We believe that, in a broad sense, the ＂Ice Silk Road＂ refers to the economic cooperation with the Arctic states; and in a narrow sense, it refers to the Arctic shipping routes that connect East Asia, Western Europe and North America, especially the Arctic Northeast Passage.
