However, traditional performance testing is not in synch with this industrial practice. Traditional performance testing techniques consider program inputs as the only external factor. It ignores the performance influence of configuration options. This study aims to stimulate research interest in performance testing in the context of configurable software systems by answering three research questions. That is, why it is necessary to conduct research in performance testing, what are the state-of-the-art techniques, and how do we conduct performance testing research in configurable software systems. In this study, we examine the unique characteristics and challenges of performance testing research in configurable software systems. We review and discuss research topics on the performance bug study, performance anti-patterns, program analysis, and performance testing. We share the research findings from the empirical study and outline the opening opportunities for new and advanced researchers to contribute to the research community.展开更多

In order to further reduce the damage rate in threshing seed corn,a seed corn threshing testbed with variable diameter and spacing that can realize dynamic adjustment of parameters,such as feed quantity,rotating speed...In order to further reduce the damage rate in threshing seed corn,a seed corn threshing testbed with variable diameter and spacing that can realize dynamic adjustment of parameters,such as feed quantity,rotating speed of the threshing device,threshing spacing of the threshing units,was designed in this research.The software of finite element analysis ANSYS Workbench was applied to do modal analysis on the threshing axis designed for variable diameter and spacing of seed corn.The first 8 orders of natural frequencies were distributed in 201.12-1640.20 Hz,with corresponding vibration amplitude in 5.86-27.04 mm,showing reasonable structural design of the threshing axis,which could realize effective seed corn threshing and conveying.Discrete element method was applied to do simulation analysis on the seed corn threshing and conveying process with variable diameter and spacing.Under the condition of different feed quantity,different rotating speed of the thresher,the moving speed of corn clusters and contact force among clusters were measured through simulation,and the working characteristics of the threshing testbed for low-damage and dynamic threshing and conveying of seed corn with variable diameter and spacing were revealed.Working performance test results of the testbed of seed corn with variable diameter and spacing showed that,when the rotating speed of the threshing axis was 190-290 r/min,feed quantity was 1.80-3.80 kg/s,the damage rate of seed corn was 0.32%-0.63%,threshing rate was 99.20%-99.82%,and content impurity rate was 4.23%-5.86%,the mass of threshed corn grains first increased and then decreased along the axial direction.The test verification process was in line with the simulation results;thus,the test results could satisfy the requirements in design and actual operation.展开更多
Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tank...Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tanks were developed,which could facilitate the design and application of pesticide tank.The detection device mainly comprises a testing stand,a mounting and testing part,and a driving and control part.In the testing method,P(maximum pressure)measured by a barometer and t(fluctuation recovery time)measured by a high-speed camera were used as evaluation indexes.With the aim to determine the optimal position of the pressure detection device and the optimal filling ratio,four representative pesticide tanks were involved in this study.The results showed that the optimal position of the pressure detection device was at the middle position on the tank wall,halfway up from the bottom,and the optimal filling ratio was 0.8.Using P and t as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation formula was developed based on these tests:S=0.7Pi+0.3ti.Anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks was evaluated by a comprehensive score.A disk pesticide tank with a baffle was determined to be the best among the four types of pesticide tanks,showing a score of 1.The scores of the other three pesticide tanks were 0.500,0.428 and 0.612,respectively.These results indicated that the baffle structure in the pesticide tank and the radian design of the tank wall can effectively improve the anti-sway performance of a pesticide tank.The proposed detection device and test method are simpler and more intuitive compared to other approaches in evaluating the anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs,and they can be used as a reference to guide the design of pesticide tanks and the stability evaluation of spraying UAVs.展开更多
In order to solve the problem of low productivity,unqualified segment length and high energy consumption during the process of crushing square bale straw caused by improper operation parameters,a 9FF square bale straw...In order to solve the problem of low productivity,unqualified segment length and high energy consumption during the process of crushing square bale straw caused by improper operation parameters,a 9FF square bale straw crusher was developed.In this study,by taking maize straw as the test material,the feeding speed,spindle speed of the crushing device and the state of the crushing device were taken as influence factors,and standard straw length rate,productivity per net working hour(hereinafter referred to as NWH)and energy consumption per ton of product as test indicators,the influence of the factors on the indicators were studied,and tests were carried out on the process of square bale straw crushing.By adopting the single factor test on the effect of the feeding speed,the spindle speed of the crushing device and the state of the crushing device on the test indicators,the suitable range of each factor was determined,respectively.Using the orthogonal test method,range method,variance method and comprehensive balance method,the experiment analyzed the significance of the influence of the three factors on various indicators and the order of priority.The test results showed that:the feeding speed was 5 m/min,spindle speed was 3000 r/min,and the state of the crushing device was a mixing cutter hammer,which was the best parameter combination(A1B1C1)for the processing technology of the square bale forage crusher.The standard straw length rate was 93.7%,and the productivity per NWH was 2.80 t/h,with energy consumption per ton of 4.72 kW·h/t,in which the standard straw length rate and productivity per NWH reached optimal values,and the energy consumption per ton of product was slightly higher than the optimal value in the experiment.The research results can provide a reference for the optimal design of the special crusher for square bale straw.展开更多

The high energy cosmic-radiation detection(HERD)facility is planned to launch in 2027 and scheduled to be installed on the China Space Station.It serves as a dark matter particle detector,a cosmic ray instrument,and a...The high energy cosmic-radiation detection(HERD)facility is planned to launch in 2027 and scheduled to be installed on the China Space Station.It serves as a dark matter particle detector,a cosmic ray instrument,and an observatory for high-energy gamma rays.A transition radiation detector placed on one of its lateral sides serves dual purpose,(ⅰ)calibrating HERD's electromagnetic calorimeter in the TeV energy range,and(ⅱ)serving as an independent detector for high-energy gamma rays.In this paper,the prototype readout electronics design of the transition radiation detector is demonstrated,which aims to accurately measure the charge of the anodes using the SAMPA application specific integrated circuit chip.The electronic performance of the prototype system is evaluated in terms of noise,linearity,and resolution.Through the presented design,each electronic channel can achieve a dynamic range of 0–100 fC,the RMS noise level not exceeding 0.15 fC,and the integral nonlinearity was<0.2%.To further verify the readout electronic performance,a joint test with the detector was carried out,and the results show that the prototype system can satisfy the requirements of the detector's scientific goals.展开更多

Consequently, the solid-liquid two-ph...The law governing the movement of particles in the centrifugal pump channel is complicated; thus, it is difficult to examine the solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow in the pump. Consequently, the solid-liquid two-phase pump is designed based only on the unary theory. However, the obvious variety of centrifugal-pump internal flow appears because of the existence of solid phase, thus changing pump performance. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the flow characteristics of the solid-liquid two-phase pump. In the current paper, two-phase numerical simulation and centrifugal pump performance tests are carried out using different solid-particle diameters and two-phase mixture concentration conditions. Inner flow features are revealed by comparing the simulated and experimental results. The comparing results indicate that the influence of the solid-phase characteristics on centrifugal-pump performance is small when the flow rate is low, specifically when it is less than 2 m3/h. The maximum efficiency declines, and the best efficiency point tends toward the low flow-rate direction along with increasing solid-particle diameter and volume fraction, leading to reduced pump steady efficient range. The variation tendency of the pump head is basically consistent with that of the efficiency. The efficiency and head values of the two-phase mixture transportation are even larger than those of pure-water transportation under smaller particle diameter and volume fraction conditions at the low-flow-rate region. The change of the particle volume fraction has a greater effect on the pump performance than the change in the particle diameter. The experimental values are totally smaller than the simulated values. This research provides the theoretical foundation for the optimal design of centrifugal pump.展开更多

Therefore, a method called pre-deformation for assembly performance is presented. This method is technically based on the characteristics of machine tool assembly and collaborative computer-aided engineering (CAE) analysis. The research goal is to enhance assembly performance, including straightness, positioning, and angular errors, to realize the precision of the machine tool design. A vertical machine center is taken as an example to illustrate the proposed method. The concept of travel error is defined to obtain the law of the guide surface. The machine center assembly performance is analyzed under cold condition and thermal balance condition to establish the function of pre-deformation. Then, the guide surface in normal direction is processed with the pre-deformation function, and the machine tool assembly performance is measured using a laser interferometer. The measuring results show that the straightness deviation of the Z component in the Y-direction is 158.9% of the allowable value primarily because of the gravity of the spindle head, and the straightness of the X and Y components is minimal. When the machine tool is processed in pre-deformation, the straightness of the Z axis moving component is reduced to 91.2%. This research proposes a pre-deformation machine center assembly method which has sufficient capacity to improving assembly accuracy of machine centers.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a portable thyroid radioiodine meter in on-site monitoring to enhance the monitoring precision of radioiodine inhaled by nuclear medicine staff and patients.Methods:A portabl...Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a portable thyroid radioiodine meter in on-site monitoring to enhance the monitoring precision of radioiodine inhaled by nuclear medicine staff and patients.Methods:A portable thyroid radioiodine meter was developed to measure the 131I activity in the thyroid.Performance tests of the portable thyroid radioiodine meter were conducted using calibration sources and testing methodologies adhering to national metrological standards.Results:The thyroid radioiodine meter exhibited integral non-linearity,8-h measurement stability,measurement linearity,and an energy resolution of 0.42%,1.05%,1.56%,and 7.11%,respectively for ^(137)Cs at 661.66 keV.Additionally,its minimum detectable activity for ^(131)I at 364.49 keV was approximately 22 Bq(10 min).Conclusion:The developed thyroid radioiodine meter features elevated performance and great potential for application in nuclear medicine and monitoring of responses to nuclear or radiological emergencies.展开更多

This article acquaints the public with the insights gained from conducting document searches in the Slovak public administration information system,when supported by knowledge of its management.Additionally,it discuss...This article acquaints the public with the insights gained from conducting document searches in the Slovak public administration information system,when supported by knowledge of its management.Additionally,it discusses the advantages of simulating performance parameters and comparing the obtained results with the real parameters of the eZbierka(eCollection)legislation webpage.This comparison was based upon simulated results,obtained through the Gatling simulation tool,versus those obtained from measuring the properties of the public administration legislation webpage.Both sets of data(simulated and real),were generated via the the document search technologies in place on the eZbierka legislation webpage.The webpage provides users with binding laws and bylaws available in an electronically signed PDF file format.It is free open source.In order to simulate the accessing of documents on the webpage,the Gatling simulation tool was used.This tool simulated the activity,performed in the background of the information system,as a user attempted to read the data via the steps mentioned in the scenario.The settings of the simulated environment corresponded as much as possible to the hardware parameters and network infrastructure properties used for the operation of the respective information system.Based on this data,through load changing,we determined the number of users,the response time to queries,and their number;these parameters define the throughput of the server of the legislation webpage.The required parameter determination and performance of search technology operations are confirmed by a suitable hardware design and the webpage property parameter settings.We used the data from the eZbierka legislation webpage from its operational period of January 2016 to January 2019 for comparison,and analysed the relevant data to determine the parameter values of the legislation webpage of the slov-lex information system.The basic elements of the design solution include the technology used,the technology for searching the legislative documents with support of a searching tool,and a graphic database interface.By comparing the results,their dependencies,and proportionality,it is possible to ascertain the proper determination and appropriate applied search technology for selection of documents.Further,the graphic interface of the real web database was confirmed.展开更多
In order to investigate the high-temperature performances of the asphalt pavement hot-applied sealant, as well as to reduce failures of the sealant pullout, the softening point test and the flow test(two existing met...In order to investigate the high-temperature performances of the asphalt pavement hot-applied sealant, as well as to reduce failures of the sealant pullout, the softening point test and the flow test(two existing methods for evaluating high-temperature performances) were conducted. It was found that both tests could not accurately reflect the adhesion performances of the sealant at high temperatures. For this purpose, the adhesion test for PSAT(pressure sensitive adhesive tape) has been taken as a reference to develop a device that is suitable for evaluating the adhesion performances, by modifying relevant test parameters according to the road conditions at high temperatures. Thirteen common sealants were tested in the modified adhesion test, softening point test and f low test. The experimental results show that no significant correlation(p〉0.05) exists between the adhesion value, softening point, adhesion value and flow value; while a significant correlation(p〈0.05) exists between the softening point and flow value. The modified adhesion test is efficient in distinguishing the hightemperature adhesion performances of different sealants, and can be used as a standard method for evaluating such performances.展开更多
China plans to develop the next generation dark matter particle explorer satellite,referred to as the Very Large Area Space Telescope(VLAST).As an essential step in this process,the prototype design of detectors and e...China plans to develop the next generation dark matter particle explorer satellite,referred to as the Very Large Area Space Telescope(VLAST).As an essential step in this process,the prototype design of detectors and electronics for the VLAST is currently underway.The nuclide detector is a core detector in the VLAST.It mainly measures nuclides’charges and distinguishes high-energy gamma rays and electrons.This paper will discuss the prototype readout electronics for the VLAST’s nuclide detector,which accurately measures the charge signal of the photomultiplier tubes using the VATA160 applicationspecific integrated circuit chip;furthermore,we consider a series of critical problems,including radiation-hardening and environment monitoring.The test results show that the system exhibits stable operation,good performance,and good technical indicators.Furthermore,each electronic channel achieves a dynamic range of 0-12.5 pC,the random noise level exceeds 1.6 fC,and the integral nonlinearity exceeds 0.35%.展开更多

文摘Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tanks were developed,which could facilitate the design and application of pesticide tank.The detection device mainly comprises a testing stand,a mounting and testing part,and a driving and control part.In the testing method,P(maximum pressure)measured by a barometer and t(fluctuation recovery time)measured by a high-speed camera were used as evaluation indexes.With the aim to determine the optimal position of the pressure detection device and the optimal filling ratio,four representative pesticide tanks were involved in this study.The results showed that the optimal position of the pressure detection device was at the middle position on the tank wall,halfway up from the bottom,and the optimal filling ratio was 0.8.Using P and t as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation formula was developed based on these tests:S=0.7Pi+0.3ti.Anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks was evaluated by a comprehensive score.A disk pesticide tank with a baffle was determined to be the best among the four types of pesticide tanks,showing a score of 1.The scores of the other three pesticide tanks were 0.500,0.428 and 0.612,respectively.These results indicated that the baffle structure in the pesticide tank and the radian design of the tank wall can effectively improve the anti-sway performance of a pesticide tank.The proposed detection device and test method are simpler and more intuitive compared to other approaches in evaluating the anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs,and they can be used as a reference to guide the design of pesticide tanks and the stability evaluation of spraying UAVs.

文摘In order to solve the problem of low productivity,unqualified segment length and high energy consumption during the process of crushing square bale straw caused by improper operation parameters,a 9FF square bale straw crusher was developed.In this study,by taking maize straw as the test material,the feeding speed,spindle speed of the crushing device and the state of the crushing device were taken as influence factors,and standard straw length rate,productivity per net working hour(hereinafter referred to as NWH)and energy consumption per ton of product as test indicators,the influence of the factors on the indicators were studied,and tests were carried out on the process of square bale straw crushing.By adopting the single factor test on the effect of the feeding speed,the spindle speed of the crushing device and the state of the crushing device on the test indicators,the suitable range of each factor was determined,respectively.Using the orthogonal test method,range method,variance method and comprehensive balance method,the experiment analyzed the significance of the influence of the three factors on various indicators and the order of priority.The test results showed that:the feeding speed was 5 m/min,spindle speed was 3000 r/min,and the state of the crushing device was a mixing cutter hammer,which was the best parameter combination(A1B1C1)for the processing technology of the square bale forage crusher.The standard straw length rate was 93.7%,and the productivity per NWH was 2.80 t/h,with energy consumption per ton of 4.72 kW·h/t,in which the standard straw length rate and productivity per NWH reached optimal values,and the energy consumption per ton of product was slightly higher than the optimal value in the experiment.The research results can provide a reference for the optimal design of the special crusher for square bale straw.

An architecture design of protocol performance test system is described, and an example of test cases and its test result are given.
文摘Taking a 2.5 liter accumulator with hydro-pneumatic suspension in a CXP1032 crane made in Germany as the research object and taking both the overall-road simulative test-bed and the control equipment made by the Schenck Company of Germany as the testing instrument, the structure performance and mechanism are theoretically clarified and the variation of gas states are obtained. This illustrates the accumulating and releasing process of a 2.5 liter accumulator in a 32t crane in the real condition. The preliminary volume and pressure of accumulator would directly affect the stiffness performance of the hydro-pneumatic suspension in a vehicle.

文摘The high energy cosmic-radiation detection(HERD)facility is planned to launch in 2027 and scheduled to be installed on the China Space Station.It serves as a dark matter particle detector,a cosmic ray instrument,and an observatory for high-energy gamma rays.A transition radiation detector placed on one of its lateral sides serves dual purpose,(ⅰ)calibrating HERD's electromagnetic calorimeter in the TeV energy range,and(ⅱ)serving as an independent detector for high-energy gamma rays.In this paper,the prototype readout electronics design of the transition radiation detector is demonstrated,which aims to accurately measure the charge of the anodes using the SAMPA application specific integrated circuit chip.The electronic performance of the prototype system is evaluated in terms of noise,linearity,and resolution.Through the presented design,each electronic channel can achieve a dynamic range of 0–100 fC,the RMS noise level not exceeding 0.15 fC,and the integral nonlinearity was<0.2%.To further verify the readout electronic performance,a joint test with the detector was carried out,and the results show that the prototype system can satisfy the requirements of the detector's scientific goals.

文摘The law governing the movement of particles in the centrifugal pump channel is complicated; thus, it is difficult to examine the solid-liquid two-phase turbulent flow in the pump. Consequently, the solid-liquid two-phase pump is designed based only on the unary theory. However, the obvious variety of centrifugal-pump internal flow appears because of the existence of solid phase, thus changing pump performance. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the flow characteristics of the solid-liquid two-phase pump. In the current paper, two-phase numerical simulation and centrifugal pump performance tests are carried out using different solid-particle diameters and two-phase mixture concentration conditions. Inner flow features are revealed by comparing the simulated and experimental results. The comparing results indicate that the influence of the solid-phase characteristics on centrifugal-pump performance is small when the flow rate is low, specifically when it is less than 2 m3/h. The maximum efficiency declines, and the best efficiency point tends toward the low flow-rate direction along with increasing solid-particle diameter and volume fraction, leading to reduced pump steady efficient range. The variation tendency of the pump head is basically consistent with that of the efficiency. The efficiency and head values of the two-phase mixture transportation are even larger than those of pure-water transportation under smaller particle diameter and volume fraction conditions at the low-flow-rate region. The change of the particle volume fraction has a greater effect on the pump performance than the change in the particle diameter. The experimental values are totally smaller than the simulated values. This research provides the theoretical foundation for the optimal design of centrifugal pump.

文摘The current research of machine center accuracy in workspace mainly focuses on the poor geometric error subjected to thermal and gravity load while in operation, however, there are little researches focusing on the effect of machine center elastic deformations on workspace volume. Therefore, a method called pre-deformation for assembly performance is presented. This method is technically based on the characteristics of machine tool assembly and collaborative computer-aided engineering (CAE) analysis. The research goal is to enhance assembly performance, including straightness, positioning, and angular errors, to realize the precision of the machine tool design. A vertical machine center is taken as an example to illustrate the proposed method. The concept of travel error is defined to obtain the law of the guide surface. The machine center assembly performance is analyzed under cold condition and thermal balance condition to establish the function of pre-deformation. Then, the guide surface in normal direction is processed with the pre-deformation function, and the machine tool assembly performance is measured using a laser interferometer. The measuring results show that the straightness deviation of the Z component in the Y-direction is 158.9% of the allowable value primarily because of the gravity of the spindle head, and the straightness of the X and Y components is minimal. When the machine tool is processed in pre-deformation, the straightness of the Z axis moving component is reduced to 91.2%. This research proposes a pre-deformation machine center assembly method which has sufficient capacity to improving assembly accuracy of machine centers.
文摘Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a portable thyroid radioiodine meter in on-site monitoring to enhance the monitoring precision of radioiodine inhaled by nuclear medicine staff and patients.Methods:A portable thyroid radioiodine meter was developed to measure the 131I activity in the thyroid.Performance tests of the portable thyroid radioiodine meter were conducted using calibration sources and testing methodologies adhering to national metrological standards.Results:The thyroid radioiodine meter exhibited integral non-linearity,8-h measurement stability,measurement linearity,and an energy resolution of 0.42%,1.05%,1.56%,and 7.11%,respectively for ^(137)Cs at 661.66 keV.Additionally,its minimum detectable activity for ^(131)I at 364.49 keV was approximately 22 Bq(10 min).Conclusion:The developed thyroid radioiodine meter features elevated performance and great potential for application in nuclear medicine and monitoring of responses to nuclear or radiological emergencies.

文摘With the advent of the 5G era,the design of electronic equipment is developing towards thinness,intelligence and multi-function,which requires higher cooling performance of the equipment.Micro-channel heat sink is promising for the heat dissipation of super-thin electronic equipment.In this study,thermal resistance theoretical model of the micro-channel heat sink was first established.Then,fabrication process of the micro-channel heat sink was introduced.Subsequently,heat transfer performance of the fabricated micro-channel heat sink was tested through the developed testing platform.Results show that the developed micro-channel heat sink has more superior heat dissipation performance over conventional metal solid heat sink and it is well suited for high power LEDs application.Moreover,the micro-channel structures in the heat sink were optimized by orthogonal test.Based on the orthogonal optimization,heat dissipation performance of the micro-channel radiator was further improved.

文摘Based on the operating principle and the electric property design of the passive hydrogen maser, the technology and test results of its space adaptability are carried out under the special launch conditions and space environment. The various perturbations affecting the output frequency of such a standard used for the navigation satellite system are specified, such as magnetic field change, vibration, thermal vacuum and radiation. Through the adaptability technology in the aspects above, the security and reliability of the space passive hydrogen maser sufficiently fulfill the requirements of space operation. At present, the space passive hydrogen maser is working normally on board, indicating that the space adaptability satisfies the design requirement.
文摘This article acquaints the public with the insights gained from conducting document searches in the Slovak public administration information system,when supported by knowledge of its management.Additionally,it discusses the advantages of simulating performance parameters and comparing the obtained results with the real parameters of the eZbierka(eCollection)legislation webpage.This comparison was based upon simulated results,obtained through the Gatling simulation tool,versus those obtained from measuring the properties of the public administration legislation webpage.Both sets of data(simulated and real),were generated via the the document search technologies in place on the eZbierka legislation webpage.The webpage provides users with binding laws and bylaws available in an electronically signed PDF file format.It is free open source.In order to simulate the accessing of documents on the webpage,the Gatling simulation tool was used.This tool simulated the activity,performed in the background of the information system,as a user attempted to read the data via the steps mentioned in the scenario.The settings of the simulated environment corresponded as much as possible to the hardware parameters and network infrastructure properties used for the operation of the respective information system.Based on this data,through load changing,we determined the number of users,the response time to queries,and their number;these parameters define the throughput of the server of the legislation webpage.The required parameter determination and performance of search technology operations are confirmed by a suitable hardware design and the webpage property parameter settings.We used the data from the eZbierka legislation webpage from its operational period of January 2016 to January 2019 for comparison,and analysed the relevant data to determine the parameter values of the legislation webpage of the slov-lex information system.The basic elements of the design solution include the technology used,the technology for searching the legislative documents with support of a searching tool,and a graphic database interface.By comparing the results,their dependencies,and proportionality,it is possible to ascertain the proper determination and appropriate applied search technology for selection of documents.Further,the graphic interface of the real web database was confirmed.

文摘In order to investigate the high-temperature performances of the asphalt pavement hot-applied sealant, as well as to reduce failures of the sealant pullout, the softening point test and the flow test(two existing methods for evaluating high-temperature performances) were conducted. It was found that both tests could not accurately reflect the adhesion performances of the sealant at high temperatures. For this purpose, the adhesion test for PSAT(pressure sensitive adhesive tape) has been taken as a reference to develop a device that is suitable for evaluating the adhesion performances, by modifying relevant test parameters according to the road conditions at high temperatures. Thirteen common sealants were tested in the modified adhesion test, softening point test and f low test. The experimental results show that no significant correlation(p〉0.05) exists between the adhesion value, softening point, adhesion value and flow value; while a significant correlation(p〈0.05) exists between the softening point and flow value. The modified adhesion test is efficient in distinguishing the hightemperature adhesion performances of different sealants, and can be used as a standard method for evaluating such performances.

文摘China plans to develop the next generation dark matter particle explorer satellite,referred to as the Very Large Area Space Telescope(VLAST).As an essential step in this process,the prototype design of detectors and electronics for the VLAST is currently underway.The nuclide detector is a core detector in the VLAST.It mainly measures nuclides’charges and distinguishes high-energy gamma rays and electrons.This paper will discuss the prototype readout electronics for the VLAST’s nuclide detector,which accurately measures the charge signal of the photomultiplier tubes using the VATA160 applicationspecific integrated circuit chip;furthermore,we consider a series of critical problems,including radiation-hardening and environment monitoring.The test results show that the system exhibits stable operation,good performance,and good technical indicators.Furthermore,each electronic channel achieves a dynamic range of 0-12.5 pC,the random noise level exceeds 1.6 fC,and the integral nonlinearity exceeds 0.35%.

文摘The IEEE 802.15.4a standard provides a framework for low-data-rate communication systems,typically sensor networks.In this paper,we established a realistic environment for the time delay characteristic of industrial network based on IEEE 802.15.4a.Several sets of practical experiments are conducted to study its various features,including the effects of 1) numeral wireless nodes,2) numeral data packets,3) data transmissions with different upper-layer protocols,4) physical distance between nodes,and 5) adding and reducing the number of the wireless nodes.The results show that IEEE 802.15.4a is suitable for some industrial applications that have more relaxed throughput requirements and time-delay.Some issues that could degrade the network performance are also discussed.
