A new method of detecting the vertical bearing capacity for single-pile with high strain is discussed in this paper. A heavy hammer or a small type of rocket is used to strike the pile top and the detectors are used to record vibra- tion graphs. An expression of higher degree of strain (deformation force) is introduced. It is testified theoretically that the displacement, velocity and acceleration cannot be obtained by simple integral acceleration and differential velocity when long displacement and high strain exist, namely when the pile phase generates a whole slip relative to the soil body. That is to say that there are non-linear relations between them. It is educed accordingly that the force P and displacement S are calculated from the amplitude of wave train and (dynamic) P-S curve is drew so as to determine the yield points. Further, a method of determining the vertical bearing capacity for single-pile is dis- cussed. A static load test is utilized to check the result of dynamic test and determine the correlative constants of dynamic-static P(Q)-S curve. 展开更多

By studying the pile-formula and stress-wave methods (e.g., CASE method), the authors propose a new method for testing piles using the single-impact energy and P-S curves. The vibration and wave figures are recorded, and the dynamic and static displacements are measured by different transducers near the top of piles when the pile is im- pacted by a heavy hammer or micro-rocket. By observing the transformation coefficient of driving energy (total energy), the consumed energy of wave motion and vibration and so on, the vertical bearing capacity for single pile is measured and calculated. Then, using the vibration wave diagram, the dynamic relation curves between the force (P) and the displacement (S) is calculated and the yield points are determined. Using the static-loading test, the dynamic results are checked and the relative constants of dynamic-static P-S curves are determined. Then the sub- sidence quantity corresponding to the bearing capacity is determined. Moreover, the shaped quality of the pile body can be judged from the formation of P-S curves. 展开更多

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(DM2)大血管病变发生及病程进展过程中相关多肽生长因子水平测定的临床意义。方法:本文将40例DM2患者按不同的病情分为大血管病变组和非血管病变组进行研究。同时设置体检健康人40名作为正常对照组。血清血管内皮生... 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(DM2)大血管病变发生及病程进展过程中相关多肽生长因子水平测定的临床意义。方法:本文将40例DM2患者按不同的病情分为大血管病变组和非血管病变组进行研究。同时设置体检健康人40名作为正常对照组。血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)采用RIA测定;血清肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)、血清可溶性P-选择素(soluable P-selectin,sP-selectin)、白三烯B4(leukotrieneB4,LTB4)水平均采用ELISA测定。并将测定结果进行统计学分析。结果:两组DM2患者血清VEGF水平均显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),大血管病变组则显著高于非血管病变组(P<0.01)。HGF水平显示大血管病变组显著高于非血管病变组及正常对照组(P均<0.01),大血管病变组与非血管病变组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。sP-selectin含量大血管病变组显著地高于非血管病变组及正常对照组(P均<0.01),大血管病变组则显著地高于非血管病变组(P<0.01)。LTB4水平的变化为两组DM2患者血清VEGF水平均显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),大血管病变组则显著高于非血管病变组(P<0.01)。结论:四项指标的变化与患者的病情关系密切,其测定对DM2大血管病变的早期诊断具潜在的临床价值。 展开更多

Thus approximation methods have been introduced to solve this problem. In this paper, it has been pointed out that the crux of offset curve approximation lies in the approximation of parametric speed. Based on the Jacobi polynomial approximation theory with endpoints interpolation, an algebraic rational approximation algorithm of offset curve, which preserves the direction of normal, is presented. 展开更多

为了改善Pecvd设备在运输石墨舟过程中遇到的振动、过量损耗等问题,提出一种分段式作业轨迹规划方法。分别采用自适应的s曲线以及B样条曲线对传输机构的两段作业轨迹进行轨迹规划,并对较复杂的B样条曲线轨迹采用自适应遗传算法进行优化... 为了改善Pecvd设备在运输石墨舟过程中遇到的振动、过量损耗等问题,提出一种分段式作业轨迹规划方法。分别采用自适应的s曲线以及B样条曲线对传输机构的两段作业轨迹进行轨迹规划,并对较复杂的B样条曲线轨迹采用自适应遗传算法进行优化;同时采用模糊PID控制方法,将机构控制误差限制在合理范围之内。通过石墨舟传输机构模型轨迹仿真实验,验证了所提出的分段轨迹规划方法可使机构运动平稳;实际样机实验验证了该方法控制信号误差在5%以内。实验结果表明,所提出的轨迹规划方法在效率、误差控制方面均符合生产需求,可用于实际生产。 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a new approach to the problem of degree reduction of Bézier curves based on the given endpoint constraints. A differential term is added for the purpose of controlling the smoothness to a certain extent. Considering the adjustment of second derivative in curve design, a modified objective function including two parts is constructed here. One part is a kind of measure of the distance between original high order Bézier curve and degree-reduced curve. The other part represents the second derivative of degree-reduced curve. We tackle two kinds of conditions which are position vector constraint and tangent vector constraint respectively. The explicit representations of unknown points are presented. Some examples are illustrated to show the influence of the differential terms to approximation and smoothness effect. 展开更多

Applying the distance function between two B-spline curves with respect to the L2 norm as the approximate error, we investigate the problem of approximate merging of two adjacent B-spline curves into one B-spline curve. Then this method can be easily extended to the approximate merging problem of multiple B-spline curves and of two adjacent surfaces. After minimizing the approximate error between curves or surfaces, the approximate merging problem can be transformed into equations solving. We express both the new control points and the precise error of approximation explicitly in matrix form. Based on homogeneous coordinates and quadratic programming, we also introduce a new framework for approximate merging of two adjacent NURBS curves. Finally, several numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the algorithm. 展开更多

Parametric curves such as Bézier and B-splines, originally developedfor the design of automobile bodies, are now also used in image processing andcomputer vision. For example, reconstructing an object shape in an image,including different translations, scales, and orientations, can be performedusing these parametric curves. For this, Bézier and B-spline curves can be generatedusing a point set that belongs to the outer boundary of the object. Theresulting object shape can be used in computer vision fields, such as searchingand segmentation methods and training machine learning algorithms. Theprerequisite for reconstructing the shape with parametric curves is to obtainsequentially the points in the point set. In this study, a novel algorithm hasbeen developed that sequentially obtains the pixel locations constituting theouter boundary of the object. The proposed algorithm, unlike the methods inthe literature, is implemented using a filter containing weights and an outercircle surrounding the object. In a binary format image, the starting point ofthe tracing is determined using the outer circle, and the next tracing movementand the pixel to be labeled as the boundary point is found by the filter weights.Then, control points that define the curve shape are selected by reducing thenumber of sequential points. Thus, the Bézier and B-spline curve equationsdescribing the shape are obtained using these points. In addition, differenttranslations, scales, and rotations of the object shape are easily provided bychanging the positions of the control points. It has also been shown that themissing part of the object can be completed thanks to the parametric curves. 展开更多

This work investigates the optimal shape modification of Bézier curves by geometric constraints. This paper presents a new method by constrained optimi- zation based on changing the control points of the curves. The new set of the data points is formed by the rest of the original data points and the new inserted point. The method can be used for shape design and data processing. 目的:评估血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者中的预后意义。方法:回顾性分析2016年11月-2024年5月本中心符合研究要求的203例新诊断DLBCL患者。根据诊断时血浆FIB水平的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,得出FIB的临界值,将患... 目的:评估血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者中的预后意义。方法:回顾性分析2016年11月-2024年5月本中心符合研究要求的203例新诊断DLBCL患者。根据诊断时血浆FIB水平的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,得出FIB的临界值,将患者分为高FIB、低FIB两组。比较两组患者的临床特征、相关实验室指标的差异;采用Kaplan-Meier曲线评估FIB对患者总生存期(OS)的影响;单因素和多因素Cox回归分析评价FIB对OS的影响;比较不同疾病状态下FIB等指标的差异。结果:ROC曲线分析得出FIB临界值为3.49 g/L,低FIB组(≤3.49 g/L)较高FIB组(>3.49 g/L)中性粒细胞(ANC)(P=0.001)和血小板(PLT)(P=0.027)显著降低,前白蛋白(PA)(P=0.001)显著升高。高FIB与患者较差的OS显著相关(P=0.005)。单因素分析发现FIB对患者生存有影响(HR=2.031,95%CI:1.221-3.375,P=0.006)。多因素回归分析结果显示,FIB升高是影响患者生存的独立不良预后因素(HR=2.684,95%CI:1.478-4.875;P=0.001)。与初发或复发的DLBCL患者相比,完全缓解患者FIB(P_(初发)<0.001,P_(复发)=0.001)和ANC(P_(初发)<0.001,P_(复发)=0.021)降低,白蛋白(P_(初发)<0.001,P_(复发)=0.018)和PA(P_(初发)<0.001,P_(复发)<0.001)升高。结论:FIB升高是DLBCL患者的预后不良因素。血浆FIB水平与DLBCL患者ANC、PLT和PA等实验室指标与疾病状态相关,动态监测有助于及早发现病情变化。 展开更多

The symmetry property is realized by using symmetric knot vector and symmetric control points. Firstly, data points are divided into two parts based on the symmetry axis or symmetry plane extracted from data points. Then the divided data points are parameterized and a symmetric knot vector is selected in order to get symmetric B-spline basis functions. Constraint equations regarding the control points are deduced to keep the control points of the B-spline curve or surface to be symmetric with respect to the extracted symmetry axis or symmetry plane. Lastly, the constrained least squares fitting problem is solved with the Lagrange multiplier method. Two examples from industry are given to show that the proposed method is efficient, robust and able to meet the general engineering requirements. 展开更多
