CsPbX_(3)-based(X=I,Br,Cl)inorganic perovskite solar cells(PSCs)prepared by low-temperature process have attracted much attention because of their low cost and excellent thermal stability.However,the high trap state density and serious charge recombination between low-temperature processed TiO_(2)film and inorganic perovskite layer interface seriously restrict the performance of all-inorganic PSCs.Here a thin polyethylene oxide(PEO)layer is employed to modify TiO_(2)film to passivate traps and promote carrier collection.The impacts of PEO layer on microstructure and photoelectric characteristics of TiO_(2)film and related devices are systematically studied.Characterization results suggest that PEO modification can reduce the surface roughness of TiO_(2)film,decrease its average surface potential,and passivate trap states.At optimal conditions,the champion efficiency of CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs with PEO-modified TiO_(2)(PEO-PSCs)has been improved to 11.24%from 9.03%of reference PSCs.Moreover,the hysteresis behavior and charge recombination have been suppressed in PEO-PSCs. 展开更多

Hybrid materials were prepared using a silane coupling agent, tetraethoxysilane ( TEOS ) as the precursor, dilute hydrochloric acid as the catalyst, and epoxy as the matrices. The films coated with hybrid materials were expected to improve abrasion resistance and mechanical properties. The morphology, mechanical properties, adhesion, and abrasion resistance of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films were characterized using an atomic force microscope, a tensile testing machine, a bagger knife, and a reciprocating fabric abrasion tester. The result of research indicated that the modification significantly affected the abrasion resistance and roughness. The-tensile strength and abrasion resistance of the modified PET films increased by 40% and 50% respectively at 3 % TEOS mass fraction. 展开更多

本工作通过紫外辐射诱导和化学还原反应相结合成功制备了具有多级结构的聚乙烯醇-聚乙烯(PVA-co-PE)纳米纤维覆铜膜,PVA-co-PE纳米纤维覆铜膜具有超级柔韧性能和电磁屏蔽性能,且具有多次循环压缩后性能不减的稳定性。首先通过紫外辐照... 本工作通过紫外辐射诱导和化学还原反应相结合成功制备了具有多级结构的聚乙烯醇-聚乙烯(PVA-co-PE)纳米纤维覆铜膜,PVA-co-PE纳米纤维覆铜膜具有超级柔韧性能和电磁屏蔽性能,且具有多次循环压缩后性能不减的稳定性。首先通过紫外辐照引入一定量的活化羟基,然后通过静电配位和铜粒子的化学还原作用,在纳米纤维膜上实现无钯镀铜。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(AIR-FTIR)、能量色散型X射线荧光分析仪(EDX-7000)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对样品进行结构性能分析。结果表明,成功实现PVA-co-PE纳米纤维覆铜膜的制备,SEM图表明,铜颗粒均匀分布于纳米纤维膜表面,并且薄膜由亲水转变为不易浸润。通过四探针仪器和矢量网络分析仪表征了薄膜材料的导电性和电磁屏蔽性能。结果表明,覆铜膜达到导体水平,吸波值达到47.3 dB。经过多次循环压缩后覆铜膜材料电磁屏蔽性能几乎不减,说明制得的纳米纤维覆铜膜具有优异的柔韧性和吸波稳定性,其在柔性智能可穿戴元器件领域具有广阔的应用空间。 展开更多

The breakdown pattern (BP) was recorded by a monocular-video-zoom microscope. The records showed that the effective area of BP was almost identical to the types of electrodes. The effective area od. The diameter was obtained by a mathematical was calculated by a mathematical integral methstatistic method. The study revealed that the DC breakdown voltage of LDPE was lower than that of HDPE. The diameter and effective area of LDPE were smaller than those of HDPE, but it is opposite for the condition of the needle-plane electrode with plane electrode grounded. As for the needle-plane electrode, the diameter and effective area with the films near the needle electrode were smaller than those near the plane electrode, and those in the middle of air gap were between them. Microplastic is a new kind of pollutant.It exists widely in the aquatic environment and seriously endangers the aquatic ecosystem.In this study,the coagulating sedimentation method was used to remove microplastics in water.Polyethylene(PE)was selected as the representative of microplastics,polyferric sulfate(PFS),polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and aluminum sulfate(AS)were used as coagulant,and polyacrylamide(PAM)was used as coagulant aid to study the effects of pH,coagulant concentration and sedimentation time on the removal of PE by single and composite coagulant.The results showed that when the dosage of PFS was 0.5 g/L and pH was 5.0,the removal rate could reach 82.14%,which was better than PAC and AS,indicating that PFS had better coagulation and sedimentation performance for PE;the composite coagulant of PFS+PAC+AS(1 g/L+0.2 g/L+0.2 g/L,pH was 5.0)had the highest removal rate of PE,reaching 96.06%;the removal rate of PE increased with the increase in sedimentation time,but considering that the longer sedimentation time has less contribution to the improvement of removal rate,it is recommended that 4 h is appropriate. 展开更多

为克服脱氧剂小袋包装与食品混装带来的安全问题,采用硼氢化钾(KBH4)液相还原法制备了油酸钠(NaOl)改性纳米零价铁(m-nZVI),将其与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)熔融共混后热压成膜,制备了包装用LDPE/m-nZVI阻氧复合膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪... 为克服脱氧剂小袋包装与食品混装带来的安全问题,采用硼氢化钾(KBH4)液相还原法制备了油酸钠(NaOl)改性纳米零价铁(m-nZVI),将其与低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)熔融共混后热压成膜,制备了包装用LDPE/m-nZVI阻氧复合膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪、万能拉伸试验机和气体渗透仪对复合膜的结构与性能进行表征和测定。结果表明:m-nZVI和LDPE的复合是物理共混;加入m-nZVI后,LDPE的热稳定性基本不变;随着m-nZVI含量的增加,复合膜的抗拉强度和断后伸长率先增大后减小,m-nZVI质量分数为2%时,抗拉强度和断后伸长率达到最大,较LDPE膜分别提高了41.4%和23.4%;复合膜的氧气透过系数也呈现出先减小后增大,当m-nZVI质量分数为3%时,复合膜的氧气透过系数最小,较LDPE膜降低了40.9%。复合膜结晶过程中,m-nZVI起异相成核的作用,改善了复合膜的结晶行为,使复合膜的结构和性能得到改善,力学性能和阻隔性能都得到提高。 展开更多

目的开发一种具有优良理化性能,并能有效应用于草鱼保鲜的新型活性包装膜。方法采用聚乙烯为基膜材料,以蜂蜡和纳米SiO_(2)为活性成分,采用熔融共混和造粒吹膜工艺制备PE-BW-SiO_(2)复合包装膜。测定包装膜的力学性能、阻隔性能和疏水性... 目的开发一种具有优良理化性能,并能有效应用于草鱼保鲜的新型活性包装膜。方法采用聚乙烯为基膜材料,以蜂蜡和纳米SiO_(2)为活性成分,采用熔融共混和造粒吹膜工艺制备PE-BW-SiO_(2)复合包装膜。测定包装膜的力学性能、阻隔性能和疏水性能,并研究它在4℃贮藏条件下对草鱼的保鲜效果。结果通过添加BW-SiO_(2)活性成分,包装膜的力学性能、阻隔性能和疏水性能得到提高。其中,BW-SiO_(2)添加量(质量分数)为2%的包装膜的力学性能、阻隔性能等综合性能达到最佳水平。将不同包装膜包装的草鱼置于4℃下贮藏11 d,结果表明,与纯PE包装膜相比,添加BW-SiO_(2)功效因子的复合PE包装膜对草鱼的保鲜效果更好,能够减缓鱼肉的水分流失和脂质氧化反应,有效延缓鱼肉的腐败变质进程,从而延长鱼肉的贮藏期。结论PE-BW-SiO_(2)复合包装膜具有良好的理化性能和保鲜效果,它有效地阻隔了外界水分的渗透和氧气的进入,从而减缓了水分流失和脂质氧化反应,同时还能防止微生物的滋长。此包装膜有效延缓了草鱼的腐败变质进程,在4℃下贮藏时将草鱼的货架期延长至11 d。 展开更多

为促进超高分子量聚乙烯裂膜纤维(简称UHMWPE裂膜纤维)在渔用绳网中的应用,以膜裂法制备渔用UHMWPE裂膜纤维为原料,通过加捻制备渔用UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股,在此基础上,考察了加捻对UHMWPE裂膜线股的线密度、直径、拉伸性能和耐磨性能的影... 为促进超高分子量聚乙烯裂膜纤维(简称UHMWPE裂膜纤维)在渔用绳网中的应用,以膜裂法制备渔用UHMWPE裂膜纤维为原料,通过加捻制备渔用UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股,在此基础上,考察了加捻对UHMWPE裂膜线股的线密度、直径、拉伸性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果显示:UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股随捻度的增加表现出直径逐渐减小、实际线密度先增大后减小以及捻回角逐渐增加等特征;对于不同线密度规格的UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股,随着捻度的增加,其断裂强力均呈现降低的趋势,且纤维线密度越低,加捻对线股断裂强度的影响越小;1600 D的UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股的磨损次数随捻度的增加而降低,而3200和4800 D线股的磨损次数随捻度的增加呈现先降低后升高的变化趋势,且4800 D的不同捻度的线股之间的磨损次数无显著性差异(P<0.05),显示出纤维线密度越大,加捻对其耐磨性能的影响越小。1600、3200和4800 D的UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股的结节强力随捻度的增大呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,当预加捻度为120 T·m^(-1)时,3种线密度线股的结节强力达到最大值,分别为204.15、373.5、562.41 N,较未加捻UHMWPE裂膜纤维分别提高了50.14%、37.13%和30.22%。在本实验捻度设置范围内,1600 D裂膜线股的结节强度随捻度的增加而增大,较未加捻裂膜纤维结节强度提高了32.49%。研究表明,无捻或低捻度、低线密度UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股可用于UHMWPE裂膜纤维无结网的制备;无捻或低捻度的高线密度UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股则具有较好的耐磨性能;中高捻度、低线密度UHMWPE裂膜纤维线股可用于UHMWPE裂膜纤维有结网的制备。研究结果可为渔用UHMWPE裂膜纤维绳网材料的加工、开发与应用提供参考。 展开更多

FT-IR spectra showed that there is a lower absorbance of groups of - CH2 and - CH3 in PE/ TiO2 and 0. 1% La2O3/TiO2/PE composite materials than that in PE film sample of photodegradation, and more carbonyl groups in PE/0.1% LaEO3/TiO2. The Effects of Gas Composition on the Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jet Modification of Polyethylene Films

Polyethylene (PE) films are treated using an atmospheric pressure plasma jet (APPJ) with He or He/O2 gas for different periods of time. The influence of gas type on the plasma polymer interactions is studied. The surface contact angle of the PE film can be effectively lowered to 58° after 20 s of He/O2 plasma treatment and then remains almost unchanged for longer treatment durations, while, for He plasma treatment, the film surface contact angle drops gradually to 47° when the time reaches 120 s. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) results show that the root mean square (RMS) roughness was significantly higher for the He/O2 plasma treated samples than for the He plasma treated counterparts, and the surface topography of the He/O2 plasma treated PE films displays evenly distributed dome-shaped small protuberances. Chemical composition analysis reveals that the He plasma treated samples have a higher oxygen content but a clearly lower percentage of COO than the comparable He/O2 treated samples, suggesting that differences exist in the mode of incorporating oxygen between the two gas condition plasma treatments. Electron spin resonance (ESR) results show that the free radical concentrations of the He plasma treated samples were clearly higher than those of the He/O2 plasma treated ones with other conditions unchanged. 展开更多

The three stages in the hot-drawing process of ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene gel films can be detected by x-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, birefringence and scanning electron microscopy. In the first stage of the drawing process, the lamellae in the gel films rotate and/or slip with the b-axis preferentially perpendicular to the drawing direction. With increased drawing, the c-axis of the lamellae become parallel to the stretching direction while unfolding of the chain begins, and the chains of the amorphous phase also orient along the drawing direction in the strain-chain domain. When the draw ratio is large enough, the lamellar structure is transformed into a fibrillar structure in a two-dimensional fashion. 展开更多

In water deficit area, judicious use of water is essential for increasing area under crop production with limited water supply. Film Mulching has been advocated as an effective means for conserving soil moisture in rice production. The effects of high density polyethylene (HDPE) film on increasing rice production, controlling weeds and residue amount of plastic were studied under five treatments, including 5, 10, 15 and 20 μm thickness as well as bare cultivation (CK). The results indicated that the HDPE film mulching mode had significant effects on weed control, soil temperature, soil moisture, photosynthetic rate, seedling biomass, yield and residues of plastic film. Combined with economic effect, it showed that the HDPE film of 10 μm is the best option for rice production. 展开更多

高性能纤维增强树脂基复合材料的发展促进了防弹装备的发展,在面对高能杀伤武器威胁加剧和单兵携行负荷增加的情况下,防护装备高防护、轻量化的需求日益迫切,超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)膜材料的出现,有助于满足轻质高防的需求。PE-UHMW... 高性能纤维增强树脂基复合材料的发展促进了防弹装备的发展,在面对高能杀伤武器威胁加剧和单兵携行负荷增加的情况下,防护装备高防护、轻量化的需求日益迫切,超高分子量聚乙烯(PE-UHMW)膜材料的出现,有助于满足轻质高防的需求。PE-UHMW条带作为PE-UHMW膜材料的最小组成,对膜材料性能的影响决定防弹装备的性能。为探究不同牵伸倍数对膜材料性能的影响,选取由不同牵伸倍数条带制备的膜材料开展理化特性、力学性能和防弹性能研究。测试分析发现,PE-UHMW膜材料在分子量、结晶度、取向度等理化特性的不同使层压得到的复合材料力学性能有所差异,进而在不同弹击条件下防弹性能呈现出差异化特点。由高倍牵伸条带制备的膜材料分子量达到5 658 000 g/mol,由其制备的复合材料具有更加优异的力学性能,弯曲强度为102.12 MPa,弯曲弹性模量为23.30GPa,剪切强度为8.60 MPa,经过层压制备的8 kg/m^(2)面密度靶板在常温条件下防1.1 g标准模拟破片V50值达到了804.50 m/s,51式7.62 mm手枪弹弹着点弹痕高度为13.20 mm。在树脂体系与加工工艺一致的情况下,由高牵伸倍数PE-UHMW条带制备的PE-UHMW膜材料在力学和防弹性能方面具有明显优势,具备在个体防护领域的应用潜力。 展开更多
