Study on Service Platform of Kunming Landscaping Plants Information

For the purpose of Kunming City’s landscaping development and satisfying the needs of botanical garden workers who demand to quickly obtain landscaping plants information and select tree species, a landscaping plant information database was established, which contained almost all Kunming botanical garden plants information. This database was based on Kunming natural environment conditions, and finished by hard work of collecting and analyzing relevant written materials as well as pictures of garden plants. By using B/S Structure model, dynamic web programming language ASP and Photoshop, Dreamweaver as software tools, a Web-based illustrated remote consultation service system of landscaping plants information was constructed.

The Preliminary Design and Implement of Plant Digital Information Retrieval System

[Objective] The aim was to set up a plant digital information retrieval system.[Method] Plant digital information retrieval system was designed by combining with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise Edition database management system and Structure Query Language.[Result] The system realized electronic management and retrieval of local plant information.The key words of retrieval included family,genus,formal name,Chinese name,Latin,morphological characteristics,habitat,collection people,collection places,and protect class and so on.[Conclusion] It provided reference for these problems of species identification and digital management of herbarium.

Real-Time Information System of Power Plant Based on B/S Computing Mode

Prototype Geographic Information Systems Mapping of Crop Products Featured Local

Local featured program in Indonesia cannot be separated entirely from commodity strategic bases. Until in 2006, agricultural development formulation showed indicative targets for featured crops commodity production. The problem of food security is forming of farmer’s independence to protect local resources in efficiently and optimally, so these resources can be more utilized. It can be achieved by assist of information technologies and communication in forming of Geographic Information System (GIS) to support consistency of food security in Indonesia. This research designs prototype geographic information system in order to conduct the accurate mapping and to know the local featured crops production in Indonesia. This level is conducted for documentation and mapping of agricultural products which is the local featured production. This documentation requires the usage of potential physical, economic, social and cultural environment by the utilization of information technology and communication, which have the ability of relevancy and accessibility of reliable information.

INFORMATION AXIOM BASED EVALUATION APPROACH TO FACILITY LAYOUT PROBLEM

The facility layout problem belongs to typical multiple-attribute decision-making（MADM） problems. To make the information axiom fit to MADM problems, the original computation method for the information content is improved by increasing the satisfaction degree item. Attribute values are divided into precise type, uncertainty type and fuzzy type. For benefit, cost, fixation, and interval type attributes, the computation methods for the information content on the three types of attribute values are presented. The improved information content can reflect the system success probability and the decision-maker satisfaction degree simultaneously and evaluate the MADM problem including multiple type attribute values. Finally, as a case study, the facility layout alternatives of a welding assembly workshop are evaluated. The result verifies the validity and the feasibility of the improved information axiom on the MADM problems.

A parameter optimization approach to robust PI-controller design for systems with interval plants

The purpose of this paper is to develop an analytic way for designing optimal PI-controllers for the interval plant family. Optimality means that the coefficient intervals of the plant stabilized by a PI-controller is maximized. It will be shown that the optimization problem can be formulated in terms of an eigenvalue minimization problem of matrix pairs of the form （H（h0, g0）, H（δ1,k, δ2,k））, where k= 1, 2, 3, 4 and both H（h0, g0） and H（δ1,k,δ2,k） are frequency independent Hurwitz-like matrices. A numerical example is provided to illustrate that optimal controller parameters can be successfully obtained by a two-dimensional search.

Soul-Searching on Performance of TV and Public Service Information Broadcast in Bangladesh

In Bangladesh, more than a dozen of private TV channels are operating and about 10 new channels are waiting with green signal for transmission. Bangladesh Television （BTV）, the only government owned and administered, and known as structurally a biased institution serves the audience the public service information most. At the same time it serves purposes of incumbent government. Public information （PI） broadcast means broadcasting towards public welfare which may bring about change in the betterment of life and work of people. Its main focus would be on information, education, and motivation values rather than entertainment. In case of information, dissemination, and documentation, all private TV channels in Bangladesh serve more entertainment and less public service information, whereas, BTV＇s focus is evident on more PI. The owners and operators of private channels think first of their business profit as well as pressure from government and political parties. During formulating planning and strategies or building program content, they become cautious as they fear that the government become angry and shut down the channel.

一种基于PI控制策略的自动化水泵调频脚本设计方法

在水处理行业,稳定的进水水量是保持出水水质稳定的关键。目前,大多数生活污水提升泵站所采用的浮球与变频频率调节相结合的控制方式,普遍存在出水稳定性不够、水泵单元能耗浪费较高、无法与污水处理厂联动调控等问题。文章介绍了一种在组态软件WinCC上基于PI控制策略来实现水泵自动化调频的脚本编程方法,该方法可以根据污水处理厂的实际水量需求反馈至生活污水提升泵站,并实时稳定泵站的出水水量,达到稳定水量、节约能耗、联动控制的目的。基于组态软件WinCC的普遍性,该方法能够有效并广泛应用于水处理行业,并且已达到预期效果。

分数阶系统模糊自适应分数阶PI~λD~μ控制器

针对分数阶被控对象,采用分数阶微积分的数值解法,提出了模糊自适应分数阶PIλDμ控制器的数值实现方法与步骤.由于分数阶闭环控制系统的模糊化难以实现,将分数阶PIλDμ控制器与分数阶被控对象构成闭环分数阶控制系统,求其闭环系统在时域内的表达式,再用分数阶微积分的数值解法并结合模糊推理规则,推导出了模糊分数阶PIλDμ控制器的实现步骤,并对其控制系统的单位阶跃响应性能进行了仿真分析.结果表明:所设计的模糊自适应分数阶PIλDμ控制器比分数阶PIλDμ及传统的整数阶PID控制器表现出较好的控制性能.

基于隐式PIGPC的火电厂主汽温系统控制

针对火电厂主汽温控制系统具有的大惯性、大时滞等特性,提出一种基于隐式PIGPC的控制策略。在隐式GPC(generalized predictive control)的基础上进行改进,提出具有PI结构的隐式GPC算法(隐式PIGPC)。隐式PIGPC结合了PI控制与隐式GPC的优点,即把PI的反馈结构与GPC的预测功能结合起来,通过采用新的目标函数,获得具有PI结构的预测控制算法,可以改善控制器性能。同时对算法的稳定性进行了分析。仿真研究结果表明提出的方法在响应时间、超调、抗干扰等方面有着很好的控制效果。

基于PI模型的阿拉善绿洲节水型种植结构优化

针对阿拉善沙漠绿洲区干旱缺水、农业种植结构单一和土壤质地复杂多变问题,于2013年和2014年进行了滴灌条件下不同灌溉定额和土壤质地的玉米、谷子和油葵种植试验,并依据土壤生产力指数PI对种植结构进行了优化。研究结果表明:均质沙壤土区玉米、谷子和油葵的生产力指数依次为为0.833、0.828 1、0.825 1,非均质土区玉米、谷子、油葵的生产力指数依次为0.729 3、0.767 9、0.809 1;种植结构优化后低灌溉定额水平条件下粮食总产量提高2.8%,总净效益提高7.7元/hm2,高灌溉定额水平条件下粮食总产量可提高0.93%,总净效益提高249.84元/hm2。可见由于土壤质地的差异导致土壤理化性质和水力特性不同,进而影响作物的产量,通过优化种植结构,可以明显提高粮食总产量和总净效益。
