The restriction fragnent length polymorphisms (RFLPs) of HLA class I genes in 104 unrelated healthy Chinese individuals were analyzed with Southern blot assay. The DNAs from peripheral blood leucocytes were digested with EcoRI, EcoRV and XbaI respectively, and hybridized with <sup>32</sup>P-labeled HLA class I probe ( 1.4Kb, B7 cDNA ). The results showed that 3 EcoRI fragments (13.7, 8.1 and 5.2 Kb ), 3 EcoR V fragments (11.3, 7.8 and 4.1 Kb) and 7 Xbal fragmnents (21.9, 19.2, 16.3, 6.0, 3.8, 1.8 and 1.5 Kb) were polymorphic. Ten of the fragments were found to be correlated significantly with the serologically de fined antigen specificities. The significance of this kind of correlation is discussed. 展开更多

The class A scavenger receptor, encoded by the macrophage scavenger receptor 1 (MSR1) gene, is a pattern recognition receptor (PPR) primarily expressed in macrophages. It has been reported that genetic polymorphisms of MSR1 are significantly associated with the number of diseased vessels and coronary artery narrowing greater than 20% in Caucasians. However, whether it links genetically to coronary artery disease (CAD) in Chinese is not defined. Here, we performed an independent case-control study in a Chinese population consisting of 402 CAD cases and 400 controls by genotyping ten single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of MSR1. We found that rs416748 and rs13306541 were significantly associated with an increased risk of CAD with per allele odds ratio (OR) of 1.56 [95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.28-1.90; P 〈 0.001] and 1.70 (95% CI = 1.27-2.27; P 〈 0.001), re- spectively. Our results indicate that genetic variants of MSR1 may serve as predictive markers for the risk of CAD / in combination with traditional risk factors of CAD in Chinese population. 展开更多

During the past 40 years following the reform and opening-up policy of 1978,China’s social structure has seen great changes,which include the birth and rapid development of the Chinese middle class as a derivative and consequence of modernization.They are the main source of consumption in contemporary China and display unique characteristics in their consumption practices.Consumption is not only a daily practice,but also a means of demonstrating and forming identity.In this media era,media play an important role in people’s consumption practices and identity formation.In this study,semi-structured interviews were carried out with members of the Chinese middle class to study the relationship between consumption,identity,and media through their oral accounts.Moreover,problems,including the characteristics of middle-class consumption practices and how they use consumption to form identity,were analyzed.This study not only complements studies on the sociology of consumption of the Chinese middle class,but also is of great practical significance for deepening our understanding of the behavioral and ideological characteristics of the Chinese middle class. 展开更多

The traditional teacher-centered ESL class has been prevalent in China for years. Under this circumstance, teachers tend to adopt a spoon-fed teaching method, and become the dominator in ESL class by setting the same instructional pace, explaining a grammar point, leading drill work; while the students' in-class participation is relatively low. As a result, students with different learning styles often feel suffocated in this teacher-dominated class; they desire to have more opportunities to participate in the free interactions or group discussions.Based on the theoretical framework of interactive teaching approach suggested by Lightbown and Spada(1993),the research aims to analyze the merits of students' in-group interaction and to examine the feasibility of implementing it in Chinese ESL class. The research reveals that in-group interaction can cultivate students' independent learning habits by granting them autonomy to bring about the problem and tackle them. Nonetheless, different perceptions from several students and teachers upon group work may influence the usefulness. The research strives to be instructive for the more efficient application of in-group interaction in Chinese ESL class. 展开更多

Nowadays,more and more foreign teachers have come to or been invited to China,joining in the English education cause,especially in colleges and universities.Using the methods of questionnaires and interviews,this paper conducts a survey of three foreign teachers and one hundred Chinese English majors at Qufu Normal University,aiming to explore their different perceptions and attitudes towards varied aspects of cross-cultural communication in native EFL classes.The quantitative and qualitative data obtained from the survey were both processed and analyzed from such categories as "teaching contents","teaching attitude","teaching methods","classroom interaction" and "cultural background".The findings suggested that intercultural communication plays a significant role in the process of English language teaching and learning at college native EFL classes. 展开更多

中文文本分类在数据库及搜索引擎中得到广泛的应用,K-近邻(KNN)算法是常用于中文文本分类中的分类方法,但K-近邻在分类过程中需要存储所有的训练样本,并且直到待测样本需要分类时才建立分类,而且还存在类倾斜现象以及存储和计算的开销... 中文文本分类在数据库及搜索引擎中得到广泛的应用,K-近邻(KNN)算法是常用于中文文本分类中的分类方法,但K-近邻在分类过程中需要存储所有的训练样本,并且直到待测样本需要分类时才建立分类,而且还存在类倾斜现象以及存储和计算的开销大等缺陷。单类SVM对只有一类的分类问题具有很好的效果,但不适用于多类分类问题,因此针对KNN存在的缺陷及单类SVM的特点提出One Class SVM-KNN算法,并给出了算法的定义及详细分析。通过实验证明此方法很好地克服了KNN算法的缺陷,并且查全率、查准率明显优于K-近邻算法。 展开更多

[目的]探索在争创“双一流”中医药高校的背景下,导学关系新模式的构建举措,以不断提升中医药高校研究生培养质量。[方法]在争创“双一流”中医药高校背景下,介绍构建良好导学关系的现实意义,基于导师和研究生两大主体的视角,对当前中医药高校研究生培养中导学关系存在的突出问题进行分析。[结果]以浙江中医药大学为例,从强化“尊师重道”正向影响、纠正导学关系失衡和完善相关制度三个方面入手,提出了相应的可行性建议。通过良好导学关系的构建,导学关系普遍得到了正向影响,师生间的沟通更加密切而高效。通过一系列正向激励机制,导师在学术引领、学业指导和生活关怀等方面更加积极主动地为研究生提供支持和帮助,研究生也更加积极地配合导师开展各项科研工作,研究生发表学术论文的数量和质量得到了显著的提升,导师团队的科研、教学工作开展更加高效,进展显著。[结论]通过一系列有效举措,浙江中医药大学着力探索导学关系新模式的构建,显著改善了导学关系,不仅对提升研究生专业思想水平、沟通交流能力、科研创新能力有积极的作用,同时也为导师顺利完成教学科研工作提供了保障,值得进一步完善并推广。 展开更多

探讨了疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)支付方式对三甲中医院财务管理的影响并提出应对策略。结合所在医院随机抽取的某月各科室相关数据,运用DRG支付方式下的相应指标并结合波士顿矩阵理论模型进行全面综合评价分析。2023年1月,所在医院5个科室... 探讨了疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)支付方式对三甲中医院财务管理的影响并提出应对策略。结合所在医院随机抽取的某月各科室相关数据,运用DRG支付方式下的相应指标并结合波士顿矩阵理论模型进行全面综合评价分析。2023年1月,所在医院5个科室CMI值高于全院平均水平,且盈余情况良好;8个科室CMI值低于全院平均水平,但有盈余;14个科室CMI值低于全院平均水平,且还有亏损;8个科室CMI值高于全院平均水平,却有亏损。DRG支付方式对三甲中医院来说,既是机遇也是挑战,对三甲中医院信息化数据系统、成本核算精细化提出高要求,对预算管理、拓展收入增长内涵提出新要求。三甲中医院应重视病案质量主体培训,强化成本内控,转为质量效益型运营管理模式,应用临床路径以“提质控费”,发挥中医药优势学科,结合中医治疗特点来制定适合中医发展的DRG支付方式。 展开更多
