The effects of substitution of Ba2+Sr2+ for Pb2+ and small amount of dopants such cis MnO2 and Sb2O3 on the structure are investigated. The difference between unpolarized and polarized XRD patterns and the structure of ferroelectric domains is emphatically! studied. The result shows that the samples are of the tetragonal perovskite-type structure. The dopants change the tetragonal of samples and grain size but have no effect on the crystal phase. Tile effects of polarizing on the structure can be proved from the deformation of unit cell in microscopic state and rotation of 90 degrees ferroelectric domains in microscopic state.展开更多
