用挤出和注塑的方法加工了PA 6/K ev lar纤维(KF)复合材料,研究了其拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能以及破坏形态。结果表明,KF表面酰氯化、己内酰胺封端并经阴离子接枝尼龙6处理的PA 6/KF 1复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均得到明显提高,弯曲模量... 用挤出和注塑的方法加工了PA 6/K ev lar纤维(KF)复合材料,研究了其拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能以及破坏形态。结果表明,KF表面酰氯化、己内酰胺封端并经阴离子接枝尼龙6处理的PA 6/KF 1复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度均得到明显提高,弯曲模量基本不变,冲击强度则有所下降。由断面形态可知,PA 6/KF 0拉伸破坏呈界面脱粘破坏形态,而PA 6/KF 1复合材料呈部分非界面脱粘破坏。弯曲和冲击破坏时PA 6/KF 1复合材料的断口纤维粘附大量尼龙6树脂,而PA 6/KF 0复合材料粘附尼龙6量很少。界面粘接良好导致PA 6/KF 1复合材料冲击性能下降。 展开更多

采用注塑方法制备了多孔纳米磷灰石/聚酰胺-6(n—HA/PA-6)复合材料,采用SEM、XRD、IR、力学性能测试考察了多孔材料的性能。结果发现:多孔纳米磷灰石/聚酰胺-6复合材料的孔隙分布均匀,贯通性良好,孔的尺寸约为100~700μm,平... 采用注塑方法制备了多孔纳米磷灰石/聚酰胺-6(n—HA/PA-6)复合材料,采用SEM、XRD、IR、力学性能测试考察了多孔材料的性能。结果发现:多孔纳米磷灰石/聚酰胺-6复合材料的孔隙分布均匀,贯通性良好,孔的尺寸约为100~700μm,平均孔径约300~500μm,大孔壁上有丰富的微孔;所得多孔复合材料的孔隙率可控,总孔隙率最高可达88.6%;多孔材料的总孔隙率降低,则开孔率随之降低;多孔纳米磷灰石/聚酰胺-6复合材料的抗压强度为1.1~15.6MPa,压缩模量为0.4~1.4GPa;在总孔隙率相近的条件下,多孔材料的抗压强度随n—HA质量分数增加而升高;发泡剂和发泡过程对组成纳米磷灰石/聚酰胺-6复合材料的两组元材料的性质和结构无影响。这种多孔材料可望作为人体非承重部位的植入骨修复体和组织工程支架使用。 展开更多

The utilization of all-solid-state electrolytes is considered to be an effective way to enhance the safety performance of lithium metal batteries.However,the low ionic conductivity and poor interface compatibility greatly restrict the development of all-solid-state battery.In this study,a composite electrolyte combining the electrospun polyamide 6(PA6)nanofiber membrane with hierarchical structure and the polyethylene oxide(PEO)polymer is investigated.The introduction of PA6 nanofiber membrane can effectively reduce the crystallinity of the polymer,so that the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte can be enhanced.Moreover,it is found that the presence of finely branched fibers in the hierarchical structure PA6 membrane allows the polar functional groups(C=O and N-H bonds)to be fully exposed,which provides sufficient functional sites for lithium ion transport and helps to regulate the uniform deposition of lithium metal.Moreover,the hierarchical structure can enhance the mechanical strength(9.2 MPa)of the electrolyte,thereby effectively improving the safety and cycle stability of the battery.The prepared Li/Li symmetric battery can be stably cycled for 1500 h under 0.3 mA cm^(-2) and 60℃.This study demonstrates that the prepared electrolyte has excellent application prospects in the next generation all-solid-state lithium metal batteries. 展开更多

The thermal and mechanical properties of the polyamide 6/boron nitride and polyphenylene sulfide/graphite composites have been investigated as a function of composition and size of fillers. The addition of highly thermal conductive h-BN and graphite gives rise to large increase (about 2 times) of thermal conductivity of individual polymer. In PPS/graphite system, the higher conductivity value was obtained when smaller graphites were added. Meanwhile, the tensile and flexural strength are reduced upon increasing filler loading. 展开更多

In this study,a facile and environmentally friendly method with low energy consumption for preparing nanoscale AgCl and BaSO4 co-precipitates(AgCl@BaSO_(4) co-precipitates)was developed based on the metathetical reaction.Then,the dried co-precipitates were melt-compounded with polyamide 6(PA6)resins at a specified mass ratio in a twin-screw extruder.The results demonstrated that in the absence of any coating agent or carrier,the nanoparticles of AgCl@BaSO_(4) co-precipitates were homogeneously dispersed in the PA6 matrix.Further analysis showed that after the addition of AgCl@BaSO_(4) co-precipitates,the antibacterial performance,along with the flame-retardance and anti-dripping characteristics of PA6,was enhanced significantly.In addition,the PA6 composites possessed high spinnability in producing pre-oriented yarn. 展开更多
