Plant Landscape Design for Commercial Pedestrian Streets

In view of the deficiencies in landscaping of commercial pedestrian streets,this study elaborated the functions of plant landscapes,such as improving the street environment,beautifying the street,creating spaces of diversified uses,and attracting more pedestrians.On the basis of this,plant landscape design principles and techniques for commercial pedestrian streets were put forward,by combining with successful cases,relevant design suggestions were given for particular streets or environments,so as to provide references for the landscaping of commercial pedestrian streets.

Evaluation of Regional Characteristic Landscape along the Commercial Pedestrian Street Based on AHP:A Case Study of Dongpo Bund in Huangzhou

Based on investigation and literature collation,the evaluation factors of regional characteristic landscape along the commercial pedestrian street were extracted,and the evaluation system of regional characteristic landscape along the commercial pedestrian street was established by the AHP method.The regional characteristic landscape along the commercial pedestrian street is the first-level index,including four secondary indexes of regional characteristics of road landscape,regional characteristics of plant landscape,regional characteristics of architecture and sketch,and spatial landscape experience,as well as 17 three-level indicators such as road environment landscape coordination,uniqueness of road markers and road landscape recognizability.The reliability of the evaluation system of the regional characteristic landscape along the commercial pedestrian street in Dongpo Bund was proved.The importance sequence of road landscape level,spatial landscape experience,landscape visual effect and plant landscape characteristics in the regional characteristic landscape was obtained,and it is closely related to users’ satisfaction.According to the problems found in the survey,suggestions on the transformation of the regional characteristic landscape along the commercial pedestrian street in Dongpo Bund were put forward to provide reference for the transformation and improvement of regional characteristic landscape along similar urban commercial pedestrian streets.

Spatial Quality Evaluation of Pedestrian Streets

This paper presents an assessment of the spatial quality of a pedestrian street located in downtown Bauru, S^o Paulo State, Brazil, from the application of some urban sustainability indicators. Multi-method was used to evaluate the thermal comfort quality of users, urban accessibility and preservation of architectural heritage. The results show that the sustainability indicators, apart from being effective tools in identifying problems, can assist local managers in decision making, planning and monitoring of pedestrian public space. These indicators contribute to a broad diagnosis of the pedestrian street and also the formulation of programs, projects and municipal policies, aimed at providing a better life quality for pedestrians.

Study on the Landscape Creation of Historical Commercial Pedestrian Streets——With the Five Horses Street in Wenzhou City as a Study Case

With the development of business management model,commercial spaces have required more and more supporting services from the city.However,although commercial pedestrian streets lying on historical blocks have advantages in geological culture,they are not able to organically combine with the city environment,landscape creation on such streets have more and more problems.Taking the Five Horses Street in Wenzhou City for an example,this study through field investigation and document consultation proposes the principles and approaches of creating landscapes in historical commercial pedestrian streets,to provide support for the rational utilization of such streets.

Innovative Design of Landscape Installations in Commercial Pedestrian Streets Based on Experience Needs

Based on the relevant literature and case data, this paper analyzed the design elements of commercial pedestrian streets and design ideas of landscape installations based on behavioral psychological characteristics and experience requirements of users, and summarized the FST design method, that is, landscape installation design of commercial pedestrian streets needs to meet the function of commercial use and respect the spirit of place, and uses modern technology to achieve multiple experience models to meet high-level experience needs.

Reviving the Historic Street through Pedestriansation: In the Case of Haileselassie Street, Piazza, Addis Ababa

Pedestrianisation is seen as a necessity in many cities of the world.Streets are main representatives of the city image,which have its reflection of its home country.Haileselassie Street in Piazza is shaped after the short-term confrontations of the Italians that profoundly affected the entire downtown.The prideful victory of Ethiopia is an important landmark of the urban fabric in Piazza,Addis Ababa.The Haileselassie Street lacks its vista and approach it deserves.Therefore,this paper introduces the scheme of pedestrianisation in Haileselassie Street by reclaiming the street for the people in order to remember the history.The pertinent questions this article seeks to address are:the factors that aim to transform the street into a‘pedestrian’street only?Which aspects of the pedestrianisation should be considered to improve the quality of the Haileselassie Street?Moreover,this article recommends the strategic proposal to improve the quality of the pedestrians in urban space.

基于改进蚁群算法的步行街火灾疏散路径规划

商业步行街作为新兴建筑,方便了人们的生活,但也潜藏着严重的火灾风险。针对商业步行街突发火灾事件时的人员疏散问题,提出了在烟气环境下基于改进蚁群算法的路径规划算法。首先,采用高斯烟羽模型计算道路上烟气的浓度值,在此基础上采用当量距离代替欧氏距离量化气体对人的损害,同时考虑人群密度对速度的影响,提出改进的启发式函数。考虑到传统蚁群算法在路径规划中收敛速度慢、易陷入局部最优、冗余节点过多等问题,进一步结合A*算法调整蚁群算法的初始信息素浓度,并改进了路径选择规则、信息素更新规则,加入了防止死锁处理,使得算法在提高全局搜索能力的同时加快搜索效率。最后,对获得的路径进行平滑处理,从而减少冗余节点带来的多余路径长度。通过仿真实验验证了算法不仅在性能方面有了显著的提升,还可以根据火灾环境规划出适合逃生的路径。

道路信号交叉口行人过街速度与延误估计仿真

为了探究信号交叉口行人群体过街速度和延误影响因素,采用无人机和地面机位从高空和地面获取交通视频,并利用Tracker物理影像分析软件对视频数据进行分析。从城市信号交叉口的微观角度出发,建立了传统社会力模型和改进社会力模型,通过仿真场景模拟了行人过街情况。利用哈尔滨市两个交叉路口的实际参数对仿真模型进行了标定。实验结果显示,当人行横道宽度从4 m增加至7 m过程中,传统社会力模型下的行人过街平均延误时间分别为4.22 s、3.47 s、2.57 s和2.28 s;改进社会力模型下的行人过街平均延误时间分别为3.56 s、2.91 s、2.78 s和2.26 s。经过对比验证发现,适当提升人行横道宽度使行人实际过街速度更接近期望速度,从而降低行人过街的延误时间。结果表明,通过增加人行横道宽度可以有效改善信号交叉口行人过街的效率。

城市道路全要素设计研究——以广州市为例

城市道路设计主要强调机动交通的工程性指标,缺乏对人本需求下的街道要素进行系统分析与梳理,无法满足出行者对高品质街道空间的需求。在对国内外街道设计研究进行总结的基础上,提出城市道路全要素设计技术要点,通过构建人群行为与街道品质的交互规律及其与街道要素间的深层映射关系,实现对城市街道空间的精细化设计与优化。《广州市城市道路全要素设计手册》探索建立了一套人本需求下道路分类—功能模块—全要素匹配的城市道路全要素设计体系,形成7大类23小类道路-街道功能分类体系,并总结9个功能模块的推荐形式、适用范围以及设计要点,梳理街道6大系统90项要素的设计指引。以广州市街道改造实践项目为例,阐述了以人为本理念下街道品质评价、步行和非机动车交通优先设计以及协同一体化设计方法的应用。

长春市卫星路与前进大街丌形交叉口优化设计

针对城市道路交叉口因多车道相交,人车混行,安全设施设置不足,致行人过街困难,违章频发的问题,选取具有典型特征的长春市卫星路—前进大街交叉口作为研究对象,开展丌形交叉口的研究。首先细化异形交叉口分类,提出“丌”型交叉口的定义;其次,剖析丌形交叉口行人过街难产生的原因;最后,根据交通管理与控制需要,优化该交叉口信号配时方案,完善道路交通安全设施设置,为进一步优化城市道路丌形交叉口设计提供了参考。

在提倡低碳出行的背景下,步行是改善城市环境的有效途径。生活性街道是城市居民日常生活使用频率最高的街道类型,其中步行活动发生的频率及质量受街道空间品质直接影响。基于此,构建评价指标及评价体系,以长春市新民大街历史街区为例,探讨生活性街道的步行友好程度,提出优化建议。

基于多源数据的步行者交通安全环境研究——以L市老城核心片区生活性街道为例

本文以L市老城核心片区生活性街道为例,运用统计资料、现场勘测和开源数据集成等方法获取研究数据,提出实验假设并进行论证,旨在探求环境要素对步行者交通安全的影响与具体值域分布特征,为街道优化策略提供相应依据。研究发现,路段长度和出入口密度等形态要素,使用者空间权配和界面变化等空间要素,以及街道功能多样性等功能要素均为生活性街道步行者交通安全风险的重要影响因素。设计策略应注重对车速的控制和对不同类型要素的综合考虑,并尝试提出相应的指标建议,以实现对生活性街道步行安全环境的有效测评。

现代城市文化商业休闲街区游憩体验感知研究——以石家庄火车头步行街为例

发展现代城市文化商业休闲街区已成为新兴城市推动多元经济发展、休闲功能拓展和城市形象塑造的重要抓手。该类街区游憩体验感知研究以石家庄火车头步行街为例,从游憩者需求角度出发,采用问卷调查、因子分析、差异分析等方法,构建了多层次综合评价指标体系,并开展相关分析。研究发现:现代城市文化商业休闲街区游憩体验受餐饮购物、景观感知、公共服务设施、文化特色和娱乐活动五类体验因素及其比例关系的影响;游憩者更加喜欢街区线下的游憩活动;游憩者更加看重展示街区文化元素的软硬件环境条件;街区游憩体验的差异性主要受年、职业、月收入和出游频率四个指标的影响,而性别、出游距离和同游伙伴的影响较小。基于此提出对策建议:合理配置各因素之间的比例关系;重视线下体验商业休闲业态的创新和开发;在做好公共设施与服务的基础上,积极提升景观品质。

融合数据支持与具身循证技术的街道步行安全感知研究——以上海市生活性街道为例

行人交通安全是构建宜步行社区街道环境的基本要求,提高步行者在街道环境中行走的感知安全已经成为提升城市公共空间品质的关键措施。研究选取上海市29个典型街道采样点,综合运用街景数据、机器学习算法等新近涌现的分析技术,对步行者的交通安全感知展开定量化测度研究。结果表明:人行道宽度、道路机动化特征、近人尺度的界面要素和景观要素等对步行者的交通安全感知具有显著影响。研究结论可用于分析步行安全影响机制、构建步行安全评价体系和提供导控建议,为优化社区街道步行环境提供科学依据。

夜间文旅消费集聚区夜游氛围对游客重游意愿的影响--以合肥市淮河路步行街为例

夜间经济与夜间旅游业发展的强弱是城市经济发展的一个重要指标。为了研究夜间文旅消费集聚区的游客重游意愿,选取合肥市淮河路步行街为案例地,探究夜间文旅消费集聚区夜游氛围、沉浸体验与游客重游意愿之间的关系。结果发现:夜游氛围对沉浸体验有显著的正向影响;夜游氛围对游客重游意愿有显著的正向影响;沉浸体验对游客重游意愿有显著的正向影响。

我国国家级旅游休闲街区发展实践的学理审视

国家级旅游休闲街区是由文化和旅游部、国家发展和改革委员会牵头认定的城镇内街区品牌,旨在满足人民群众品质化的生活追求,激发文旅深度融合,为城市发展聚势赋能。对接城市空间质量理论,在系统总结国家级旅游休闲街区建设实践的基础上,得出:旅游休闲街区的本质是休闲需求升级和功能体验优化在街区建设中的实践,是街区空间的休闲化升级;现有国家级旅游休闲街区呈现出传统文化为主、城市中心居多、侧重地方文化主题的游览体验与零售业态布局等特征;未来发展应重点关注地方性的文化传承、更新性的空间安置和系统性的保护运营这三条理论与实践路径。地方性的文化传承应重点强调区位、场所和地方感,更新性的空间安置应围绕空间的人本、功能与活力展开,系统性的保护运营则应重视要素的整合、优化与控制。

步行友好街道界面连续性特征研究——以30个欧洲街道样本为例

打造步行友好的街道空间属于城市设计领域的核心议题,与居民的生活品质紧密关联。20世纪以来,学界已对此进行诸多探讨,并就优质街道的特征形成了定性的共识,明确强调了街道界面连续性的重要性,但定性描述的模糊性仍然会给城市设计者带来困扰。对此,文章从街道界面密度和街道界面平齐参数两个指标切入,整理30个欧洲地区的步行友好街道样本,对其街道界面的连续性进行精确的描述与统计分析,并对这些步行友好街道界面的特征及其随历史时期演进的规律进行定量的总结。研究发现:随历史时期推移,步行友好街道界面密度存在下降趋势,但仍普遍高于75.00%,而街道界面平齐参数则趋于稳定。研究结果可为当代城市设计实践提供参考。

基于步行网络修补的街道空间更新模式研究

新的时代背景下,“以车为本”的发展模式已不再适宜,城市步行网络的建设日益得到重视。而相较于宏观视角下的步行网络整体规划,对既有步行网络进行修补优化更加切实可行。研究对重庆市步行网络的发展趋势和街道使用主体的需求进行了分析,指出修补重庆旧城传统山地步行网络的价值,提出了通过街道公共空间更新来修补旧城步行网络这一方法。进一步从总体思路、目标、原则与策略四个方面构建了街道公共空间更新的具体模式。
