Therefore, it is difficult for the valve to match the control precision of basis weight. Dynamic simulation research using Matlab/Simulink indicates that there is much more overshoot and fluctuating during the valve-positioning process. In order to improve the valve-positioning precision, the control method of trapezoidal velocity curve was studied. The simulation result showed that the positioning steady-state error was less than 0.0056%, whereas the peak error was less than 0.016% by using trapezoidal velocity curve at 10 positioning steps. A valve-positioning precision experimental device for the stepper motor of basis weight control valve was developed. The experiment results showed that the error ratio of 1/10000 positioning steps was 4% by using trapezoidal velocity curve. Furthermore, the error ratio of 10/10000 positioning steps was 0.5%. It proved that the valve-positioning precision of trapezoidal velocity curve was much higher than that of the constant frequency pulse signal control strategy. The new control method of trapezoidal velocity curve can satisfy the precision requirement of 10000 steps.展开更多
Magnetically coupled rodless cylinders are widely used in the coordinate positioning of mechanical arms,electro-static paintings,and other industrial applications.However,they exhibit strong nonlinear characteristics,...Magnetically coupled rodless cylinders are widely used in the coordinate positioning of mechanical arms,electro-static paintings,and other industrial applications.However,they exhibit strong nonlinear characteristics,which lead to low servo control accuracy.In this study,a mass-flow equation through the valve port was derived to improve the control performance,considering the characteristics of the dynamics and throttle-hole flow.Subsequently,a fric-tion model combining static,viscous,and Coulomb friction with a zero-velocity interval was proposed.In addition,energy and dynamic models were set for the experimental investigation of the magnetically coupled rodless cylin-der.A nonlinear mathematical model for the position of the magnetically coupled rodless cylinder was proposed.An incremental PID controller was designed for the magnetically coupled rodless cylinder to control this system,and the PID parameters were adjusted online using RBF neural network.The response results of the PID parameters based on the RBF neural network were compared with those of the traditional incremental PID control,which proved the superiority of the optimization control algorithm of the incremental PID parameters based on the RBF neural network servo control system.The experimental results of this model were compared with the simulation results.The average error between the established model and the actual system was 0.005175054(m),which was approximately 2.588%of the total travel length,demonstrating the accuracy of the theoretical model.展开更多
The development of human-robot interaction has been continu-ously increasing for the last decades.Through this development,it has become simpler and safe interactions using a remotely controlled telepresence robot in ...The development of human-robot interaction has been continu-ously increasing for the last decades.Through this development,it has become simpler and safe interactions using a remotely controlled telepresence robot in an insecure and hazardous environment.The audio-video communication connection or data transmission stability has already been well handled by fast-growing technologies such as 5G and 6G.However,the design of the phys-ical parameters,e.g.,maneuverability,controllability,and stability,still needs attention.Therefore,the paper aims to present a systematic,controlled design and implementation of a telepresence mobile robot.The primary focus of this paper is to perform the computational analysis and experimental implementa-tion design with sophisticated position control,which autonomously controls the robot’s position and speed when reaching an obstacle.A system model and a position controller design are developed with root locus points.The design robot results are verified experimentally,showing the robot’s agreement and control in the desired position.The robot was tested by considering various parameters:driving straight ahead,right turn,self-localization and complex path.The results prove that the proposed approach is flexible and adaptable and gives a better alternative.The experimental results show that the proposed method significantly minimizes the obstacle hits.展开更多
Inspired by the integrated guidance and control design for endo-atmospheric aircraft,the integrated position and attitude control of spacecraft has attracted increasing attention and gradually induced a wide variety o...Inspired by the integrated guidance and control design for endo-atmospheric aircraft,the integrated position and attitude control of spacecraft has attracted increasing attention and gradually induced a wide variety of study results in last over two decades,fully incorporating control requirements and actuator characteristics of space missions.This paper presents a novel and comprehensive survey to the coupled position and attitude motions of spacecraft from the perspective of dynamics and control.To this end,a systematic analysis is firstly conducted in details to show the position and attitude mutual couplings of spacecraft.Particularly,in terms of the time discrepancy between spacecraft position and attitude motions,space missions can be categorized into two types:space proximity operation and space orbital maneuver.Based on this classification,the studies on the coupled dynamic modeling and the integrated control design for position and attitude motions of spacecraft are sequentially summarized and analyzed.On the one hand,various coupled position and dynamic formulations of spacecraft based on various mathematical tools are reviewed and compared from five aspects,including mission applicability,modeling simplicity,physical clearance,information matching and expansibility.On the other hand,the development of the integrated position and attitude control of spacecraft is analyzed for two space missions,and especially,five distinctive development trends are captured for space operation missions.Finally,insightful prospects on future development of the integrated position and attitude control technology of spacecraft are proposed,pointing out current primary technical issues and possible feasible solutions.展开更多

The paper introduces an electroencephalography(EEG) driven online position control scheme for a robot arm by utilizing motor imagery to activate and error related potential(ErrP) to stop the movement of the individual...The paper introduces an electroencephalography(EEG) driven online position control scheme for a robot arm by utilizing motor imagery to activate and error related potential(ErrP) to stop the movement of the individual links, following a fixed(pre-defined) order of link selection. The right(left)hand motor imagery is used to turn a link clockwise(counterclockwise) and foot imagery is used to move a link forward. The occurrence of ErrP here indicates that the link under motion crosses the visually fixed target position, which usually is a plane/line/point depending on the desired transition of the link across 3D planes/around 2D lines/along 2D lines respectively. The imagined task about individual link's movement is decoded by a classifier into three possible class labels: clockwise, counterclockwise and no movement in case of rotational movements and forward, backward and no movement in case of translational movements. One additional classifier is required to detect the occurrence of the ErrP signal, elicited due to visually inspired positional link error with reference to a geometrically selected target position. Wavelet coefficients and adaptive autoregressive parameters are extracted as features for motor imagery and ErrP signals respectively. Support vector machine classifiers are used to decode motor imagination and ErrP with high classification accuracy above 80%. The average time taken by the proposed scheme to decode and execute control intentions for the complete movement of three links of a robot is approximately33 seconds. The steady-state error and peak overshoot of the proposed controller are experimentally obtained as 1.1% and4.6% respectively.展开更多

Si...In this paper, a new nonlinear self-tuning PID controller(NSPIDC) is proposed to control the joint position and link deflection of a flexible-link manipulator(FLM) while it is subjected to carry different payloads. Since, payload is a critical parameter of the FLM whose variation greatly influences the controller performance. The proposed controller guarantees stability under change in payload by attenuating the non-modeled higher order dynamics using a new nonlinear autoregressive moving average with exogenous-input(NARMAX) model of the FLM. The parameters of the FLM are identified on-line using recursive least square(RLS) algorithm and using minimum variance control(MVC) laws the control parameters are updated in real-time. This proposed NSPID controller has been implemented in real-time on an experimental set-up. The joint tracking and link deflection performances of the proposed adaptive controller are compared with that of a popular direct adaptive controller(DAC). From the obtained results, it is confirmed that the proposed controller exhibits improved performance over the DAC both in terms of accurate position tracking and quick damping of link deflections when subjected to variable payloads.展开更多

Different from the decentralized control strategy in multi-manipulator cooperation, the proposed decentralized position/force control scheme can be applied to series constrained reconfigurable manipulators. By multiplying each row of Jacobian matrix in the dynamics by contact force vector, the converted joint torque is obtained. Furthermore, using desired information of other joints instead of their actual values, the dynamics can be represented as a set of interconnected subsystems by model decomposition technique. An adaptive neural network controller is introduced to approximate the unknown dynamics of subsystem. The interconnection and the whole error term are removed by employing an adaptive sliding mode term. And then, the Lyapunov stability theory guarantees the stability of the closed-loop system. Finally, two reconfigurable manipulators with different configurations are employed to show the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized position/force control scheme.展开更多

Then a scheme is presented for controlling the robot torso attitude based on the virtual leg model. Furthermore,it demonstrates the design of the controller which enables the robot to have a wide range of trotting gaits and omni-directional motions. The bionic legs are generally driven by motors which have the disadvantages of large size and heavy weight.In contrast,the bionic legs driven by pneumatic artificial muscles(PAMs)have the advantages of light weight,go...The bionic legs are generally driven by motors which have the disadvantages of large size and heavy weight.In contrast,the bionic legs driven by pneumatic artificial muscles(PAMs)have the advantages of light weight,good bionics and flexibility.A kind of bionic leg driven by PAMs is designed.The proportional-integral-derivative(PID)algorithm and radial basis function neural network(RBFNN)algorithm are combined to design RBFNN-PID controller,and a low-pass filter is added to the control system,which can effectively improve the jitter phenomenon of the joint during the experiment.It is verified by simulation that the RBFNN-PID algorithm is better than traditional PID algorithm,the response time of joint is improved from 0.15 s to 0.07 s,and the precision of joint position control is improved from 0.75°to 0.001°.The experimental results show that the amplitude of the change in error is reduced from 0.5°to 0.2°.It is verified by jumping experiment that the mechanism can realize jumping action under control,and can achieve the horizontal displacement of 500 mm and the vertical displacement of 250 mm.展开更多

This paper presents theoretical and experimental studies of delayed positive feedback control technique using a flexible beam as research object. The positive feedback weighting coefficient is designed by using the optimal control method. The available time delay is determined by analyzing the maximal real part of characteristic roots of the system. A DSP-based experiment system is introduced. Simulation and experimental results indicate that the delayed positive feedback control may effectively reduce the beam vibration if time delay is appropriately selected.展开更多
An adaptive prescribed performance control scheme is proposed for the drag free satellite in the presence of actuator saturation and external disturbances.The relative translation and rotation dynamics between the tes...An adaptive prescribed performance control scheme is proposed for the drag free satellite in the presence of actuator saturation and external disturbances.The relative translation and rotation dynamics between the test mass and outer satellite are firstly derived.To guarantee prescribed performance bounds on the transient and steady control errors of relative states,a performance constrained control law is formulated with an error transformed function.In addition,the requirements to know the system parameters and the upper bound of the external disturbance in advance have been eliminated by adaptive updating technique.A command filter is concurrently used to overcome the problem of explosion of complexity inherent in the backstepping control design.Subsequently,a novel auxiliary system is constructed to compensate the adverse effects of the actuator saturation constrains.It is proved that all signals in the closed?loop system are ultimately bounded and prescribed performance of relative position and attitude control errors are guaranteed.Finally,numerical simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.展开更多

We also investigate the effect of the proposed control by experiment. As cooperative work, we deal with work in which two robots carry an object together. The robot position control using force information finely adjusts the position of the robot arm to reduce the force applied to the object. Thus, the purpose of the control is to avoid large force so that the object is not broken. In our experiment, we make a comparison among the following three cases in order to clarify how to carry out the control effectively. In the first case, the two robots are operated manually by a user with his/her both hands. In the second case, one robot is operated manually by a user, and the other robot is moved automatically under the proposed control. In the last case, the object is carried directly by a human instead of the robot which is operated by the user in the second case. As a result, experimental results demonstrate that the control can help each system operated manually by the user to carry the object smoothly.展开更多

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional sling suspension method,such as complex structure of suspension truss,large running resistance,and low precision of position servo system,a gravity compensation...In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional sling suspension method,such as complex structure of suspension truss,large running resistance,and low precision of position servo system,a gravity compensation method of lunar rover based on the combination of active suspension and active position following of magnetic levitation is proposed,and the overall design is carried out.The dynamic model of the suspension module of microgravity compensation system was established,and the decoupling control between the constant force component and the position servo component was analyzed and verified.The constant tension control was achieved by using hybrid force/position control.The position following control was realized by using fuzzy adaptive PID(proportional⁃integral⁃differential)control.The stable suspension control was realized based on the principle of force balance.The simulation results show that the compensation accuracy of constant tension could reach more than 95%,the position deviation was less than 5 mm,the position deviation angle was less than 0.025°,and the air gap recovered stability within 0.1 s.The gravity compensation system has excellent dynamic performance and can meet the requirements of microgravity simulation experiment of lunar rover.展开更多
This paper introduces a pneumatic finger cylinder servo control system for medical grabbing.First,according to the physical structure of the proportional directional valve and the pneumatic cylinder,the state equation...This paper introduces a pneumatic finger cylinder servo control system for medical grabbing.First,according to the physical structure of the proportional directional valve and the pneumatic cylinder,the state equation of the gas in the servo system was obtained.The Stribeck friction compensation model of a pneumatic finger cylinder controlled by a proportional valve was established and the experimental platform built.To allow the system output to bet-ter track the change in the input signal,the flow-gain compensation method was adopted.On this basis,a friction compensation control strategy based on a differential evolution algorithm was proposed and applied to the position control system of a pneumatic finger cylinder.Finally,the strategy was compared with the traditional proportional derivative(PD)strategy and that with friction compensation.The experimental results showed that the position accuracy of the finger cylinder position control system can be improved by using the friction compensation strategy based on the differential evolution algorithm to optimize the PD parameters.展开更多

文摘Inspired by the integrated guidance and control design for endo-atmospheric aircraft,the integrated position and attitude control of spacecraft has attracted increasing attention and gradually induced a wide variety of study results in last over two decades,fully incorporating control requirements and actuator characteristics of space missions.This paper presents a novel and comprehensive survey to the coupled position and attitude motions of spacecraft from the perspective of dynamics and control.To this end,a systematic analysis is firstly conducted in details to show the position and attitude mutual couplings of spacecraft.Particularly,in terms of the time discrepancy between spacecraft position and attitude motions,space missions can be categorized into two types:space proximity operation and space orbital maneuver.Based on this classification,the studies on the coupled dynamic modeling and the integrated control design for position and attitude motions of spacecraft are sequentially summarized and analyzed.On the one hand,various coupled position and dynamic formulations of spacecraft based on various mathematical tools are reviewed and compared from five aspects,including mission applicability,modeling simplicity,physical clearance,information matching and expansibility.On the other hand,the development of the integrated position and attitude control of spacecraft is analyzed for two space missions,and especially,five distinctive development trends are captured for space operation missions.Finally,insightful prospects on future development of the integrated position and attitude control technology of spacecraft are proposed,pointing out current primary technical issues and possible feasible solutions.
文摘This paper introduces the simulation, and controls using Simulink of MATLAB for PCTRAN (Personal Computer Transient Analysis) of the power control system (PWR) type pressurized water reactor of PWR WESTINGHOUSE AP1000. The power controller model produces mathematical model description in nonlinear relation form in Simulink of MATLAB which is an important and popular program used at most universities for education. The power controller is described by a block diagram in this paper and some details introduce to clearly understand the work function. The results of action control compared with the PCTRAN programme in modes of automatic and manual control.

文摘The paper introduces an electroencephalography(EEG) driven online position control scheme for a robot arm by utilizing motor imagery to activate and error related potential(ErrP) to stop the movement of the individual links, following a fixed(pre-defined) order of link selection. The right(left)hand motor imagery is used to turn a link clockwise(counterclockwise) and foot imagery is used to move a link forward. The occurrence of ErrP here indicates that the link under motion crosses the visually fixed target position, which usually is a plane/line/point depending on the desired transition of the link across 3D planes/around 2D lines/along 2D lines respectively. The imagined task about individual link's movement is decoded by a classifier into three possible class labels: clockwise, counterclockwise and no movement in case of rotational movements and forward, backward and no movement in case of translational movements. One additional classifier is required to detect the occurrence of the ErrP signal, elicited due to visually inspired positional link error with reference to a geometrically selected target position. Wavelet coefficients and adaptive autoregressive parameters are extracted as features for motor imagery and ErrP signals respectively. Support vector machine classifiers are used to decode motor imagination and ErrP with high classification accuracy above 80%. The average time taken by the proposed scheme to decode and execute control intentions for the complete movement of three links of a robot is approximately33 seconds. The steady-state error and peak overshoot of the proposed controller are experimentally obtained as 1.1% and4.6% respectively.
文摘In this paper, a new nonlinear self-tuning PID controller(NSPIDC) is proposed to control the joint position and link deflection of a flexible-link manipulator(FLM) while it is subjected to carry different payloads. Since, payload is a critical parameter of the FLM whose variation greatly influences the controller performance. The proposed controller guarantees stability under change in payload by attenuating the non-modeled higher order dynamics using a new nonlinear autoregressive moving average with exogenous-input(NARMAX) model of the FLM. The parameters of the FLM are identified on-line using recursive least square(RLS) algorithm and using minimum variance control(MVC) laws the control parameters are updated in real-time. This proposed NSPID controller has been implemented in real-time on an experimental set-up. The joint tracking and link deflection performances of the proposed adaptive controller are compared with that of a popular direct adaptive controller(DAC). From the obtained results, it is confirmed that the proposed controller exhibits improved performance over the DAC both in terms of accurate position tracking and quick damping of link deflections when subjected to variable payloads.

文摘Aiming to suppress the influence of uncertain disturbances in the drive control of permanent magnet synchronous machines(PMSM),such as the parameter uncertainties and load disturbance,a robust anti-interference control for the angular position tracking control of a PMSM servo system has been proposed in this paper.During the position tracking,uncertain system disturbances being regarded as a lumped unknown term will be online observed by a nonlinear disturbance observer(NDOB),of which the influence will consequently be counteracted by a robust backstepping compensator(RBC).The asymptotical stability of proposed control scheme is analyzed and designed according to the Lyapunov stability criterion,and its convergence against the system uncertain disturbance is verified on a prototype PMSM servo platform and shows good performance in rotor angular position tracking and anti-interference.

文摘Compared with wheeled or tracked robots,legged robots exhibit advantages on agile locomotion and higher survival chance for deadly impacts. A buffering strategy is proposed for quadruped robots with non-extreme initial attitudes from the end of air-righting to the steady standing on the ground.This approach consists of landing phase,buffering phase and recovering phase. The variable stiffness control,proportional-derivative( PD) force control and foot trajectory planning are applied to the joints of quadruped robots until the end of the recovering phase. The PD parameters are tuned according to the desired performance of each phase. The above approach is verified on a virtual platform.

文摘A decentralized adaptive neural network sliding mode position/force control scheme is proposed for constrained reconfigurable manipulators. Different from the decentralized control strategy in multi-manipulator cooperation, the proposed decentralized position/force control scheme can be applied to series constrained reconfigurable manipulators. By multiplying each row of Jacobian matrix in the dynamics by contact force vector, the converted joint torque is obtained. Furthermore, using desired information of other joints instead of their actual values, the dynamics can be represented as a set of interconnected subsystems by model decomposition technique. An adaptive neural network controller is introduced to approximate the unknown dynamics of subsystem. The interconnection and the whole error term are removed by employing an adaptive sliding mode term. And then, the Lyapunov stability theory guarantees the stability of the closed-loop system. Finally, two reconfigurable manipulators with different configurations are employed to show the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized position/force control scheme.

文摘This work presents a controller designed for position-controlled quadrupedal dynamic locomotion,aiming at simple and robust trotting control. The controller takes the torso attitude angles and velocities into planning foot trajectories. Firstly design of the servo motor actuated quadruped robot is introduced and the kinematic equations are deduced. Then a scheme is presented for controlling the robot torso attitude based on the virtual leg model. Furthermore,it demonstrates the design of the controller which enables the robot to have a wide range of trotting gaits and omni-directional motions. Finally,results of robust trotting in various speeds,path tracking and push recovery in simulation are reported,and results of trotting on real quadruped robots will be studied.
文摘Voice coil motor(VCM) is a special direct drive linear motor, which can convert electric energy directly into mechanical energy without the use of transmission mechanism. VCM has the advantages of simple structure, good rigidity, fast response, silence, high linearity, no cogging force, no pulsation et al. It is widely used in the field of high-precision control. This paper reviews and summarizes the results of VCM research conducted by scholars from various countries, and summarizes the general situation of VCM servo control technology. Firstly, a basic description of VCM’s mathematical model and common control mechanisms is provided. The benefits, drawbacks, and application of control techniques in the field of VCM are all explored in detail;At the same time, the methods to improve control strategy are proposed;Then, combined with the analysis and research of scholars in various countries on VCM, the problems of difficult to establish accurate model, friction disturbance and mechanical vibration of VCM and the solutions to the corresponding problems are summarized;Finally, a summary of VCM’s application fields is provided.

文摘The bionic legs are generally driven by motors which have the disadvantages of large size and heavy weight.In contrast,the bionic legs driven by pneumatic artificial muscles(PAMs)have the advantages of light weight,good bionics and flexibility.A kind of bionic leg driven by PAMs is designed.The proportional-integral-derivative(PID)algorithm and radial basis function neural network(RBFNN)algorithm are combined to design RBFNN-PID controller,and a low-pass filter is added to the control system,which can effectively improve the jitter phenomenon of the joint during the experiment.It is verified by simulation that the RBFNN-PID algorithm is better than traditional PID algorithm,the response time of joint is improved from 0.15 s to 0.07 s,and the precision of joint position control is improved from 0.75°to 0.001°.The experimental results show that the amplitude of the change in error is reduced from 0.5°to 0.2°.It is verified by jumping experiment that the mechanism can realize jumping action under control,and can achieve the horizontal displacement of 500 mm and the vertical displacement of 250 mm.

文摘Recently, some researches indicate that positive feedback can benefit the control if appropriate time delay is intentionally introduced into control system. However, most work is theoretical one but few are experimental. This paper presents theoretical and experimental studies of delayed positive feedback control technique using a flexible beam as research object. The positive feedback weighting coefficient is designed by using the optimal control method. The available time delay is determined by analyzing the maximal real part of characteristic roots of the system. A DSP-based experiment system is introduced. Simulation and experimental results indicate that the delayed positive feedback control may effectively reduce the beam vibration if time delay is appropriately selected.
文摘An adaptive prescribed performance control scheme is proposed for the drag free satellite in the presence of actuator saturation and external disturbances.The relative translation and rotation dynamics between the test mass and outer satellite are firstly derived.To guarantee prescribed performance bounds on the transient and steady control errors of relative states,a performance constrained control law is formulated with an error transformed function.In addition,the requirements to know the system parameters and the upper bound of the external disturbance in advance have been eliminated by adaptive updating technique.A command filter is concurrently used to overcome the problem of explosion of complexity inherent in the backstepping control design.Subsequently,a novel auxiliary system is constructed to compensate the adverse effects of the actuator saturation constrains.It is proved that all signals in the closed?loop system are ultimately bounded and prescribed performance of relative position and attitude control errors are guaranteed.Finally,numerical simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
文摘This paper proposes robot position control using force information for cooperative work between two remote robot systems with force feedback in each of which a user operates a remote robot by using a haptic interface device while observing work of the robot with a video camera. We also investigate the effect of the proposed control by experiment. As cooperative work, we deal with work in which two robots carry an object together. The robot position control using force information finely adjusts the position of the robot arm to reduce the force applied to the object. Thus, the purpose of the control is to avoid large force so that the object is not broken. In our experiment, we make a comparison among the following three cases in order to clarify how to carry out the control effectively. In the first case, the two robots are operated manually by a user with his/her both hands. In the second case, one robot is operated manually by a user, and the other robot is moved automatically under the proposed control. In the last case, the object is carried directly by a human instead of the robot which is operated by the user in the second case. As a result, experimental results demonstrate that the control can help each system operated manually by the user to carry the object smoothly.
文摘In our consideration,a comparison between four different types of controllers for suppression the vibrations of the cantilever beam excited by an external force is carried out.Those four types are the linear velocity feedback control,the cubic velocity feedback control,the non-linear saturation controller(NSC)and the positive position feedback(PPF)controller.The suitable type is the PPF controller for suppression the vibrations of the cantilever beam.The approximate solution obtained up to the first approximation by using the multiple scale method.The PPF controller effectiveness is studied on the system.We used frequency-response equations to investigate the stability of a cantilever beam.We notified that,there is a good agreement between the analytical solution and the numerical solution.

文摘An unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is a small,fast aircraft with many useful features.It is widely used in military reconnaissance,aerial photography,searches,and other fields;it also has very good practical-application and development prospects.Since the UAV’s flight orientation is easily changeable,its orientation and flight path are difficult to control,leading to its high damage rate.Therefore,UAV flight-control technology has become the focus of attention.This study focuses on simulating a UAV’s flight and orientation control,and detecting collisions between a UAV and objects in a complex virtual environment.The proportional-integral-derivative control algorithm is used to control the orientation and position of the UAV in a virtual environment.A version of the bounding-box method that combines a grid with a k-dimensional tree is adopted in this paper,to improve the system performance and accelerate the collision-detection process.This provides a practical method for future studies on UAV flight position and orientation control,collision detection,etc.

文摘In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional sling suspension method,such as complex structure of suspension truss,large running resistance,and low precision of position servo system,a gravity compensation method of lunar rover based on the combination of active suspension and active position following of magnetic levitation is proposed,and the overall design is carried out.The dynamic model of the suspension module of microgravity compensation system was established,and the decoupling control between the constant force component and the position servo component was analyzed and verified.The constant tension control was achieved by using hybrid force/position control.The position following control was realized by using fuzzy adaptive PID(proportional⁃integral⁃differential)control.The stable suspension control was realized based on the principle of force balance.The simulation results show that the compensation accuracy of constant tension could reach more than 95%,the position deviation was less than 5 mm,the position deviation angle was less than 0.025°,and the air gap recovered stability within 0.1 s.The gravity compensation system has excellent dynamic performance and can meet the requirements of microgravity simulation experiment of lunar rover.

文摘This paper introduces a pneumatic finger cylinder servo control system for medical grabbing.First,according to the physical structure of the proportional directional valve and the pneumatic cylinder,the state equation of the gas in the servo system was obtained.The Stribeck friction compensation model of a pneumatic finger cylinder controlled by a proportional valve was established and the experimental platform built.To allow the system output to bet-ter track the change in the input signal,the flow-gain compensation method was adopted.On this basis,a friction compensation control strategy based on a differential evolution algorithm was proposed and applied to the position control system of a pneumatic finger cylinder.Finally,the strategy was compared with the traditional proportional derivative(PD)strategy and that with friction compensation.The experimental results showed that the position accuracy of the finger cylinder position control system can be improved by using the friction compensation strategy based on the differential evolution algorithm to optimize the PD parameters.
