To address this problem, this paper casts an optimal model of cold-chain logistics network and tackles it with genetic algorithms. This optimal model takes running total cost of logistics network as the objective, and embeds a nonlinear mixed integer programming including two assignment issues. The model determines optimal layout and logistics management for pre-cooling stations and logistics center for fresh agricultural products. Our main contribution is to consider construction cost and operation cost of cold chain logistics simultaneously. Case study illustrates the effectiveness of the model.展开更多
Cold-chain logistics system(CCLS)plays the role of collecting and managing the logistics data of frozen food.However,there always exist problems of information loss,data tampering,and privacy leakage in traditional ce...Cold-chain logistics system(CCLS)plays the role of collecting and managing the logistics data of frozen food.However,there always exist problems of information loss,data tampering,and privacy leakage in traditional centralized systems,which influence frozen food security and people’s health.The centralized management form impedes the development of the cold-chain logistics industry and weakens logistics data availability.This paper first introduces a distributed CCLS based on blockchain technology to solve the centralized management problem.This system aggregates the production base,storage,transport,detection,processing,and consumer to form a cold-chain logistics union.The blockchain ledger guarantees that the logistics data cannot be tampered with and establishes a traceability mechanism for food safety incidents.Meanwhile,to improve the value of logistics data,a Stackelberg game-based resource allocation model has been proposed between the logistics data resource provider and the consumer.The competition between resource price and volume balances the resource supplement and consumption.This model can help to achieve an optimal resource price when the Stackelberg game obtains Nash equilibrium.The two participants also can maximize their revenues with the optimal resource price and volume by utilizing the backward induction method.Then,the performance evaluations of transaction throughput and latency show that the proposed distributed CCLS is more secure and stable.The simulations about the variation trend of data price and amount,optimal benefits,and total benefits comparison of different forms show that the resource allocation model is more efficient and practical.Moreover,the blockchain-based CCLS and Stackelberg game-based resource allocation model also can promote the value of logistic data and improve social benefits.展开更多
As natural disasters attract extensive attention worldwide,it is significant for governments and researchers to determine how to deliver emergency supplies after natural disasters.Considering the disaster victims'...As natural disasters attract extensive attention worldwide,it is significant for governments and researchers to determine how to deliver emergency supplies after natural disasters.Considering the disaster victims' urgent needs for supplies after the disaster,based on the previous research,the path planning model from the shortest path and the optimal time was created in this paper.As in the actual road the outbreak of emergencies might cause some secondary disasters,including landslides triggered by heavy rain,paralysis of traffic together with a large crowd caused by earthquakes,the theory and method of the complex network to explore the topological structure characteristics of the whole network in the affected area were applied.Then,combining with the actual situation of the road network,the reliability analysis of the points,edges as well as topological structures were presented and a mathematical model based on reliability was proposed.Finally,two kinds of emergency logistics path planning models were compared and analyzed by some examples.The results showed that the relationship between time optimality and reliability was relevant.Emergency logistics path planning should not only consider the optimal transportation time of emergency logistics,but also pay attention to the reliability of transportation from a global perspective.展开更多
Data security and user privacy are two main security concerns in the cold-chain logistics system(CCLS).Many security issues exist in traditional CCLS,destroying data security and user privacy.The digital signature can...Data security and user privacy are two main security concerns in the cold-chain logistics system(CCLS).Many security issues exist in traditional CCLS,destroying data security and user privacy.The digital signature can provide data verification and identity authentication based on the mathematical difficulty problem for logistics data sharing in CCLS.This paper first established a blockchain-enabled cold-chain logistics system(BCCLS)based on union blockchain technology,which can provide secure data sharing among different logistics nodes and guarantee logistics data security with the untampered blockchain ledger.Meanwhile,a lattice-based undeniable signature scheme is designed to strengthen the security of logistics data and user privacy against quantum attacks.This scheme is based on the lattice assumption,which can provide anti-quantum security for BCCLS in the future quantum computer age.It also establishes the undeniable mechanism that guarantees that the actual signer cannot deny a valid signature.Then,security proof shows that this undeniable signature scheme is correct and safe,and an efficiency comparison shows that it is more efficient than other schemes in similar literature.The performance evaluations of transaction throughput and latency show that the proposed BCCLS is efficient and practical.This work can improve the security and efficiency of logistics data management and promote the reform and development of the logistics industry.展开更多

To implement the prediction of the logistics demand capacity of a certain region,a comprehensive index system is constructed,which is composed of freight volume and other eight relevant economic indices,such as gross ...To implement the prediction of the logistics demand capacity of a certain region,a comprehensive index system is constructed,which is composed of freight volume and other eight relevant economic indices,such as gross domestic product(GDP),consumer price index(CPI),total import and export volume,port's cargo throughput,total retail sales of consumer goods,total fixed asset investment,highway mileage,and resident population,to form the foundation for the model calculation.Based on the least square method(LSM)to fit the parameters,the study obtains an accurate mathematical model and predicts the changes of each index in the next five years.Using artificial intelligence software,the research establishes the logistics demand model of multi-layer perceptron(MLP)neural network,makes an empirical analysis on the logistics demand of Quanzhou City,and predicts its logistics demand in the next five years,which provides some references for formulating logistics planning and development strategy.展开更多

文摘Aimed at the uncertain characteristics of discrete logistics network design,an interval hierarchical triangular uncertain OD demand model based on interval demand and network flow is presented.Under consideration of the system profit,the uncertain demand of logistics network is measured by interval variables and interval parameters,and an interval planning model of discrete logistics network is established.The risk coefficient and maximum constrained deviation are defined to realize the certain transformation of the model.By integrating interval algorithm and genetic algorithm,an interval hierarchical optimal genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.It is shown by a tested example that in the same scenario condition an interval solution[3275.3,3 603.7]can be obtained by the model and algorithm which is obviously better than the single precise optimal solution by stochastic or fuzzy algorithm,so it can be reflected that the model and algorithm have more stronger operability and the solution result has superiority to scenario decision.

文摘To implement the prediction of the logistics demand capacity of a certain region,a comprehensive index system is constructed,which is composed of freight volume and other eight relevant economic indices,such as gross domestic product(GDP),consumer price index(CPI),total import and export volume,port's cargo throughput,total retail sales of consumer goods,total fixed asset investment,highway mileage,and resident population,to form the foundation for the model calculation.Based on the least square method(LSM)to fit the parameters,the study obtains an accurate mathematical model and predicts the changes of each index in the next five years.Using artificial intelligence software,the research establishes the logistics demand model of multi-layer perceptron(MLP)neural network,makes an empirical analysis on the logistics demand of Quanzhou City,and predicts its logistics demand in the next five years,which provides some references for formulating logistics planning and development strategy.

文摘Based on the development of modem logistics park in China, and with the thought of minimizing carbon emission, the development of Logistics Park was analyzed and the necessity of developing low carbon Logistics Park was proposed. Low carbon emission in Logistics Park was planned. In the end, operation and implementation strategies of low carbon parks were put forward so as to create favorable environment for the re- alization of low carbon emission in Logistics Park.
