducted a meta-analysis to restudy the relationship between firm’s social capital and innovation performance based on the empirical research results of 63 independent samples.This paper also identified some moderators affecting this relationship.The results indicated that the firm’s social capital-innovation performance link was positive and significant(r=0.363),and the age of the firm and the cultural context affected the impact of social capital on innovation performance to a large extent.Based on these findings,this paper developed recommendations for future research.

Collaborative Performance Analysis and the Establishement of Main Body of Agricutlural Technology Innovation

Relying on the relevant data from China Statistical Yearbook and Chinese Rural Statistical Yearbook,the coolabarative performance of main body of agricutlural technology innovation is evaluated by taking quaternary-parties innovation body as the sujects and by establishing the index system from the perspectives of input and output.The results show serious dislocation of main body and bad collabrative performance.On the basis,the quaternary-parties motivation system cocerning agricutlural enterpises,agricutlural science and technology acanamy,rural hosueholds and governments is established.The system is capable of integrating market,sciencetific reserch and diffusion collection into a whole part and solving the seperation of agricutlural innovation supply and demand.

Evaluating Cities’Independent Innovation Capabilities Based on Patent Using Data Analysis Methods

City innovation ability evaluation is becoming an important research field these days.The quantity and quality of patent that a city owns as well as the capability of managing patent institution indicate urban technological innovation ability and core competence.In this work,starting from patent analysis point of view,we construct urban technological innovation ability evaluation system.Factor analysis method is applied to 15 vice-provincial cities in China to analysis the collected patent data samples and a demonstration research is indicated upon the experimental results.Experimental results show that the littoral cities in south China have distinct advantages over the others in innovation activity,innovation capability,and innovation livability and innovation contribution.In the meantime,some old industrial bases own superiority in innovation cooperation and potential.

数字化转型对制造业企业创新效率的门槛效应研究

数字化转型可以突破研发资源配置时空边界,赋能制造业企业创新发展,但潜在的数字鸿沟问题也可能会加剧企业创新的不确定性。鉴于此,利用文本挖掘技术构造数字化转型指数,系统考察数字化转型对制造业企业创新效率的影响效应及作用机制,并选取2007—2022年中国A股制造业上市公司的微观数据进行实证分析。研究发现:数字化转型对制造业企业创新效率具有显著的门槛效应;对于大多数制造业企业来说,其数字化转型水平低于门槛值,数字化转型是提升制造业企业创新效率的助力,而非阻力;人力资本和公司治理是数字化转型影响制造业企业创新效率的传导路径。进一步研究发现,数字化转型对创新效率的门槛效应在国有企业和资本技术密集型制造业企业中更明显。研究结论为合理评估中国制造业推进数字化转型战略的实施效果提供了新视角,对国家充分发挥数字化转型战略与创新驱动发展战略的合力效应也具有政策启示意义。

生物医药上市公司创新绩效评价研究——基于因子分析的视角

创新能力的提升是生物医药行业创新升级的关键所在。从创新投入指标和创新产出指标两方面分析生物医药行业上市公司的创新绩效,构建符合生物医药上市公司创新绩效的评价指标体系。通过运用因子分析法对我国的生物医药上市公司2017—2021年的相关数据进行实证分析。结果表明:生物医药上市公司的创新绩效评价指标体系应该包括创新投入指标、创新产出指标和创新经济效益指标;生物医药上市公司的创新绩效整体呈现出良好的态势,而且具有明显的区域性。基于研究结论,提出有关优化我国生物医药上市公司创新发展的针对性建议。
