The use of non-smart materials in structural components and kinematic pairs allows for flexible assembly in practical applications and is promising for aerospace applications.However,this approach can result in a complex structure and excessive kinematic pairs,which limits its potential applications due to the difficulty in controlling and actuating the mechanism.While smart materials have been integrated into certain mechanisms,such integration is generally considered a unique design for specific cases and lacks universality.Therefore,organically combining universal mechanism design with smart materials and 4D printing technology,innovating mechanism types,and systematically exploring the interplay between structural design and morphing control remains an open research area.In this work,a novel form-controlled planar folding mechanism is proposed,which seamlessly integrates the control and actuation system with the structural components and kinematic pairs based on the combination of universal mechanism design with smart materials and 4D printing technology,while achieving self-controlled dimensional ratio adjustment under a predetermined thermal excitation.The design characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed,and the required structural design parameters for the preprogrammed design are derived using a kinematic model.Using smart materials and 4D printing technology,folding programs based on material properties and control programs based on manufacturing parameters are encoded into the form-controlled rod to achieve the preprogrammed design of the mechanism.Finally,two sets of prototype mechanisms are printed to validate the feasibility of the design,the effectiveness of the morphing control programs,and the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.This mechanism not only promotes innovation in mechanism design methods but also shows exceptional promise in satellite calibration devices and spacecraft walking systems. 展开更多

Control principles and the technique to select the feedback coefficients are introduced. This controller is theoretically studied with a three dimensional (3D) chaotic system. The artificial simulation results show that the chaotic system can be stabilized to different periodic orbits by using the PCF method, and the number of the periodic orbits are 2^n×3^m p (n and m are integers). Insulin resistance increases the risk of developing diabetes,and the degree of resistance influences the glycemic control of patients with diabetes.Numerous researchers have focused on improving insulin sensitivity in order to prevent diabetes-related complications and other chronic diseases.Several studies have also linked vitamin D levels to insulin secretion and resistance,given that both vitamin D and its receptor complex play important roles in regulating pancreaticβ-cells.It has been suggested that vitamin D supplementation improves vitamin D levels,but further research is needed to confirm this as neither insulin function nor glycemic control improves when vitamin D levels increase.Magnesium is a cofactor for many enzymes.Although the role of magnesium in the management of diabetes has long been evaluated,it has not yet been determined whether magnesium supplements improve insulin function.However,several researchers have found that patients with good glycemic control have high magnesium levels.Magnesium is closely related to vitamin D and is necessary for the transport and activation of vitamin D in humans.Combined supplementation with vitamin D and magnesium improves glycemic control in patients with diabetes. 展开更多

Objective:The aim of this study is to compare the effect of Vitamin D and Vitamin E supplementations,alone,and in combination,on reducing the intensity and duration of dysmenorrhea in women who were referred to the Kowsar gynecological clinics of Shahid Motahari Hospital of Urmia University of Medical Sciences.Materials and Methods:A double-blinded clinical trial was conducted on 112 women with dysmenorrhea who were randomly allocated into the four study groups.Finally,100 women complete the study and received capsules containing a placebo(n=25),1000 IU of Vitamin D(n=25),400 mg of Vitamin E(n=25),and 1000 IU of Vitamin D+400 mg of Vitamin E(n=25)every 24 h for 2 consecutive months at the beginning of the menstrual period.The pain intensity and duration among groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:The mean menstrual pain duration in all three experimental groups(Vitamin E,Vitamin D,and the combination of them)was lower than the placebo group(all P<0.05),and the mean pain intensity scores in all three experimental groups were significantly lower than the placebo group(all P<0.05).The results(means)for all of the drugs administered at the end of the 2nd month were better than the 1st month(all P<0.01).Conclusions:Vitamin E and Vitamin D,as well as their combination,are recommended as an effective and safe treatment for the management of the complications of dysmenorrhea. 展开更多

In the construction and maintenance of particle accelerators,all the accelerator elements should be installed in the same coordinate system,only in this way could the devices in the actual world be consistent with the design drawings.However,with the occurrence of the movements of the reinforced concrete cover plates at short notice or building deformations in the long term,the control points upon the engineering structure will be displaced,and the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network may be irresponsible.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the deformations of the 3D alignment control network.Different from the extant investigations,in this paper,to characterize the deformations of the control network,all of the congruent models between the points measured in different epochs have been identified,and the congruence model with the most control points is considered as the primary or fundamental model,the remaining models are recognized as the additional ones.Furthermore,the discrepancies between the primary S-transformation parameters and the additional S-transformation parameters can reflect the relative movements of the additional congruence models.Both the iterative GCT method and the iterative combinatorial theory are proposed to detect multiple congruence models in the control network.Considering the actual work of the alignment,it is essential to identify the competitive models in the monitoring network,which can provide us a hint that,even the fitness between the subnetwork and the global control network is good,there are still deformations which may be ignored.The numerical experiments show that the suggested approaches can describe the deformation of the 3D alignment control network roundly. 展开更多

Haptic communications is recognized as a promising enabler of extensive services by enabling real-time haptic control and feedback in remote environments,e.g.,teleoperation and autonomous driving.Considering the strict transmission requirements on reliability and latency,Device-to-Device(D2D)communications is introduced to assist haptic communications.In particular,the teleoperators with poor channel quality are assisted by auxiliaries,and each auxiliary and its corresponding teleoperator constitute a D2D pair.However,the haptic interaction and the scarcity of radio resources pose severe challenges to the resource allocation,especially facing the sporadic packet arrivals.First,the contentionbased access scheme is applied to achieve low-latency transmission,where the resource scheduling latency is omitted and users can directly access available resources.In this context,we derive the reliability index of D2D pairs under the contention-based access scheme,i.e.,closed-loop packet error probability.Then,the reliability performance is guaranteed by bidirectional power control,which aims to minimize the sum packet error probability of all D2D pairs.Potential game theory is introduced to solve the problem with low complexity.Accordingly,a distributed power control algorithm based on synchronous log-linear learning is proposed to converge to the optimal Nash Equilibrium.Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed learning algorithm. 展开更多

In this paper,we jointly design the power control and position dispatch for Multi-Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)-enabled communication in Device-to-Device(D2D)networks.Our objective is to maximize the total transmission rate of Downlink Users(DUs).Meanwhile,the Quality of Service(QoS)of all D2D users must be satisfied.We comprehensively considered the interference among D2D communications and downlink transmissions.The original problem is strongly non-convex,which requires high computational complexity for traditional optimization methods.And to make matters worse,the results are not necessarily globally optimal.In this paper,we propose a novel Graph Neural Networks(GNN)based approach that can map the considered system into a specific graph structure and achieve the optimal solution in a low complexity manner.Particularly,we first construct a GNN-based model for the proposed network,in which the transmission links and interference links are formulated as vertexes and edges,respectively.Then,by taking the channel state information and the coordinates of ground users as the inputs,as well as the location of UAVs and the transmission power of all transmitters as outputs,we obtain the mapping from inputs to outputs through training the parameters of GNN.Simulation results verified that the way to maximize the total transmission rate of DUs can be extracted effectively via the training on samples.Moreover,it also shows that the performance of proposed GNN-based method is better than that of traditional means. 展开更多

This paper presents the field oriented vector control scheme for synchronous reluctance motor (SRM) drives, where current controller followed by hysteresis comparator is used. The test motor has a star-connected wound stator and a segmental rotor of the multiple barrier type with an external incremental encoder to sense rotor position. The magnetic characteristics of this motor are described using 2D finite element method, which is used firstly for rotor design of SRM. The field oriented vector control, that regulates the speed of the SRM, is provided by a quadrature axis current command developed by the speed controller. The simulation includes all realistic components of the system. This enables the calculation of currents and voltages in different parts of the voltage source inverter (VSI) and motor under transient and steady state conditions. Implementation has been done in MATLAB/Simulink. A study of hysteresis control scheme associated with current controllers has been made. Experimental results of the SRM control using TMS320F24X DSP board are presented. The speed of the SRM is successfully controlled in the constant torque region. Experimental results of closed loop speed control of the SRM are given to verify the proposed scheme. 展开更多

目的建立高效液相色谱-示差折光(HPLC-RID)法测定黄原胶中D-甘露糖含量的方法。方法该研究起止时间为2022年6月至2023年3月。选择Phenomenex Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide Ca+(300 mm×7.80 mm,8μm)色谱柱,以双蒸水为流动相,流速:0.4 ... 目的建立高效液相色谱-示差折光(HPLC-RID)法测定黄原胶中D-甘露糖含量的方法。方法该研究起止时间为2022年6月至2023年3月。选择Phenomenex Rezex RCM-Monosaccharide Ca+(300 mm×7.80 mm,8μm)色谱柱,以双蒸水为流动相,流速:0.4 mL/min,柱温:75℃,进样量:20μL,检测器为示差折光检测器(RID)。结果色谱图显示D-甘露糖分离度良好,D-甘露糖在20.09~100.46μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996),D-甘露糖平均加样回收率为99.10%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.81%(n=6),精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于2%。结论所建立的D-甘露糖含量测定方法可靠,操作简便,专属性强,重复性好,适合黄原胶中D-甘露糖的含量测定,为黄原胶食用以及药用产品的进一步开发提供了参考数据。 展开更多

目的探讨D型与非D型人格冠心病患者健康赋权、感知控制和经验性回避的差异。方法2022年1月至10月,方便选取山东第二医科大学附属医院195例冠心病患者。采用D型人格量表、中文版赋权感知量表(CV-PPES)、修订版控制态度量表(CAS-R)和接纳... 目的探讨D型与非D型人格冠心病患者健康赋权、感知控制和经验性回避的差异。方法2022年1月至10月,方便选取山东第二医科大学附属医院195例冠心病患者。采用D型人格量表、中文版赋权感知量表(CV-PPES)、修订版控制态度量表(CAS-R)和接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-II)对患者进行问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷185份,其中D型人格患者68例,非D型117例。与非D型患者相比,D型患者的消极情感与社交抑制得分均显著较高(|t|>9.783,P<0.001)。D型患者在CV-PPES总分及信息、决策、个体化和自我管理4个维度分均显著低于非D型患者(t>5.843,P<0.001)。D型患者CAS-R评分明显低于非D型患者(t=2.858,P=0.005),AAQ-II评分显著高于非D型患者(t=-9.414,P<0.001)。结论与非D型人格比较,D型人格冠心病患者的健康赋权和感知控制水平较低,而经验性回避水平较高,可能会对健康行为产生消极影响。 展开更多

目的探讨25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平对肺间质纤维化(PF)患者弥散功能障碍程度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年6月宁夏医科大学总医院收治的81例诊断为PF的患者作为研究对象。根据《成人肺功能诊断规范中国专家共识》将一氧化碳弥散量... 目的探讨25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平对肺间质纤维化(PF)患者弥散功能障碍程度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年6月宁夏医科大学总医院收治的81例诊断为PF的患者作为研究对象。根据《成人肺功能诊断规范中国专家共识》将一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO%pred)≥60%的患者纳入正常+轻度弥散功能障碍组(DN组,64例),DLCO%pred<60%的患者纳入中重度弥散功能障碍组(DD组,17例)。收集并比较所有患者的临床资料,包括:住院时长、住院次数、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT)、淋巴细胞百分比(LYM)、单核细胞百分比(M)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平、血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平、凝血酶时间(TT)、D-二聚体(D-D)水平、血氧分压(PO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、呼气流量峰值(PEF)、25(OH)D水平。采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响PF弥散功能障碍严重的危险因素。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析25(OH)D、FVC单独及2项指标联合对PF弥散功能障碍严重的诊断价值。根据25(OH)D与PF弥散功能障碍程度的ROC曲线中的最佳截断值将患者分为维生素D缺乏组与维生素D非缺乏组,进行Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析。结果DN组NEUT、住院时长、WBC、D-D水平均低于DD组,PT短于DD组,FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF、M、25(OH)D水平均高于DD组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组LYM、RBC、PLT、APTT、TT、PO_(2)、PCO_(2)、住院次数、FEV_(1)/FVC、Hb水平、FIB水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,FVC降低、25(OH)D水平降低、住院时长延长是PF患者弥散功能障碍严重的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。25(OH)D与FVC单独诊断PF弥散功能障碍严重的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.723、0.828,均低于2项指标联合检测的0.888(P<0.05)。根据25(OH)D与PF患者弥散功能障碍程度的ROC曲线中最佳截断值进行分组,将血清25(OH)D<12.20 nmol/L的PF患者纳入维生素D缺乏组(24例),血清25(OH)D≥12.20 nmol/L的PF患者纳入维生素D非缺乏组(57例)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析结果显示,维生素D缺乏组住院时长为10.77 d,维生素D非缺乏组住院时长为9.03 d,两组住院时长比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论25(OH)D可以判断PF患者弥散功能障碍程度,可以成为一种新型治疗PF的药物并为临床医生治疗PF提供更多的药物选择。 展开更多

维生素D补充对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及炎性因子的Meta分析

目的:系统评价维生素D补充对2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢及炎性因子相关指标的影响。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方服务平台等数据库,收集有关维生素D辅助治疗2型糖尿病的随机对照试验,... 目的:系统评价维生素D补充对2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢及炎性因子相关指标的影响。方法:检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方服务平台等数据库,收集有关维生素D辅助治疗2型糖尿病的随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2022年2月。由2位研究者独立筛选符合纳入排除标准的文献,提取数据后评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.3和Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入的25个随机对照试验,共1916例受试者(试验组963例、对照组953例)。Meta分析结果表明,与对照组相比,维生素D补充组的空腹血糖(FBG)[SMD=-7.73,95%CI(-12.10,-3.36),P=0.0005]、甘油三酯(TG)[SMD=-24.03,95%CI(-29.47,-18.58),P<0.00001]、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)[SMD=2.76,95%CI(0.84,4.69),P=0.005]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)[SMD=-2.93,95%CI(-4.32,-1.54),P<0.0001]以及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)[SMD=-1.00,95%CI(-1.61,-0.38),P=0.002]均有显著改善,但两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)[SMD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.47,-0.10),P=0.2]、总胆固醇(TC)[SMD=-6.6,95%CI(-12.17,-1.03),P=0.02]以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)[SMD=-2.09,95%CI(-4.31,0.13),P=0.06]之间的差异无统计学意义。结论:当前证据显示,2型糖尿病患者补充维生素D可改善FBG、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、hs-CRP,但对HbA1c、TC、TNF-α的影响并不显著。由于受纳入研究数量和质量限制,上述结论尚需更高质量的随机双盲对照研究予以验证。 展开更多
