It is very suitable for planting quinoa in Bashang area of Hebei Province,but the local varieties of quinoa are disordered,which affects the development of quinoa industry.In this experiment,five quinoa varieties were selected and planted in Guyuan County.After two years of experiment,scientific conclusions were drawn on the yield,agronomic characters,economic characters,stress resistance and regional adaptability of these five varieties,and objective evaluation of variety characteristics and production and utilization value was conducted,which can provide scientific basis for variety identification,variety distribution and application of quinoa,and provide feedback information for promoting the development of quinoa industry. 展开更多

The ZHC-01 hydrocracking catalyst, characterized by high hydrogenation activity, good selectivity for middle distillates, strong resistance to nitrogen poisoning, was prepared by co-gelling. The catalyst is not only suited to the single-stage hydrocracking process, but also to the first stage of serial hydrocracking process. In parallel with the fully loaded operation of the 1.4 Mt/a hydrocracking unit at the SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Company, a pilot test of the ZHC-01 catalyst was also carried out on the hydrocracking unit. The test results indicated that the activity, the yield of major target products and quality of the ZHC-01 catalyst could comply with the design requirements for the hydrocracking unit, and this catalyst could be applied in the hydrocracking unit. The commercial test results showed that the ZHC-01 catalyst, featuring good activity, stability, and flexibility in production, not only could meet the demand for producing environmentally friendly middle distillates, but could also increase the resource of optimized steam cracking feedstock. 展开更多

Treatment of Chinese traditional medicine wastewater in a submerged membrane bioreactor

A pilot scale test was conducted in a submerged membrane bioreactor SMBR with capacity of 10. 0 m^3/d for 120 days to treat high-strength Chinese traditional medicine wastewater. Performance of the SMBR was investigated with a sludge retention time ( TSR ) of 50 days, a hydraulic retention time ( THR ) of 8.0 h, membrane flux of 8. 0 IV( m^2 · h) and dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration of 2. 0 - 3. 0 mg/L, respectively. It was observed that the SMBR had high capacity of COD and suspended solid (SS) removal. The influent COD concentration was fluctuated between I 000 and 5 000 mg/L, while the averaged effluent COl) concentration was only 44. 6 mg/L. The influent SS concentration was fluctuated between 1 000 and 1 600 mg/L, while little effluent SS was detected. It was found that the COD remove rate increased with mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) and organic loading rate (ROL). In order to obtain good-quality effluent, the operational conditions of the SMBR were suggested as follows: the temperature was controlled above 10 ℃, MLSS about 7000 mg/L, R,L under 24. 76 kg/( m^3 · d), low vacuum value and constant water flux. 展开更多

The preparation and regeneration conditions of the identified catalyst X/Y/MgO/?-Al2O3 with high catalytic activity were studied and optimized. The biodiesel was prepared by transesterification of Jatropha curcas seed oil produced in Guizhou with methanol at its reflux temoerature in the presence of X/Y/MgO/?-Al2O3 . The pilot plant tests were carried out in a 100 L reaction vessel. Both average yield and fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) content reached more than 96.50% under the optimum reaction conditions of the pilot plant tests designed with an oil/methanol molar ratio of 1 : 10, catalyst concentration of 1.00%, and reaction time of 3 h at reflux temperature. In addition, analysis shows that the quality of biodiesel meets the standard EN 14214. 展开更多
