During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to tho...During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.展开更多
BACKGROUND Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is characterized by hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia, ovarian polycystic changes, and irregular ovulation, often occurring in women of childbearing age for whom it can be a...BACKGROUND Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is characterized by hyperandrogenism, hyperinsulinemia, ovarian polycystic changes, and irregular ovulation, often occurring in women of childbearing age for whom it can be a cause of infertility. Hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis dysregulation is important in the pathogenesis of PCOS and the associated chronic excess of sex hormones can lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, and malignancies such as endometrial cancer, and breast cancer. At present, most scholars agree that lifestyle interventions in conjunction with drug treatment can help PCOS patients achieve their goals of successful pregnancy and childbirth.AIM To investigate the clinical effect of an online and offline(O2O) preventive health management model on PCOS with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness.METHODS A total of 82 patients with PCOS of the kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type who were admitted to Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from April 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with oral Diane-35 for 3 mo and received preventive O2O medical health management for 6 mo(including eating and living, exercise, drug management). The control group was treated with oral Diane-35 for 3 mo and completed outpatient health education. The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, acne score, hair score, sex hormone level and clinical effects were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. RESULTS After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, acne score, and serum luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone level were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05). After 3 mo of treatment, the TCM syndrome curative effect index in the treatment group was 97.30% compared to 54.05% in the control group(P < 0.05), whereas the total treatment effect in the treatment group was 91.89%, compared to 54.05% in the control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION An integrated therapeutic approach incorporating medication, TCM methods and social media is more effective than standard treatment for PCOS.展开更多

In recent years,many cities have taken measures to reduce volatile organic compounds(VOCs),an important precursor of ozone(O_(3)),to alleviate O_(3) pollution in China.116 VOC species were measured by online and offli...In recent years,many cities have taken measures to reduce volatile organic compounds(VOCs),an important precursor of ozone(O_(3)),to alleviate O_(3) pollution in China.116 VOC species were measured by online and offline methods in the urban area of Jiaozuo from May to October in 2021 to analyze the compositional characteristics.VOC sources were analyzed by a positive matrix factorization(PMF)model,and the sensitivity of ozone generation was determined by ozone isopleth plotting research(OZIPR)simulation.The results showed that the average volume concentration of total VOCs was 30.54 ppbv and showed a bimodal feature due to the rush-hour traffic in the morning and at nightfall.The most dominant VOC groups were oxygenated VOCs(OVOCs,29.3%)and alkanes(26.7%),and the most abundant VOC species were acetone and acetylene.However,based on the maximum incremental reactivity(MIR)method,the major VOC groups in terms of ozone formation potential(OFP)contribution were OVOCs(68.09μg/m^(3),31.5%),aromatics(62.90μg/m^(3),29.1%)and alkene/alkynes(54.90μg/m^(3),25.4%).This indicates that the control of OVOCs,aromatics and alkene/alkynes should take priority.Five sources of VOCs were quantified by PMF,including fixed sources of fossil fuel combustion(27.8%),industrial processes(25.9%),vehicle exhaust(19.7%),natural and secondary formation(13.9%)and solvent usage(12.7%).The empirical kinetic modeling approach(EKMA)curve obtained by OZIPR on O_(3) exceedance days indicated that the O_(3) sensitivity varied in different months.The results provide theoretical support for O_(3) pollution prevention and control in Jiaozuo.展开更多

Mobile Internet users are mostly fixed which can be the new network technology in-depth insight into consumer interest and demand, and to establish for each specific customer database. Based on the analysis of customer data, then according to the characteristics of the different customers and the preference information such as the precision marketing, at the same time which can also according to customer' s feedback information targeted adjustment of products and the marketing, in order to better meet the needs of customers. Our research combines the O2O concepts and the technique to propose the novel marketing paradigm which is of great importance.
文摘As the world’s second largest economy and a traditional agricultural country,China has not yet achieved the goal of modernizing the logistics of agricultural products.The overall modernization of its logistics industry has not been achieved either.Due to the poor overall performance of its agricultural product logistics,the level of China’s agricultural product logistics is still in its infancy,with high logistics costs,large losses,and low efficiency.In fact,the construction of a modern agricultural product logistics system in China is lagging behind.This has seriously affected the process of agricultural industrialization in China.Compared with its urban socio-economic development,its rural development is relatively lagging behind.The“three-rural”(including agriculture,rural area,and peasant)problem caused by the divided urban-rural structure in China has distorted the relationship between workers and peasants.This has become a global problem,affecting China’s economic and social development.The core problem is the slow growth of farmers’income.The bottleneck that has been restricting their income has shifted from production to circulation.In recent years,the promulgation of a series of policies and documents has brought both,hope and challenges to the online and offline integration and development in the field of agricultural product circulation.This paper briefly outlines the characteristics and status quo of rural logistics development based on online and offline transactions,and provides some effective suggestions on how to build a new rural logistics development model based on online and offline transactions,in hope to assist the development of new rural logistics models in China.The construction provides a reference for the development of the logistics industry in China’s rural areas,thereby promoting the circulation of agricultural and sideline products,and better developing China’s rural economy.

This paper will combine the general business modes with corporate channel integration pattern, build out different forms of the market mode including market, enterprise and customers basing on different influence level, and analyze out the enterprise how to implement the business mode of integration basing on the influence factors under the background of different business modes, then apply the corresponding O2O process to the mode, so as to broaden the enterprise selling channels for a better development.
文摘Under the background of the Internet Plus,the research on the online and offline integrated teaching mode is particularly important.Therefore,based on the teaching of Henan Police College and taking the college English course as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the online teaching situation.The results show that there are significant differences between gender and grade in students’online English learning;the biggest difficulty for students in online English learning is the lack of learning materials like textbooks and the simultaneous use of multiple equipment in class;the biggest problem in the ideological and political integration of English course is that the way of ideological and political integration in English class lacks of variety.Through this research,it is hoped to help teachers in HNP college improve the online teaching mode,improve the online teaching quality,and promote the normalization of online and offline teaching mode.

文摘In recent years,many cities have taken measures to reduce volatile organic compounds(VOCs),an important precursor of ozone(O_(3)),to alleviate O_(3) pollution in China.116 VOC species were measured by online and offline methods in the urban area of Jiaozuo from May to October in 2021 to analyze the compositional characteristics.VOC sources were analyzed by a positive matrix factorization(PMF)model,and the sensitivity of ozone generation was determined by ozone isopleth plotting research(OZIPR)simulation.The results showed that the average volume concentration of total VOCs was 30.54 ppbv and showed a bimodal feature due to the rush-hour traffic in the morning and at nightfall.The most dominant VOC groups were oxygenated VOCs(OVOCs,29.3%)and alkanes(26.7%),and the most abundant VOC species were acetone and acetylene.However,based on the maximum incremental reactivity(MIR)method,the major VOC groups in terms of ozone formation potential(OFP)contribution were OVOCs(68.09μg/m^(3),31.5%),aromatics(62.90μg/m^(3),29.1%)and alkene/alkynes(54.90μg/m^(3),25.4%).This indicates that the control of OVOCs,aromatics and alkene/alkynes should take priority.Five sources of VOCs were quantified by PMF,including fixed sources of fossil fuel combustion(27.8%),industrial processes(25.9%),vehicle exhaust(19.7%),natural and secondary formation(13.9%)and solvent usage(12.7%).The empirical kinetic modeling approach(EKMA)curve obtained by OZIPR on O_(3) exceedance days indicated that the O_(3) sensitivity varied in different months.The results provide theoretical support for O_(3) pollution prevention and control in Jiaozuo.

文摘Comprehensive practical courses are essential for the cultivation of applied technical talents in software engineering.We delve into a hybrid teaching reform scheme,using the course of Web Application System Development Comprehensive Practice as a representative example,to enhance comprehensive practice courses.Drawing upon the analysis of the current teaching situation and course-related challenges,this paper formulates a hybrid teaching reform plan that synergizes online and offline elements.It further encompasses the development of teaching contents and methodologies.Furthermore,approaches of comprehensive teaching reform are meticulously formulated to elucidate the instructional process within the hybrid online and offline teaching mode.The tangible outcomes reveal that the integration of online courses and classroom teaching,as part of this reform,enhances the overall effectiveness of the teaching,ignites students’passion for learning,and fosters collaborative teamwork among students,culminating in an overall improvement in the quality of this course.

文摘At present,the demand for high-tech practical talents in China is increasing.It is particularly important to concoct a teaching model,which adapts to the national new engineering construction strategy based on the current situation of college computer learning and teaching,for computer courses.In view of the existing problems in the teaching of computer courses,there is a transformation from process-oriented to result-oriented in this study,combining online information teaching and offline classroom teaching as well as proposing a hybrid teaching model based on the OBE concept.This article assumes the public basic computer course for engineering majors as an example to explain and summarize the hybrid teaching model based on the OBE concept from the whole teaching process.

文摘“Golden Courses”is the current driving force for deepening the reform of higher education and accelerating the construction of first-class undergraduate education.This paper is based on the education and teaching philosophy of higher education of software,and for the purpose of the national first-class curriculum construction of blended teaching.Taking the course of software engineering as an example,it explored to establish a framework of“Four-Phase Iteration”and“Dual Elements and Combination”curriculum,along with the combination of online and offline teachingmethods and practices.Exploration and practice of the curriculum constructionwas implemented from the aspects of the curriculum design,teaching content,course resources,teaching methods,diversified evaluation and feedback,etc.It is proved to realize the development of“golden course”construction of blended teaching and deepen the reform in education.
