Population aging with longer life expectancy represents one of the most relevant challenges of the next future,also because of a significant proportion of older adult people may present with dementia.Motivating senior citizens with mild cognitive impairment to maintain their independence and functional abilities,improve health status and quality of life as well as social interactions,constitutes the main target of preventive medicine.According to a nudge theoretical approach,the SENIOR(SystEm of Nudge theory based ICT applications for OldeR citizens)project–developed thanks to the collaboration among Catholic University of the Sacred Heart,Bicocca University and IRCCS Auxiologico Institute in Milan(Italy)–has been designed to adopt an advanced information and communication technology coaching system able to collect and integrate physiological,psychological and behavioral data,with the final aim of interacting with community-dwelling elderly people suffering from mild cognitive impairment and of providing them personalized feedback on lifestyle management.The SENIOR project proposes to use a smart-watch app for alerting family doctors,sharing information with family members in specific cases and monitoring patients at higher risk in hospital Units,in order to ameliorate health of senior citizens with mild cognitive impairment. 展开更多

上海市奉贤区慢性病高风险人群饮酒情况及影响因素分析

目的了解上海市奉贤区慢性病高风险人群的饮酒情况及影响因素,为开展慢性病高风险人群的饮酒干预及健康管理提供理论依据。方法以“2018年奉贤区慢性病及其危险因素监测”项目中符合慢性病高风险人群标准的3682人作为研究对象进行问卷... 目的了解上海市奉贤区慢性病高风险人群的饮酒情况及影响因素,为开展慢性病高风险人群的饮酒干预及健康管理提供理论依据。方法以“2018年奉贤区慢性病及其危险因素监测”项目中符合慢性病高风险人群标准的3682人作为研究对象进行问卷调查。结果奉贤区慢性病高风险人群的现在饮酒率和过量饮酒率分别为28.30%和26.10%;男性的现在饮酒率和过量饮酒率分别为53.33%和31.74%,高于女性的10.50%和5.15%。现在饮酒者的日均酒精摄入量为5.98g;男性和女性日均酒精摄入量分别为10.26g和0.85g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。饮用率最高的3种酒分别为黄酒(58.73%)、啤酒(37.81%)和葡萄酒(26.58%);男性中以黄酒的饮用率最高(65.69%),女性中以葡萄酒的饮用率最高(33.68%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:女性、≥65岁人群的现在饮酒风险较低;男性、高年龄组人群的过量饮酒风险较高。结论奉贤区慢性病高风险人群的饮酒率较高,应针对不同人群的饮酒特点开展有针对性的健康干预措施,减少与饮酒相关的慢性病发病风险。 展开更多

目的:了解上海市奉贤区钱桥社区60岁以上老年人的总体健康状况,为进一步开展社区健康管理工作提供理论依据。方法:通过收集本社区2022年度60岁及以上老年人健康体检信息,对5913名居民的体检数据进行分析。结果:社区老年人主要以慢性非... 目的:了解上海市奉贤区钱桥社区60岁以上老年人的总体健康状况,为进一步开展社区健康管理工作提供理论依据。方法:通过收集本社区2022年度60岁及以上老年人健康体检信息,对5913名居民的体检数据进行分析。结果:社区老年人主要以慢性非传染性疾病患病为主,血压升高、贫血、超重肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常、高尿酸血症等指标的检出率分别为73.70%、48.77%、25.45%、22.85%、13.21%、12.80%。除高血糖、超重肥胖外,男性和女性的其余指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);各年龄组的指标异常检出率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患有2种及以上疾病的人群占比65.03%,女性居民的疾病共病患病率(70.63%)高于男性(58.07%);随着年龄的增加,疾病共病患病率逐渐增加;差别均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:社区老年人的血压升高、贫血、超重肥胖、高血糖的检出率较高,提示社区慢性非传染病防控形势不容乐观,应加强对老年人慢性病的随访管理和干预,提高老年人自我健康管理能力,推进健康老龄化行动。 展开更多

目的:了解干休所高龄老年人常见的慢性病现患状况、分布特点,为高龄老年慢性病的防治提供依据。方法:收集干休所105例高龄老人的临床资料,采用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件进行分析。结果:105例高龄老人,平均年龄(81.07±6.30)岁。干休所... 目的:了解干休所高龄老年人常见的慢性病现患状况、分布特点,为高龄老年慢性病的防治提供依据。方法:收集干休所105例高龄老人的临床资料,采用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件进行分析。结果:105例高龄老人,平均年龄(81.07±6.30)岁。干休所高龄老人慢性病前6位为:高血压、冠心病、高脂血症、糖尿病、老年白内障、脑卒中。其中,高血压患病率最高,达到70.48%。老年女性高脂血症的患病率高于男性,老年男性高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、老年白内障、脑卒中的患病率高于女性。其中,冠心病、老年白内障、脑卒中的患病率男、女比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、血脂异常等慢性病严重危害高龄老人的健康,不同性别间慢性病的患病率存在一定差异。 展开更多

背景慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)已成为威胁我国居民健康的头号“杀手”,目前慢性病管理服务已经基本覆盖老龄化人口,研究中青年居民慢性病流行病学趋势及多病共存的现状将为确定下一步慢性病管理服务重点提供依据。目的了解上海社区中青... 背景慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)已成为威胁我国居民健康的头号“杀手”,目前慢性病管理服务已经基本覆盖老龄化人口,研究中青年居民慢性病流行病学趋势及多病共存的现状将为确定下一步慢性病管理服务重点提供依据。目的了解上海社区中青年人群慢性病患病情况及多病共存情况,为中青年的社区慢性病管理提供理论依据和数据支撑。方法收集2017年1月-2019年12月上海某社区医院信息系统(HIS)年龄18~50岁患者的诊疗数据,分析慢性病的患病情况和多病共存病种组合。结果34720例18~50岁中青年患者中,8922例(25.70%)有1种慢性病,3134例(9.03%)有2种慢性病,3484例(10.03%)有≥3种慢性病,6618例(19.06%)患者存在多病共存。不同性别、年龄、签约与否社区中青年慢性病多病共存情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中,男性多病共存比例高于女性,年龄越大慢性病多病共存比例越高,签约者高于未签约者(P<0.05)。患病率排名前5位的疾病分别为高血压、关节脊椎疾病、胃十二指肠炎症、功能性肠疾患、脑血管病。2种疾病组合多是“高血压”“糖尿病”“关节脊椎疾病”“胃十二指肠炎症”的两两组合,3种及以上的病种组合多为“肝胆疾病”与其他疾病的组合。结论上海社区中青年人群的慢性病多病共存情况不容忽视,病种组合明显区别于老年人群,呈现中青年特异性,需要社区家庭医生提供针对性的慢性病管理服务。 展开更多

目的了解西安口岸出入境人员活动性肺结核的监测情况,为开展口岸结核病防控提供依据。方法以2015—2017年在西安口岸出入境时进行健康体检的所有人员为研究对象,共63368名。根据研究对象在出入境健康体检传染病筛查中胸部X线摄影表现、... 目的了解西安口岸出入境人员活动性肺结核的监测情况,为开展口岸结核病防控提供依据。方法以2015—2017年在西安口岸出入境时进行健康体检的所有人员为研究对象,共63368名。根据研究对象在出入境健康体检传染病筛查中胸部X线摄影表现、PPD试验结果和实验室痰涂片联合GeneXpert MTB/RIF技术检测结果进行结核病诊断,分析3年来西安口岸出入境人员在不同时间、流向、性别、年龄、职业或人员类别等特征下结核病的检出情况。结果3年间共检出活动性肺结核患者106例,检出率167.28/10万(106/63368),其中痰涂片联合GeneXpertMTB/RIF技术检测病原学阳性56例,阳性率52.83%(56/106)。男性活动性肺结核患者检出率[191.21/10万(92/48115)]高于女性[91.79/10万(14/15253)],两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.86,P<0.05);30~岁组活动性肺结核患者检出率最高[227.06/10万(46/20259)],<20岁组最低[68.55/10万(4/5835)],各年龄组总体差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.11,P<0.05);出境人员活动性肺结核患者检出率[184.79/10万(95/51411)]高于入境人员[92.00/10万(11/11957)],差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.00,P<0.05);不同职业或人员类别中劳务人员活动性肺结核患者检出率最高[202.81/10万(89/43883)],留学生最低[75.30/10万(7/9296)],总体差异有统计学意义(Fisher确切概率法,P<0.05)。结论西安口岸出入境人员活动性肺结核疫情较高,需采取综合防控措施加强口岸结核病防控力度,其中30岁左右的劳务人员是防控的重点人群。 展开更多

Adapting systems and technology for an aging population has benefits for older people,the consumer market industry itself and all of society.To promote knowledge sharing on innovations for healthy ageing and digital inclusion of older people in the Western Pacific Region,a hybrid conference on“Digital inclusion of older peo-ple:harnessing digital technologies to promote healthy ageing in the Western Pacific Region”was held on 23 June 2021 by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology,a WHO Collaborating Centre for Digital Health.Barriers from demand side include:(1)unaffordability;(2)poor Information and Communication technology(ICT)knowledge and skills for navigation;and(3)low self-efficacy and motivation.Supply barriers include:(1)youth-centred design;(2)ageism;and(3)anti-facilitative environment including infrastructure and age-biased technology.Existing practices to overcome digital inclusion barriers were shared:(1)landmark ini-tiatives related to the health and social welfare;(2)laws and policies to improve aged care services,strengthen social services,enrich spiritual and cultural life for older people;(3)ICT infrastructure and residential care facil-ities based on the philosophy of family care and supported by community care;(4)affordable digital application and adaptive feature design to better enable and motivate their desire to use digital technology;and(5)com-munity activities such as trainings and tutorials to enhance digital capacity and literacy of older people.Main principles highlighted include market motivation,human-centered design,creating enabling environments,and multi-stakeholder collaborations to provide guidance to customize strategy under context of different regions and countries,instead of a one-size-fits-all solution,to avoid the risk of exacerbating inequalities experienced by older people,caused by accelerated ICT innovation,and advocate for more affordable products in the silver market. 展开更多

Health Professionals’ Attitudes towards Electronic Psychosocial Assessments in Youth Mental Healthcare

Psychosocial assessments can help mental health professionals establish good therapeutic relationships while simultaneously conducting holistic assessments of their young clients. Using technology to conduct assessments may increase disclosure by young people;however, the uptake of new technologies into current face-to-face practice has been slow. In the current study, we were interested in exploring the attitudes of mental health workers to using an electronic psychosocial assessment tool (e-tool) within face-to-face service delivery with adolescents and young adults. An exploratory design was used to identify and qualitatively describe the views of 46 mental health workers from services across the ACT and Victoria, Australia. Data were coded using an inductive thematic approach. Comments indicated that mental health workers held both positive and negative views about the e-tool. Some participants believed that it would allow disclosure to occur in a stepped process, normalize questions, give youth greater input, and be time efficient. However, the majority believed that the e-tool would infringe on their work because they needed to respond to their clients immediately, it would not provide an accurate representation of the client, young people did not have the necessary capabilities to engage in the process, they would miss non-verbal cues from the young person, and they were more likely to gain information from organic conversations. The results suggest that many mental health professionals may be fearful of incorporating new technologies in current practice. Specific training and supportive implementation guidelines must be developed to support use of these new technologies and change practice. 展开更多

The growing and evolving use of emerging technology including Artificial Intelligence(AI)and Virtual Reality(VR),has significantly impacted the lives of two specific groups-the elderly and the disabled.This paper investigates potential reasons for this phenomenon.Clearly,AI and VR Technology alters the everyday lives of people with disabilities and how they navigate the world.Technological developments increasingly work to address the isolation that people with disabilities as well as the elderly experience for they are often unable or limited in how they engage with their communities.This research paper outlines the way technology has improved social communication,information distribution,and day-to-day living for those with disabilities and the elderly.Undoubtedly,the internet has transformed social communication and interaction for most people.Socially isolated individuals with disabilities have gained exposure to social environments through social media.Moreover,the broad range of information available on the internet has increased access to resources such as government services,health services,and social services support.On a related point,assistive devices have enabled disabled people including many seniors to overcome motor,sensory,or cognitive difficulties that may have previously hindered them from performing daily tasks.However,although AI and VR technology has been effectively integrated in the lives of those with disabilities,many such individuals lack access to commonplace technologies,like a personal computer.This paper examines how AI and VR technology has enhanced communication,information access,and everyday activities for the disabled and aging communities despite such socio-economic limitations. 展开更多

Automatically mapping a requirement specification to design model in Software Engineering is an open complex problem. Existing methods use a complex manual process that use the knowledge from the requirement specification/modeling and the design, and try to find a good match between them. The key task done by designers is to convert a natural language based requirement specification (or corresponding UML based representation) into a predominantly computer language based design model—thus the process is very complex as there is a very large gap between our natural language and computer language. Moreover, this is not just a simple language conversion, but rather a complex knowledge conversion that can lead to meaningful design implementation. In this paper, we describe an automated method to map Requirement Model to Design Model and thus automate/partially automate the Structured Design (SD) process. We believe, this is the first logical step in mapping a more complex requirement specification to design model. We call it IRTDM (Intelligent Agent based requirement model to design model mapping). The main theme of IRTDM is to use some AI (Artificial Intelligence) based algorithms, semantic representation using Ontology or Predicate Logic, design structures using some well known design framework and Machine Learning algorithms for learning over time. Semantics help convert natural language based requirement specification (and associated UML representation) into high level design model followed by mapping to design structures. AI method can also be used to convert high level design structures into lower level design which then can be refined further by some manual and/or semi automated process. We emphasize that automation is one of the key ways to minimize the software cost, and is very important for all, especially, for the “Design for the Bottom 90% People” or BOP (Base of the Pyramid People). 展开更多

目的探讨广州市老城区中老年居民膳食模式与常见慢性病的关系,为慢性病防控之膳食干预提供科学依据。方法基于“国家心血管病早期筛查与综合干预项目”2018—2019年广州市项目点数据,909例研究对象数据经问卷调查、身体测量及实验室检... 目的探讨广州市老城区中老年居民膳食模式与常见慢性病的关系,为慢性病防控之膳食干预提供科学依据。方法基于“国家心血管病早期筛查与综合干预项目”2018—2019年广州市项目点数据,909例研究对象数据经问卷调查、身体测量及实验室检测获取。采用因子分析构建膳食模式,运用多因素logistic回归分析各膳食模式与慢性病的关联。结果中心性肥胖、高血压、血脂异常和糖尿病检出率分别为32.23%、57.10%、45.43%和20.13%。经因子分析提取3种膳食模式,“现代健康模式”“动物蛋白模式”和“主食模式”,趋势χ^(2)检验显示,随着主食模式因子得分水平的升高糖尿病检出率呈升高趋势(χ_(趋势)^(2)=5.975,P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,现代健康模式与年龄<60岁(OR=1.982,95%CI:1.363~2.882)、高中及以上(OR=1.457,95%CI:1.031~2.060)及经常运动(OR=1.885,95%CI:1.340~2.652)呈正相关,与男性(OR=0.650,95%CI:0.424~0.997)及血脂异常(OR=0.709,95%CI:0.503~0.999)呈负相关。主食模式与年龄<60岁(OR=1.724,95%CI:1.204~2.470)及糖尿病(OR=1.521,95%CI:1.012~2.288)呈正相关。结论现代健康模式可降低广州市老城区中老年居民血脂异常的患病风险,而主食模式可增加糖尿病患病风险;应针对不同膳食模式人群加强合理膳食健康教育,降低慢性病的发病风险。 展开更多
